Horrible experience! My sister and I were supposed to stay here from the 3rd to the 5th of January of this year(2024), but the area was so sketchy that we decided to stay only for a night.I’ve never felt unsafe at a hotel like I have felt in this one. There is a cassino there with lots of drug users or addicts, mostly poor people. Lots of homeless and drugged people around the hotel area too. When we were checking in, a drug user was being “sprayed” out of the building by a security guard. That says it all.The only good thing was the service, the front desk with long black hair was sweet and welcoming. The rest of the staff was okeyish.The breakfast was disgusting, I tried eating more than a cold croissant, but the smell of the area was nauseous, my sister also complained about it.The second night was canceled and they didn’t return the money. They told us to reach out to Expedia, but Expedia told us they should have reimbursed us, considering that the payment was done directly with the hotel. Now I don’t even find it worth to reach out to a hotel like this for the reimbursement of the second night.Seriously, ESPECIALLY if you are a foreigner, don’t stay at this area and or hotel. It is unsafe and dangerous.

My experience was awful, so I have pretty bad eyes and also sensitive ears and I just so happen to have been outside when I have to fix my contacts so I sat down on the stairwell outside on the side of the casino and as I was fixing my contacts and putting on my ear plugs, the oversized bald security guard who may or may or may not be the security guard for the casino, I’m not too sure because when I tried making a formal complaint, the receptionist or manager for the casino were giving me attitude and not trying to help me so I can’t be so sure since they are trying to defend him so that I don’t make a complaint but anyway, that security had told me in a disrespectful manner to leave the stairs because they are for employees only which I know he is lying because people from the hotel and casino often smoke there and it is a designated smoking area there is a smoking ash tray on top of the trash bin so it is cery clear what that spot is for and I had to let him know that I know it is not an area for employees only but he insisted and kept trying to disrespectfully kick me out. They would not let me file a complaint or anything of that matter so I had to resort to complaining on here. They are not professional, they act like teenagers with power trips only because they have enough authority to not get called out by anyone higher up since they won’t let anyone file any complaints. Please do not waste your money with this disrespectful business!

The Universoul Circus is just the best. It has something for everyone of all ages. You will just love it. It does travel around the Country from time to time and if you get a chance it is a must see circus.They have great acts from all over the world. They have performers you will not see elsewhere. They are all so talented. It is better than Cirque by a long shot.This is a real circus with a tent and it stays and then goes. You can get your tickets on line. And no, they dont abuse animals. They did have one horse act which was very tame. Other than that, no animals, just talented humans.It is uplifting and caring. The MC will talk to you and make the whole crowd feel welcome and everyone is welcome.The seats are as comfortable as you are going to get at a tent show, so get over that. They have great concessions and the staff is just the best.We went home feeling uplifted and happy. They did that.

Im sure the 5 star reviews are fake. This place is awful. The outside and surrounding area is like a scene from dawn of the dead. Inside is lifeless and the carpark is clearly just full of gamblers using the card room, which is also seedy as hell. Couldnt pay me to return here. It seriously needs closing down.

This place is literally a circus! I do not recommend coming here after dark. The first and last time I came here I saw a large group of people in the parking lot and then gunshots erupted, 2 minutes later a dozen cops were there.

Such a great host. This was an amazing space to hold an event in support of my friends campaign. Everything went so smoothly and I would definitely come back for any event.

Great, my event, super attention and service, everything is remodeled and my baptism, Lucio, beautiful, excellent treatment and attention with Miss Helen, 100% recommended and super prices.I also recommend the buffet, it is delicious and super prices, everything is very clean.

Worst experience of my life. Im from Vegas so blackjack in Californias version is a little different. Theres is no busy 21 blackjack. Before I say what happened I want to say personally they shouldnt let other players play on your hands period. Now for what happened. Mind you Im new to these California rules because Vegas just is not going for none of this. So I play my hand and the buster bet. The girl play the pairs. No pairs. But I won off the bustert bet and the hand that i played. Why did they allow the girl to teach over and just take all my chips for that hand. I immediately stop the table and asked the girl to give me my money. She says no. So I get on the dealer for allowing her to take it. Then the dealer acts dumbfounded. But keep in mind theres allows another worker watching the table. I ask her she confirms what I said is true. So I asked them to rewind the camera and nobody playing on this table till I get my money. So before that can happen the girl ended up going big like I was go really let her take the money. So we end up into. She singing over security and some more. Would you believe they told me I had to go. All because wouldnt allow this girl to take my money. So to all visitors I will advise do not ever gamble here. Go anywhere but here. For real for real.
