I am so disappointed!The initial pick up went smoothly. Guy and his team were on time. Everything was wrapped safely and secured.But between guy dropping off the items to be stored, and the next delivery being picked up, items were damaged, water damage. Items were crushed. Clothes were ruined. Furniture was ruined.Is there no reputable moving company!So far, the company has been helpful as far as stating that I can make a claim. But who knows where that will go… Water damage is outside the norm. Yes one of my chairs was broken, but sometimes that happens during moves. But to have these things ruined is totally unacceptable.And on top of this, I do believe that items are missing. according to the inventory sheet, there are 8-10 missing items. The delivery team insisted that they had done the inventory from what was held in the storage unit. I am sure that they did. But I still feel as though things are missing we won’t know until we go through everything.

We used Cross Country Moving Company in Los Angeles to move our 4 bedrooms house, furnitures and belongings to Miami Florida . They did a fabulous job getting everything out of the house into a storage unit with no mishaps. Their team was very conscientious, helpful, polite and understanding of our situation right from the beginning to the very end.were excellent with communication, punctual, responsive to emails and texts, and got the job done fairly quickly. There was not one request that they weren’t able to satisfy. Overall perfect experience and I would use them again if I ever need to move.

Long **2500 miles** move & pack!3 bedroom LA apartment -> a house in Charlotte - 0 damage!!The most stressful part of the move, ended up being the easiest! What an amazing team, every single one of them, from the owners to the movers - its was absolutely a pleasure working with you all.A month before the move, Udi, one of the owners came to my house to give me an accurate quote so that well have 0 surprises down the road. I was very nervous naturally as this a one big move with so many moving parts. We settled down on a very fair price, much less than all the other quotes I got.On the day of the move, I didnt have to prepare anything as the team packed it all. Everything was wrapped so firmly with papers, blankets and cartons covering fragile table corners. They arrived a team of 5 people with a huge trailer and packed & loaded the entire house in 8 hours.Until the truck left LA, Udi kept checking in with me, letting me know what are the plans, without even asking. It was so nice to see how much he cared about giving the best customer service he could.2 weeks later, all of our stuff arrived at Charlotte. Due to the size of the street, we had to bring a shuttle, so the unpacked everything from the trailer to a smaller truck to make sure we down hit any trees in the neighborhood. Once they arrived at the house it took them a total of 4 hours to unload everything and build all the furniture they disassembled.I couldnt be happier that everything went by so smooth. But most of all, both Guy and Udi let me feel that all of my belongings are in great hands.If youve moved a few times in your life, you would know that good movers are GOLD. It is so reassuring knowing that they people who move your house have their own employees and really want to be sure that youll be satisfied.Thanks again Udi, Guy and the entire Cross Country Movers team!

My Grandmother moved from the valley in California all the way to Houston, Texas. She had so many big boxes and was worried about what she was going to do with them but Cross Country Moving was such a big help. They had such high quality equipment and her move was so easy thanks to them. Hire immediately!!

**update**Editing my review from two to one star. Our things were finally delivered but unfortunately lots arrived damaged. Management confirmed they’d reimburse me for my things but I still have yet to be reimbursed and I have received no response. Look elsewhere if you want a reputable and quality service.I had an unfortunate experience with cross country moving and their team. From the very beginning after booking communication was subpar, particularly with Sandy. The cost to ship my things ended up being 2K over what they estimated, my items still have not delivered and it’s been 3 weeks, the team still hasn’t gotten back to me with an ETA on arrival nor a solution on how to rectify costs. Sandy refuses to elevate this and provide any type of support. It’s disheartening that management is not proving any help or guidance whatsoever.

Cross Country Moving is a great choice to move state to state. We are satisfied with the service they did for us full packing service, they provide everything we need from boxes to labels for the boxes, they even marked on the boxes which room each box what made my life easier on the delivery.We greatfull we decided to go with cross country moving for our relocation from Palo Alto CA to Baltimore MD.

My house relocation was finished by their James movers a month ago, and they arrived on time. Most of my household items were expertly packed by the personnel in the allocated time. After we moved in, it was easy to plan another trip because our new house is conveniently located in the middle of everything.

Legit best movers ive ever dealt with. Hands down!!I had a major move that I needed to do due to relocation from Arizona to Los Angeles which we lived in for the the past 10+years.After discussing the mkve with 5 different was moving companies, I choose cross country moving.I was very impressed with the prices, communication, upfront expectations and transparency of their entire operation, from Sandy at the office to the guys showed up to pack whats left and the crew came to unload.I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a real professional team to help you move.Great job cross country moving!

As I was moving, out of nowhere, a torrential heavy rainfall drenched all my stuff. The movers came prepared with waterproof covers to make sure my electronics and furniture stayed safe. They were outstanding in every way!

If you have a long distance move like us (California to New Jersey), dont choose this company.We payed more than $8,000 for their service. Before the 30 days of free storage ended, they were trying to charge us for another whole month of storage. (Their storage was just keeping our stuff loaded on a truck for a month in the middle of summer, some things arrived in bad shape because of that).They sent one person to unload all of our stuff and it took him several hours to do the job. Also, he left our walls damaged and dirty because he unloaded the boxes straight to the white walls of the brand new apartment were renting.A lot of boxes arrived crushed, plastic bins broken, and furniture damaged.They lost one box full of family pictures and frames, and didnt do anything to help us find the box, they just gave us their insurance information and now we have to wait 30-60 days to see if theyre reimbursing the loss.

