Got my Laptop repaired here, my part was hard to get however after checking in again with Danish he was able to find and order my part. After receiving the part and dropping my laptop off, Danish was able to replace the part in a quick turnaround. The customer service was great and i had a great interaction with Danish an other employees. I would recommend using this location for any needs you may have and i personally will use them again for any future needs i may need.

Scheduled an appointment and arrived with an XBOX Series X for repair. Spent 15 minutes just trying to confirm my appointment (despite showing the representative my phone with the confirmation email on it). Showed him the damage on the XBOX and was finally told that it needed a few days and a diagnostic for $79 with no idea how much $ or how long the repair could take. Just a waste of my time.

IPad 7 screen repair: I saw the reviews and called in. Screen repair was done the same day which is great when you have an autistic child who loves his IPad. There was an unpredictable hiccup with the IPad after the screen replacement, but a quick call over and no hesitation to back up their work and fix the issue. Repair was done quick and honest I would recommend for anyone needing a repair 5 out of 5 stars.

These guys are the best. If you need a phone fixed, they can do it. I took mine swimming with me and they fixed it the next day. My phone works better now than it did before I jumped in the pool with it I strongly recommend using these guys for a phone repairs.

I went in today after a predictably rotten experience at T-Mobile. CPR saved the day. The gentlemen at CPR were super knowledgeable and helpful. They know more about my phone than I do and I really appreciated their advice. I decided to fix the cracked screen of my phone, which they did quickly. They only use genuine Samsung parts- no cheap knock-off parts. Most of all I appreciate advice I can trust. Many thanks !

I was very impressed by how polite and friendly they were. They explained what they thought had happened and what needed to be fixed. A couple days later I was called and the tech happily said “ I have some great news we were able to get it fixed everything is working the screen works perfectly and all of your data was not touched everything is still there all of your documents word apps etc. “. The cost was even less than the estimate. That says something about their honest work ethic.

*BEWARE SHADY REPAIR SHOP*Took my phone here to get the screen replaced because after almost 3 years of taking good care of my phone always in a super secure case and screen protectors it had a crack that wouldn’t let me use my screen in certain areas. T-Mobile has them as one of their service providers for insurance.I dropped my phone off, they told me an hour when it was really only 15 mins because I got an email but couldn’t check it so I wasted a whole hour waiting, okay no biggie. Go to pick up my phone and my face id isn’t working and my phone has white dots on the side of it when it had nothing wrong with it when I dropped it off but the screen crack!I told them this wasn’t my phone and all they said “isn’t that your screen saver?” The main person who helped me never came out to discuss this with me and just hide in the back. They definitely weren’t ready for me to call out their behavior. They got defensive really fast red flag #2This is a shady shop for T-Mobile customers probably because they aren’t making any $$ off of me they just don’t care! They didn’t even care about my concerns, they just keep saying “this isn’t a chop shop” I just wish I could prove this. Now I have to get a new phone because of non working features they ruined by fixing my screen which could be totally avoided if they did it the correct way!I would never trust my phone with another T-Mobile or Asurion shop let alone this one!

Id give this place 100 stars if I could!!! They literally saved my day by fixing my phone super quick. The power button was totally jammed and I couldnt turn my phone on at all. My phone was having issues with a bad battery that was past its desired life, and when I took it in, the guy handling it was really cool. Communicating the problem, fixes, and procedures were easy and friendly. I perfectly understood what to expect and his analysis of the issue and possible causes. It was taken care of quickly and it was back to a fully working and happy little device very quickly. Also did a better job of applying a screen protector than my provider who I bought my phone from, so that’s an even bigger plus!Definitely happy with CPR, and would gladly recommend them.

Excellent and professional service to repair my sons laptop which was not charging and shutting off when disconnected from the electrical power source. I dropped it off on late Saturday afternoon and it was ready for pick up on Monday by 3:30 pm with a text and email message. Price was very reasonable and works like new with the included tune up. They originally quoted me $99.00 to do a program install and recovery. They kept me informed for two days while they worked on it, it was done when they said it would be, and then they called to say, Since it was an easy install, were only charging you $59.00! Who does that ... especially when they know youre at their mercy? The computer is running better than the day I bought it two years ago; thats a fact. They certainly earned my business anytime in the future and Ive already told several friends about my excellent experience.

I called before to confirm if they had my privacy screen in stock for my iPhone 11. I notified the person on the phone that the screen was input in incorrectly it was slightly off and I asked him if he could replace and would it cost anything due to the fact I have warranty and it was there teams fault for improper placement of the screen on my phone. The gentleman assured me that he would replace it and it would be free due to your warranty. I arrive and notify him and first warning signing is he is trying to sell me on and older privacy screen edition when I know that’s Not the most current edition for my phone. First warning sign and then he starts saying I can’t replace it and I reiterate that I called and asked him about the issue before and Clearly stated if he would be able to replace to save me the drive and time showing up. He then say I will try and correct but if not done properly I will charge you. I informed that the screen obviously off and if it was put right in the first place this wouldn’t Be an issue and I have warranty. This is a prime example of horrible customer service and just being cheap. The fact this guy tried to sell me on an older screen for my phone privacy screen just rubbed me the wrong way. Then he goes to the back and changes his tone of voice and speaks in a different language so that I don’t understand him and that just rubs me the wrong way l. I am not not some guy that just woke up in 2020 I know when someone is trying rip me off and I just told him I would take my services elsewhere. I highly don’t recommend him horrible experience today an wasted my lunch time on this . Another on another note the zagg retailer I went to before placed the screen and I didn’t like how they placed it on my phone and they with no hesitation took it off and put on a new one till I was satisfied . They also let me know if any bubbles or anything pop up we will replace for free just bring it in. The only reason I didn’t go to them if because they are closed to due to the current pandemic. I am absolutely disappointed in this customer service and would never recommend them to anyone save your time and money and go to the orange location.

