The rarest of all experiences: a web company not filled with dishonest hacks. I was with Creactive 4 years. They built a solid website along with great hosting/seo services and really good customer service all at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Creactive.

Creactive is one if those companies that makes you KNOW that you are an important customer by how they treat you.I needed my website updated multiple times. Not only did they do the updates but scheduled a call with all invved to ensure they served my needs 100%. I could barely get customer service for other providers on the phone.They guarantee their work and they stand by it. If they make a mistake, they own it, if they need to make an adjustment, they tell you why and most importantly, they know your name, and take the time to get to know your business.I cannot recommend them high enough and will be using them in all of my future ventures and needs.Brian

I am shocked at what the response has been since creactive has done with listing my company. It took a while for it to work. But that is with any advertising, this is faster than phone books. I have a long history with Creactive; five years to be exact. I have personally worked with both Ryan and Andrew, the owners, as well as multiple people on their staff. I am not a frequent review poster, but recently had something so disappointing happen, I feel I need to share my experience to prevent others from being blindsided. Several months ago, I made a change to my logo. I requested the change be made on Creactive’s end and was met with pushback about logo sizing. I requested to speak with the gentleman working with me and he flatly refused to speak on the phone with me, stating he was too busy. After being given the run-around, I emailed him back saying I would prefer them not send anymore customers to me for a reference, and that I was considering terminating my account. I would like to add here that in the past five years, I have provided numerous references, allowed potential customers to call me, etc. to help Creactive promote and grow their business. In response to this email, one of the owners, Ryan, emailed me stating that my account would be closed and that he “looked forward to working with another windows and doors company in Dallas.” I was completely flabbergasted. I immediately tried to call to speak with Ryan as well emailing him, then after no response, began searching out a new hosting company. Several days later, the other owner, Andrew called to discuss what had happened and why I wanted to leave. He ASSURED me that if I were to stay with Creactive, he would personally handle my account from this point on, offered me a discount, and gave me his cell number. A lady from Creactive called after I spoke with Andrew, asking if I would post a positive review online. I told her that I needed some time before I would be ready to do this. Then, days later, while on vacation, I received a call out of the blue from a potential customer, stating that he had been given my information to provide a reference. In shock, I told him I wasn’t comfortable being a reference point, and that I was in a mending phase with Creactive. Let me be clear that I told the customer nothing of my experience and said nothing negative about Creactive. The next day, I received yet another email from Ryan stating that he was terminating my account on the 8th because I was “obviously unhappy.” I called Andrew to discuss and he said he would check on the situation and then inquired as to why I wouldn’t complete a review for them as asked. I never heard anything back from him after that, after trying to call and text numerous times. I have since placed my business elsewhere. Never in my 17 years of management in the car business, nor in my 6 years as a business owner, have I encountered such unprofessional behavior. Please consider carefully before placing your business with Creactive.

Creactive was the first and only SEO company that I was happy with amongst many that I looked into. The hardest part of finding a good fit was finding balance between price and quality. I was offered $100-200 per month by some black hatters or others who wanted to charge for basic seo that I could do myself. I found another company for $700-800 per month that I likely could have been happy with, but that is a big piece of my sales and they required a long term commitment.All new small business owners are solicited by numerous b2b companies. I never thought one of them would actually offer something legit and of value, but Creactive did. What sold me was their customer service, white hat only practices, price point, and willingness to make me happy. They were very accommodating in improving and recreating a website that I already built with GoDaddy. They eventually merged all my email to their servers once my third party hosting was transferred. And most importantly: THEY GOT ME ON THE FRONT PAGE OF ORGANIC GOOGLE RESULTS.The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because it would have been nice to have a monthly or bimonthly phone call or email update to let me know what my money was being used for. I could have requested this, as they are very responsive to email. But Yelp sends me weekly reports, and I don’t even pay them. Also, this would be a good way of keeping up with all the keywords that they are improving my ranking on, as I really don’t know which keywords I rank for unless I literally search for them.

CreActive seems to be lost when it comes to building my website, I have never worked with a more incompetent website developer and SEO company in the 10 years of updating and upgrading my website.Some issues:1). They are 6 - 8 weeks late developing a fully functional and acceptable desk top website as promised.2). The mobile website is not legible or user friendly.3). They seem to have a short memory or tell less than half truths when it comes to making changes as promised. The changes are never made.4). Every page has at least 10 - 20 errors, bad links, incorrect pictures or unfinished/never started requested changes.5). Its been about 2 months now and CreActive has yet to begin SEO even though Im paying for the service.6). Their service department is a buffer between the designers and the customer, so, things get lost in translation. The service rep seems nice enough but is not really technically oriented.7). CreActive for some reason is unable to make changes from MARKED -UP screen-shots I have sent them even-though I have been assured all of the changes have been made.8). The owner says he will speak to me, but for whatever reason he is never available, I am put on hold, am put on a sales pitch loop or the call is dropped. He has yet to return my calls.This is only my opinion: STAY AWAY from CreActive unless you want more drama and frustration in your business life.

New company start up, and decided to have them revamp out website. They did a great job with changing the site around for the better, but told us completely different prices then what was initially disused. After having some issues with our website from their own changes, they refused to help us by giving us our information for the admin page to view our customer list. After being put on hold and disconnected numerous times, they said they could no longer help us because we didnt make the following months payment after still being covered until the end of the month

I receive tons of calls from companies trying to sell me services, normally I just say no and hang up. This time I listened mostly because the guy who called was so down to earth, then he put me through to the owner, he too was down to earth and a straight shooter .
