I have been going here for years. These guys are the best in town. I always buy screen protectors, but they have the privacy ones and what I love most is if I crack it, it’s only $15 to replace. They always hook it up and are so nice. If you need any screen repairs or protectors go here!

CPR fixed the screen on my ASUS ROG Phone 5 and performed it with perfection. I didnt even think they would be able to assist me considering I dont have a main brand phone. While there ended up being some software issues after the repair with my phone, this had nothing to do with CPR and considering I was their first repair with this phone, they wouldnt have known about these issues prior. I would highly recommend these guys all the time!

If only I could leave 0 stars I would. Run away from this place. I paid $64 for a screen protector which I was told could be changed without a cost of damaged. There were bubbles on the screen from the very first week and now that I finally got a chance to come for replacement theyre charging $10 for the change. Please save your money get on Amazon and buy a screen protector thats waaaay cheaper and lasts you years. Dont deal with these thieves!

I gave CPR a tough mission, replacing the glass on a large g1 12.9 ipad pro (as well as the battery). They ran into difficulties with the glass they used initially (bad batch of parts), but persisted and took care of me all the way through until the repair was done correctly. The iPad Pro glass replacement is not as simple as the regular iPad - I appreciate the effort they put into making me a happy customer in the end. And it cost me half what I would have paid Apple to do the same. It has been two months and my iPad continues to operate great. Recommended.

Updated after reply 8/9/23I had my screen repaired on my Galaxy S21 (water-resistant phone) here on May 16th. I was never told the water resistance rating was lower after the repair. My phone fell into a pool on July 28th, it immediately shut off and started overheating. I then noticed that water started leaking from the phone. My phone has been in contact with the same amount of water numerous times before the repair and Ive never had issues before. Spoke to someone over the phone from CPR Cell Phone Repair and was told, I should have asked if the water resistance rating was still the same after the repair and that my phone was no longer water resistant and it shouldnt have been near water. I was also told that the warranty didnt cover water damage. I never received a warranty so when I asked for it on July 28th they didnt have it on hand so they said they would call me back when they found one. Im still awaiting their call. I assumed when they repaired my phone that it would have the same manufacturing specifications. If it wasnt, I should have been told otherwise. Beware of getting your screen repaired as it will not have that IP68 water rating. Make sure you ask whats covered under the warranty because they will not tell you when you receive your phone.Just reply to the reply from Adam 8/9/23I have yet to have anyone contact me regarding their warranty on water damage. From July 28thAs stated above, I was never told that my phone would be the same. This is the first time Ive been officially told that. So I wasted my time and money taking my phone to CPR. I was better off spending $100 and getting a refurbished phone thats still water resistance.

Great and FAST service. Brough my Note 20 Ultra 5G with a crack screen and some scratches at the bottom from being dropped and they did an AMAZING!! job. One of the sides look like it has a very small gap but it doesnt and its hardly visible. You really have to look at it to notice it. I think it looks like that from being unglued and re-glued but in my opinion its to be expected. Other then that everything else is impeccable. I want to thank the person who helped me but i forgot to get his name but in case he reads this. Thank you for doing a great job!

My S20 Ultra phone screen flickered and died on me. I took it to cpr cell phone repair and they were able to replace the screen in about 45 min with no appointment. The cost was high, but very reasonable for what they did, especially considering how quickly they got it done. I would definitely use them again if I have need of cell phone repairs.

I brought my IPhone in the other day, recommended to me by a TMobile associate. My issue was that I was unable to charge my device as the lightning cord suddenly became loose and wouldnt fit. The guy at the counter did a free diagnostic on it, and was able to get it back up and running in no time. He cleaned the charging port, and the phone was good as new. No charge!! Highly recommend this place for repairs. They also have a large selection of accessories at reasonable prices. Thank you, thank you!

Don’t go here. I had to turn my iPhone in during the quarantine via mail to get a replacement phone and didn’t take the “warrantied” invisible shield off before sending it in. You pay an initial exorbitant fee to get the warranty but I don’t remember being told you have to bring the original shield in. There is no such thing as a shield that doesn’t crack. They get you on the front end and you still make you pay 10 dollars for the screen protector when you come back in. Everyone sells good $10.00 screen protectors. I was going to have to bring the original back in, it had cracks in it. Classic dog $&@# customer service.

They were fast and cheap but they use extremely low quality glass. I had my iPhone6 for almost 2 years without the screen breaking (with dropping it multiple times with a case on). I then broke the screen on July 4 (completely my fault) and I got my phone fixed here. Extremely unfortunately, I dropped my phone the next morning and the screen broke (I even paid $15 extra for the additional screen protector!). I went back to see if they would replace the screen and not only would they not replace the screen, they wouldnt even give me a small discount! Additional, my charger is having trouble fitting correctly into the slot nick never happened before this experience either...All in all it was an awful experience. I have a broken phone that wont charge and the manager gave me 0 customer support. I get its a business and every time someone broke a screen they cant fix it, but it was literally the day before and I paid the extra $15 for the protector so they can be a little compassionate. So If youre looking for a low quality and quick fix I would go here. Otherwise I dont suggest it.

Very disappointed with AM Cell Repair. We brought my wifes phone in to get the cracked screen replaced. They ordered the glass and called us when the glass arrived to have it replaced. Stopped by the shop and they fixed it within the hour. Everything was great. She used the phone for a couple days. As she was swiping the screen to answer a call the glass came completely off the phone and broke. How is this possible. When she went back to the shop and explained what happened they wanted us to buy another glass at a discounted price! Do you not guarantee your work?? After paying $89 for a new screen, I am not going to pay again to have something fixed that wasnt properly fixed the first time. Total disappointment. Will not be going back here.

