It is Easter Sunday, and I have been sitting here for 2 hours while my girls sit at home waiting on me. I am still here. They do not seem very non Hispanic friendly as far as service priority go. There have been people who arrived over an hour after me and have been serviced before me and off the lot quickly. I have spoken to a few associates and still have not been helped. They took my tire off almost 2 hours ago. It is Easter Sunday, and I have been sitting here for 2 hours while my girls sit at home waiting on me. I am still here. They do not seem very non Hispanic friendly as far as service priority go. I am the only Melanated person in this lot customer and workers alike. So yes, that aided. There have been people who arrived over an hour after me and have been serviced before me and off the lot quickly. I have spoken to a few associates and still have not been helped. They took my tire off almost 2 hours ago and just have me sitting here. Now at 4:41pm, they put on a tire that has rocks stuck in it and as a Courtesy for the tire $25. Funny, I live in Lakewood Village, so this is one of our closest tire shops. It took me less than 2 minutes to get here from home and over 2 hours to get help. I am beyond livid.

I subscribe to all reviews with one star!!! This is the worst tire service!!! Why didnt I look at these reviews before coming? Everything that is written in some excellent reviews happened to me. after waiting for two hours and trying to sell me other chairs. I was already dreaming of leaving there... in the end I left on tires that were slightly smaller with the INSIDE and OUTSIDE MIXED and without balancing!!!

Didn’t honor their advertise price found them on Facebook when I got there he said they posted the wrong price and wouldn’t honor it, but he could sell me another pair basically bald tires for the same price. These guys are a joke hence why they have all the negative reviews they do.

This is my favorite spot to any of my tire services. I have tried different places is either more expensive or not as professional. I’ll this business is they are literally waiting for you to pull over to start helping you definitely five stars I recommended 100%, I live way far away from this place and I rather make a trip to come and do my business here👏👏

I went to another nearby tire store. They told me it was gonna be three hours to even look at my car so I said thank you for your time. All I needed was a flat fixed so I went to this place and they said no problem. Follow up 20 minutes. I have my flat fixed and I’m back on the road, great service friendly people five stars plus

Woke up today with a bolt on my tire. I had a busy schedule and was worried that I wouldn’t find a place on Sunday morning that’s open. This place popped up when I googled tire repair and filtered open now. I called to see the wait time for a tire repair and they said they can take me in now. Contacted this place ( they had an advertisement for 4 tires on Facebook ) spoke to Daniel let him know I was on my way (1hr drive) got there within the hour. When I got there, they told me they had just sold the tires ( after I had just spoken to him ). They wanted to then sell me two very different tires. BEWARE BEFORE TAKING THE DRIVE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Today was my 2nd visit. 1st time I saw an ad for a set of used tires on OfferUp and FB Marketplace. When I got there they were being installed on the truck before me. 😒 My next visit was today, went there without looking at their listings just hoping they had some used tires for the car. At first Jimenez tried to sell me new tires, then a mismatched set. He passed me on to another fellow who took me deep inside the lair of tire stacks to pick the perfect set of 4 Michelins at about 75%. Confirmed they all matched, no plugs or patches, no sidewall damage and all within a reasonable DOT build date. Total was $160 🏆I was there for an hour standing in the parking lot like the rest of the customers but didnt bother me.Oh, and they use high quality tools, a good sign. Ii saw matco and snap on with Coates tire machines.

They advertised nice tires and when you get there they’re horrible quality. Took forever to replace 1 tire. When their buddy’s got there they attended them first and had the rest wait. They have horrible costumer service. Others in the waitlist complained as well. AVOID

Saw a set of 4 tires on FB..confirmed they had the 3 times...went all the way there from Riverside.They tires were no longer available..BS BAIT SWITCH..same shot happend to another gent who was there at the same time..So he has a better set for meUp sales me to gently used other set..way more money than initial setup..ok fine..I get home and my wife points out a HUGE bulge in the right rear tire..I try and call back..they wont even answer the phone! Do not go here. Stranded me in the desert. I had them install my tire pressure monitors from my stock wheels into my custom wheels just before leaving on a road trip to Joshua tree. Im over 130 mi away in the middle of nowhere and find my tire flat because the valve stem had not been properly tightened. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my tires and this place simply did not properly install the valve stem. It gets worse. Im missing a lug because they had completely stripped all the threading off the bolt. Trying to put on my spare tire and cannot remove one of the lugs because it is so badly cross-threaded it is locked. These Fools left me stranded. Absolute disgust for this place. They should close!

