Ive recently had my 3rd visit with this business and much like with the other 2 before I was treated exceptionally well. I regret that dental care has not always been a priority for me so by the time I tend to go to the dentist, I tend to need their services badly. I also do not have dental insurance and dont have lots of disposable income. My need however was great and they were willing to find a way to bring my coat down to be affordable without compromising on my needs. I am grateful to the wonderful employees at Creative smiles in Fullerton and will likely return when the need again arises and I would recommend them to anyone.

I noticed a problem with my gums and found Creative Smile. They were fast and very attentive. Found out I needed a root canal 😭 came back for the procedure a week later. Upon arrival, I was welcomed and signed in immediately. The doctor gave me all the information I needed from the explanation of my x-ray and the procedure for my root canal. It didn’t take long and it wasn’t uncomfortable nor painful, she walked me through it step by step. I noticed she was also training the nurse which I thought was pretty cool too. Overall a great experience and will recommend this place to others. Thank you Creative Smile for you job well done 🙏🏽😋🫶🏽

I had my first Root Canal procedure done Yesterday and I want to express my gratitude to the Creative Smiles staff at the Fullerton Location. The whole procedure went smooth for me even though I was a little nervous at the beginning. Special thanks to Dr. Meghna Patel with her gentle touch and well explained steps during the procedure along with her assistant Axia. Special thanks to the Front Desk staff Vanessa. I’ve had many dental work done (root canals, fillings, cleanings, etc) at different dentists, nobody is better than Creative Smiles! I’ve been here twice and both times have been great experiences. I had an extraction yesterday and Dr. Shah and the other doctor (I believe her name was Dr. Soliman), were the best. Their dental team April, Roger, and Liz were all extremely helpful and throughout the process put my comfort first. Everyone answered any and all of my questions and were so sweet. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful when we spoke about next appointments, implants, and dealing with insurance. Everyone I encounter here (this year and last year) is always welcoming.

I noticed a crown on my left side had chipped and I was driving by Creative Smiles so I gave them a call, got right in and not only did I have 1 chipped porcelain crown, I also had a fractured crown. I will be having 2 crowns replaced.From the moment I walked into Creative Smiles dental office to the moment I left… I am really impressed with how clean the office is and how sweet the staff is! Every single person that worked with me was so kind and empathetic. The Dr. was so nice! Dr. Mintzer is the kind of Dentist everyone wants. Dr. Mintzer never failed to give me instructions on what to do if I were in pain, he kept asking me if I was okay or comfortable. He was very gentle as well. The staff Liz was very professional, and personable, the Dr. even thanked her for her great work. This place is a gem… it seemed like everyone loved their jobs and wanted to be there! This place is truly a gem and I will be returning for my future visits.

Truly the most caring dentist my kids ever been to. We usually see Amit for regular dentistry and he is great! This time we had to do a treatment and Meghna took care of my daughter like it was her own. Super calm, patient and although my daughter was scared to begin with she made her relax and feel comfortable during the entire time we were at the office. Definitely recommend this amazing office! From my first visit to my most recent, creative smiles has always been very welcoming and provided excellent care for my teeth. The receptionist always friendly and professional. The dental assistants/technicians always helpful and knowledgeable. The hygienists are amazing at teaching preventative care which is super important! The dentists are efficient and gentle so it makes it easy to feel comfortable. I know when I visit creative smiles I am being provided with the best care for myself and my teeth!

I have come to really like and appreciate having a dentist office in my near by neighborhood, I really appreciate how accommodating they are, a couple of months ago I walked in there with an emergency, no appointment, though they were in the process of closing for the evening, they took care of my problem, everyone is nice and friendly, place and equipment is clean and definitely no way I can forget an appointment, they’re on top of it sending the reminders, no need for reminder card. Consumer be aware, this place is not one to trust. To begin with the staff is extremely rude, especially the office manager. My family started going there only because the dentist we were going to sent us there for a referral with the endodontist and instead of going back and forth, we stayed there. Ever since, there has been so many bad experiences.

I had a great experience with Exam, X-Rays & Cleaning. The Dental Hygienist named Zennia, very friendly and she makes you feel comfortable. She takes her time to explain to you the details of your treatment. The Dentist Dr. Mentizt he is very thorough with his exam, he seem to cover every area of your entire head mouth and make sure you have a detail exam. Everyone at the office is very nice and pleasant.

