I just purchased my brand new Cadillac Lyriq at Crestview Cadillac, and I have to say that the professionalism and service was outstanding. I worked directly with Jason Kim and he was not only knowledgeable but super helpful, that’s what happens when you’ve worked at the same dealership for 15 years. I originally went in with my wife so she can see what the car looks like that I’ve been drooling about for 3 years since Cadillac announced it. Jason greeted us and I immediately told him that we were just looking and that we were dealing with another dealership where we live, over 60 miles away. He acknowledged and didn’t come across as a pushy car sales man, which I liked. He let us take the car for a test drive and told us all the benefits, helping us completely understand everything about the car. After the drive he Camino again that we were already working with another dealership but offered to show us a price. We accepted and the rest is history. The reason why I like Jason and Crestview is no one came off as a sales guy, there was no extreme back and forth negotiating, they truly cared about my experience and this was the best experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend Crestview Cadillac and Jason Kim.

When I decided it was time to buy a new car, I have to admit, I cringed at the thought of the car buying process. However, this was the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Avia Yin was a pleasure to deal with and the consummate professional. I live over an hour away and she worked with me diligently to make it work and boy, did she. I cannot recommend Crestview Cadillac and Avia enough. Shes a great communicator and better yet, a person with integrity. After I received my keys, she took her time and was beyond patient helping me set up car play and showing me all the new features that I had no clue how to navigate. I leased a new car here today and I had an excellent experience. I worked with Jason and he did a great job. All the rest of the staff were great too. They were very fair and they didn’t try to pressure me into anything I didn’t want. I’ve had bad experiences with other dealerships before so it was nice to leave today feeling good about everything. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I have many reviews I could write about this dealer, but I will review my most recent interaction with them. My 2023 CT5 was recently hit and damaged the rear bumper. After dealing with the persons insurance (State Farm), which was not pleasant I finally got the OK for an estimate and repairs.Katrina in the body shop was amazing in helping guide me through this process and ensuring that my car was taken care of. After going round and round with State Farm on a rental they said they wouldnt cover it because there was a repair limit on the persons policy of $5k. My repairs were less than $2900 but rather than going back and forth with them we agreed to just not pursue the rental. She told me not to worry and that she would speak to Genesis who handles the courtesy vehicles to see if one was available. To my surprise, Genesis was able to move things around and get me into a courtesy vehicle the very next day. Genesis was amazing to work with and ensured me that I was in good hands.This dealer is a very old dealer and still has the Customer comes first mentality which in this day and age is something that a customer should look for from a company. This treatment in my eyes is priceless and because of this and these two ladies, I will only bring my car to this dealer.

Poor experience. Requested lease info due to May incentives for a Lyriq. They had a ton in stock. Instead person sent out an outrageous quote from generic Cadillac website which seemed to show zero discounts or incentives. Did not bother to pursue further as there was no effort. Inquired elsewhere. Another dealership responded in a few minutes with all available discount/incentives to potentially earn my business. Not asking for white glove service, just a few minutes to consider your dealership.

I was looking for the best priced pre-owned Escalade ESV within 500 miles and coincidentally, my top choice actually happened to be at the 2nd closest to me... about 30 min away.I had never been to that dealership and randomly, but luckily, ended up with Robert Zepeda answering the phone when I called. I went to check out the car a couple of days later, but didnt immediately decide to buy it. Once I made up my mind a couple of days later, Robert made the process _super_ easy... I buy a lot of cars across all price ranges from all manufacturers, and this was a no B.S., no-trying-pull-a-fast-one-on-you experience. We negotiated the price over email and text, they filled out the paperwork and Robert drove 30 min to my house (or actually, a Starbucks next to my house) to sign the paperwork!Id understand that service if I was paying a $10K markup over MSRP on a new car, but I truly was getting a _very_ reasonably priced, 3 year old SUV.The only downside Id note is that this dealership, similar to the Pasadena Cadillac dealership, is simply not as nice (building structure/aesthetics) as competing brands. Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, etc. dealers are much, much nicer. Ive even been to nicer Toyota and Acura dealers. Its not a big deal in the end, but the difference is certainly noticeable.

