Wonderful business and facility. I love using FLOWPRESSO, it helps so much with my anxiety. The owner John is a great guy and is great at helping you succeed your weight loss and fat reduction goals, FAST! My first time using instasculpting I was able to lose 1 1/2 inches in 1 HOUR! The machines and facility is very clean and well taken care of.

WOW ….. I am so obsessed with this place mostly because John the owner is the nicest guy and is super knowledgeable and patient. I struggle with ADHD and I don’t listen well or relax ever I tried the sound bed and went into a zone like listening to a Pink Floyd. Dark side album actually fell asleep and felt clearheaded after which never happens. I’ve also tried the sauna bed which gets super hot, but if you put AirPods in you can zone now and it actually is really refreshing with the cold towels that they provide, not to mention I’ve also done abs where they tighten them and I felt like Kim Kardashian anyways, this is the longest review ever but check this place out 10 out of 10

True five-star establishment. I accomplished weight loss but had stubborn middle areas I wished to reduce. One package of sculpting was able to reduce my middle by 3 inches. I also did a facial that visibly reduced neck fat and made my cheeks more defined. Im simply amazed at the results and would recommend it to anyone. Staff is professional and welcoming. Establishment is clean and offers nice entertainment while in treatments.

Great location, great people, great prices. Ive tried a bunch of their services including their leg compression, cryotherapy and, lymphatic massage suit and have nothing but good things to say about it. I always leave feeling relaxed and better than the day before. I am noooooot a bot, I highly recommend this location. The owner John is the nicest guy youll ever meet.

I have been going to the place for quite some time now. This place has everything you can think of to help you quickly recover from workouts. The Cyro, Sauna, and Compression Boots are my personal favorites. Not to mention the owner is very nice and makes his clients feel welcomed.

Second time doing the cryotherapy and it was such a great experience! I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I have already felt significant improvement with the pain and inflammation throughout my body. I absolutely love Cryo Republic! It is a weekly therapy for me. I am a very active person and have a shoulder that is prone to injury. Anytime I come in with a sore shoulder, the localized cryo zaps me right back into shape! I also love the results I am getting from the RENA, instasculpting and the body contouring. I am seeing “abs” for the first time in a long time. John and the staff there are always warm, inviting and full of knowledge. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!

Highly recommend! Booked a session of the EM Sculpt Rena through Classpass - John the owner is super welcoming and provided great information regarding the treatment as it was my first time. The facility is very clean and comfortable. John mentioned some of the other treatments they offer such as the infrared sauna pod and flowpresso which are both extremely unique. This place is a great place for you. Let me tell you why. I am a daily gym goer and I usually go every day. My body gets really tired, and I didnt like that. I found this place that has multiple treatments that could help. There are compression boots that compress your legs and it increases blood flow to them and it works great. Their cryo machine worked to rich the blood into my core which oxygenated my blood. This is such a great feeling, and I totally recommend it. Their sauna offered a place to sweat and feel good about myself. I often get very stressed as well, and the vibe bed just took away my anxiety and made me feel at peace. I thought that all these things were all this place had to offer, but I was wrong. I was introduced to insta-sculpting. Kat is a very nice person who explained it to me. If you have any area of excess fat or you just want to contour the body into a specific shape, this will do that for you. The staff is really nice and the place is super clean, modern, and well kept. John is a great owner. This place offers everything for you to recover from injuries and to make you feel better about yourself.

I was looking for a place to go to help heal some injuries I have, and CryoRepublic had such good reviews so I gave it a try. Those reviews were 100% right! I first tried the Cryotherapy and it was amazing- the owner John was so knowledgeable and helped me feel less nervous about my first Cryo. I have since tried all of the other treatments and I have nothing but great things to say about them all! I even tried the InstaSculpting with Kat and it was so great, I lost 1inch off my waist after my first session and the results were immediate! I love coming here and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I tell everyone I can to come and try it out and definitely I will keep coming back!

This place is amazing!! Seriously, I was so nicely surprised with all the services they have to offer, knowledgeable stuff, ambience, and the whole concept. I have never tried cryotherapy before and honestly wasnt sure until the last minute if I can do it ( I am claustrophobic) . John - the owner, was so understandable and assured me I will be ok, and if anything he will be right there all the time.It was an amazing experience. After 2 minutes in freezing box my body immediately felt so recharged. I loved that feeling.I also did a session with compression boots as I have RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome). I felt instant relief after 1 session. I know it wont go away immediately but if it can be improved by this non-invasive compression treatment I am all for it. Those who suffer with RLS should definitely try.Overall great experience, plus I love all the little decor touches. Great place to recharge, heal, unwind and relax. Cant wait to go back.

