John was extremely thorough and very easy to talk to. Initially I just wanted to lower my monthly payments but John laid out all of my options and discussed the pros and cons with me. He was not pushy like other loan consultants i had spoken to previously and i felt that he really wanted me to make an educated decision that was best for my family and I.