Purchased my Cadillac ct5 from Carmax semi new with only 4k miles and immediately began taking it for services to Crestview Cadillac in West Covina and was okay the first year with the service. Unfortunately, they assigned me to a different service advisor Eddie and right off the bat this so called advisor had a chip on his shoulder. Could not bother with going the extra mile for his job. Early this year (2023) we noticed the vehicle began to struggle when coming to stops or even when decreasing velocity. We immediately informed Eddie at Crestview and he serviced the vehicle, did their diagnostic and he said nothing was wrong with the car. Again after picking up the car it began doing the same thing and a few months later when we took it in for service we reported it to him again (2nd time). Same thing svc, diagnostic and nothing wrong with the car. Ok here we go again, took the car and it clearly did the same thing again. This time in October we take in it to him and my husband has him get in the vehicle with him to go for a drive and what do you know? Eddie hears and feels what the car has been doing. They acknowledged something was indeed wrong with this car. Turns out the car needed the brake abs module be replaced. Unfortunately, Cadillac is on strike and they are back ordered in parts this being one of them. My husband and I go to speak to Eddie, my initial concern and question to him is am I safe to continue driving this vehicle with my kids? Only to have him respond to me with “you’ve been driving it all this time”! How disrespectful. As if we had not voiced the problems with this car on more than one occasion. In the end after many many calls to Cadillac directly and to Crestview’s manager Paul who never took the courtesy to return our calls, they claimed they’ve fixed this problem but my car isn’t fixed it keeps struggling making the same sluggish noise. I will take this car to a different Cadillac dealership for repairs with the hope they don’t all provide this Horrible customer service. If I could rate them with zero stars I would.

I got my last car, an ATS, in 2017 from Julie. Since my lease is gonna mature in 3 months, I started to do explore options I have to get the best deal on my next car. When I called Julie, she said let me see what I can do. And after only a little while, and I meant within that day, she got me this magical deal. I gave back my old ATS and now Im driving a 2019 white ST5. And even the financial lady could not believe her eyes and double checked the deal I got. I have been waiting for the Lyriq to come out, and when they opened pre-order up, I must admit... I procrastinated and was not fast enough to get on the 2023 wait list and was pushed to the 2024. I paid my $100 and in December, 2023, was asked about what features I wanted... My advisor, Joline, was able to update everything a month later (I went from RWD to AWD).I was at the dealership in February, taking my 2008 SRX in for service (I love this car BTW -i wish they would bring this version back) and walked in the showroom to say hello to Joline. Please dont judge me for taking my car for service at the dealership... Steve (who has retired) Wayne, George, and all the service advisors have taken great care of me and my car... I think thats why it has lasted so long.Robert, one of the nicest sales guys I have met, advised she wasnt in but told me I could see the 2023 Lyriq, as one had come in for a customer.BEAUTIFUL!!!! Love at first, second and third sight. I was jealous of the person that was smart enough to get their pre-order in early. The light interior was so much more stunning than the black interior that I had chosen (could I change my mind again??)Robert told me, if anything happens with the original buyer, I would be first on wait list.Long story a bit longer... Our experience at Crestview was amazing. After a couple years of research and so many test drives I stopped counting coming to Crestview was a great experience. As soon as we drove up we were greeted by Robert Zepeda and it was seamless from there. Robert is so knowledgeable with answering our questions during the test drive. I took in my 2016 Cadillac ATS-V for a simple oil change. Service Advisor Wayne Bristol assisted me early in the morning and made sure the service charges were clearly delineated without confusion or surprise surcharges.When the service was done, Mr. Bristol advised I was in serious need of a tire change and alignment, an issue I was aware of prior to having my car serviced. He provided the option of purchasing the tires he had available from the dealership, again with clear pricing.After telling him I was aware and had already made arrangements elsewhere for my tires, he did not employ pushy sales tactics in order to get me to buy from Crestview. He simply provided the option to me. It was obvious he had my best interests in mind.The above exchange was done in the professional and courteous manner you’d expect from any business. Mr. Bristol kept me informed of the status of my vehicle throughout, despite the busy morning. My initial rating was made in error. I have no major complaints about my experience with Crestview. My salesperson, July, was very good. She was very personable and attentive. I can see why she was awarded salesperson of the year for the western region. I felt the sales manager worked very hard on getting a deal that really worked out for me and my mom. I had spent time at another dealership earlier that morning and the experience was not good at all, so working with Crestview was amazing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants a fair and honest experience.

