My wife and I wanted to get our house on the market immediately and after speaking with Steven on the phone, he arrived at my home the next day with a plan in hand to get our house into contract quickly. I was impressed with Stevens insightfulness with regards to pricing our house correctly. I have seen other homes on neighboring streets sit on the market for weeks and months but we were able to get into contract in a week! I met Kelly Valera through a co-worker and I have never met such a nice, classy, honest and professional lady. Kelly is a great listener. She is gracious as well as humble. I met her right after my husbands death and I needed to sell my home rather quietly and quickly so that I did not spend any more money on paying our mortgage. Oh - and she invites questions. She came over and showed me the paperwork she had compiled concerning the house. I was a mess at this point - with my loss. She held my hand and got me though this. I really dont know where I would be now if not for her. My extra funds were dwindling fast. She literally took the bull by the horns and knew I could only do a few things to the house. So we painted and broom-cleaned - her words! She was available to me 24/7 and I took pretty good advantage when necessary. If you get her voice mail, she WILL CALL YOU BACK - no matter the hour. When I heard my former kindergarten teacher, Mrs. R.C., and her son Steven were real estate agents, it seemed like a great starting point. Carl Strasen here. I have purchased two houses and sold one with the Cozza Team. Good real estate agents are a mix of a jungle trail guide, boat captain and family mediator. Steve in particular excels at all of these, he is fun to find good real estate deals with, and a very good listener. Both of the houses we purchased had many offers and went far over the asking price, but Steve was an effective bargainer and landed the deal against higher offers for us. He also knows when the client (me) is starting to get nervous, and doesnt push when it would be in the interest of a real estate agent to do so. In the pursuit of one house, it begin to look like a money pit, so Steve got me out of the deal to my relief, we went on to find a better home. Real estate is a tricky high stakes business, and it is great to have the Cozza Team assist you. It is quite unusual these days, but the Cozza Team want to build a long term relationship with you, and I appreciate this.

We used Steven twice as a selling agent. He worked diligently to make both transactions happen. One was selling a vacant residential lot where he found a builder who was willing to purchase when very few lots were moving. He subsequently was able to list and sell neighboring lots for other owners. The second transaction was selling a home in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic.
