Favorite new flavor is their strawberry pretzel pie. Perfect sweetness level and does not have their typical, thick buttercream frosting . This one has more of a light whipped cream.

This is our first time at Crumbl Cookies 🍪. I love the decor and atmosphere, the employees were very nice, pleasant, and helpful. The store was very clean and I love that we can see the cookies being made. There were cute cookie Displays that helped us choose what cookies we wanted. It smells delightful inside, warm, and inviting. Ordering the cookies was easy and fun. And it was exciting to get our cookies 🍪🍪🍪😀. We ate them with complete Joy and satisfaction. Warm, gooey, soft, and scrumptious. Thank you and we definitely will be coming back to try the seasonal flavors.

These cookies are absolutely amazing, whenever I walk into the store, someone always greets me and am usually serviced extremely quickly.You can tell that the cookies are always made fresh, and most of them are still warm when you pick them up.I’ve never had a bad experience or even need to take a cookie back!

Ordered drive up pick up twice and both times had to go in after about 15 minutes which is not the end of the world AT ALL. However it does defeat the purpose of drive up with little sun the car. Second time there the Salted Carmel cookie had a hair baked in it. Again not the end of the world as these things happen in the food industry. When we called to let them know about the mishap we never received a call back from a manager. Not the best not the worst probably won’t go back to this location though.

SUPER RUDE, DISAPPOINTING & WORSE SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. I made an order for pickup on June 20, 2024 and I got charged and the order went thru and was ready to pickup from 9:30pm-9:50pm. I arrived at 9:53pm, 7 minutes before closing, and they had already locked their doors. There was two girls, they said their names were Liz and Ruth, working there and the older lady kept telling the younger girl to ignore us, which they did. Then eventually told her to send us away and was making rude gestures. I talked to other people who were standing there who also placed online orders which were confirmed for pick up and they got charged for the cookies just like us. Its not cool how they charged all of us yet we couldnt get what we paid for even though we got there before the closing time thats posted on their FRONT DOORS and ONLINE. I talked to a worker and she first mentioned there was no more cookies and then she said well we never made or packed them. Which is SUPER concerning since they basically took my money and were “ready for pickup” by 9:50pm. ITS A LITERAL SCAM the way they run things there. We were all in disbelief. About 5/6 other people experienced the same thing I did. NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER.And go ahead and post your copy and paste response to this review just like you’ve done to every other review. Just proves a point and comes to show you how horrible and unprofessionally this place is being ran.

Yum 😋 it’s a little dangerous. The cookies are amazing. I recommend getting a few choices and cutting them into pieces to share. There are some chairs outside you can sit and have a coffee and cookies. The surrounding area is a great atmosphere

This is the second time in February that I purchase one cookie and receive the same treatment. I dont know what happened with the employees but this used to be a friendly, welcoming, attentive, clean business. I ordered pickup for 7:50 pm tonight and I arrive 10 to 15 minutes late. I figure well with that extra time my one cookie should be ready. It wasnt. To top it off, I was completely ignored from the moment I walked in. The employees are excellent at staring you down and making you feel unwelcomed. I guess the lady in the front was too busy venting to two customers to acknowledge my existence or to ask if I was picking up or placing an order. I finally got the attention of one employee after speaking a little louder so she could hear me above the loud conversation and loud music only to find out my order wasnt even ready. I finally got my one cookie in a sticky box well after the couple standing there engaged in conversation even though my ready time was before theirs. I worked in a sports bar/restaurant for a few years but no matter how slammed I was or what I was busy doing I always made sure to acknowledge the customer with a simple Hi, Ill be right with you. Please retrain your staff. Looks like the cookie is smaller now too and the price is $5 not $4 like it used to be. Its not worth it for me anymore. I hope other customers get treated better.

I went into this location at 9:15 pm TODAY and was told there was only 1 cookie flavor available at the moment (obviously bummed) but I made conversation and I asked how orders work to be able to get more flavors but was told that you’re not guaranteed your order anyways. So I just ordered 2 cookies of the one flavor and stepped aside. When the next customer was helped she told them she had 4 FLAVORS IN THE MINIS! I looked at the employee in confusion. I waited until she finished with them and asked if what I heard was correct and she nervously said yes. IM SO UPSET that she didn’t tell me she had different flavors in minis, I had a whole conversation with her about wanting to try the different flavors and how I can order them and not once did she mention she DID HAVE the mini flavors.

First time going because Im not too big on cookies but crumbl is absolutely amazing! Service and atmosphere so clean and comforting. The cookie I tried was marshmallow white chocolate lucky charms cookie it was so soft and delicious definitely coming back. 😍
