Great service! My cat knocked my cell phone off of some furniture and a sharp corner pierced the screen. Using T-Mobiles 360 Protection Insurance, I was able to get an appointment ASAP. They had my phone screen replaced in an hour, and took great care to put on the screen protector I purchased from them. I had to drive 14 miles across Los Angeles to get to them, and I wasnt disappointed. I would definitely come back if it ever happens again!

I dropped my phone and cracked my screen.At first I thought I needed a new phone.Then I a friend said to change the screen instead.I went to their website... They were able to get me an appointment same day.I took the phone into their Burbank location.The store is super clean.Gary met with me at the counter.He was super friendly and helpful.He Checked out my phone... And said come back in an hourI just picked up the phone and it is just like newPlus I didnt have the hassle of having to setup a new phone.Love this place.Thank you CPR... And Thank you Gary 😊

Had a good experience dropping off my cell phone, which had a cracked screen. Worker was friendly and efficient. They told me it would be an hour to fix. I returned to pick up after an hour, and it was ready to go. My screen was brand new! I purchased a screen protector (learned my lesson) and the worker offered to put on for me. He did a really good job since I cant tell I have a screen protector on.

5 stars for Gary, he was super helpful when I went in!I had to go back in less than 24hrs because my screen protector cracked. It was not dropped and no weight was put on it. I just got my screen fixed so I’ve been extra careful with my phone. Alex the person helping me today was pretty insistent that one of the things mentioned above happened. I’m sure Alex doesn’t have the ability to simply give me a new screen protector, but it seems like bad business to not replace something faulty when it’s been less than 24hrs of a purchase…

I had a very positive experience getting a shattered iPhone screen repaired. Gary was patient, helpful, and honest. He was upfront with cost and that it would be an Apple replacement part. Took my watch in today because the screen blacked out was detaching . Gary was so helpful and made things quick and easy. They took the time to see if they could repair under warranty first before just jumping to sell me a new screen. The same day I broke my screen I called the insurance (thank God) and they guided me here to fix my crack screen that same day. The service was beyond fast ( 1 hour+ a few minutes ), super friendly and very professional. Highly recommend 👌. Still amazed how fast they were. Phone is good as new.Their store is also well equipped with quality cases and protectors. (Just to be safe bought a screen protector) . Highly recommended 👌. Out of 10 I give them 20 stars.

I only trust CPR for my phone repairs. Their quality of work cannot be beat. The staff is pretty awesome too. When I broke my phone screen, Gary was diligent enough to walk me through the whole process and made sure to deliver on their quick turnaround. They were very quick and had super clear communication. My daughters ipad was broken and they tried one repair, called to see if they could try something different, and ultimately werent able to get the screen working. They didnt charge me a dime but I know they spent a few hours on it. He was apologetic, but I know they really tried their best, sometimes its just busted. Ill be back for all future repairs, Im very impressed.

The service was great despite issues that they experienced with an Apple update that was preventing them from replacing my screen. They kept me up to date on the issue and were super apologetic even though the issue was not their fault. I would definitely recommend them if you need your screen replaced.

Brought my phone in for a screen repair and even purchased a brand new case from them. They repaired the screen and put the newly purchased case on, and everything seemed fine. I had a brand new screen and a new case, and everything looked good. Two weeks go by and I needed to pull off my case to put in a new memory card. Thats when I noticed that one of the corners of the back plate of my phone was being separated from the rest of the phone. I tried pushing it back together so it was flush but it would not push back together. Today I took it to an official Samsung repair store to figure out what was wrong and they told me that someone punctured a hole in my battery and that the battery was damaged. This damage caused the battery to swell/expand and is why the back plate was not closing down. They even gave me a photo of what the punctured battery looked like and I included it in this review. Now heres the thing... the only other time Ive ever had my brand new phone service for a repair was from this store, so the puncture to my battery had to have been done by the technician that fixed my screen and installed my new case from this store. Theres no way that tech didnt see the damage they caused while they were fixing my screen. If I could give this store zero stars I would. Absolutely no integrity.

My insurance company through my cell phone planned directed me to them. They are really great!! I went in yesterday and was serviced by I think his name was Gary (I cant remember).It was a quick check in process I just showed them the email print out from ym phone service, he located me in the computer, confirmed my phone was the right phone and then took it and said it should be ready in an hour and a half.I was really concerned and actually thought I would need a brand new phone because I cracked my screen way back in July but had some issues with my cell phone service not logging that I had insurance on my phone and had been paying it.That didnt get situated until October and with other life things going on I wasnt able to file a new claim until December. So my concern for my cracked screen was that it had been a while and some sort of black ink mark started spreading in my screen and it started to flicked and turn a very light green.I was sure he would tell me I would need a new phone. He even said to come back thirty minutes early because it may not take that long. I did just that and my phone was ready. It was literally like I had a NEW phone I was shocked!Even though it was about an hour wait it was so worth it. Now I plan to take my tablet in for maintenance as well. Highly recommend this repair shop! Thank you!

