I just went there today and they are so incredibly kind and fast and knowledgeable! They made my entire day by fixing my iPhone. There was a charger piece broken inside the port and they fixed it so fast no problem. I’m very thankful for them! I will recommend them to everybody. Thank you so much!!!!!

I would give him 10 stars if it was an option, A++++ service, went in for a new screen on my phone. got home and it stopped working, called him up and he immediately said bring it back. not only did he swap out the new screen with another new one he also gave me $10 back to help with gas since I had to drive 40 miles back into town. very good customer service Highly recommend this place

My phone wasnt charging so I brought it in for them to look at it. They were respectful and quick at cleaning out the usb port with compressed air and deoxidize, let it dry, and tested it out. Sure thing, they had the problem solved in about 10-15 minutes... and even better, they didnt even charge me for it!Great service!

They are a great help. they saved my photos and contacts as well as money, and I was able to keep my old phone. they fixed it. I dont know about all phones, but before you just get rid of your phone, if you would like, I believe this is the place to come. I was not disappointed

My IPad was not charging. Decided to take it to CPR based on reviews. I received the best service! They did a simple hard restart and it started charging. They recommended I give it a week or so before installing a new battery. In addition there was no charge! Integrity at its best!

Went in around 4:40 for my appt at 5 and my screen was fixed so fast within 40min. There was only 1 worker and about 8 other customers walked in for pickup or questions and was still done in that short period of time! Very quick and convenient! Super satisfied and will definitely be back if I have an issue with my phone again!

This bussiness is by far the best! Im 41 years old and have never come across a single company that shows integrity, erhics and honesty like this bussiness does. We live in Red Bluff, we called and ordered a part for our motorola razr plus. It came in but was the wrong part - honestly it was most likely my fault. We arrived and were offered $$ for our time and gas. Which to me shows the integrity of this company. We greatly appreciate that they value our time and bussiness. We will return when the part comes in I wished more companys were this respectful of customers.

The staff tried to fix my Pixel 5a but declared it would have been too costly to fix. The seemed to spend a bit of time on it but did not charge me anything for their efforts since they could not fix it. I was prepared to pay their 40 dollar inspection fee but they did not want to charge me anything. I wish they could have fixed it but I feel like that was above and beyond to not charge me for their time. Thank you!

I gave these guys a bad review few years back because I dropped my phone on a Thursday and the guy said it would be done the next day . The next day they was closed. It was my work phone and I needed it badly. Turns out he got sick and did not call me . He did the best thing called someone from another store to take care of his customer.i look back it was not his fault for being sick or my phone breaking.y phone was fixed on the following Tuesday . This time my work phone broke I got another while the broken one was being fixed . I just call its fixed for a very reasonable price

For months Id have to jiggle my charging cable jusssst right to get a charge. I took my phone in because it wouldnt charge anymore and they had me in and out in less than 5 minutes without even charging me. So, I have to say that nothing went right, BUT everything went right. I took my phone in for a cracked screen, estimated repair time - 1 hour. 1 hour turned into 13 days. There was issue after issue with the parts. Everything that was tried would not work. What should have been an easy fix, turned into this long drawn out process.With this, I ABSOLUTELY cannot say enough about CPR Cell Phone Repair and Wes!!! Wes did everything within his power to make this right. I was given a loaner phone (at no cost) to utilize while mine was being repaired, I was kept informed every step of the way as to what was happening, I was not charged any more than the original agreement, I was met with apologies and kindness, and was even told that if they could not get the phone functioning they would replace it.Honestly, I experienced the most authentic, genuine, and kind customer service then I have in a very long time. I cannot recommend this company enough and WES is the BEST!!!!!

Dropped an Xbox X off at 2:30pm and I got a text at 5:00pm that the HDMI port was fixed and ready for pickup that same day I dropped it off. They also cleaned the Xbox. The only thing that would make them better is if they were in Oroville instead of Chico but Ill definitely go to them if I need anything else fixed from this point forward. Great customer service.