Drove 45 minutes to this place for 4 285 bf Goodrich tires and they mounted 2 295 nittos 1 305 nitto and 1 305 bfg, then told me they had no 285s. I gave them a chance to fix it and came back a week later when they told me they’d have the right tires and after driving another 45 minutes they told me they only have one 295 nitto (not even the right size or brand) so after finally agreeing to just take the 295s and come back for the 3RD TIME a week later for the 4th 295, they dodged my calls that whole week, I finally got ahold of them and they assured me that they had the 4th tire and that it was the correct size and brand. When I arrived, they had shaved down the size on the tire to hide the fact that it was AGAIN the wrong size tire(285 which I originally wanted and not a 295 which I agreed to taking since I was so done dealing with them).Then they made a big deal about giving me my money back and didn’t even give me back the full amount. DONT GO HERE THEY WILL JUST SCAM YOU. I now have less money and no tires on my wheels. I reported them to multiple agencies.

I found this place on offer up, when I shouldve read the reviews first. Believe everyone here... they are scam artist! They promise you a good deal and they claim to have the tires in stock but when you get there... they pull the old bait and switch and try to sell you some garbage used tires that dont even match. They play stupid and pretend its was an honest mistake... dontbelieve them, thats thier plan. They say anything to get you in the door. These guys post fake ads on Facebook Marketplace, confirm they have the tires when you message them, then try to sell you something else when you arrive.The tires they advertise never existed. Do not trust this place, like everybody else says online they will post pictures advertising tires that they don’t actually have. Once you get there they will try to pawn you off on different tires even after confirming they have the tires there. Talking to people when first showing up they just kinda brushed me off to the side and was annoying. A day later one of the tires went completely flat beyond being able to fill up with air and all they say is to drive back. Dont do business with this place because they will not balance your tires if you not request and I saw many vehicles no balance the tires even customer replace new tires, they are trying to done your vehicles fast and collect payment.I saw they not balance my tires and I asked them why dont balancing my tire ? and they bring inside to balance but you cant see how good after they balance because the balancing machine hidden inside. after they install my tires I drove home (10 miles) and all my cap cover lost (pop out) of the wheels, all my cover cap in there for 9 years. They don’t know what a torque wrench is. They share one impact gun per 6 workers. Was just watching them tighten every tire with an impact. If you care about your car don’t come to this place.

What a joke! Wish I would’ve read the reviews on this place. Had two different Facebook marketplace ads showing tires in excellent condition. I confirmed via Messenger that they had both sets on site before I drove an hour to come get them installed. By the time I got there and both sets of tires were gone. The guy asked me to wait 15 minutes while he got another set. 45 minutes later he showed up with a pair of jug tires. Bottom line is these people will say whatever they think we’ll get you to give them money. Zero integrity.

Took 3 hrs to put on the tires! The wait times are ridiculous, it should not take this long to change out 4 tires. Some customers were even doing some of the work themselves. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the guys working were not rude. They need a better system and more than two machines if theyre going to be taking on more than they can handle. DO NOT COME HERE !!! Said they had the specific tires I wanted (2 Cooper discovery tires) priced at $400 out the door. I was told to return in the morning. I returned at 10am at their request only to find out they needed another day to pick them up. I returned the following day and they did not have the right tires. However, they were “Cooper tires but now the price rose to $450 for two tires.I figured you can never go wrong with a quality name brand such as “Cooper” however they did not balance the tires correctly. The car was uncontrollable on the freeway between 60-70 mph. I had American tire attempt to re-balance. I checked tire pressures, change the shocks and checked the alignment. All indicators led to having faulty tires. I had a total of 30 miles on the tires due only to test driving after each vehicle adjustment. American tire said they were defective tires being oval as opposed to round. They were unable to balance the tires needing over 10oz weights.I returned to Cruz tires and the Manager Luis gave me the runaround stating its my shocks and other excuses. I explained my attempts to narrow down the problem. He didn’t want to hear it, stating he can’t get a hold of the boss. He told me to return so he can call him. I said What? return for you to call him ? He was clearly playing games and never tried to work out a solution. He would only reply, the tires are now used” and certainly did not stand by their product.Furthermore, they only accept cash and do not charge taxes. Which appears to be an under the table organization.If you do not speak Spanish, there will be a great language barrier. While I was there, another customer said they changed the price on him and his vehicle was unstable as well. I left there and went straight to Allen Tire purchasing two more tires for another $550 and now the vehicle runs great. However, I am at a loss of $450 with the defective Cooper tires.I went back to Cruz tires and explained to the manager of his poor business tactics. He said, he was going to exchange the tires only after he saw my new tires. He walked off calling me “STUPID” I confronted him, and he backtracked stating the tires are stupid. This is what you are dealing with here at Cruz Tires not to mention the interpreter said” Do you think you can close our business” as if he was hearing a completely different conversation. I was shaking my head.Coming from an extensive law enforcement background, I will exercise the avenues readily available for reporting the aforementioned. I will contact the Better Business Bureau, IRS Tax Fraud Department and the INS to conduct a drive by ensuring this business is legitimate. This is clearly a shady business.The only solution at this point is for them to return my $450. I trashed the tires for the simple fear Cruz Tires may attempt to re-sell as their un-ethical behavior is clear.I can only imagine how many other innocent customers have been taken advantage of...this review is for youPeace