Great place for all my athletic recovery needs. From cryotherapy, compression, infrared sauna to my personal favorite, the celluma therapy and vibration chamber. I have a near impossible time trying to unwind and relax, and for the first time in many years fell asleep and into a short, deep sleep within a couple of minutes. It was the most epic nap ever, and I felt so refreshed! Highly recommend Cryorepublic to everyone!

I have some chronic pain disorders, so my friend recommended I check out some of the services at CryoRepublic.The first time, I tried the full body ice cryo as well as a spot treatment on my shoulder and immediately noticed a difference. I could feel improved circulation, and less pain and inflammation.They offer packages for mix & match services that help with pain, weight-loss and anxiety, so I purchased one for 4 visits.Today I went back for my 2nd visit, and this time I tried the infrared sauna pod. Id had a busy weekend and overdid things, so I was really sore and achy. The sauna pod is a 30min treatment, and it does get pretty hot, but the pod has a fan thatll blow cool air on your face and the bed has a relaxing vibration massage feature. I burned around 200 calories just laying there sweating out my toxins! And I do have to say, Im less achy and my pain is back to a much more manageable level.Im thinking I really need to make this part of my regular self-care regimen! And I do want to try some of their other services for weight loss, anti-aging and anti-anxiety too.

I usually do not write reviews but this place is amazing. I made an appointment with Kat to try this new service called InstaSculpting. Noninvasive way to get an amazing results. I have lost an inch around my waist on my first visit . I saw smoother skin on my face after just one session. Cannot wait to see the final results after I complete my package. The place has a great vibe, offering a lot of different services. The VibroAcustic bed therapy is on my list next. Kat was very friendly and did an amazing job!

Super excited this wellness spa has everything that I need! I was told to get cryotherapy for a knee injury. I first noticed how nice the studio smelled, very clean and modern. After my cryo appointment I was curious what other services are offered. Went in not really knowing what i was about to experience. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year and Im still seeking pain relief methods. This was amazing! The place is super clean, they are very accommodating and their units are almost futuristic. I walked out of there feeling like I was floating on cloud 9. Most days I dont get the best sleep because of anxiety and old injuries, that night I didnt wake up once. I highly recommend the Bio Harmonics Vibroacoustic Bed that might be a game changer.

Amazing experience with this place! John is one of the most friendly and welcoming people Ive ever met!I sprained both my ankles on the same day playing basketball and was desperate for ANYTHING that would help my recovery. Tried out Full Body Cryo and Localized Cryo on back to back days as its difficult for me to ice and elevate for long periods of time as I work 12 hours a day. I felt the difference IMMEDIATELY right after walking out of the place.Ended up purchasing an 8 session mix-and-match pack and I plan to go back regularly for the Cryo combination, and will soon start integrating their state-of-the-art infrared sauna tube once Ive passed 1 week after my injury!

I have been going to Cryorepublic since they opened about a year ago and tried most of their services. I loved the FlowPresso for detoxification and how it improved how my body skin looked, the Infrared Cocoon Sauna brought me through this years endless and cold winter and the Vibro Acoustic bed keeps my sanity before high school graduation! Id say that all the mentioned treatments have improved my sleep and decreased the stress level drastically and all of them left me completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Im truly thankful to have these options for recovery! I also had the Instasculpting facial several times, which literally gives you instantly a fresh glow and a lifted look thats great before a special occasion. The place is modern, has a nice design and the owner is super knowledgeable and attentive. If you haven’t tried Cryo, I recommend it. My kid got a sprained ankle a few weeks ago and right after the injury we came made an appointment with John. Came in and John assessed the situation. Did a spot treatment and then went home rested then saw the Doctor to make sure it wasn’t broken. Doc said it’s a bad sprain and was surprised how it wasn’t black and blue. Mentioned to Doc we did Cryo right after the injury and they said it def put us ahead of the injury. Did a 5 session back to back and the week after my kid was healed. Def coming back. As someone with Chronic Lyme Disease and other autoimmune diseases, finding one place where I can receive multiple therapies is huge for me, especially ones that work. Amazing! Brought my son in for some Cryo to help a sports injury. In addition to the awesome and high tech Cryo nitro machine, my son tried the compression boots and they were amazing. Went to Cryo Republic after a rigorous soccer game with the usual lower leg and back soreness common after a tough game. Was not expecting much, but went on the referral of someone who raved about the great service. I had the boot compression for 20 minutes followed by the cold cryo treatment and ended with the IR Cocoon Sauna. I was there to see if those treatments could help speed recovery and reduce the soreness period. After completing the treatment I headed off to work and it wasnt until later that night when I realized my higher energy levels and a noticeable lack of soreness, unusual 1 day after a game. I was dutifully impressed, not just with the effectiveness of the treatment but the unexpected boost in overall energy levels and well being. I have zero soreness and knowing how long recovery normally takes after a tough game, I was very impressed. John explained the benefits of each treatment well and the level of professionalism and care by John and his staff made me feel like royalty. The after effects are amazing enough that Ill be back for regular post workout treatments. I cannot explain what exactly accounted for the combination of no soreness and much higher energy levels all day, but am a believer that John and staff at Cryo Republic are on to something. This place is beautifuly decorated. It feels like going to a spa. Everyone is friendly. I tried InstaSculpt. I lost 11 inches in one area after 10 sessions. Leah was personal and kind. This building is so quiet and calming and an environment I immediately relax in. Before my Cryo-facial aka fro-tox, John gave a tour of his Wellness Spa explaining all of the services offered. I asked A LOT of questions. John is passionate about what he does and took the time to answer all of my questions.First treatment was the Cryo-facial. Kat answered all my questions- before, during and after. She is amazing! The Cryo-facial is great for tightening your skin, slimming that extra chin. My skin was so soft afterwards. The blue light will come on when the optimal temperature is reached and turn red when its too cold - nice safety precaution. It was pretty cold and exhilarating.Next stop was the Cryo chamber. Im not a fan of cold but wanted to try. Changing room available to take off your clothes and jewelry, leaving on your underwear/bra. Put on socks, a robe and slippers. Once I stepped in the chamber, I hand the robe to John and he gave me a pair of gloves. You are in the chamber 2-3 minutes. Wow, what an experience! I could feel an improvement of my wrist pain right away!Packages for different services are available or you can purchase individual services. I enjoyed my visit, leaving feeling a lot better than when I walked in. Thank you John & Kat!