Busted up my phone up pretty bad so I was expecting the type of repair to take several days if not a week. It was also a Google Pixel 2 which most shops do not have screens in stock and must order, adding more time. So I was pleasantly surprised and happy when CPR got it done the same day! I called in on a Thursday to order the screen, dropped my phone off Friday afternoon and within 2 hours it was done, at a reasonable price as well! A good experience overall :)

Took my phone in to get the screen replaced after dropping it six feet face down onto the gravel. He took it apart but ended having the wrong screen on hand (to many year models with same names and different size screens). We had to wait for a different screen which took four or five days but he did a excellent job once finished. I will be back if I ever damage something again which is likely at my cell phone consumption rate.

Excellent customer service! Before replacing phone, I took my 3 year old Galaxy 8 ($840) in to confirm it was not the battery, etc. No diagnostic fee!!! Turned out to be a bad charger. Bought new cord for $14.00. They could have sold me battery but they were honest. Very impressive! I would definitely go back and refer all my friends.

Went in today because I was having troubles with my phone charger not fitting the charging part on my iPhone after I accidentally used a broken charger. Turns out the metal part on the broken charger was stuck in my phone’s charging port. It was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The whole transaction didn’t even last 5 minutes. My problem was taken care of and I went on my day happily.They saved me $200+ from the deductible amount with Verizon (whom by the way told me my phone was damaged). So glad I decided to stop by and got my phone checked out with CPR first.

The only independent repair center in town that has genuine iphone batteries. The replacement was mostly done very well and they did use genuine parts but -2 stars because after reopening my phone for a minor issue they did not replace the compromised screen adhesive nor did they tell me it was not replaced. This left my phone vulnerable to water damage and also caused there to be a slight amount of play between the screen and the bezel. To fix these issues I had to order the adhesive and install it myself which took about 30 minutes. Most people would not even know the adhesive was compromised which could easily lead to water damage in the future.

I feel that those one stars are probably friends of the competition around this small town, because I’ve been coming here since college to get any kinds of repairs on my computers and phones, and these guys have always been amazing. My phone screen has been broken numerous times just because I don’t like to protect it with cases, and my phone is repaired in about an hour and a half. Always friendly, and sometimes they don’t even charge me for minor issues, which is pretty awesome.

This must be one of the WORST places for you to have your device repaired. I went in to have the cameras protective glass repaired. They did the job within 3 hours, but when I tried to zoom in with the camera, AND Scan an item after repairs... it WOULDNT. When I contacted them about the problem, they informed me that I only asked for the repairs, not to realign the camera/scanner. THAT would cost me more!! This is nothing more than a business who will Nickel and Dime an unsuspecting customer out of hundreds of dollars if you allow them to. I wouldnt recommend them at ANY COST. They wouldnt even look at my phone again unless I paid an additional $75. Please, save your money and go to a more reputable establishment.

My iPad wasn’t charging. I called CPR Repair. Matt told me to bring it in, and he had a way to run a quick diagnostic for free. I took it in and it turned out to just need a battery! Which is good because apparently many things aren’t even worth the cost of repair, compared to just buying another. Matt was awesome! Honest, and upfront about everything. The experience was wonderful. I brought in an iPhone to be repaired from water damage. The owner couldnt guarantee he could fix it, but he tried. He kept me posted from time to time about the phone. One week later, he told me he couldnt fix it after he tried everything. He then didnt charge me for the deductable which was nice of him. Still would do business with this company.

What a great experience. My phone was smashed so I took it to the mall who said 300.00 and would order the part. When I called CPR he said thay was about the price and he had one in stock. Took him a hour and he said it wasnt as bad as he thought. I left with a new screen, glass and a 60.00 case for 275.00. I can’t believe this place is still a business after how badly they treated me and my grandmother as I’m a vet and my grandmother has a hard time hearing they overcharged her and when I tried to confront them they said it was lunch time and locked the door holding her phone as ransom basically. Get this after looking into it I came to find out this is a franchised business I can’t even explain in words what they left my grandmother feeling and she now has given up on even having a cell phone that took years to get her to use in case anything ever happened to her please think twice before going here or any of these franchised CPR stores. I really don’t do these google ratings, but I felt this was the time to save someone else from these shady cell phone repair stores that only care about $ and not there customers.
