Best place to get your phone repaired.Mine was absolutely destroyed. Both lenses broken, scratched case, and gave me options.OEM parts, for Apple 13 or generic parts. Go with the Apple OEM components.2 day turnaround, and very good customer service.Don’t go anywhere else!!

Extremely competent, honest, and fast. Prices are reasonable on service of items that ordinarily you wouldnt think could be repaired. They tell you the truth, do not try to upsell their side products, and they are congenial and pay attention to detail. I had an iPad battery replaced and everything was perfect after they were done with it!I had been there a couple of weeks before and presented an off-brand freebie phone which bricked. They advised me that it was not worth repairing, because even if the parts could be found, they and the labor would cost more than a new phone of the same kind. I appreciated their honesty and attention to detail.I would also look around at the displays in the showroom. Its not full of stuff, but does have useful items like glass covers for iPads (I bought one of those and love it!) and other accessories at good prices.

Im from Ireland and was in the area on a road trip when my phone developed a problem rendering it more or less useless!I looked up cell phone shops and neither of the big names could help there and then, but a guy in one shop pointed out CPR so I went to see if my phone issue could be resolved!I was literally in and out in minutes! I can’t remember the name of the guy that helped me but he was very knowledgeable. They repaired my cracked iPhone screen in less than hour. I purchased a new screen protector which he installed and he gave me all the details on the warranty. I went to have my cracked screen replaced and Unbeknown to me, we arrived 5 minutes before closing. The staff was curteous and asked if we would be willing to wait 15-20 minutes for the repair. The screen was repaired wonderfully and they even stayed late to make sure it was in full working order. Great staff and thank you for remaining open after business hours.

I needed the charging port on my iphone 11 looked at since it would not charge. I found these guys after executing a Google search n drove over there to drop my phone off. It basically took 24 hrs for me to receive my answer*. Then an additional 24 hrs for them to compete the needed repair*. These gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable and up front with costs and with a complete picture with any potential repairs that may stem from opening the phone up and swapping out the port*. Price was equal to prices quoted elsewhere. We went in yesterday afternoon. They ordered the part which arrived this morning at 10:30am, exactly as they said. We brought the phone in at noon and it was ready at 1:15 exactly when they promised. This place is the real deal with zero BS. Shout out to Travis! Some of these other phone “repair” places just jerk you around and waste time with excuses. Not CPR. They are the best I have used.

I was disappointed after a cracked cell phone screen rendered my phone useless. Insurance quickly issued a new phone, however contacts, texts, photo gallery, etc. did not transfer. A visit to the USELESS Verizon local store provided nothing except for I should have been paying for extra services to back-up my phone. In desperation I called CPR and the very helpful employees agreed to look at my phone free of charge and only charge a minimal fee if they could do the transfer...I am delighted with the speedy and helpful employees that saved my phone and me endless hours to try to recreate lost contacts. I have a Moto G Power (2021), and I broke the screen. This was the only shop suggested within 50 miles of my home in Lincoln Heights (and the other CPR.) I called, they told me they could find the parts with an alternate supplier (a first, Ive been to several local shops that could benefit from this alternate supplier.) and they would send me an invoice. I drove in the next afternoon after they called that their parts were in, and spent an hour and a half wandering around Target and reading in my car while they fixed it. They didnt update me about the process, I had to call 3x for them to finally look at it, it took them 2 weeks to tell me it was the laser so they replaced it then told me they were going to call me when it was ready to pick up the next day, I waited and no call so I just went the next day to go pick it up and they explained to me that they couldnt fix it after all but replaced the laser with a new one and to just contact Sony instead. I was disappointed on how long they took to give me a diagnostics and how they could never give me a call back before until NOW that I gave them one star. A simple we cant fix it within a week couldve been fine for me and I wouldnt have been upset.

I have taken in my phone twice, soon to be a third because the techs at this shop have not properly fixed and/or tested my device before claiming its ready to be picked up.First time was the drop off.Second time the screen panel made AWFUL noises when any pressure was applied. During this time I made sure to stress my failing USB port does not reliably charge and does not allow data transfer when connected to PC. My Squaretrade claim approved me for a replacement port. They swore up and down its good now along with screen.Third time, The screen is flawless thank you very much but the USB port is acting the exact same way and now I have to take it back inI called several times to ensure the USB port was being worked on and gave them ways to test to see if their fixes are working. They lied to me about the USB port and now I am I out my phone for a third week. So unprofessional. If I did this kind of service at my job Id lose customers and possibly my job.

Neither of us had insurance on our phones so this was definitely the best option for us. I also had water damage to my iPhone another time that they were able to fix as well!