This place is FANTASTIC! My sister and I went and it was her first time and my second time. The facility is super clean and the owner took the time to explain all the therapeutic and health benefits of cryotherapy. I LOVED my experience. I have a neck and shoulder injury and so I can testify that it really helped me with reducing pain and inflammation. I also did a vibro acoustic therapy and felt like I was floating on a cloud. It was one of the most peaceful things I’ve ever experienced. There were even more rooms with other experiences such as sauna and compression that I didn’t get a chance to test out. I love this place! I take my son here for the localized cryo for acute injuries and I’ve gone for the flowpresso and vibroacoustic bed. My recommendation is to have the owner suggest a combo of two of their services for what it does to detox your body and to relax. Mostly I love the options. I don’t have to opt for the same service every time - just what I need, when I need it.

My husband and I had a rejuvenating experience at Cryo Republic. We entered the facility sore from CrossFit workouts, hoping to feel more recovered physically. We felt welcomed and relaxed the second we walked in the doors, and left feeling physically and mentally recovered!We did a sequence of machines designed to maximize recovery and promote healing and health:Compression Boots made my legs feel less heavy.Cryotherapy Chamber was what I was looking forward to the most, and it was way more comfortable that I was expecting!My husband tried the infrared sauna and loved it!The biggest pleasant surprise was the Vibro-acoustic therapy, which left me feeling like I had just had a 2 hour nap after 10 mins!! As someone who has trouble falling asleep, I wish I could do this every night!The technology and care in this facility was amazing! My body aches were gone when I left, and I felt lighter, both physically and mentally. I cant wait to go again!

I came here after our normal Saturday run. I have to admit to being skeptical - but after talking to the owner, John, I am converted. There is something for everyone here. I tried the vibro-acoustic bed which was sublime. It was so relaxing, I nearly fell asleep. I felt like Id had a deep meditation without the chanting :)Next up, I tried the squeezy boots - formally known as compression boots. These are like a blood pressure cuff that squeeze and release. The pressure is adjustable so John found the perfect setting for me. My legs felt much better than they usually do after a long run - impressive.John was so knowledgeable - hes obviously researched the medicine behind each gadget and is patient with questions. I love the posters that also outline the benefits of each machine and explain how they achieve those benefits.The space is also beautifully decorated which really helps the healing process.

I have to say they go above and beyond for all your injuries and needs! Loved my first experience here and it wont be my last! The owner John is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a thorough tour of the place. Ive never done Cryo therapy before but the results afterwards followed by the infrared sauna was AMAZING! I workout 5 days a week and stand on my feet all day at work. I also suffer from a shoulder impingement as well as a torn meniscus. This is a great place for recovery from muscle and joint soreness and also a great place to destress from my busy work schedule.

I hate saunas because I always feel like I cant breathe. But the one they have is a vibrational bed and a dome that covers just your body while air conditioning hits your face! My husband said the infrared lights kill viruses so I said what the hell. Ill be a regular for sure.
