I have been working directly with CB for a little over 5 months and was able to build version 2 of MOVE, a digital parts ordering network. The communication has been great, the development team I have is extremely educated on top of all my request. Ive made tons of enhancements, making the product work perfectly for users and once launched in the play stores we didnt see any issues. We are continuing to build with CB and look forward to doing business together long term. I trust my CB development team. Its difficult to trust just any company with money and building the ideas in your head. Ive had a good experience and I believe that if you get with AJ and he hooks you up with the team that built MOVE, your going to be very impressed with the work quality and design you receive. I really cant even say I ever had a issue that wasnt resolved quickly, fairly or not how I imagined while working with them. Good luck to all the Entrepreneurs working to make it happen!
Our company hired Crowdbotics to develop an app to manage our drone delivery service and they did an excellent job. We are really pleased with the outcome. We looked into hiring in-house developers but had difficulty finding developers with the right kind of experience and they were all very expensive. Crowdbotics was able to provide us with straight answers and the development process went really smoothly. This is a great company to work with and their team is top-notch.

Overall happy with the product. Took longer than expected and some communication breakdowns however felt the design was what we envisioned.
I used them to create an app which was supposed to take 6 months but actually took over 8 months. During the app development the lead coder tried to talk me out of multiple features and I explained that wasnt how I wanted the application to work. It appeared they would prefer to make things easy on themselves and care more about getting it finished and checking a box rather than providing something of quality and to your vision. While going through the reviewing stage with apple one of the reviewers (through apple) actually advised me that the app was riddled with bugs and that the coding was shotty when I was on a private call with them. Once the app released many of the features in Testflight didnt translate into the actual published app. The app never worked from the beginning. Conveniently this company also provides a service for bug fixes after release for a fee, of course. Kind of appears like they purposefully change the coding so youre forced into an additional contract with additional fees.Update:I have recently had a great experience with the team responsible for maintenance and bug fixes so I guess it depends on which team you have. I would give the maintenance team a 5/5 if I could rate them separately. My original coding team deserves a 1/5.
I paid in full for an app in 2021 and things started off great. The app has several large bugs that needed fixed, but turnover has killed the project. Im on my 4th project manager, as the others have left the company, and 2nd dev team (from what Ive been told). These bugs have gone almost a year with almost no progress and Im stuck paying $200/mo.This company is fine for a simple and quick project, but dont expect anything beyond that.Update: Nobody ever reached out to me as mentioned below. I was able to reach Neza in customer service. They claim the app was delivered as complete and I would need to pay $1k+ to have any bugs fixed. The issue is that I never signed off on the app being complete, because there are several features missing from the PRD. The main purpose of the app isnt even functional on Android... Learn from me... dont go cheap and find another company.Update 2: Neza and Jovana were a blessing in getting things corrected. I couldnt be happier with my experience and the final product of the app since being introduced to them. My experience the last 5 months would be an easy 5/5. Hopefully this is an indication of strong improvements within the company.
Crowdbotics moved quick and efficiently while developing our app. They kept us in touch along the way at every step.
I chose to go with Crowdbotics for our companys dental insurance customer management system. The whole experience was really positive. They gave us accurate estimates of the cost and timeline of our project. The PRD they created was very accurate and made it an easy decision to go with them. We looked at other companies and either the estimate seemed way off(super expensive) or the PRD was really unspecific. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with Crowdbotics and I highly recommend working with them.
High quality programming team with reasonable upper level management.For various reasons, our project was never completed as anticipated. After voicing our concerns about how management handled the situation, the CEO contacted me and made things right. I have modified my review as a result of their willingness to reach out and try to improve the situation.The project managers and coding staff they employ are nothing short of spectacular.
Once the support team picked up my project they were efficient at delivering the feature and timely to helping fix any bugs as we validated prior to launch.
There is nothing good about this company. The good reviews are written by the company. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and when this review gets depleted I’ll write another one! Do not deal with this company. Take your money and 2 and a half years to end up with nothing. They have no idea what they are doing they are liars. Biggest mistake fis my life was thinking these crooked company. What they could piece together was so bad apple called it “spam’ couldn’t even get past the login screen. Broke the term and conditions becaise it was said to take 6.weeks and refused to give me my money back! Terrible don’t make the same mistake I did!!!
Team assigned was very professional and made it easy to develop our app, weekly sessions were productive and team was managed well.

2023-12-01 16:27:12I have had a very good experience with Crowdbotics thus far. I contracted them to build a dropshipping application that was beyond my ability to create and would have been very challenging to create with only one or two freelancers. Having a full team at your disposal is invaluable while building a complicated application.I did my research and felt like CB was easily the best bang for my buck. They were able to quote me $70k, other agencies were quoting me well over $100k, and up to $150k, to build my application.When building an app with many features it is easy to miss things when creating the beginning scope. Make sure to leave some room for possible budget increases. I think many of the negative reviews here probably did not scope out their app accurately and it led to increases down the road. CB always did a good job of describing why they would or would not be able to perform additional work on the app that sometimes was a bit ambiguous in the initial scope.Overall I have had a great experience with CB during the course of my app build. We are getting very close to launch and I am considering signing up for a Care Plan as I do not have the resources in house to manage an application like the one they built for me. I will update this review in the future and provide details on that experience.

2023-11-28 17:59:03Im unfortunately having to downgrade my review. The project completely stalled out 10 months ago. Multiple leader and project team changes with no further movement on creating a functional app. We vacillate between no communication and lack of responsiveness, to positive meetings with leaders but then no follow through on plans or promises and no meetings to actually review and work through the app functionality. Week after week just continue to pass with nothing to show for it. I do want to be excited about this investment and project again, and Ill update my review if that happens.

2024-01-16 00:39:14My experience was not what I expected and the disappointed lead me to abandon my project all together. My experience with crowdbotics was a completed waste of money and my time. Consistent pressure for more payments with no results. It got to the point where I said to the team if you dont have any real updates then lets not schedule any time as its wasteful for the budget. They hire clowns that they have zero control over in various areas of the world. If you want to waste your time and flush your hard earned funds down the toilet then go with crowdbotics. If you want serious and professional results then shop elsewhere.

Although there were certainly some growing pains along the way, the new focus on rapid communication, effective coordination of experts and incredible talent pool to draw from have made this my go to development team for many years to come. 2023-12-06 17:43:47I am giving Crowdbotics a 5 star review because, in the end, they were able to deliver on their commitment. Crowdbotics made my dream a reality. Was it an easy road to get there? No it was not by any means easy. The bottom line is we got there! I am a non-technical founder. Within three months of deployment our software is at $3K MRR. We have a scalable solution to the problem I set out to solve and it wouldnt have been possible without Crowdbotics. My advice to any entrepreneur or team that decides to partner with CB is to pay special attention when your PRD is created. Do not sign off on the PRD until you have reviewed it multiple times and are certain all your features & functionality are clearly identified in the PRD. You will spend much time in the beginning with a sales and onboarding team assuring you that they understand your goals. They then have you sign off on a PRD and once that is done, you are transferred to a completely different team. The new development team will only have the PRD as their understanding of your goals. If your PRD was missing important elements of your plan, dont expect the development team to make free changes or add ons for you. Be mindful during the process that you need to be constantly engaged. You need to hold your PM and Dev team to their commitments. Communication isnt always easy as the team will likely be located in many different parts of the world. Again, the process wasnt easy, but in the end, my dream of creating a Saas product was fulfilled and it wouldnt have been possible without Crowdbotics.
