The customer service is exceptional. The post office lost my package an Al was extremely attentive and top of looking into the matter. While the post was trying to locate my package he was preparing a new order to be sent out to me. Thankfully the package was found, but I do not think that without his help and persistence it would have. I had been trying for a couple of weeks with my own inquires. I really felt like there was a level of attention made that we dont always see these days. I love the product as well, this was my second order and I will be ordering again for my future projects.

My husband and I were gifted a beautiful chandelier and realized after assembling it that we were missing a crystal strand. I made several attempts to contact the manufacturer of the chandelier for a replacement, but never heard from them.I scoured the internet for a replacement and found something comparable on Crystal Place. I placed my order on Friday and it arrived so fast (the following Monday)! The crystal was practically identical to the one we needed and now our beautiful chandelier is complete. I ordered crystals from CrystalPlace for the first time, but USPS delayed the delivery. CrystalPlace quickly sent another package with priority mail. Surprisingly, I received both packages, and they even gifted me an extra one! I feel appreciated as a customer. Their crystals are top quality, and their customer service is excellent. It wasnt easy finding a chandelier store that sold a multitude of findings and an assortment of crystals for restoring an old Schonbek chandelier - until I found the Crystal Place. Al Iryami, is extremely knowledgeable about all types of lighting - as is George, his assembler. His store is located in an industrial area & not along a main boulevard - but dont let that deter you. Theres a small showroom, with really beautiful lighting on display & even more items housed in the back. Every fixture I saw looked luxurious, yet wasnt outrageously priced. I also purchased several contemporary fixtures, along with Strauss Crystals, bulbs, and bobeches. Lots of high quality items at a reasonable price - nothing looked chintzy or cheap. On my follow-up order - I asked if it could be shipped. A couple of days later, I received a meticulously packed box. Al, gave great advice about how I could improve the design & the look of the chandelier by suggesting an alternative to using open clips on the inner rings. A REALLY wonderful suggestion that made it look better than when it was new. He encouraged me to make it my own and not be afraid to make modifications along the way, which was quite freeing. He was patient and took time to ask questions. Crystal Place was the only place I contacted that had everything I needed - and knew what I was referring to. Surprisingly, not everyone I called - did. But more than any thing else, it became apparent right away this is a person with great integrity. He didnt suggest gratuitous extras to make more money - which he could have done. He told me the truth, gave practical advice, and really has an eye for what looks good. The best chandelier place I found in Los Angeles.... I have added some photos of wall chandeliers on display in the Crystal Palace showroom. The photos dont do them justice. Everything looks very elegant and expensive, yet the prices are VERY affordable considering the quality. If youre buying crystals, or findings to restore antique fixtures, or complete contemporary chandeliers fully assembled... THIS is the place. I spent a lot of time and searched all over Los Angeles trying to find a one stop shop. I found it. I LOVE this place!

My daughter expressed an interest in crystals, so I figured Id give her a few of mine and try something new: new shapes/configurations/colors. I checked out a few home-made/crafty places, all using Swarovski exclusively and doing quality work Im sure, but working with Al was a step above, and cost the same. Communication was great, I received my crystals in NY in less than 3 days, and I feel that I received a top notch product, assembled with care and an artistic eye. Highly recommended.

I brought my crystal chandelier with me on a move from California to Tennessee. Although I was very careful to remove all the hanging crystal, I missed one. It came apart in transit. While I had my retailer check with the manufacturer for a replacement, I searched online and found The Crystal Place. This is the easiest to use website. The prices are very reasonable and the service is extraordinary. I bought my replacement and a couple of spares. They arrived in a couple of days of placing the order. Thank You!

Had a broken arm on a fancy crystal chandelier that need to be replaced Spent days looking on line but no luck. Either they ask for their part number or when I call for help they try to sell something that will not work. Even providing original manufacture part number did not work.Just before I give up I called Crystal Place. I spoke to Al. He ask me to take some pictures and measurements, then he sent me a link to look at and it was a perfect match except that mine had attachments with holes to hang the crystal from. Al told me his shop will do it for me. He also attached the lamp holder, wires and all the hardware, ( original wires were compromised when the arm broke). I was prepared to pay a fortune for this special excellent service but did not mind as the chandler is about $8000. I end up paying about $60 total including parts, labor, and 2 day shipping.Al even made the lamp holder adjustable so I can match it perfectly to the other arms.I am 77 years old and never in my life did I see a better service. My chandler looks exactly the way it did before the grand kids broke the arm as they were playing in the living room.I also find out that Crystal Place manufacture fancy chandlers at much better prices than the market.I will give 10 stars if there was such a rating

The stuff you can get here is really top quality. I bought crystals and hardware to add to our light fixture. The crystals and hardware were a perfect match. The prices are incredibly low relative to the value. One afternoon cleaning, a few days waiting, a few minutes to install -- total satisfaction -- an easy way to do something fun, productive, without a scintilla of guilt. It does not get much better.

Found this $2000 fixture at Restore (Habitat for Humanity) for $300. It had been donated by a lighting store but was missing about 24 crystal prisms of various sizes. I opted to replace all prisms of like sizes so that nothing looked out of place. Found a website for Crystal Place on the internet. Ordering was very easy. Shipment was fast. Tracking info was provided by email. Prisms were well protected from each other during shipment. I had a choice of chrome or copper pins. I chose copper. With respect to the larger prisms, the pin heads are slightly too small and can pass through the head of the prism. Customer Service advised me to bend the end of pin to prevent this problem. If doing this yourself, you will need a small needle nose pliers.

Al and the Crystal Place are the BEST! I contacted them because I had a pretty bronze chandelier, but the crystals that came with it were the cheap Chinese crystal ones. Al helped me choose the perfect Swarovski elements, and he recommended a mix of the almond shape and the pendeloque shape, and the fixture is STUNNING now. I have three other crystal fixtures in the house for which I will be ordering Swarovski elements from the Crystal Place. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and the customer service was beyond compare. I received my full order within less than a week of placing it. I ordered the Brilliante Crystal Chandelier Cleaner for a chandelier with over 300 large crystal orbs that hadnt been cleaned or dusted in years. I chose the cheapest delivery option and it arrived in 2 days. One bottle wasnt enough for the amount of crystals but I could see an amazing difference on the lower crystals, so I ordered 2 more bottles just in case. I chose the same delivery option and they arrived the next day! One bottle was enough to finish the job. I had forgotten how much my chandelier could sparkle! Ill never let my chandelier get that bad again since I now have a backup bottle!

I brought Al an antique chandelier that was in considerable disrepair. Al went above and beyond to restore it to its original beauty. There was a fracture in one of the arms - he fixed it to where it is no longer noticeable, updated it from European to American standard with LED light bulbs, and replaced the crystals with the most beautiful Swarovski crystals!Al is a true craftsman and I highly recommend him and his services.
