I cancelled my scout and they still haven’t gave me my refund and they keep having you talk to bots and have very long wait time so please try another software because this one is not good at all !!!! Look at all the bad belies they have smh !!!!

It’s pricey, but it was worth it. The new update ruined the software terribly. It glitches and some of the features are gone.. now I’m questioning if I’d like to keep it or find another :(

Pretty much a pyramid scheme/scam. They lure you in with the process to teach you credit repair and make it seem like their software is going to solve all your issues. But when you start using it you realize that you dont know anything about credit repair. Then you have to buy $1000 courses to learn. When you go through the courses they basically tell you to keep sending letters until the negative items fall off, dont give up. Pretty weak IMO. They blocked me from the FB group and wouldnt give me a refund. Plus I hear they are being investigated and have a huge lawsuit on their hands.

The import of clients credit reports from credit monitoring companies makes preparing disputes easy and fast. I’m currently using the CRC and I’m enrolled in credit repair cloud 14 day challenge and all their courses….Trying to start my own credit repair business is VERY HARD, I don’t have a college degree, I’m just a single parent mom of 3 kids trying to create a better life. I feel that credit repair cloud have TOO many videos and courses, it’s exhausting and you can get lost trying to figure out which video’s or lessons will help you with your business, I email credit repair cloud everyday asking for help bc it’s very hard, some people might catch on fast but that’s not the case with me, please don’t believe the hype guys! I had to enroll in Mark Clayborne courses to understand some of the things that credit repair cloud didn’t explain well. Mark Clayborne is awesome! he get right to the point & he is straight forward! I paid over a thousand dollars to credit repair cloud so I will stick it out. I enrolled in September and I am no where near closer to knowing anything more than what I did when I first started.
Great class, helped me learn many ways to deal with credit bureaus that report inaccurate info costing people (myself included) millions every year. if 79% of people have errors on the credit report it kind of makes you wonder exactly what those mistakes are costing you every day month and year they go uncorrected......

Ive been a part of the credit repair cloud family now for 8 months. The support that they give, in my opinion is phenomenal!!! Im probably one the few that the support team knows on a first name basis. Due to the fact that Im always sending them emails. LOL! About 2 months ago I completed the American Credit Repair Academy. I can really say that this course gave me a huge boost in confidence. I would like to tell anyone, if you are considering the Credit Repair Industry. I would strongly suggest Credit Repair Cloud. The 5 stars is related to the credit repair software work at your own pace certificate they give you. It was easy to follow and it helps get you acclimated to the software. Since Im new and just getting started I will come back and do a review of the actual software once I get up and running.

CRC is great! The online, self paced courses are highly informative and there are trainers available to support you with any questions. In addition, the software system is user friendly and saves you time.

This course was helpful especially if you are a visual or audio learner. However, I dont think the free trial should start until the CRC Hero Challenge starts so there is more time to practice after you have gone through this course.
Ive learned a lot from the course but I feel there is a lot more I can learn. I like how the material is laid out. I just dont think I have enough time in a day to be able to review the information. I would love to continue learning in order to help others. This is really going to make me get out of my comfort zone.

This company seems shady, I paid $997 for their Master Class. They offer 30 days full money back guarantee no questions ask and I am having problems getting my money. Its been over a week since i cancelled. Refunds take 3 days maximum. If you stay after 30 days with this company they will charge you $600 cancelation fee. They make it look easy but its not as easy as it looks and it takes long time to build this kind of business and see a return, i am guessing they have lots of people cancelling and thats why they charge that high cancelation fee.

Overpriced and you have to go through tons of videos with a loud guy (who is the owner), cracking fry jokes and being repetitive. The only so called deal you get is clicking on his videos throughout your 30 day trial. It show you the library but when you click, it pesters you to purchase premium expensive packages and you pay for other things along the way. It’s not cut and dry. A bunch of false advertising and hot air. Even after you cancel your free trial of nothing, you’re still bombarded in your emails with the annoying guy videos. DON’T DO IT! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. A lot of click bait.

