I cant say enough about Cynthia—her customer service is beyond excellent. She knows how to navigate the senior care industry and provide her clients with 5-star treatment. Coupled with working with all the different communities, SNFs, boards and cares, Cynthia places her clients in the environment that best suits them and their care needs.

Christine was amazing. She was professional, knowledgable, insightful and full of varied and great options that fit the situation that my wife and I were in. But probably the best thing about working with Christine was her empathy and kindness in walking through the transition and challenges that we faced. She is very gifted in what she does.

If you are looking for a place that will do everything in their power to find your loved one a safe and reliable placement, this is it! Christine is one of the kindest, most honest, compassionate, knowledgeable and hard working people I have ever come across. She and her staff at Creating New Hope work tirelessly to meet the needs of their clients by conducting diligent research on each placement facility to ensure that they refer clients to safe and reliable placements. I am grateful there are people like Christine Sevier who have a passion for helping elders and their family members. I learned about Christine through her senior advocacy practice, Creating New Hope. She is extremely knowledgeable about all elder care services as well as assisted living & memory care options for seniors. What I most appreciate about Christine is her honesty, passion for seniors, and that she has experienced the stressful journey of caring for a loved one, her grandma. I highly recommend Christine and promise you that if you call her she can make most any situation better. She cares! She knows her stuff! She is AMAZING!

Creating New Hope under Christines direction continues to advocate for senior placement, paying special attention to family needs, desires, and budget to find the most compatible home for your loved ones to enjoy the rest of their time. The transition of elderly from their residence to a care facility is one of the most difficult experiences for a family, but Christines compassion and focus alleviates most of the burden on the family and eases the entire process as much as possible. We recommend starting with her every time.

I was beyond fortunate to be introduced to Christine when I needed to relocate my parents from out of state to California. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christine. Her knowledge, kindness, professionalism and prompt responses made an extremely difficult phase in both my and my parents’ lives so so so much easier. Christine was extremely helpful in our search to move my mother from assisted living to memory care. The knowledge that she has made everything so much easier.