I was referred to this office by a friend since she had a great experience.When I came into the office the waiting area was clean and I was immediately greeted by the treatment coordinator, Vanessa. The waiting time was very minimal and the doctor was very welcoming and explained the recommended treatment thoroughly. Tara went over the financing options offered and helped me get approved within minutes! Overall, very pleasant experience and will be coming back.

I recently had an enlightening experience during my periodic teeth cleaning at Creative Smiles. As an older person, I have had many cleanings with various dentists over many years. Yet during this latest experience, the hygienist gave me some amazing tips about toothbrushes, toothpaste, and how-tos on routinely brushing my teeth - and it may have been the most educational session I have ever had on the topic in decades. All done in 10 minutes. But the hygienist was so proactive and guiding in her explanation; I was certainly impressed. The Creative Smiles Team still continues to impress me after several years with them - and their professionalism is commendable in many ways. Had my first appointment as a new patient. Vanessa at the front desk was so lovely and welcoming. Niko, who took my xrays, was quick and very efficient throughout the whole process, definitely made it easier for me. 1 star down from the 5 star they pressured me to write on my first visit.Been going here for a while now. I really wanted to believe that this would be my dentist of choice but today will be my last visit.Went in for. Preventative Cleaning today and was charge 45$ for todays vist. My insurance covers preventative with a 5$ copay. I was then given a receipt for the charge that just said treatment on it. I looked up my copay in the car afterword and went back in to get clarification. I was then told it was for previous visits even though I had paid ahead of time for those visits.The fact is, they charged me for something without my consent and told me blatantly that it was for todays visit only to back track when asked and blame it on previous appointments.I no longer trust the business and will be finding another dentist to assist me going forward.

She’s very personable as well as Tara, Emily and Rob. They always were so friendly and glad to see you! Really different experience. I had to find a new dental office and came into this one because of the high ratings it had and was not comfortable with the decision. I walked in and it was a very clean establishment but what got me was the service from the dental assistants. The ones that take your x ray and help you prep to see the doctor. I can hear them all behind me in this common area talking about me and giggling and felt like it was very unprofessional. Not about me but just the little things one of them kept forgetting to set me up with to see the doctor. The doctor himself kept dropping things around me and was kind but also very heavy handed. I was already in discomfort and overnight my gums felt even worse after the visit. Front desk woman was great and kind. Would not recommend this dental office.

As someone who has dental anxiety, Ive always been putting off going to the dentist even though I know I have to. However, when I finally decided to go, I was honestly surprised how comfortable I was during my entire visit. I only felt anxious upon entering but the staff was all friendly and the dentist was polite with me. Their attitudes really helped me feel at ease. I have been to this office twice.The office has friendly and competent dentists (Dr. Mintzer is great) and dental staff, but is unfortunately let down by a front-desk receptionist (hispanic lady with brown/blonde hair) who has been condescending in her mannerisms and tone-of-speech at the end of both visits.For future patients, if you have to visit this office due to reasons such as location/insurance, and continuity of care, but have similar experiences, perhaps it may help to remind yourself that this person condescends possibly because such behavior is often not accepted in professions offering higher compensation and acknowledgement.

I booked an appointment on line on a Friday and on Monday I got in to see Dr. Pham. I needed a single implant that my insurance doesn’t cover and my dentist was crazy expensive so I came here because their price was more manageable. I also needed a new crown next to the implant and Dr. Pham asked if i wanted him to do that tooth too. “Yes please!” I figured they would assess the cost and set an appointment to start. Instead they asked me if I had time and started both projects. I left the office with a temporary crown and had an extraction of a painful tooth, bone graft and all impressions taken for the two new teeth. I was elated to get things well underway. Before the work was done they explained everything to me and I was shown a video of the procedure and asked if I needed a payment plan. I told them each visit I would pay as needed and no complaints or mistrust from them. They took me at my word. That is very rare these days. Overall, I have a very pleasant feeling for all of the staff and this office is clean and very comfortable. Dr. Pham is very kind and compassionate and I immediately trusted him. I have to say my hygienist was great too! She had short brown hair nicely styled. I highly recommend Creative Smiles Dental.

