Very disappointed with their ant and spider spray service. Will not be calling them again. Had a one time service for $150.00 done earlier this week. I live in a mobile home on a small lot. The company I used in the past sold out to a larger corporation so I decided to try a local company. Was told the techs make their own appointments and would call the day before to let me know what time. Okay, that makes it a bit difficult for me to schedule appts on my calendar but I’ll deal with it. Did not receive a phone call with an ETA. I did however notice I had received a text quite by accident since my cell phone is not attached to my hip like so many people these days. Okay, I’ll deal with that. Change an appt on my calendar to another time since it conflicts with the time the tech said he would be here.Was told he would knock down all the spider webs and spray for the ants and spiders and to wait a little bit before I water all the plants on my patio. The spray dries quickly but it’s better to wait a while.Service was completed and $150.00 was paid. Later in the day I went out to water my plants. What the heck? There are spiders and webs all over the place. On my fence, in between my shed and green house, all over the patio. I called the office and was told the one time and and spider service is structural only. Meaning just the 4 walls of my mobile. What the heck???? The company who provided this service treated the entire area. Mobile, fence, patio. If I had been told that it was only the four walls I never would have booked this appt for $150.00Lesson learned. Will be calling another local company I have been referred to.

Technician was over 30 minutes late and provided no notice that he would be late. Once there he provided decent service. Wasnt nice but wasn’t rude either. They do not treat your front or back lawns with anything which my old company did and for less than 99 dollars Craig and Sons requires. I can spot treat my property on my own so the lawn care is kind of crucial for me. I am up in the air as to if I’ll keep the service. But having a warranty and free call back treatment service is nice.

The young man, named Sal, that came out was very thorough. First, he gathered information regarding what I was seeing an increase of (pests). He went to work on both inside and out, along with my garage. He was respectful and helpful. Thank you, Craig & Sons.

I love this company. Great Service! Sal is amazing! Products really do work. We use it to keep our kids safe from nasty bugs. Thank you for providing us such great service.

Craig and Sons has always done a great job for us. Due to the age and style of our roof, we constantly battle infestations. Craig and Son stays ahead of the game for us. With the ever changing laws telling pest control companies what they can and cannot use this can be a challenge. Many times it takes a phone call to the office to keep my technician aware of what’s going on as he is not present at my house 24/7. Thank you, Craig and Sons,Chase and Ryan are the best.

Craig & Sons are the best. Brian came out for a termite inspection for my refi within a couple of days of calling. Got the report by the next day and a few days later had their crew out fixing dry rot on my patio cover and facia boards as well as a small termite treatment. All work was done in one day, polite crew and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Craig & Sons to anyone!

Ive been using Craig & Sons for a few months on a monthly service plan, our Tech, Fred has been great every time hes been to the house. Super communicative, friendly, and professional. I always get a notice a day or 2 prior to service to ensure timely service. Since using Craig & Sons, the only bugs weve seen have been dead, so the treatment is working. I would definitely recommend using Craig & Sons if youre looking for pest control services.

What happen to your service!?!?! These guys used to be good but I do not know what happened, but service is gone. They dont do much, and dont listen to the problem. I feel bad but I cant keep paying for nothing. Please review your workers, and if they need help help them. I dont know whats going on with these guys. Im shocked. It seems like they have something else stuck in their head when they show up for the appointment. I feel bad but I cant waste my money. I have to find someone else. I tried.