I was referred to this dealership by AAA and I am so glad they sent me to the dealership. Robert Zepeda reached out to me via email and we were able to connect after I was making the 2 hour drive home from another dealership that tried to pull a fast one on me. I called him and made it clear what I was looking for, that I already had financing with a credit union and I would only make the drive out there if there were no physical damage on the vehicle. Robert confirmed my needs and 30 minutes later I was walking around a car that was actually in the condition it was advertised as. During our test drive Robert suited my need well as he listened to me and tailored his responses to fulfill my needs. While Robert was prepping my car I had the pleasure of speaking with the GSM Peter Mark. I really enjoyed chatting with Peter and time flew by. They person who assisted me was Julie Johnson, she isnt knowable enough in the Escalade product, she doesnt demonstrate good customer service, she doesnt have a good attitude, doesnt have knowledge of any information of any kind, and wasnt able to answer any of my questions that I had, she had to go ask Peter. She spent more time talking to her manager Peter than with me the customet. We flew to Crestview to buy an SR5. We shopped and shopped went to other dealerships who falsely posted Certified pre owned vehicles. I found them online and called and made a deal over the phone. Reuben the sames manager picked us up from the airport. He was so friendly from the time we talked on the phone until the time he called to make sure we made the drive home safe. When we arrived the car was perfect they ran a very honest and clean business. The finance person accepted no the first time we told him and he did push unwanted things onto us. I took my XT5 into the service dept to get my oil changed and checked out due to going on my first road trip after being locked down from Covid. This was the first time since I got my car in the beginning of Covid I was able to go on a road trip. I told Eddie that this was my first long trip in my car and asked for the appropriate check points to be completed for a long road trip.My experience with Eddie was not good and talking to me in a condescending manner which made me worry about the service at Crestview being my first time there. Long story short, driving home from Tuscon, AZ when it was 115 degrees out the end of May and within 45 minutes my air conditioner went completely out. Driving home 5 hours in the heat of the day with no AC and being my first time driving my car a long distance after purchasing it, I was very upset.Having to bring my car back to Crestview and dealing with Eddie, I was worried even more what may happen to my car. Im sure there are very good service techs and Eddie did not compliment their service. My car got repaired with my feeling that Eddie might have cut corners to have my car properly repaired.I spoke with Paul the manager and he was not condescending like Eddie and cared about my situation.I got a survey to fill out and was honest about my experience. What being honest got me, was noted in their system I should take my car else where next time. I spoke with Eddie when i found out my account was noted as such, asking why that was noted.Eddie told me its because I gave a bad review. What business dosent work to turn a bad experience into a good experience? I was not there to become friends with Eddie or please him as a customer. Eddie told me that he would talk to Paul and Ted the GM to see if I could return to get my car serviced there. What? Please, dont waste your breath Eddie. Katrina the manager is also amazing. She went above and beyond many times and is always pleased to do it and Steve in the body shop was also helpful and was there for us for any questions we had. They helped me - the daughter of the accident victim get through all the details that I would not have known if it was not for them. After hours at other dealers close to home, chasing deals on the internet. We walked in and felt at home right away. Spoke with a Robert on the phone, he was out sick so we dealt with Jason. He knew his cars and was a delight to deal with. The vehicle/package we wanted was not at the dealership but we were assured we could have it within a day or two. This is for the sales Sam Sung, who helped me purchased my lease vehicle long before the contract ends, which was much harder than I thought to accomplish.Im glad that was an easy Sunday morning, or I would feel so guilty for taking him such a long time because the whole process took about three hours. They charge you for doing work, then you find out they never did the work or they installed something improperly when you take your car back they come up with something else thats wrong! It just never ends till you find an honest mechanic that before doing any work he shows you how you got ripped off. I held Cadillac dealers to a high standard but they let me down.I will never go there for repairs or recommend them to anyone unless you just dont care and you have money to throw away! Being a senior citizen you tend to trust people and I think they take an advantage of older people.

