These guys at CPR Vista are life savors ! I called at 6:58 not knowing the store closes at 7, Spoke with KEVIN. He asked what the problem was, even though they were closing in 2 min he Ended up waiting over half an hr past closing time so that he could help me. What a great guy, very professional, super friendly and he’s quick and good at what he does. I recommend CPR VISTA to everyone! If you guys are having phone problems go there and see KEVIN!

I could not have had a better experience! I came in because my google pixel would not charge. I was in and out so fast and the costumer service was amazing! They are great! I dropped my phone and cracked it towards the bottom of the screen. I called T- mobile and they had me set up with CPR immediately. I dropped my phone off and in 1 1/2 hrs went to pick it up and it looks brand new!! Like I never dropped it. They also put a screen protector on for me at a reasonable price. Kevin helped me with this process :) Im very happy! Highly recommend!

Amazing and fast cell phone repair shop. Skip UbreakIFix. I tried 3 and none had the Samsung screen I needed. I called CPR in Vista and they had it and in the right color. Black cracked screen to fully repaired in 1.5 hours (if they are busy may be a little longer) they have a military discount as well. Donate plasma while ya wait (if your registered lol, if not you need your phone)

Good repair service. I had an issue with the customer service however. They needed to send my laptop out for service (it required additional skills than what they could do in-house). I was told the service would take 2-3 weeks. I wait a month and call for an update. I was told it would get there next Wednesday. I call on Friday, the person tells me theyre waiting for a part and shouldnt be too much longer. Two months after I dropped the laptop off, I went in and spoke with the manager. After explaining what happened, he was totally transparent and told me the rep lied to me. I appreciated his candor, At this point a customer that was waiting behind me decided to take their cell phone elsewhere. The manager committed an within 48 hours. The next day, the manager called me and said my laptop would get there by the weekend. Sure enough, it was there! We have no idea why the delay except we believed the technician was just sitting on the job or it got lost in the shuffle. The manager was awesome with his communication and updates.

Used my protection plan through my phone service. I was able to take my phone in within the hour for a cracked screen and it was done within a hour. Had some issues, but they continued to work on it until everything was fixed. Most importantly they did with a smile and no complaints. They make you feel welcomed. Super friendly and helpful. Service was above and beyond satisfied. I hope I never have to use the service again, but if I do I would definitely go back to CPR in VISTA. I would also recommend everyone to check them out.

Did not have a good experience here. They messed up my screen protector multiple times. Eventually, when I got my phone back, it was drenched in water from the screen protector application. The water was in my charging port, on my camera, and inside my case.

I know you are all wondering, where is the excellent service nowadays? Look no further than the guys at the CPR, Vista.I was in the area visiting a valued client of mine. And, I noticed that the camera lens cover on my iPhone 13 Pro was shattered. I stopped by the CPR and told the guys that I need to get back to San Diego soon. Had a busy afternoon.They asked for an hour, hooked me up on their Wi-Fi, so I can work while I wait. By the time I almost finished my first email, they informed me that my phone was ready. Needless to say, my mind was blown!!!Not only did I have them repair my phone, but I also bought the protector for my camera lenses, and another protector for my wifes phone lenses. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold -- several problems starting occuring simultaneously but after trying to talk to Samsung Reps from SINGAPORE knew I had to bring it somewhere. Called a few other Samsung authorized repair places--no one would help. Apparantly, Samsung refuses to release their repair specifications to cell phone repair shops for the Z Fold--even their own Authorized Repair businesses. Took it to CPR. Robert spent A LOT of time and effort troubleshooting the phone and finally fixed ALL the issues. Thank you Robert!!! If you have a cell phone in need of repair, especially a SAMSUNG GALAXY Z FOLD--TAKE IT TO CPR. I found they are honest and willing to help even when no one else would.

They Do PC repair as well. It’s like 120 bucks to find out what’s wrong but that money goes to the repair. Alex slaved over my PC and found out what was wrong after a few days. Got me a new motherboard, fixed the problem and completely rebuilt my PC and it honestly did not cost a lot considering how much he worked on it. If you got a PC problem and UBREAKIFX is backed up or closed. I recommend going here and Alex will get it done.

