Easy Transactions, from this dealership being in-house financing made it quick to get a car to help me with the path I was aiming for.I am writing to share my experience with a recent car purchase from your dealership. While I appreciate the assistance provided in finding an insurer to get the car off the lot, I must express my concerns regarding the vehicle’s condition.Unfortunately, six months into owning the car, I began encountering numerous mechanical issues. These included problems with the spark plugs, ignition coil packs, oil leaks from the pan, and a coolant leak from the expansion tank. Additionally, the fuel rail lines leading to the fuel pump experienced low pressure, causing further complications.In an attempt to address these issues, I replaced the spark plugs, coil packs, oil pan, and coolant tank, ensuring that all replacements met the manufacturer’s specifications. Despite these efforts, I now find myself in need of an engine overhaul just ten months into ownership, which is quite disheartening.I strongly advise prospective buyers to obtain a CARFAX report or use Cargurus before purchasing a vehicle from this location. Please note that this dealership operates multiple used car locations in surrounding cities, so it is crucial to exercise caution as they will continually skimp you dollars or a couple dimes and cents at a time.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Went in and spoke with George. He was a very upfront and honest salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in buying a car! Definitely do not recommend this dealership after having my car for 4 months now. Every month they call harassing about a payment that was already made. They are unprofessional. They lie. They took forever to send me my contract via email. Got my car in December and I’m barely getting my contract. I never received my registration in the mail. I had to go get it my self. The key fog was broken upon buying the car they told me they would let me know when my new key was ready I didn’t get my key until 3 months after having my car and I had to call them and basically remind them that they owed me a key. I wouldn’t t refer this dealer to my worst enemy to this car place. Good luck to anyone looking to do business with them you will need it.

When I first found these people a couple of months ago I did not have the best experience with them, and posted a not so pleasnt review. After being contacted by their Manager/Owner Ray he was eager to discuss what I felt went wrong last time and Ray was willing to go above and beyond to get me approved.With the help of Chuck and Ray my wife and I got our 2013 Camry which is a pretty awesome car. I was referred a few years ago to Crown City Motors by good friend of mine. I took the advice for granted and did not follow up. Ill say my experience wasnt bad, but it wasnt great.recently someone crashed into my car parked on the street totaling it. So now Im unexpectedly in the market for a car. I see a car I really liked at crown city. Went down there with my mom to cosign (she has excellent credit I have good credit) did some paperwork they came back with a 8.5 Apr if thats the best you can do with two people who have good to great credit, time to look elsewhere.Found a good car newer year, less miles, lower Apr (4.8) big difference. Basically times are hard for alot of people. And we felt like there finance guy wasnt being completely honest with what he can do. Just be righteous and honest with people and good things will happen.

I had to coordinate selling my car amd buying the car I fell in love with at Crown City, and they were beyond helpful and understanding. I had to cash the check I got for my car to pay for the sweet little Mini I bought from them, but for two days didnt have a car. They allowed me, since I had signed all the paperwork, to take my car off the lot to go run to banks all over town. It was a hectic two days since I didnt want to wait while the banks put hold on the checks. Everything worked out and I couldnt say one bad thing about buying a car with them. My husband and I purchased a car from this dealer, the process took a very long time because there are literally only 3 guys there. The owner does all the financial paperwork and has the manager running back and forth with a printed paper of the deal details for the loan, which did not include the term length nor the interest rate. They seemed really indifferent as far as customer service, the manager told my husband I was pushy while I was standing there! (I was telling him I can not commit to a loan without all the details...and I was not moving forward without all the details, had I not they would have signed the loan with a 24% interest rate!) So because it was so late on a Friday and Easter weekend we had to get the insurance cards on Monday morning and go back for the car, which was fine. I get there to pick up the car about 4:30 pm and he asked for an additional document of lien holder on the insurance, my insurance closes at 5pm, so luckily I was able to get that done but I was so mad because if I had showed up later they wouldnt have let me drive the new car home, and I live an hour and 15 minutes away. They made this whole experience so difficult it felt like pulling teeth to get the information in small bits from them. So, now I have the car and I figured I could get my account registered online for making payments...think again. There is no way to see your account balance, manage your payments or anything! its literally just a tab on their website that you can make a check payment, and dont be fooled, it shows 3 steps, where step 2 says you move on to confirm before submitting but even that is misleading as well, step 3 is your receipt! I suggest having your own financing ready to take with you before purchasing from them if you decide they have a car you want to buy.

Then I had several other issues months after buying the car (engine issues that they did not catch in their inspection). They approved me for a set amount down after recieving all my documents and running my credit, I was totally upfront and honest about my poor credit and was told I had a confirmed positive approval and for the amount I had down. I picked out a car and told them what is was, they said it was a totally doable car, no problem. I confirmed the amount down again and was told yes, absolutely for that amount down. I went in a day later and was told I need more money down for that car which was under $10k. This was after confirming and being assured of the $$$ down several times. They offered me a total POS high mileage car for that amount down. I feel lied to and lead on. They miislead and lied to get me in so they could get more money out of me, knowing my options were limited, he knew I would not want that POS other car after seeing the other one. He showed no remorse and was not contrite at all for doing that to me. I was so upset at being treated like that and for having my faith in someones promise and not be lied to broken without thought or caring all to make a buck.

The place is haunted. Worked there when it was part of the Volvo store and can say without a doubt it has major activity. For having little to no credit got what I wanted with warranty of 2yrs on motor and transmission... Might have to pay little more for car do to little or no credit but overall very happy!!!