Very fast service and friendly, very proffesional too. They change my screen on my samsung s23 ultra in one hour and you cant even tell they opened it up, they use all original parts and all i had to pay was $31.76 including taxes to Assurant insurance because i had the t mobile 360 protection.....AWSOME JOB !!!

I took my Nintendo 3DS in to be checked since it kept turning off on its own, and they couldnt do anything about it. Something about it being an issue with the motherboard, but Im glad they took the time to look at it anyhow, especially when its difficult to find a place that can do 3DS repairs in the first place. Its still playable, and thats all that matters to me.

Unfortunately my car was in the shop. I had gone there before for phone repair. I took the bus to CPR and ask about a repair for my phone and i had insurance. CPR wanted me to pay $200+ they found a old repair. And would not help me. I ask if we could call for the insurance and that were no help as I had no phone. Had to walk to Starbucks on my computer found a Tmobile store. Took the bus there. Tmobile help put in the claim and back to CPR on the bus 3 hours later. I went in and they said your back. They look up the claim and said I have to make appointment. CPR made an appointment and I left my phone. Came back at 5:15 and pick up the phone. Repair was finished. Phone was working great. Just wish they would have help me make the claim when I can in at 12:15.

I went in expecting the worst news, that my phone wasnt gonna be fixable. That I had lost all my kids pictures.But I was absolutely wrong. Not only did they get my phone working they told me if I had insurance with my network provider that I could file a claim to not pay the full price out of pocket. This is not about the store but about a screen protector that they are selling. After paying $40 dollars for a zagg screen protector and being told that it has lifetime waranty(but $15 deductible for each occurrence) I thought I was getting the best in the market😂😂. But, it turns out its made to crack as fast and as easy as possible. So zagg is really terrible and keep in mind this store is their authorized store and if you go ahead and buy a screen protector you are going to regret that…

Buyer beware before doing business here!! I purchased a lifetime warranty for a screen protector. In spite of the screen protector, the screen cracked when the phone was dropped. So, I take it in, and now they want the old screen protector and a $10 upcharge. (When the phone was repaired, the technician was about to throw it away with the damaged screen. Fortunately, I saved it. Otherwise, they wouldnt have honored my lifetime warranty.) (No stars)

Very best affordable phone repair ever!!Since my phone is Samsung S7 edge got broken screen really badly as well no backlight and wont come on, so I took it other place near by, some of them want 350 to 500 dollars for repair for Samsung S7 Edge screen and the replacement of screen are expensive either and The S8 phone will be cost so expensive for repair. But this place give me a best discount and best reasonable price that I can afford to pay. So I got 50 dollars off. So I paid 299$ to repair the Samsung s7 edge- Love this store but the reason why I put the 4 stars because it took them over 3 hours to fix my phone... I noticed other customers said it was done by 20 to 50 mins. But mine was took 3 hours... it didnt bother me about waiting so long, unless if you have patience to wait- also they dont have S7 and S8 phone case, screen protecter, whichly they have it for older model phone have all of stuffs there. But expensive phone didnt go there but I cant complain about it. It was worth it!! Better than other place that cant do on time when you need your phone fixed right away and dont want to wait? First off, Excellent, Excellent, place to get your device serviced. We were directed there from our cell phone carrier to have them fulfill some insurance maintenance on one of our phones. It looked absolutely out of the box new when they replaced that screen. The phone operates and appears to be a brand new phone. I was concerned initially, but I can say with all honesty that even if I DID NOT have coverage on a device, I would 100% take whatever it was back to this place. The gentleman that I worked with was nice. He was personable, He explained clearly what he had done as a form of maintenance to my device, and it looks like I just took this phone right out of the box. Same day service. Brilliant result. Whats not to love? Check. This. Place. Out. If you are looking to get your device in question serviced. Youll most likely be pleasantly surprised.

She patiently explained the whole process and answered all my questions.It was about an hour wait, which she apologised for because they were backed up, but I thought this was rather fast, considered how long waits are at car and computer repair shops.They were finished exactly when I returned, and my phone was good as new! It was $199 for LCD screen replacement and $69 for water damage treatment, but there wasnt any water damage, so it was just $199 for me. Highly recommended!

If i could give it zero stars i would. A few months ago i took my PS5 here to get it cleaned. I got it cleaned within a few hours. I went to play it and it was still overheating. I thought the fan burnt out. Last weekend i took it to a repair place. CPR NEVER even opened the console. Simply took the panel off and used compressed air. Got charged $70 for something i could have done at home. I know it was never opened because the tape seal was never broken.

I heard of the CPR store from Yelp. It had 5 stars and a lot of nice reviews. It is also right up the street from where I live. My battery in my phone was draining very fast and I did not want to buy another phone at this time. I went in and the gentleman checked my phone and said it was the battery. He replaced it within a few hours and cleaned it. The prices are reasonable and now my phone is working very well.
