The customer service call I just had with Carmen was the most efficient and swift experience I’ve had with crossroads as far which truly merits this review. There’s a Personal nature to this company, which makes working with them as our vehicle finance company feel less like a ‘big corporate financial institution’. I would recommend crossroads.

Our company purchased equipment from this company in 2021 and never had any issues with the payment because it was always on automatic payment, somehow two of the payments was returned last year, but not by our fault and nobody from the Crossroads didnt even call us until they issued Repossession order .Here is their notes Last year, May, the customer had run into some bounced checks, had cancelled his phone number, and was out for repossession. But somehow they find the same number to reach our company to inform about the repossession.With this being said, our company can not get any equipment because they submitted this information to credit bureau. I tried to call them couple times to resolve this issue normal way, but no one wants to talk . And by the way when they called us after those missing payments and informed us about it, we paid outstanding payments right away . We never had any issues like this with other financing companies

I was ready to pay off my Truck, I soon found out about certain pay off conditions which could not be changed, but thanks to Ms Carmin she wss able to work some magic for me, her customer service skills along with a smile in here voice were impeccable and made things more understandable.It is truly refreshing to do business with a pleasant human being,Thank you, Carmen Garcia

The customer service I received today from Eva was AMAZING! Her response to my inquires were super prompt! I needed some documents regarding my account and she made sure She confirmed my email so that she could immediately send them to me! She was very tentative to my inquiries! I have also received great customer service from Jorge @ financing, so I will definitely come to Crossroads to get a new loan in the next month or so. If they aren’t far off from other companies quotes I will definitely come back solely based on Customer Service Experience! Thank you Eva & Jorge!

My truck was stolen & the gps I had installed was removed. So I reached out to Christine stansbury & she was able to locate it within minutes. Apparently the help I received & I was able to find my truck!!