Hopefully I get acknowledged a response to this from a representative to help me out The last past 2 years I have brought in numerous phones to get my screens repaired at CPR when I damaged the screen because of the work I do Im in the construction business so sometimes you know something heavy falls on the phone or drop the phone etc this last time I brought my phone in to repair the repaired it but when I got it back my screen was freezing and it wasnt doing what it was supposed to be doing I was ever having a hard time doing things with my phone so I brought it into the get repaired the next day in which they told me theyll take care of it the employee seen that there was freezing but they said that they didnt have the part and it was going to take four days to get the part so I told the employee if he can make a note saying that he can see that the phone doesnt have a broken screen that its not damaged and that it is freezing and theyre going to replace the screen on it that way if I do damage it throughout those four days they can still do the repair on it he said no that they wouldnt be able to do that if anythings wrong with the screen any little crack or anything that wont be able to do anything for me even though hes looking at the phone right now and hes seen that it isnt cracked but the screen is freezing so I said okay I guess I dont have a choice even though you can see that my phone is freezing if I have any little crack youre not going to be able to take care of me I dont know how thats fair but okay so I wait till 4 days which the fourth day would have been a Thursday Thursday came Friday came and nothing Saturday came still nothing Sunday came nothing not until Monday that they reached out to me to tell me the part was there so it takes 7 days to get the part and you guys got to remember that I run my own construction business and my phone is very important I have missed phone calls I have missed appointments I have texted people that I wasnt even supposed to cuz my screen was just going bonkers throughout these past many days so Ive been losing business and losing money and time because of this and I know that CPR will tell me a bring it in well fix it well take care of it I know that theyll take care of it but whos going to give me back the time and the business I lost no one is you cant get time back time goes and it. Is gone theres no getting it back so after these many days I take my phone back dropped it off picked it up and still Im having issues with my screen its not as bad as it was before but its still tends to freeze or just stop working I have to press the buttons tap on the screen in order to get it to move again Ive lost a lot of business lost appointments and time my phone is still acting up and havent had time to go back to have CPR address the issue

Got an IPhone worked on. Was charged 85 dollars just to look at it. 140 dollars for repair. Phone was originally in there for being dropped in water. After repair was told I was good to go. Phone worked for 3 days then it completely broke and now doesn’t turn on.After speaking with Anthony, he said the motherboard blew and there was nothing he could do. He saw that there was water damage and still did the repairs. Shady business and doesn’t stand by his work. Go elsewhere!

Every 6 months or so my top earpiece gets dirty and muffled and I cant hear phone calls. Since the apple store is closed, I looked for another phone place to properly clean it since I dont feel comfortable taking it apart myself. I found this place and Alex was super helpful. I was very surprised at this location of CPR, Ive been to other locations over the last few years and this one was by far the worst. I wouldnt trust them with any electronic repair. I came in for something quick and easy and it was the exact opposite.I came in for a simple ZAGG screen replacement and no one knew how to use the machine. They called another coworker to guide them but I guess it didnt help. They tried playing with it but apparently the software needed to be updated, whatever. I was asked to come back later that day and they would have another store cut it and bring it over so they could just slap it on.Mind you while I was waiting during this, another customer came in and mentioned she had been there 3 times now to get her phone fixed and each time they dont have the part in stock for some reason, though they normally carry it, and that they would bring one in for her. She straight out said, I get told the same thing every time by you guys. Luckily 3rd times the charm and they had it in stock.Anyways, when they called me to come back that day, I came in with the intent of just getting the screen put on quickly. That wasnt the case, they didnt have another store cut it, they just tried to use the machine again. Which, surprise, wasnt even updated yet!Dont trust these guys, they dont have inventory, and they dont know how to use simple machines. This store has been open for 3 years now, theres no excuse for this type of service.

If you found my review helpful please hit the like button.My buddy and I sell steak, seafood, and chicken across Southern California, Nevada and Arizona, along the way we hit every dive bar, greasy spoon and haberdashery and I enjoy sharing them with you.I had reviewed this establishment previously and gave it five stars and wrote a detailed review of my experiences with them, I have brought them several repair jobs previously and was happy with their work.When my sons Xbox1 refused to power up I didnt think twice about where I was taking it, despite the fact they are on the opposite side of town and I would no doubt drive past a dozen cell phone/electronics repair shops, I took it to CPR and trusted them with the repair. Upon inspection the technician seemed pretty confident the internal power supply was the culprit and wrote me an estimate based on replacing that, the estimate for parts and labor was $200.00.Three weeks after I left the unit with them I had not received any updates so I called them and they explained they hadnt had a chance to get to it yet but would soon. I wasnt upset and called them a few more times in the weeks to come. Finally (aprox. 3 weeks later) they called me to tell me they were getting started on it and it seemed strange when barely fifteen minutes later they called to say it was fixed.When I picked it up it was explained that no parts were replaced or repaired. They had simply removed the cover, squirted it with compressed air and it was fixed! Despite not replacing anything the bill was still $200.00. I didnt argue with them, I knew it was 100% BS, but truth be told it bugged that they played me for an idiot. Bottom line, I wanted it home for my Son, but knew I no longer trusted them at all.When I got home and plugged it in it still didnt work, and then it hit me, THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE XBOX UNIT! The problem was the power cord that I had not brought to them with the unit. I ordered a new power cord from eBay and when it arrived it didnt work either? I was sure it was just a bad unit and the Xbox was still in my truck, I was near CPR and I decided I would drop in to have them plug it in with their power coed so I could nail it down. ALL I WAS ASKING THEM TO DO WAS PLUG IT IN, THATS IT. At first he started writing me a new ticket explaining it would be another $90! I explained I had already been way overcharged for the original repair. He went on to explain that cleaning it out was a delicate procedure involving dozens of tiny screws and one slip and the unit is destroyed. It was total, laughable Bs and he even had the temerity to suggest I not search out YouTube videos on the subject because they make it look really easy and it is actually a very precise operation. He further explained that they do this all the time and $200.00 was what they always charge. Again, total BS right to my face. He explained he was too busy to stop and plug in my unit but a helper was due in any moment and they would call me so I could see them fire it up. This was Friday and guess what? Did you guess no call? You were right. I was busy Monday (no call) so on Tuesday I went in and demanded my unit back.I checked with U-break I fix cell phone repair about 300 yards down the road. I never mentioned my experience with CPR, he quoted me $50 for what he described a a tear down and deep clean. I called three other shops, the quotes were $50, $50, and $75. He didnt lie about one thing, when you watch the YouTube videos it does look really simple. To add insult to injury I had my wife call CPR for a quote on blowing the dust out of an Xbox, she was quoted $150.I hate yelp but I am signing up just to write a similar review there and will be presenting this to the Better Business Bureau. I may take them to small claims.95% of my reviews here are positive, I enjoy promoting small businesses, if I have a bad experience I just dont write a review unless something is way off. CPR abused the trust I gave them, they were dishonest with me, they treated me like a fool.

