I neglected my dental hygiene for a very long time, that I was nervous about going anywhere and getting help. Luckily I chose the best dental office to help me! Vickie and Dr. Bal helped me get my dental routine back on track. They were extremely helpful and amazingly kind. I actually look forward to going in for visits and seeing them again.And even though their office is currently under construction, it’s very clean and provides a wonderful ambiance for someone like me who was a little nervous.

I highly recommend CREEKSIDE Dental Care for any of your dental needs. Vicky is so helpful and has amazing customer service. I was so nervous about getting work done but the atmosphere and conversations really helped me. They are very personable. Dr. Bal explained to me everything and checked on my to make sure I was okay. I have had many bad experiences with dental visits and I really appreciate the experience I had. I am for sure going to call this my official dental facility and recommend you try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been going to this dental office for sometime now and I believe words cannot express how satisfied I am with the entire office and dental staff here. There nothing but top-tier professionalism in every single one of my appointments with them. I recently had a crown replacement done, and it just looks fantastic. 10/10 recommend this office.

Everyone at the office was so helpful and kind. I usually have a bit of anxiety and they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help me to relax. Vicky was the one who helped me set up my appointment and all I can say is she was fantastic; a true rockstar. Thank you, ladies!

My first time to this practice. Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do. Everyone I came in contact with were very friendly and thorough. They explained everything that was taking place. It was comforting and very refreshing.

So glad l found Creekside Dental Care. What an organized office. They really take pride in their job and work well together. Very happy with everyone and l have been to a lot of dentist. l was so nervous about my cleaning hurting as my gums are in bad shape and l have 3 bad teeth. It was the best cleaning l ever had.

I had some pain and Dr.Bal was recommended to me by a friend. I was scheduled immediately even though it was a busy day for them. Dr. Bal and staff are amazing, professional and efficient. I highly recommend their office and I will be back as a regular patient.

Ive had multiple filling and crown work done here and the tech and quality is top notch. In the past, with other dentists treatment hurt and usually failed within a short time. Here at creekside they use the latest technology and have a great bedside manner. Please consider them for your next dentistry work. Id recommend them to my friends and family

I read so many fantastic reviews and was excited to give them my business. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. When I walked in the front door, I was not sure if I made a mistake as I was immediately in the middle of the office which looked loke it was under construction. They brought me into a room, took x-rays and the next thing I know, I am being told that the X-rays and the cleaning would be over $300.00. I advised that I was there just for a consultation and not cleaning. Then I was told I had to pay for the X-rays. I advised that not only was I not informed about any cost, that the other three dentists that I consulted with did not charge for X-rays. I still had to pay for them. I was never asked why I was there, or what my issues were. I was just told to sit in a chair and pay my bill. Not a good experience for me. The lesson cost me a couple hundred. Lesson learned.
