This was a first time purchase so I waited to see if the flowers were going to last before reviewing. Prices and delivery fee are fair. Easy online navigation with all as pictured and as ordered and delivered. Beautiful deep red blooms of roses. I originally thought the flowers were opened more than they should be. As it turned out they continued opening and became huge even 9 days later. The roses have completely opened and still look beautiful. I will order again from and highly recommend Crescenta Valley Flowers. Thank you for not disappointing

Never again!I bought a premium level bouquet from them. Drove it home myself. Kept the flowers in optimum condition the whole time. The drive was 4 minutes. At home, the temperature is cool and comfortable. Nothing bad was done to the flowers.The very next day, we found many that were already wilted! Worse than that? They have an email address on their website as a way to contact them. I sent an email. They didnt even acknowledge receipt. Who knows if they even monitor their own email.Thank you, Crescenta Valley Flowers, but no thank you! Next time Ill go elsewhere.

Delivered same day as promised, looking even more beautiful than the Make Plans Deluxe photo showed on the website! Flowers expertly prepared per the specs in my order placed on their website, including a nicely done, custom-printed card with my sentiments. Delivered in LaCrescenta, but sent as an out-of-state sender, using their easy website. I highly recommend Crescenta Valley Flowers & will use them again!

The flowers that we received for the funeral were magnificent! Even better than what was pictured. Very similar but more beautiful in person I even had to touch the roses because I thought they weren’t real. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were. Thank you Crescenta Valley flowers!

Best florist I have come across in years! The two arrangements I ordered were amazing - looked even better in person than in the photos. Great customer service! (They called me to ask what time the service was to make sure delivery was timely - the arrangements were sympathy pieces).My only complaint is that they are not located in Northern California so they could be my local florist! ;-) At least my sister can have a new go-to florist!

This florist is absolutely amazing i live in Texas my granddaughter lives in Glendale CA I searched on google and chose them because it was within close proximity of my granddaughter’s home. Wanted to present flowers to my mother on her birthday. Wishing to shop local, I was happy to see this florist had an on-line ordering capability; as appose to a national firm web site. I have used Crescenta Valley Flowers for many year, though move away, happy to see that they are still going strong. As for the bouquet, I got a picture from my mother thanking me for them. Got a second picture days later showing the lilies opening up. It is nice to see flower choices that keeps on giving pleasure to the receiver of the gift. Well Done!

A friend was having her 50th birthday and I wanted to send her some flowers to celebrate. Rather than using the typical big flower sites, I wanted to support a local business. Crescenta Valley Flowers came up online and I thought Id give them a try. The website is very nice and user friendly. The arrangement that was delivered looked just like the one online. The recipient was thrilled and said it was absolutely gorgeous and smelled amazing. I was particularly impressed that the delivery man called me to tell me where he had placed the flowers... he didnt want to leave them on the porch (as I requested) since theyd be in direct sunlight. He found a nice shady spot and I conveyed the information to the Birthday girl! Overall a great experience and when I want to order for someone in the are, Ill definitely use them again.

This was my first time using Crescenta Valley Flowers. I order on-line and have to say that it was so easy. I could see all the arrangements they offered and add to it if I wanted and they sent me an email once the flowers were delivered. Not to mention the attention to detailThe Owners go out of there way to personally shop for you/ and are honest and kind always letting you know what is in season and if my arrangements will be similar as flowers are seasonal. Although the flowers were beautiful, I feel like there is a bit of false advertising. The image of the flowers I ordered, shows the flowers in a glass vase, but arrived in a white round, lower quality vase. Another downfall was that they show you a beautiful typed out scripted note during payment, when in reality they hand write it. Honestly, who ever did had really rushed and bad hand writing. At this point it is about all presentation. Delivery and ordering was easy and convenient.

For our son’s wedding Sarah made elegant pieces for the bridal party and series of gorgeous arrangements from my house to the church, and to the reception. The bride absolutely loved her bouquet, each and every person who carried the floral pieces adored and enjoyed them. Worst experience I have ever had with a flower place. I sent my wife flowers to her work on Valentines day. This place is 2 minutes from where she works. I put the hours she works and thought no biggie, they are right down the street, it should not be a big deal. Well, my wifes office closed an hour early.... Maybe Im naive, but I didnt think they would wait until the very end of the day to deliver them when she is just down the street. I called them and explained the situation, and already feeling a little upset. If I would have received an understanding response when I called, I would not be leaving this review. The worker there starts arguing with me about time, Im just trying to find out when they will be there so my wife can leave the office and I am told what does it matter? If she gets them who cares? Im sorry, but I thought it would be nice if she got flowers while her coworkers are there. Its valentines and anything you can do to make your wife or loved one feel special should be understood by OF ALL PLACES a florist. Anyways, she has not received them yet. Customer Service was horrible..... I will never use this place again. Hope everyone elses valentines plans have gone better so far.

Don’t ever order online from this shop as your bouquet will never even distantly resemble what you see on your screen!!I have even upgraded from Standard to Deluxe but the flowers were even less than in the Standard version, the feel, the color palette was completely different! Sara was a pleasure to work with! We hired her for our wedding flowers. I went to many different florists with my ideas. I wanted something very different from the typical and I needed someone creative and ready to go out of the box for an unusual wedding look. I almost gave up and went with a well known florist in hopes that that they would create something amazing.Thanks to my wedding planner Anita of Fancy That who asked Cresenta Valley Flowers to be part of a wedding show I was attending, I met Sara. I was most impressed with Saras display, it had concrete and air plants. Two things I am obsessed with. I chatted with her and right after told Anita I need to meet her for my wedding flowers.We met, and the creative juices were flowing. She created mock ups with copper tubing, flowers, concrete, mirrors and candles. It was crazy, different and exactly what I wanted.She exceeded my expectations. Come wedding day, everyone was impressed. Sara managed to take my personality and make it a floral vision. It was really as magical as it sounds.Choose her if you dont want to look like everyone else. ;)
