2024-01-17 20:35:54Skylor approach my house asking if I was interested in Frontier fiber internet. I have been a spectrum user for years and although the service they provided was adequate, I was thinking about switching to fiber internet for the upload speeds. Skylor was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and engaging. All of my questions were answered and felt very confident in signing up. This is the only time I willingly engaged in a “cold call” sales pitch. Although there were issues with the construction/tech side to get fiber installed to the house, Skylor was responsive to my calls/texts and escalated my concerns to upper management when needed. Due to Skylor’s attention to detail, I’m seriously thinking of ditching spectrum tv and going with frontier as well. Thank you. - Gordon Gregory