Came here for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction (my first wisdoom tooth removal ever). They took an x-ray and found that there was an infection on my tooth so I had to undergo a root canal. I have never been to this dentist but was referred to from a friend. I had a bad experience with a dental problem a couple of years ago so I was worried to see a dentist again. I went in because I was in a lot of pain. They gave me the choice of either a root canal or an extraction and I did not want another root canal since my last one became infected and was a mess. They were able to extract the tooth that had cracked down to the root. I was really scared it was going to hurt like my past experience. The Dr. was very patient and understanding. She explained everything that she was going to do and she made sure I was comfortable and that I was not going to feel anything. The experience was SO much better than I thought it was going to be! I had previously consulted with a different emergency dentist because I was experiencing severe toothache. He said that the tooth needs to be extracted and replaced with a dental implant, which would have cost me thousands of dollars. I put it off at the time, partially because of the expensive price and partly because I didnt think the chipped tooth was serious enough to require extraction. So I searched for another emergency dentist in Fullerton that could give me a second opinion. I was examined at Creative Smiles and after taking x-rays, the dentist said that my tooth can still be saved via root canal. Its that time again.Your 6 month check up has arrived and its time to get a cleaning. Luckily, I have found the BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER. So as always I showed up 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment so the staff of Creative Smiles would not be waiting for me. However, ALL of the staff of Creative Smiles showed up 10 minutes before they were supposed to open and four of us are standing outside waiting for them to arrive and open up the location. A part of my tooth filling was already missing and my tooth was exposed. I wasnt able to visit a dentist as soon as possible because of my tight schedule but I was finally able to squeeze some time last week. I was worried at first cause I thought it had to be extracted since it has been a while since the filling cracked and that will only cause me more headaches because I need to replace it with a dental implant or something.When I visited, they took an x-ray of my tooth and determined that (to my relief) its still possible to save via root canal. So I underwent their root canal and finally, Im able to eat normally now

Very unprofessional. They claim they open at 8, and i arrived at 8:38, which they were still closed. I had to wait until 8:54 to get in. After the nurse took the xrays, i waited a good 30 minutes before the doctor came in. The doctor himself was very unprofessional, talking about how he keeps his dogs testicles in a jar or whatever, and how i should make my wisdom teeth into earrings. I came in because of an ad for new patients which i asked for specifics at the very beginning, being told that the cleaning was free, and after waiting 2 hours in the dentist seat was told that the cleaning was $95, and they added a whole bunch of other things, telling me that the charge was $1465. After i heard that i just left without getting anything done. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking dental treatment.

I went here to get a second opinion because my last dentist was claiming I needed $4000 worth of dental work. I walked in to make an appointment and instead they saw me right then and there, AMAZING! I explained what my last dentist was claiming but he didnt find anything wrong with my teeth to support those claims. He even spoke to other dentists in the office about it to make sure that he was correct. I highly recommend this dentist to everyone. Not to mention that he also has massaging chairs that massage you while you have your teeth worked on. And he also has videos that explain issues you have with your teeth, (like cavities, teeth whitening, root canals, etc.) they were highly educational to me and explained things really well.

Im so happy to have met Dr. Barry and Jose today. I was a bit nervous because I have a phobia coming to the dentist since I was a kid. My visit today was to get some fillings done. Finally...Dr. Barry and Jose made me feel very comfortable and at ease through the whole process. Im super happy that I finally got passed this fear of coming to the dentist. Insanely expensive, they offer financing but it doesn’t help unless you have a co signer, a root canal is $3000 through them. My experience with Creative Smiles was not a good experience. I had lower teeth removed and two implants put in to hold the lower denture. The staff made the whole process seem so easy, and that the implants would be great and hold denture. Unfortunately it did not work that way. After implants placed i had numbness and tingling of my mouth area for couple months. The healing process took a long time, and was a waste of time and money. One of the posts have completely fell out, the denture does not even snap down never really has. The denture doesnt fit and has broken in half twice. All this within 6 years. Now I have to have all redone again, after spending thousands thru care credit once. The real issue I have is the fact that they made a partial upper denture but would not give to me. Tara insists it wasnt paid for, but care credit says it was. If partial upper denture had been placed the problems with lower denture would have been minimal, and the stress on the lower denture would have not been so damaging. I believed the great sales pitch from Dr and staff. Unfortunately I cant afford to do all over again, I feel like they should step up and release partial upper denture just out of principle and making sure that I would be satisfied, after all I endured and all the money they received for their poor workmanship. Be very cautious and ask lots of questions get second opinions. Because its not as easy as they want you to believe.

I found out I overpaid, returned to office, they tried to justify me overpaying with lies and runaround. Had to go with my bank to fight them.