So easy, convenient, quick, reliable, and the price seemed much lower than I would have expected. I do not hope to need further repairs in the future but I know where I will go if and when my computer, cell phone, or any other repairs need to be done that CPR provides service for.

I dropped by cell just right and turned my screen into a spider web. I contacted the CPR in Tustin, they set an appointment time for me to drop off my phone. The price was as quoted and there was no upsell. My 2 year phone looks new! I returned 2 days later and had a screen protector placed. Computer Guys of Orange County was a great experience. I called them up with a failing hard drive on my Mac and let them know I was on a deadline for completing work the next day. They took my computer in at the end of the day and worked to get it back to me with a new drive and transfer of gigs of information overnight. Great service at a reasonable price, I couldnt expect anymore.Additionally, my back-up drive failed and instead of just selling me a new one, they helped me get a new drive from the manufacturer at no cost.

I knew there was something wrong but I was hoping I didnt have to buy a new phone ! I called CPR Repair and the technician I spoke with was so knowledgeable and professional. I went over to the shop. I bought a new iPhone SE online that wasnt set up. It was a technically more complicated process than I was capable of handling so I needed tech help and went to CPR in Tustin not far from home. I took my laptop to the Computer Guys last week because it had what turned out to be a bad virus. Running very slow and pop-ups all over the place. I have been using the geek guys for a long time for my needs and they have been ok. I wanted to try them out. I did not have to wait in a line. I like the way I was greeted and they were very friendly and personable. After the free diagnostic I left the computer for repair. The next day I started getting emails notifying me of the progress being made. I had the computer back in record time, and working like new. I took my cell phone into CPR because my screen was cracked. It is quite costly to replace a cracked Samsung Galaxy S9 screen, but they were the least expensive in the area. Aside from that though, the customer service was excellent. Ali was great. He answered all my questions, and put me at ease about the replacement. The part they ordered came in very quickly and they had my phone fixed within 40 minutes. He even gave me advice about a screen protector and new case, but didnt pressure me into buying anything additional. I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair.

My laptop had been susceptible to malware and the Computer Guys of Orange County kept my laptop for 24 hours to run some tests on it to ensure there was so virus on it and they had it ready for me within the time frame they promised. We used a different CPR in Tustin the last time were out here. This one was more convenient so we headed there instead. Joanna (I believe thats her name and I apologize if its not) cleaned the charging port on my phone and recommended that I take it home charge it up and see if that solved my problem. She could have, of course, signed me up for an expensive repair, and I would have known no better. I really appreciate the help and this ensures that Ill be back if I have any other problems. My experience with this business is certainly different from most others. Twice my laptop has gone in with the same problem (screen flickering) and I am now $220 down and no closer to having it fixed. One time they even replaced the screen, but now I have reason to think that they might have cheated me out of that (or were just covering their asses, as the real problem turns out to be the cable from the motherboard to the LCD). The second time I took it in and it was in their shop for over a week because they had to get a new screen in, but I was not given any sort priority. While I can say Ann, the lady who works the front desk, is very nice, they still are pretty bad when it comes to keeping in contact with customers. Overall, I cannot recommend Computer Guys of OC to anyone. I would even go so far as to say this is some of the worst service I have received for anything.

After my Mac objected to an Apple upgrade I contacted Apple for help. I spent weeks on the phone with Apple techs to no avail. They basically told me that it was time to replace my 4 year old computer. I finally contacted the Computer Guys of Orange County who came by, hauled it away and brought it back to me as good as new! BTW at the fraction of the cost of replacing it with a new one. Professional, respectful, friendly and efficient young men. Repair an old iMac computer. The team at CPR are easy to work with, have very fair pricing and perform good work. I first went in with a problem with my iPad which I thought would need a new power connector. They immediately were able to fix the problem without requiring any new parts and did not charge anything. I also had an old iMac which I had given up on and they diagnosed and fixed that also. I called CGOC first when my computer had a virus and then called a few other places to see what else was out there. From the first contact with them it was an obvious choice, they were the nicest on the phone and the most helpful. I took my Asus laptop in because the mousepad was lifting on one side. CPR determined it needed a new battery, as it was swelling, causing the left side of the mousepad to lift and become unusable. They ordered the Asus battery, keeping me updated via text messages as to their eventual receipt of the battery and ultimate repair. These guys are the greatest! I live in Tustin and always if possible try to cater or patronize local businesses. They tried to fix keys on my keyboard (that I messed up) at no charge. It was an arduous task. Rather than replace the keys at $20, I replaced the key board for $25.00 which they installed at no charge. I asked about the issue with not being able to send emails - he says its fixed. I had to probe further to ask what the problem was - it was abundantly clear he did not want to tell me. SOOOO, Ryan then tells me - it was a spelling error. A spelling error? Did I miss something from before? Ryan tells me no, it was on our side. UGH! ok...I immediately left to go get my computer - that I have now been without since MONDAY!#4: I get the machine home, I barely have time to boot up and just make sure it looks normal before I have to run to an appointment. Boots up - it looks like all is well in computer land.#5 (the CRASH): My assistant has arrived to help me recover some of the time lost with projects and so forth. 10 minutes into her starting to review my 2500 received emails to organize things - a distantly familiar clicking starts to come from my machine. I havent heard this sound in more than 15 years when I hard drive crash on me. I call Computer Guys...they then ask, can you bring it back in? UMMM, NO, you need to get a tech over to my office STAT!They arrive at 1215P - run diag on hard drive - recommend replace hard driveUGH! Are you kidding me.
