The system automatically changed my listing to sold when i attempted to extend the pending status it would not allow me to do so. Next thing I know i am being fined $200. when I asked for a review I was billed an extra $100 for a review that I was not allowed to attend or get a trancript of. way to make money off of your members. Needless to say I will only do pocket listing from now on and save $$$

Worked fine until they did the improved interface. Unable to login for DAYS. Listings no longer possible. No photos, no listings, no viable assistance. Anyone else? Seems I cant reply to a comment. The company says I should reach out to support. 4 days of that now. Chats, email, support, local office, licensing. Days of it. Never should have rolled out a interface that doesnt work. If I had done this when I was a network administrator I would have been fired. Dont tell me to do something, fix it.

I was very happy with how the CRMLS handled a situation I had over the weekend. I clicked on Chat... Christy I was corresponding with was extremely patient and was able to resolve a Hugh problem I had. I was so appreciative and thankful. She went the extra mile and called me to let me know my listing photos syndicated to the different sites. It made my weekend!Also, previously CRMLS has been extremally helpful when I call and always there to help when needed. Thank you!

CRMLS provides a lot of useful information, yet shows reliable performance. (I also have experience using other systems. It was also a fairly large service company, but the system was slow and tended to disconnect, but CRMLS was very stable)Also, even if I made a very detailed, exceptional inquiry, I was immediately connected and provided a very friendly and detailed service.

Im just happy that even though CS says that theyll get back to me within 48 hours I usually hear back from someone within 24. They are helpful and make sure that I do things correctly to avoid any trouble with compliance. Meaning if they dont know they refer me to my legal rep and then back to compliance once my legal team has given me their approval, to make the necessary input. They just dont wing it, potentially leaving me vulnerable. On top of that both parties with whom Ive spoken have been patient and polite.

When service really counts I definitely got it! Frustrated and overwhelmed with changes to my email I had to place an after hour call to support. Anita Estrada was my angel helping through the process and went beyond to assist me with connected apps to resolve the glitches I was having! Patient, personal, professional, competent and knowledgeable about what avenues to take to get my situation solved. This is my first time with CRMLS. Oh my goodness! Thank heavens for the help I received from the help desk! I am an experienced realtor that has input my listings since 1996, but this last one was eating my lunch. I fought it for 2 days. Couldnt seem to get the bugs out. My office help person couldnt figure it out. My board office person was at the doctor and couldnt help at the time I needed. They gave me the number to call.I spoke to the nicest man that had all the answers and made it seem so simple. Please, if you need help, CALL! I was very happy with the customer support team and the escalation team. I was having issues going from CRMLS to Cloud Buyer Tour and Cloud CMA. When I need to reach CRMLS for any questions or problems, Chatting with them online is so quick and easy. And their response time is really quick. And answers, if not able to fix a problem right away, they respond back right away that theyve escalated. Typically receive a response within 24 hours. I would recommend CRMLS.

CRMLS online representatives were very helpful and were able to resolve my many questions on my listing (in relation to their system as theyve merged with FlexMLS which was the prior system that my local association used. ) What I really like the best was that they were available, via online chat, after office hours and on Saturday and Sunday, when my local association is normally closed. It can be frustrating when issues and problems come up during the off-hours and weekends when the association and the prior MLS offices are closed. Its reassuring to know that CRMLS online representatives are available for us agents when we need them!! Thank you CRMLS representatives!

The one star is too many for this rating... I would give them ZERO stars for the level of service that they provide. Terrible customer support, THE WORST I have experienced in the real estate industry... The supervisor in Compliance is not qualified for this job, he is a liar, if you have to deal with him, make sure you tell them you are recording the conversation and RECORD all communications with them, they will lie to cover their own... needs training in customer service, along with his entire incompetent staff. They are arrogant, complacent, have no skill in handling customer service... an automated system can do their job better...

Adrian, I didn’t get a last name was the Support person who helped me with setting up and understanding CRMLS Connect. He was very knowledgeable and kind to me. I now can use the service and have gained knowledge to do the same for future clients. My experience with Adrian was very positive. In the beginning I was using my iPad and I wasn’t getting anywhere. Adrian suggested to use my PC. Doing so worked. After we hung up, Adrian called back and said he tested it on an tablet and got the same results that I had, the system not working as expected. He uninstalled the App and reinstalled and it worked. He went above and beyond by calling back and telling me I can now continue to use my iPad to set up the site by uninstalling and reinstalling the PWR App.

Lousy service!!!CRMLS provides the worst service I have experienced anywhere in the real estate industry during my 41 years as a licensed CA real estate Broker. They should be banned from participating in this industry. After numerous requests, to their tech support staff and one supervisor, they all refuse to take action for obvious glitches in their systems.A typical example is their convoluted quagmire called Auto Emails. Its sole design function is to allow a hapless agent to set up search parameters for a client and for Auto Email to automatically email new listing information to the client which conforms to these search parameters. This program/system is not intuitive nor user-friendly and soliciting assistance from the CRMLS tech staff is a total waste of time, energy and effort. Furthermore this Auto Email program fails time and again to deliver what it is supposed to and I mentioned to an associate I would be ashamed to and would not, subject a client of mine to this minefield of confusion. The client would wonder what kind of idiotic service I am providing.The above is only one example of my continuing unhappy experiences with CRMLS.

I use the CRMLS and am very proficient with software and tech. No problems here. I am not a troll for CRMLS either. I agree the customer service is pretty bad, very bad, but the software delivers. The only thing is, you are on your own to figure out how to use it. It is an IQ test. The ppl at CRMLS are offended by stupid agents who do not learn how to use the system on their own. Then, in this day and age of societal devolution, everybody has an attitude, and for this type of job, there is a lot of resentment on the other side of the phone. Plus, generally, ppl are getting dumber and dumber as the years go by, so the quality of help drops with it. The avg IQ of ppl that answer customer service calls these days is ~80-90 (see Bell Curve) because of who answers the phone.Fortunately, the guys who write the code seem to know what they are doing, but youll never speak to them. With CRMLS, you are on your own, but if you figure out how to use the software, you should find it works.5 stars for the software; 0 stars for customer service.
