I used crown limos as wedding transportation for the wedding party and our guests. booked a 42 person mini coach bus. sergio + team were so quick and responsive. my coordinator dealt with a lot of the day-of logistics but heard they again were helpful, responsive. the bus was sleek black, clean with lovely leather seats, cold ac, and the nicest driver. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!!

We could not have been happier with Crown Limousine! We flew in for a cruise but had half of a day available and wanted to show our kids some of L.A. Our driver, Wayne was professional, on time and so kind! We were so pleased with our experience that we requested him to come back and pick us up when our cruise was over for a delivery to the airport. Would absolutely recommend!

Crown was great. The quote process was quick. The paperwork was easy to process and understand. Regular updates were provided to us that our date was approaching. Our driver Hayden showed up right on time. Hayden was friendly and knowledgeable about all of our trip plans and answered all my questions. The van was great and matched the pictures. All went well and I will use Crown again.

Our service from Crown Limo was wonderful. On a scale of 1 to 10, the car was a 10, and the driver was an 11! The surprise car and fun afternoon was planned for a disabled man in our family, making many stops at favorite places and picking up and dropping off various friends. Crown asked for the itinerary ahead of time, and everything went off with a hitch. We were extremely happy with Crown from the first phone call to the end of the ride. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

There’s a dispatcher name Bridgette. She is amazing and very fair. She is very smart, like super smart. She’s able to multi-task like no one I’ve ever seen in this business. I’ve been a chauffeur for more than 20 years. She is a master. She puts the drivers first. She puts the clients at ease. The service is outstanding. Just a few hours after I booked their service, my familys flight was diverted to another airport. They didnt hesitate to offer me a full refund. Once we finally had sn ETA in LAX, I gave Crown Limousine a call and they sent another driver to the airport to pick up my wife and kids.My wife told me that the car was brand new and well maintained. The driver, Rick, was very kind and willing to assist my wife all the time (they even stopped by a pharmacy to get some diapers).Great company, kind staff and reliable.

I booked a Cadillac suv for my son’s prom through crown limo. Befitting of a classy kinda dude (forgive my bias). Driver arrived promptly and communicated with me every step til the end. He allowed us extra time to get last minute pics and to pose with the car. Could tell he was used to this and made my son and I comfortable with a genuine concern for his safety and experience for his special night. We chose the 2023 Cadillac Escalade, and it arrived in IMMACULATE condition! Crown Limousine did a great job communicating, and the invoice had no hidden fees. They did a fine job of being upfront on all costs. Our chauffeur, Marcus, was professional, patient, accommodating and caring! I appreciated that Marcus accommodated the kids requests and made them comfortable. He made my husband, and I feel comfortable and at ease when he texted us to inform us that the kids safely made it to the prom. Who does that? Marcus DID!!! That type of service is PRICELESS! The experience from booking to actual day of was great. This was my first time booking a party bus and I knew I was cutting it close by trying to book with barely over a week before prom. Nonetheless, I received the quote quick and was able to book within minutes.With it being my first time, I also had a bunch of questions. I called in and spoke to Crystal and she was super helpful and was able to get me answers to all the questions I had and helped me change up my pickup/delivery locations without any issues.Come the day of, our driver Edward was awesome! He was super friendly and helped to reassure me and the other parents that the kids would be well taken care of. He also gave me a heads up to remind me that Id be charged an additional hour if he wasnt able to drop the kids off by a certain time. I already figured Id need an extra hour but it was great service on Edwards part to still remind me.Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Booked with Crown for a large SUV to airport for travel to Mexico. Even though there was a scheduling mistake on my initial call, this was corrected after I called the dispatch the night prior to confirm! First driver (Raymond) was prompt and ready to go as he had another ride to get to after us (Best we could get with the late mix up).The service is prompt, professional, and makes everything very easy. I like the fact they are reliable and I’m never disappointed. I pay in advance and gratuity is included so with 3 kiddos and lots of bags I don’t need to fumble around for payment.Lastly, a very high recommend and thank you to our driver home Cornelius! I mean, this nice guy picked us up super fast (faster than our friends’ airport valet service) and took care of everything. He fit our stroller in the car and believe it or not, helped pick my kids out of the car from the back row after they fell asleep! Huge thank you for that, he was a huge help. He waited for us for almost an hour to depart from the cruise ship, loaded our luggage into his very nice SUV, then carefully drove our family to the rental car place. And the kicker? He waited for us to get our rental car and then loaded our bags into it for us! He was honestly just a wonderful person. Had a wonderful experience! A group of 6 rented a Sprinter Van from a hotel in LA to the pier in Long Beach. The driver was on time and courteous. He took the time to show us how to work everything in the van and eventook pictures for us. The company stayed in contact for about a month prior to and also followed up afterwards!It was only 2 of us on the return trip. As the plane touched down we received a txt from our chauffeur, introducing himself, and assuring us he was waiting for us at the baggage area holding a sign with our name. As usual, Crown Limo was super on time, helpful, and made travel easy. Impeccable in his black suit and tie (the epitome of what a professional chauffeur should be), Gary met us in bag claim, was well-mannered, and pleasant, and very proficiently took our carry-ons and quickly collected our (heavy) suitcases from the conveyor and whisked us away to a very clean, well -appointed Cadillac SUV. He knew the best route and got us to our destination in Pasadena quickly & safely, pointing out all the sites en route.
