The system automatically changed my listing to sold when i attempted to extend the pending status it would not allow me to do so. Next thing I know i am being fined $200. when I asked for a review I was billed an extra $100 for a review that I was not allowed to attend or get a trancript of. way to make money off of your members. Needless to say I will only do pocket listing from now on and save $$$

The ease with which accessibility to the tools are here makes CRMLS fantastic! From CMAs to searches, classes to a host of other cutting edge tech supportive programs, the site is overflowing with expansive options. Always on point. I appreciate the customer service when I call or stop in as well.

Worked fine until they did the improved interface. Unable to login for DAYS. Listings no longer possible. No photos, no listings, no viable assistance. Anyone else? Seems I cant reply to a comment. The company says I should reach out to support. 4 days of that now. Chats, email, support, local office, licensing. Days of it. Never should have rolled out a interface that doesnt work. If I had done this when I was a network administrator I would have been fired. Dont tell me to do something, fix it.

I had the pleasure, yes pleasure of contacting CRMLS customer Service today!Trina, the rep I spoke with first walked me through what I needed to resolve my issue. I was directed to chat with Sabrina Q. Who told me exactly what I needed to do in short order. There were no long waits & everyone was personable & helpful. When was the last time you had a customer service call like this?!? Kudos CRMLS!

Brandon Lara is Awesome! He took my call today and took the time to listen completely and with sincerity. He was patient, professional and helpful. He addressed the issue and fixed it but also took time to explain everything to me, so I felt 100% confident everything was handled properly. I was very happy with how the CRMLS handled a situation I had over the weekend. I clicked on Chat... Christy I was corresponding with was extremely patient and was able to resolve a Hugh problem I had. I was so appreciative and thankful. She went the extra mile and called me to let me know my listing photos syndicated to the different sites. It made my weekend!Also, previously CRMLS has been extremally helpful when I call and always there to help when needed. Thank you!

CRMLS provides a lot of useful information, yet shows reliable performance. (I also have experience using other systems. It was also a fairly large service company, but the system was slow and tended to disconnect, but CRMLS was very stable)Also, even if I made a very detailed, exceptional inquiry, I was immediately connected and provided a very friendly and detailed service.

Im just happy that even though CS says that theyll get back to me within 48 hours I usually hear back from someone within 24. They are helpful and make sure that I do things correctly to avoid any trouble with compliance. Meaning if they dont know they refer me to my legal rep and then back to compliance once my legal team has given me their approval, to make the necessary input. They just dont wing it, potentially leaving me vulnerable. On top of that both parties with whom Ive spoken have been patient and polite.

Had one of the best experiences with Tammy Barber-CRMLS help line. She was super nice and paid great attention to my concern. She not only took care of the issue but also followed up to make sure all was good! Thanks Tammy! Wish all helplines had this same level of service! 😃

When service really counts I definitely got it! Frustrated and overwhelmed with changes to my email I had to place an after hour call to support. Anita Estrada was my angel helping through the process and went beyond to assist me with connected apps to resolve the glitches I was having! Patient, personal, professional, competent and knowledgeable about what avenues to take to get my situation solved. This is my first time with CRMLS. Definitely worth the rave in comparison to my prior MLS. Outstanding service & support from the CRMLS!!!