Warranty work on rear-end oil leak was identified, but parts were on back order so i had to wait but It was no inconvenience as I received weekly communications from my service manager Eddie Deliara. I had a problem with my SFX and the front end making a crunching sound. I made an appointment with JD to have the service department look into it and give me an estimate. He asked if I would like to wait for the team to check it out and see if they could possibly repair it right away. I agreed. He came back in about 15 minutes and told me that they could repair it right away if I wanted. He said it would be about an hour wait. I said fine and got a chair in the waiting room, which looks and FEELS great with the new chairs!! I made an appointment for the same day (just got back from out of town) my wife noticed we had a notification about taking our CTX for service (oil change etc). Knowing that my warranty was due today or 36,009 which ever came first. Steve service person noticed I was over 400 miles he said he would try to have it covered but couldnt promise anything. I also needed windshield wipers. My Wife and Mother-in-law visited Crestview Cadillac last Tuesday to enquire about a Cadillac CTS. The sales Rep Sam Sung was very helpful and let us try the car. We found its seating too low for us, even after Sam raised the seats to full height. Sam then suggested we look at the Cadillac SRX SUV. We did so and found it was much more to our liking. Sam insisted we test drive one, which we did and liked it even more, but felt it was too expensive for our liking. Sam assured us he could work something out that would suit us. Sam showed us three options, Lease with & without option to purchase, Purchase with financing and purchase cash with our trade-in. Tom appraised our trade-in as a fair price and we finally decided to purchase rather than lease. We have had the car for 4 days now and love it. I told him what type of car I wanted and what I was willing to spend. Three days later the car was delivered to my house and all the paper work was completed in 20 minutes. I never visited the dealership nor test drove the car that I purchased but had driven the exact model at another dealership. This is the way to do it. I routinely buy used cars (3 this year) but typically not from dealers due to mark-up and some previous unpleasant experiences. That said, I recently purchased a used DTS from Crestview. This is my second experience with Crestview (my brother purchased a used car a few years back which I partook and had a very positive experience) and my first direct dealing with them. I believe I was treated no different than a new car buyer, that being courteous and respectful.Yes, you still have to do the negotiation process but here is the significant difference. In no way was there the “what do you want to pay” harrang where you get backed into a number or solicited for warranties, trade-ins or other things. It was clear, concise, here is the price and the fees. We started with “let me get you our best price” with no bait and switch discussions. I got their offer, gave them my counter, and painlessly got a reasonable (and most of all, respectful) counter that was in-line to my price target. Thank you David.The positive experience does not stop there. I had a wonderful Sales women (Joline) who took “quality” time to show me all my buying options at a no pressure pitch, just a “here’s what we have”. When the car was delivered, she spent an abundance of time to make sure I understood the cars systems, preprogrammed seats, radio, OnStar & XM set-ups, etc. My surprise here was to how much time and quality attention I received buying a used car. In addition, she had to work late on 2 occasions to support the process. I only know that as I had asked what her ours were in order to negotiate and pick-up the car. She never let on that she had to stay late.When I finally got to Finance and dealt with Beverly, there was none of that typical drama where numbers don’t match to what you agreed to, and you don’t get the hard sell to buy warranties, GAP insurance, etc. Just a thorough, here is what you are paying, signing for and the comfort that everything was explained in detail.The Crestview philosophy is that you are joining the Crestview family. I truly believe they sell and support that. I had been to several dealerships looking for a CT6 3.0. I stopped in at Crestview, Robert Zepeda said there were none ready on the line, but they had just taken one in off lease, it was in detail. Horrific experience! After visiting the dealership 3 times to review different cars for my mother who just had surgery, we wanted to make sure everything was set up and all deals were settled. We worked with Jason, who ruined the whole deal. His rude remarks and bad attitude proved this dealership has very low standards.On the day of purchase after my mother finally felt her health would allow her to leave the house, we arrived to Crest view Cadillac in West Covina. Since we had been in consist contact with Jason we expected him to have the car we wanted pulled out for my mom ready to view her new car. Instead we had to find him in his office where he told us we couldnt leave there with the car until he received our credit unions check. We requested an optional contract which is accepted everywhere else, where you leave with the vehicle under their terms until we return with payment from our financial institution where out new contract would continue. Jason accused us of trying to leave with the car without a contract or payment and said he couldnt trust us. Jason dropped the ball, he was aggressive and unkind he even told us to take our business somewhere else. So we did! Shanya at Symes Cadillac in Pasadena, CA got the deal done. We were in and out! No haggling or rude customer service! She truly got the job done! My mom is happily driving in her XT5 and she is loving it! They even threw in a license plate frame to make up for the Horrendous experience we had.

