His relentless desire to please you when buying a home is parallel to none. Robert was amazing during our whole selling and buying process. We unfortunately purchased and sold our home during this covid pandemic and yet Robert was so patient with us, walking us through each step and never having doubt that our home would sell and that we would find our dream home at the same time. It was a struggle at first, getting furloughed from my job, having fear of not selling and settling in a house we weren’t too fond of, but he exceeded our expectations and never gave up! Robert was very kind, patient and friendly with my family and myself, my mom loved having him as our realtor! Thank you so much Robert for being their for us, never giving up hope and having patience with us during this crazy stressful time! Alyssa gave us a free consultation on the process of buying a house. My husband and I are in the middle of a huge transition in our careers and meeting up with her helped us determine if we are ready for a house now or later. She was very knowledgeable. For someone to take the time with you even if you are not ready to buy is a huge bonus. We have everything we need to know to go into our new venture. I recommend taking her free consultation and walking you through the process even if you are not ready to buy. It will help you reach the dream house you want if you know what you need. We will keep her in mind when we are ready to buy.

Our experience with Alyssa was absolutely great! I would have never imagined for a bit that a realtor could be so nice and work so hard to help you out purchasing your first home, especially when your lender isn’t really doing everything to help out with your credit issues. She referred us to a new lender and we got a lower rate than the one we got with our previous lender. She’s the best!! I’m definitely calling her when I purchase my second property!

Robert made it so easy refinancing my home in Riverside. I didn’t think I was going to be able to finalize my loan quickly because I’m not computer savvy. But Robert walked me through the whole process and helped me upload my documents as they were needed. I am thankful for his patience and knowledge. We recently got our home refinanced by Mirna Venegas and Roberto Reyes and we are so happy and satisfied with the job they did!! I am so excited I met Alyssa, my family and I have been thinking of buying a home for a while now but I really didnt know where to start. Robert went out of his way to guide me through my real estate and mortgage license all in the same year. He gave me his recommendations when it came to what classes to take and what to expect when applying for my licenses. It would of been a stressful process if he wasn’t here to give me direction.