Ive been using JI phone repair for years, since at least 2015. I went to the Escondido shop before 2018, and was willing to drive out there (from vista) at the time because theyre the best repair shop in SD. In 2015 I had a phone that had been extremely damaged and during what felt like an impossible fix was met with the owner Juan who was very sympathetic . I have children so everything on the phone was important to me (my fault for not backing anything up at the time), but he took something that I felt was dead and made it brand new again. I couldnt thank him enough. The staff at the Escondido shop was also phenomenal ... When I came in after that for other repairs I was met by Alex working the desk... He was extremely helpful, kind, and always with an upbeat attitude. There was a time in 2016 the weekend of one of my childrens birthdays where my child dropped my phone in water ... I needed my phone for my childs birthday for pictures, family & friend calls ect, so in a jip within hrs they fixed my phone and got it back to me before the party started so I didnt miss a beat, service always being 10-10.So in 2018 when my construction working husband who has bad luck with every phone in his possession completely cracked his screen and frame, I was so happy to be able to visit the newer shop of Juans that had opened in vista. Walked in to find a familiar face working the desk, it was Alex. He was so helpful, very thoroughly explains things, was communicative while working on the phone (the phone was old and needed parts from other shops and he was willing to go out of his way to get what he needed to get the job done), & got it fixed for my husband very fast. The old phone again went from destroyed to brand new ! We were thrilled, listening to why my husbands phones end up this way he also found my husband a durable case to help prevent any further accidents lol . You dont go to JI without getting quality service & something most places lack in customer service which is feeling like youre family when you leave there, because they care so much about the customers needs, youre not another number to them, I find most businesses lack that type of quality work. And ill never go anywhere else for my repair work.Updating after more years of excellent service. When I wrote my last review I had only had phones repaired by them, and always amazed with their work. Now my children are growing up and wanting devices of their own to play games, so of course I thought to go back to my fave tech guys and purchase my boys tablets (getting name brand for better prices than having to get them low end tablets for more at retail stores, was so worth it) but with these being my young childrens first times owning breakable items, inevitably they did indeed start to crack and be pulled off the charger in a animalistic manner lol. I brought them to Alex after now having had him help me for years, fix my babies screens and issues my boys had caused knowing the tablets were in the best hands. He kept in contact with me as always with his great customer service and great upbeat attitude, going out of his way and doing way more than he needed. That Im so appreciative for. Before taking my basically new tabbies home to my boys we suited them up with screen protection and cases so that I hopefully never need to bring them back to fix. In my opinion he couldve charged more for his labor because he went above and beyond but I appreciated that he gave me a great deal and their warranty is the best around. I paid $18 more for a “warranty” and a phone screen replacement and then the screen broke right away. I took it back to make use of the warranty they said it didn’t apply it was bogus basically. The term warranty was very misleading and I then asked them to return the warranty money and they refused that as well. If you go there don’t pay extra for the warranty it’s meaningless

JI Phone repair or CPR phone repair off of Hacienda dr in vista is the best phone repair business in North County. My wife and I have taken numerous phones both apple and Samsung to them and have always been happy with their service. Today I had a message stating that my I phone had been infected with a virus and had over 100 similar messages and calendar reminders. I took the phone to T-Mobil where I was told the phone would have to be wiped clean losing all data stored on the phone and the I-cloud. The gentlemen at CPR cleared the messages and so called virus in two minutes. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.
