Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated After 6 Years!After being a loyal customer for over six years, I am compelled to write this scathing review of Credit Repair Cloud due to their continuous failure to resolve critical software issues, which has led to a significant loss of clients on my end. The recent updates have been nothing short of disastrous. For instance, something as simple as changing the name of a state in their drop-down menu is flawed; selecting California somehow triggers an error message stating it is not a valid state—how is that possible when its clearly listed?Furthermore, integration issues with Smart Credit have been persistent and are yet to be addressed adequately. It has been over three weeks since I first reported these problems, and the lack of effective support from their customer service team is astounding and utterly unprofessional. Their inability to fix these basic but crucial elements is not only frustrating but also costing me money daily.If it were possible to give Credit Repair Cloud a rating lower than zero, I would not hesitate. A minus five stars for their incompetence and for leaving their long-term customers out to dry. I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative solutions if they wish to avoid similar disappointments.

Very slow to respond to customer support tickets and the phone number does not work. Ive been waiting over 20 days to receive my $997.00 refund which falls under their Money Back Guarantee. I followed their policy exactly.Their excuse is they cant find my payment...and that PayPal purchase requires extra steps to process a refund.Examples of full refunds we’d grant:--- Anything within 30 days can be fully refunded on any of our products.--- If you’ve been a paid user and you were just charged for your next month of Credit Repair Cloud, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge, as long as you notifyus within those 30 days.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have used this software for the 10 years Ive been in the industry (unfortunately it is the only software available). Not only do they NOT tell you when they are completely changing their software functionalities, it takes weeks for them to fix all of the bugs of their updates. They also sell courses on how to do credit repair (I never took them) and are completely mis-guiding all of these people on how to Start a credit repair business. An education on how credit works is a key part of this industry and this software knows nothing about credit. I only use this software for my clients, otherwise, I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. We are going on week 2 of no response from their customer service team or a resolution in sight with their software issues. And the updates they do every time, are not even helpful updates. Awful.

Would not recommend. Worst customer service. They had an issue with their software, which I cant do my job correctly if their software isnt working. Its been going on since April 1st. They have been unresponsive to my email support requests. After 6 days finally got someone to call me back and they basically said there was nothing they could do for me, and I asked to talk to a manager, that was 5 days ago, and I still havent heard back. If you call the support line, it puts you on hold with awful music for about 7 minutes then prompts you to leave a voicemail. If you do leave a voicemail, dont expect a call back.

The system use to be awesome. You could process files quickly and it was a great CRM for your client and your staff.But in the past 4 months its gone down hill and its it keeps dropping. There isnt a week that goes by, that the system is having difficulties. Which means that your at a standstill for the day.Their customers service has always been terrible. Its nearly impossible to get a hold of someone at the company. It use to be email/message was the only option to get a hold of customers service, and when you send a very detailed message listing your issue and what was going on, with pictures. 99% of the time, you would get a message back 24 hours later, asking you to explain the problem all over again and to attach a video.Now, they have higher a customer service department that will pick up the phone, but its hard to understand them due to their accents, which causes difficult to get your issue across and long hold times.When you speak with someone, your usually told that its your fault and that no one else is having an issue. And that maybe you should just login out and start all over again.Usually, within a day, we received a message through the system, that they are having issues(the exact issue we called about the day prior) and they are in the process of fixing it.Communication is lacking, when they made massive changes to the system, there was no heads up. They system will send you a little message that new things are coming but that is all.The new system would be good if they would stop trying to upgrade it and fix the issues that are currently happening. Im aware there are not a ton of CRMs systems like Credit Repair Cloud, and I think they know that. So all I can say is use at your owe risk, because you wont get any help from the company.

I dont know what kind of programmer they have chosen to carry out the last update of the system, but clearly what he did was screw everything up.Terrible update, I have lost information, there is a terrible optimization, and there are even functionalities that do not work. and if you write to them by email they ask you to record a video and describe the problem, I dont have time to do their job.

With the idea of starting my own credit business and in search for a beginners guide I came across this company. Daniel and his perfect pitching caught my attention. I knew this was for me so I went for it by grasping every bit of information. Then I came across the offer of the 14 day challenge and went for it. Best decision of my life. I have recently completed the Credit Repair Cloud software certification course and I must say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made for starting my credit repair business. The course was very informative, comprehensive, and easy to follow. It taught me everything I needed to know about how to use the Credit Repair Cloud software to manage my clients, import their credit reports, dispute their negative items, and track their progress. The course also provided me with valuable tips and resources on how to launch and grow my business, such as setting up my company profile, creating a client agreement, marketing my services, and joining the Credit Hero Challenge.The course was well worth the time and money I invested in it. It gave me the confidence and skills to run my credit repair business more efficiently and effectively. It also helped me to become CRC certified, which is a great way to show my credibility and professionalism to my potential and existing customers. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to start or scale their credit repair business with Credit Repair Cloud software. Ive been using this service for a year, and I am frustrated with their communication. Starting today, Credit Repair Cloud is charging for contract edits. The customer service is terrible. I am considering switching to a different service.