This is an update to my initial one star review. My Samsung phone needed a screen replacement, which was done by this store. The outcome was less than perfect. However, the owners involvement eventually helped resolve the issue with a brand new screen assembly installed.Im revising my score, since the issue has ultimately been resolved to my satisfaction. If the work had been done properly the first time around, it would have been a five-star review, though. At the end of the day, these guys are worth a visit if something happens to your portable electronics.

Everyone gets frustrated and concerned when their phone doesnt work properly. My battery started draining unusually fast this week so I searched a repair store to go to. Daniel answered the phone and answered some questions I had about the process. He quoted me a new battery and said they can have it done in about an hour. The price seemed really reasonable so I brought my dying phone to them to fix.Daniel greeted me at the counter and he was nothing but kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I didnt feel any anxiety leaving my phone with him (yes, its sad that not having my phone with me invokes slight anxiety).I came back in an hour and he had my phone all ready. I purchased a new sparkly phone case and another screen protector as well. Daniel cleaned up my phone, put the new case and protector on, and made it look brand new. I couldnt be happier with their service. I took my iPhone 6 in for a battery replacement after I had made a mess of the old battery trying to take it off myself. Great experience! I called around several local cell phone repair shops and was quoted $100+ to repair/replace the charging port on my Samsung Note 8. These guys quoted a fair price 30% lower than their competitors and when I went in to drop off my phone, the representative looked at my phone - brought it to the back in withing 60 seconds, came back and told me that I did not need the repair, that there was something lodged inside the port that prevented the cable from fully connecting. My family and I have had two extremely positive experiences-- once for repairing my tablet and once for repairing my sons phone. In each case, they offered us a realistic quote, and then looked for ways that they could even come in lower than expected. Seriously, they seem to be looking for ways to save you money on the repairs. There are a lot of repair places closer to my house and work, but I will continue to go out of my way to come to them; you never want to have to have a phone repair, but its so nice to have such a trustworthy place to take it.

I needed a circuit board repaired, not for a cell phone, but for the AC control unit in a car. They said no problem, take it in and well have a look at it that hour. They got the 3 solder points reconnected in about 15 minutes for a very fair price. This would have cost well over $1000 at the dealership to get the whole center console control board replaced.

Great customer service and very fast with the repair. I have been there twice, once to get a diagnostic for an insurance claim on a Samsung Note and once to get a new screen and LCD on an iPhone. They did the diagnostic on the Samsung for free and confirmed that the LCD was defective by trying a new one even though I didnt get it repair (they put the old screen back on). The second time we went in with a broken iPhone screen and the fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely go there again if I have more phone problems.

Dropped my iPhone 5 leaving work and called on my way home. Dropped it off at 5:45 and it was ready to go by 6:30. Fast service, great price, good location, friendly staff - however I have two gripes.(1) I was not provided with a physical receipt for my phone. Immediately after leaving the parking lot I felt uneasy about not having some sort of record of my phone being in their possession.(2) The attendant asked that I turn off my phones password. I dont have much personal info on my phone so it wasnt much of a worry, however it was an entirely unnecessary step for a simple glass screen repair. Ive been in IT and it felt a bit unprofessional to request my password be disabled for what is effectively a cosmetic issue (my touchscreen and all other hardware were functioning as we diagnosed while I was in the shop).Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend the shop but there is certainly room for improvement.

I came in when the shop was brand new and they replaced the cracked screen on my iphone5. I should have written them a review then but I never got around to doing it. Everyone in the shop was very professional and I felt safe leaving my phone with them. They did a good job with the repair but one part didnt work quite right and I brought it back in and they fixed it immediately at no cost to me. They do great business and the owner Adam is really kind and friendly as well. Unfortunately I tripped and fell yesterday and in the process... twisted my ankle and broke my phone, (Apparently high heels and I dont get along so well), so Im looking them up again to fix my iphone6. I came in to have my Samsung tablet charging dock fixed and the guy up front told me they could Fix it they even said they had the part. They had my tablet for a few days and when i go to pick it up they tell me they didnt fix it and that there was nothing they could do. Went in to get my camera fixed. Was supposed to be very straight forward. Only problem was the glass was cracked on my camera and the actual lens was fine. I took my phone in to have it fix and 3 mins later it was done. At first it works fine but after about a day or two I noticed my phone would no longer focus half the time and sometimes the whole camera would crash or go black. Somehow they put the glass in wrong and it was uneven, during the process dust had gotten in between the glass and the lens and now causes the camera to go out of focus easily and it just inexplicably crashes sometimes. I’m sure if u just needed a simple screen replacement or reboot or something they’d be good. But don’t get your camera fixed there

After four years with having iPhones, my worst nightmare happened: while in a rush I dropped my phone face first on the cement, I cringed when a saw an awful (yet kinda neat looking) spider crack all over my phone. I have an iPhone 7 and after I got my screen replaced there I cannot use 3D touch anymore which is one of the biggest features of the iPhone 7. They never tell me this. And then it stops working on and off. (Sometimes it just freezes and when I lock and unlock the screen it works again. It works but its very inconvenient.) I went there and ask if I can replace because I bought warrunty. But they said they cannot because of a minor crack at the corner of my phone which is not even part of the screen.