I had never owned a Cadillac and purchased a 2016 Cadillac escalate. It has been the worse decision ever, this car has had nothing but problems. The AC went out and Crestview kept our vehicle for almost 2 months, the automatic side steps broke they kep my car for a week an d a 1/2, the lifters went out at less than 50 thousand miles, the transmission tugs, they changed manufacturers of their brake pads requiring new calipers and the new pads squeek, no I have been sitting on the phone trying to get road side assistance to come to my home and tow this piece of junk to the dealer, because now the car has some kind of leaking fluids, and it will not start at all. Its stuck in my garage for road side assistance for 2 hours. I would never recommend to anyone to buy a Cadillac from the crest view dealership. It has been the worst experience ever in my life. I bought my Cadillac from Dutton Motors in Riverside and have been treated like Royaty in every way from them since. I recently moved and decided to bring in my car to a closer dealership for service and Crestview Cadillac was the closest. What a mistake...Ill drive the extra miles to Dutton Motors next time. First off...when I initially called, the operator transfers me to the service department where I was on hold for too long. I finally spoke with a rep and he told me there would be no loaner car for me for 1-2 weeks, but they could take me home. I stressed that I needed my car back the next day to pick up my son from the airport. He said that wouldnt be an issue. The transporter gentleman that took a few of us home was very rude. He acted bothered as he told one guy, I have to bring her one way and you the opposite direction. The man replied, should I just wait here? He replied, No, that will take even longer. Very unpleasant situation. Not only did they not call me that day to tell me the diagnosis of my car, but they didnt call me the following morning either. I left messages with the service rep with no call back. I found out he didnt come in to work. So I guess when a rep is off, no one covers for him. I spoke with another rep and said they wont be looking at the second issue of my squeaky breaks until later on in the day. I got a bit upset and so they had someone look at the breaks that took about 5 minutes just before I picked up the car. The rep also said they could give me a loaner car...what? Now they have a loaner car after their customer gets upset? So I went back to pick up my car and was charged $45 for the break inspection. Their environment is so uncomfortable without knowing what door to go in or who to talk to. This was never the case at Dutton Motors...Cresview Cadillac could really learn a few things from Dutton Motors with their welcoming inviting atmosphere, smooth procedures, being accountable to call back customers, making no excuses, and having a loaner car available for their valued customers.

Horrific experience!I have never felt so embarrassed in my life as I did the day I went to drop off my Escalade truck. Because of the damages I was told that it would take about 2 1/2 weeks to get my truck back in shape, so when I asked for a loaner they said they didn’t have any. So I asked for a ride back to Los Angeles, they said they didn’t have anybody to take me. At that point they suggested I could rent a car, but I needed to call who knows where to arrange my own rental car. No phone number or directions were given. I had been working through one of Cadillac’s finest representatives (Mr. Chris Ferren at Crestview Cadillac), who had been working on this vehicle with me for several months, Chris was very diligent in keeping me posted on the XTS and periodically sent me supportive media to help me make my final decision. When you purchase a car from the dealership and also get the insurance that ensures your car from bumper to bumper. If you need something done that falls into the insure you have for example oil change or any that is wrong with your car. The reason for the 5 stars is the excellent customer service provided by Sam Sung! He was very professional, with a sense of humor...when my husband was trying to be funny, Sam would laugh – He’s so knowledgeable about the Cadillac CTS and with him, the deal was sealed :) He took the time to walk me through all the CTS has to offer....even when I told him I didnt want to keep him late he assured me it was his pleasure to stay as long as I needed. He gave me his cell number and also programed it into my CTS contacts - He said if I ever needed anything, to contact him....He even followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions and to make sure I happy, happy, happy with my purchase!! Sam Sung is the MAN!!
