I took my sister iPhone there one year ago the screen was off we pay 180 bucks to get fix after repair the screen I bring my sister phone home and she check that some of the screen parts not working for example the left side of keyboard I called back the day after they fixed and ask them they were not helping the were asking me to pay again to get fix with 30% discount. And I did not pay them again and took to someone else who told me that the missed up the repair. So please be careful because it is a lot of money that go to waste. Make sure to check everything before exiting the store because they will not fix even if they made the mistake.

Brad was respectful, professional and curteous. I went in for a screen protector and Brad said it was under warranty. He also took care of some issues that I was having with my phone. I left a very happy customer and I highly recommend this store.

I came in because port where my laptop charges cracked and therefore I couldnt charge my laptop anymore. They were very nice and explained to me the possible options of whether they needed to order a new part or not. They are great!

CPR cell phone repair has always been fantastic when Ive needed cell phone repair. First time visit to the Natomas store, service was great and affordable. If you need your cell phone repaired this is the place.

My wife came in to have the screen on her phone fixed and she said the staff were amazing, helpful and kind. They fixed her phone in about 45 min and the pricing was extremely affordable. Would highly recommend this place for those needing help with their electronic(s) repairs.

I paid for a charging port replacement on my device, but later on I discovered that the original, faulty part had been reinstalled. This is unacceptable from any reputable business.

I had my iPhone battery replaced here. They very patiently answered all my questions and were sensitive to my needs. After I dropped it off, I called and requested that they look at my earpiece as well because I couldn’t hear the other person during calls and they said they’d look into it when I got there for pickup. Instead they took the initiative and cleaned it out. Tada!! The problem was fixed. In fact by the time I got there, they had cleaned my whole phone! I’m very pleased with the service I received here. I wish I knew the guy’s name who helped me out or else I’d credit him… Thank you so much, CPR!!

Easy to work with, convenient location, knowledgable staff. Really enjoyed my experience as I was in and out on drop off and got a courtesy call and text that my item is fixed and ready for pickup. Pickup was also a breeze, no hardsell on other items in the shop, i was offered some essentials but i turned it down as I hVe extras at home. Will definitely consider them for repair next time as well.

I was initially quite worried when I dropped it off, as it had suffered a rather unfortunate hard drive accident, but the CPR Cell Phone Repair teams professionalism and expertise quickly put my mind at ease. The speed at which the repair was completed was truly impressive, and the fact that I could have my beloved iMac back in such pristine condition within a matter of days is simply remarkable.