I have contacted many moving companies for my sister for cross country move about 3 weeks, I talked to many seals representatives most of them was terrible, they never will tell you they are broker and not a moving company, they will put pressure on you to book now and another sales tricks just to take your deposit.Since I found Lisa from CROSS COUNTRY MOVING, I felt I found the right company to move my sister.Lisa was very helpful and answered all our questions, gave us time to do research on the company, worked with us on our budget, and even guided us on how to pack.So far we are very happy with Lisa, CROSS COUNTRY MOVING, and Martin from the pickup team.If you or anyone you love need interstate moving company, I highly recommend CROSS COUNTRY MOVING.

Manuel and his crew(s) did a great job with both pickup and delivery moving from a 3/3.5 in Phoenix to a 3/2.5 in Los Angeles. Moderate amount of furniture.At pickup they packed our kitchen quickly and efficiently. We had boxed everything else up and they managed to get everything out and into the truck in about 5 hours.Manny then met me at the delivery address the NEXT DAY and had his crew offload everything in what was admittedly a very difficult move on a steep hill near 45 degrees. The weather also didn’t cooperate (it was really hot) and while it took a little longer than normal due to the conditions everything made it to the new place.Very minor damage to a couple of older pieces that weren’t in the best shape anyway and nothing we’re worried about.Price was fair compared to other quotes we received, just the usual mover up-charges. Would definitely hire again and highly recommend for your move.Thanks Manny!!

The team arrive promptly and on time. When arrived, they got right to work and were efficient. Came prepared with packing materials to handle my items with care. Communication kept open about what items where packed & made sure to labeled them accordingly. The guys were amazing! Now onto the quote estimate from customer service...WAY under quoted. I tried to be as detailed as possible over the phone with everything I had. I even asked for things to be over estimated just to give wiggle room. When the guys arrived to exam what I had, in the end the quote ended up being doubled the original estimate & I was completely shocked. Pretty disappointing. In addition there was no mention of a 4% credit card transaction fee for the use of a credit card which was not mentioned & not in the estimate so please be aware of that. Ill update my review after delivery of my items.

The movers of this company are absolutely amazing. Setting up the move was a little shaky and the communication with Lisa was not there.The day of the move Johnny, Martin, and Rudy were all great. They took care and made sure everything was secure. They were fast and detain oriented. Johnny was able to go through everything and explained everything in detail. I would use this company again.

This company still sucks!UPDATE: ITEMS ARE STILL STOLEN & THE OWNER IS STILL ACTING AS IF THIS IS NORMAL.This company is terrible. I had over 20 boxes STOLEN and Cross County movers told me no crime has been committed. Not onlv was my delivery over 40 days late but are now refusing to answer any phone calls or emails regarding this disaster.From the 1 star reviews it seems as if this is a frequent thing and the owner who truly is a liar himself is acting as if this isnt a huge issue. THIS COMPANY SUCKS and it is my hope that they will be shut down sooner rather than later.

I am completely disgusted by this company and the way that they handled my families belonging in my cross country move from California to Florida if I could give them zero stars I would!!!!! DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR BELONGINGS!!! Not only were items missing there were boxes that had fragile on them and they came to me completely crushed and ruined 😡!!!!! And when I tried to fill out a claim form they wrote me back and denied everything even though I sent details photos and receipts !!!!! They managed to damage pricey items like a brand new Samsung washer and dryer !!!!!! I absolutely can not believe how careless they were with things I worked so hard to buy for my wholeFamily !!!! They were completely negligent and FOR LACK OF BETTER WORDS THIEFS I LITERALLY HAD CASES OF GINGER-ALE POWERADE AND UNOPENED NON PERISHABLE ITEMS FROM COSCO LITERALLY GONE!!!!!!And to top it all off the estimate was almost 8 thousand dollars more than the number they quoted me when I initially called . They didn’t even bother to write down the proper address for pick up. THIS COMPANY PUT SUCH A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH THAT WOULD NEVER ALLOW ANYONE TO MOVE MY BELONGINGS EVER AGAIN

I contracted Cross County Moving LLC for an interstate move. Several T&Cs were broken in the contract.Due to the character limitations, Im not able to post the exact contractual details that were broken and any supplementary info. I have hired several interstate moving companies in the past, therefore I am not new to the moving industry. It is my hope that other’s do not have to endure what we experienced.Given the severity of the situation, Cross Country Movings refusal to objectively discuss these matters, and threatening behavior I have sought out legal guidance and am in the process of filing formal complaints with: the Better Business Bureau, FMCSA, American Trucking Association, state regulatory enforcement agencies and Attorney Generals. As a woman and business professional, I have to be mindful of my safety and am now in fear of retribution from Cross Country Moving and their supposedly employed workers (in reality hired onsite from Craigslist,), UHaul moving trucks and more than double the original cost, therefore further action is being proactively pursued.

They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
