Just completed a commercial loan with Ms. Jesse Cho of CPGI on an office building I own, and it could not have gone better. Ive been in the real estate business for 40 years now, and Im sure Im not alone when I say that loans secured by commercial real estate have never been more difficult to obtain. My experience with CPGI was quite contrary to the current rule though. I simply filled out my application, provided the necessary documentation, and before I knew it we had loan approval and funded a few days later. Incredible in todays lending atmosphere! I would recommend Ms. Cho to anyone seeking real estate related financing. CPGI Real Estate Services provided us with the best service making it so easy to leave a space we had been in for over 20 years. Jesse handled everything for us it was a very easy transition. Truly an amazing company. GPGI Real Estate Service is truly based on customer satisfaction. Johnny was very respectful and always asked to make sure my wife and I were happy. Theyre part of the few who people who still believe that the customer is the fuel for their business which is why they are a very attentive and they try their best to go above beyond the standard. Ive already recommended them to several of my friends and they treat all of then with the utmost respect and always ensured they are happy.

Johnny was whole heartedly referred to me by a trusted family friend, so I already knew he was going to be awesome when we started working with him, but he still blew us away with his commitment to finding us our perfect place. He listened to our needs and really heard what we were saying, and intuitively understood exactly what we were looking for. He was consistently on target with what he brought to the table, and he fought for us to get the best deal every step of the way while still being respected and liked by the other party. He is smart, really knows and understands the business, sensible, responsive, incredibly easy/fun to work with, and just gets it done!So glad we met Johnny. We will never use anyone else for real estate in LA. And we will be signing his praises to anyone we know who is looking to buy or sell their home.

I am a mortgage broker and We, as a mortgage broker, understand that a real estate transaction is not simple. CPGI will make it simple for you. Johnny and Jesse will take a big load of the process off your shoulders and make it look really easy. I feel that all buyers should be taken care of during the process especially if one is new with the process and they will do just that.You will not look back and feel you missed anything! Property that my father and I sold. We have worked with other real estate brokers and agencies before, and I can say with confidence that Johnny has provided the most outstanding services thus far. Jesse and Johnny went above and beyond to help us find our property. Even during hard times (pandemic) they adjusted and did not give up. They look out for your best interest and not try to sell you on the quickest sale. They took their time to help us find the perfect property for our type of business. I am so glad that I was introduced to this real estate company. They offer amazing service, are very knowledgeable, and provide smooth, stress free transactions. To keep this review from being too lengthy, I’m going to bullet point some of the examples:Service- 90% of the time, they were available to talk/text right away- always patiently responded to all my questions and concerns- professional photos were taken for our listing- connected us to a great loan and escrow company- for open house and other meetings, they were always punctual if not earlyKnowledge- Johnny knew exactly how much our condo was worth and what it could sell for- he’d tell us about all the little upgrades we could do to make our place even more attractive to buyers- Jesse helped guide us to prep/stage our condo for the photo shoot and open houseTransactions- made sure we did everything on time and way before deadlines- were able to handle multiple offers and get the highest and strongest offer to us- negotiated with the buyers well until the end of closingAll in all, I felt like they treated me like VIP. I know I’m not the easiest person to work with, but they handled my demanding and impatient personality with ease. They were so professional. Due to an amazing experience with them selling our condo, I went with them in buying my new house as well. This company is a gem.

We probably would not have been able to move to California from New Jersey if it wasn’t for Jesse and Johnny Cho of CPGI. They were an invaluable resource being SoCal natives and went above and beyond to help us make our move as smooth as possible. They are from Orange County, but did their research when it came to Temecula, which was our desired relocation area.