I went in to have some tires mounted and balanced on some rims I had. I brought the rims and new tires. One of the guys gave me a price that was pretty high and then instantly lowered it when he could tell I was about to leave. Also there is some communication difficulties due to a language barrier. They did remove the old tires from my rims and got the new ones installed pretty quick. One of my rims the valve stem hole is an older style and is larger than normal and they took a while to find a valve stem that would fit it, they actually had said they probably don’t have it. But they finally found one. I went to pay and they only take cash so I then had to go get cash and come back. Overall a good place if you need tire service. They seem to be open pretty late and are open 7 days. I wouldn’t buy new tires there. Seems like they specialize in used tires. I didn’t see many new tires, just stacks of used ones.

Worst tire shop. Do not go. I went for a set of used tires on offerup. They showed old cracked ten year old tires and said they were good. I said no and then was offered a set of toyos that were good so I said yes then when they were installing them, they were a different set. They were 8 years old and dried up. I complained but they didnt listen. While mounting the tires they broke a stud and had the nerve to say it was fine to drive and not to worry about it. Scum bags.

My brother called and spoke to the rude woman that answered the phone, he asked how much for 2 tires for his car and was told $80. He went there and a guy told him no not $80 its $120. This place is horrible. Warning stay away if you love your vehicle save yourself from a headache, they installed the wrong tire that i had agreed upon purchasing. Installer destroyed my rim with the machine completely by scratching it deeply. Now the dealership wants $800 for a new wheel replacement. When you complain to them they look at you as if youre the bad guy. Thats what i get for trying to save a couple of bucks with these people. Stay away!!! Go to a professional place!!!

Buyer beware of the old bait and switch. They quote a price and tell you it’s ok to pay with a card. Then while your car is held hostage up on jacks, no wheels they tell you their machine is down and they need cash! When I said I don’t have cash on me, they point you towards two ATMs across the street. I informed them I could only withdraw $500, they said ok pay balance with card. I said I thought it was down?! So shady, bad business practices! They tried doing the same thing to guy next to me, he straight told them he could only pay with card and they accepted his payment.

I came to get my flat tire fixed I asked for a patch they said they couldnt do it. They sold me a used tire instead they do not take card so I had to walk to the bank to get cash. When I arrived only one person was working and no communication. After 30 min waiting the guy finally took my tire off just to let it sit there to work on the truck next to mine. Absolutely horrible experience. Was told that they had a set of 30X9.5Xr15 tires and called to confirm that they indeed had them. Person who answered the phone was claiming that he was looking at them and they were indeed at their shop. I told them I was coming from the San Fernando Valley and would be there in an hour to get them. Once I got there, he said that he did not in fact have the tires and proceeded to try to sell me a different set which obviously would not fit my car. Lack of professionalism and borderline scamming people.

Went there today for a set I saw on Offer Up, the one’s I was shown were a different set but were ok, I specifically asked if they were a sent and were told yes. Then when they were put on the car they were 2 different pairs, then 3-32/11.5x15 and 1-31/10.50x15. Javier says he’ll call me this week when he gets a whole set in so we’ll see. 🤞🏼