I enjoyed the outline of the course but the videos lacked depth as for what is involved in round 2 and round 3 disputes. It would have been nice if you provided a lesson specifically on tackling CRC software when jumping to round 2 and round 3 and which letters to use. Your one on one service you offer isnt one on one so I am not sure how that would work for assistance needed. Also the website lesson was a Epic fail for me and my partner. Facebook isnt very interactive as you make it out to be. We were not able to get access to the free website. Business cards are not easy to create. Not a bad software but very difficult to communicate and get assistance with this company

2024-05-07 22:08:35Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated After 6 Years!After being a loyal customer for over six years, I am compelled to write this scathing review of Credit Repair Cloud due to their continuous failure to resolve critical software issues, which has led to a significant loss of clients on my end. The recent updates have been nothing short of disastrous. For instance, something as simple as changing the name of a state in their drop-down menu is flawed; selecting California somehow triggers an error message stating it is not a valid state—how is that possible when its clearly listed?Furthermore, integration issues with Smart Credit have been persistent and are yet to be addressed adequately. It has been over three weeks since I first reported these problems, and the lack of effective support from their customer service team is astounding and utterly unprofessional. Their inability to fix these basic but crucial elements is not only frustrating but also costing me money daily.If it were possible to give Credit Repair Cloud a rating lower than zero, I would not hesitate. A minus five stars for their incompetence and for leaving their long-term customers out to dry. I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative solutions if they wish to avoid similar disappointments.

Ive been waiting over 20 days to receive my $997.00 refund which falls under their Money Back Guarantee. I followed their policy exactly.Their excuse is they cant find my payment...and that PayPal purchase requires extra steps to process a refund.Examples of full refunds we’d grant:--- Anything within 30 days can be fully refunded on any of our products.--- If you’ve been a paid user and you were just charged for your next month of Credit Repair Cloud, but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge, as long as you notifyus within those 30 days.

2024-04-17 13:29:53If I could leave zero stars I would. I have used this software for the 10 years Ive been in the industry (unfortunately it is the only software available). Not only do they NOT tell you when they are completely changing their software functionalities, it takes weeks for them to fix all of the bugs of their updates. They also sell courses on how to do credit repair (I never took them) and are completely mis-guiding all of these people on how to Start a credit repair business. An education on how credit works is a key part of this industry and this software knows nothing about credit. I only use this software for my clients, otherwise, I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. We are going on week 2 of no response from their customer service team or a resolution in sight with their software issues. And the updates they do every time, are not even helpful updates. Awful.

2024-04-12 21:38:30Would not recommend. Worst customer service. They had an issue with their software, which I cant do my job correctly if their software isnt working. Its been going on since April 1st. They have been unresponsive to my email support requests. After 6 days finally got someone to call me back and they basically said there was nothing they could do for me, and I asked to talk to a manager, that was 5 days ago, and I still havent heard back. If you call the support line, it puts you on hold with awful music for about 7 minutes then prompts you to leave a voicemail. If you do leave a voicemail, dont expect a call back.

You could process files quickly and it was a great CRM for your client and your staff.But in the past 4 months its gone down hill and its it keeps dropping. There isnt a week that goes by, that the system is having difficulties. Which means that your at a standstill for the day.Their customers service has always been terrible. Its nearly impossible to get a hold of someone at the company. It use to be email/message was the only option to get a hold of customers service, and when you send a very detailed message listing your issue and what was going on, with pictures. 99% of the time, you would get a message back 24 hours later, asking you to explain the problem all over again and to attach a video.Now, they have higher a customer service department that will pick up the phone, but its hard to understand them due to their accents, which causes difficult to get your issue across and long hold times.When you speak with someone, your usually told that its your fault and that no one else is having an issue. And that maybe you should just login out and start all over again.Usually, within a day, we received a message through the system, that they are having issues(the exact issue we called about the day prior) and they are in the process of fixing it.Communication is lacking, when they made massive changes to the system, there was no heads up. They system will send you a little message that new things are coming but that is all.The new system would be good if they would stop trying to upgrade it and fix the issues that are currently happening. Im aware there are not a ton of CRMs systems like Credit Repair Cloud, and I think they know that. So all I can say is use at your owe risk, because you wont get any help from the company.

2024-05-29 13:14:50I dont know what kind of programmer they have chosen to carry out the last update of the system, but clearly what he did was screw everything up.Terrible update, I have lost information, there is a terrible optimization, and there are even functionalities that do not work. and if you write to them by email they ask you to record a video and describe the problem, I dont have time to do their job.

2024-05-14 23:28:43Ive been using this service for a year, and I am frustrated with their communication. Starting today, Credit Repair Cloud is charging for contract edits. The customer service is terrible. I am considering switching to a different service.
