This review is for Shawn White my new agent. OMG so quick so professional that I just switched from my old agent which I was not happy with to Cresenta Valley Insurance just because Shawn is very knowledgeable,professional and he really try to make customer happy. We’re so happy and relieved that we switched to CVI. I highly recommend CVI guys because no one I mean no one could get me a quote with Travelers but Shawn did. Thank you so much CVI looking forward to long happy business relationship

We had serious trouble keeping our home insurance but Eric helped us to get new one with reasonable pricing. He is absolutely the best.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews and I want this to be a reflection of my experience only. A few weeks back I submitted a request on their website and a few days later I received a voicemail from a gentleman named Bill. I made a few attempts to call him back but his VM was full so I called the office and was transferred to him . We discussed my needs(commercial) and I answered all the questions and was assured that I would get a call back that day if not the following day. Well, 4 days past and I received no response . I called in again and this time spoke to John. I explained to John that my experience was less than ideal and he explained that they have been very busy as of late and while that wasn’t an excuse he would work to assist me after speaking with Bill. That was last week, it’s not Wednesday of the following week and I haven’t received a call from John or Bill. While I can understand that it’s good to be busy it’s the customers that keep you that way. If this is the pre sales experience it makes me wonder what the customer experience is looking like as of late .

CVI has insured my rental, two cars and most recently, my engagement ring! The staff there are more like friends than insurance agents. They are always available to help me at any time, my agent even emails and calls me from home. Anything to make me happy! They are the best!

If it was possible I would rate above 5 stars. We contacted several agencies to get insurance for our new car, no luck! Contacted CVI & in a matter of a few days had our policy written & ready to go. Very kind, helpful & super smooth. I highly recommend Crescenta Valley Insurance and put my full faith in their staff.

Real people that actually answer the phone and interact with you - what a concept!!All my insurance needs (property, autos, etc) are handled by CVI . They are very responsive and friendly and I am happy to do business with them.

The insurance agents and staff at CVI are true insurance professionals. I have worked with this firm and they take a true consultative approach to managing risk. Id have to say that these folks are the best in the area.
