Carlos T. was a Godsend at a time I was feeling so stressed trying to find the right health plan to switch over, as all my husbands doctors are going out of network with his current plan. He is currently battling cancer so proper coverage and continuity of care with his trusted doctors is extremely important. Carlos matched us up with the plan that lets us pick up where his old insurance will drop off, and he also found a separate plan for me which costs less, since my health needs are not as critical as my husbands. Overall the experience was smooth and stress free. Thanks Carlos!

The staff member I met was more interested in what insurance benefits they could get (once I explained the plans my old job had)—-than helping me navigate the process. There are too many people from foreign backgrounds who go to work solely to personally get ahead but not at all to do their job. That’s exactly where American society is crumbling, imo. That’s why I came to leave my honest review. The representative here never even kept the appointment for a follow up call. Well, all of this was months ago- and here I am still struggling to navigate the insurance system on my own, which isn’t going well, of course.

Today I came in and was helped by Rod and Carlos T. They were both handsome and very helpful! I was grateful for their excellent service and for going above and beyond. Please take care of these two. They both deserve a raise and a promotion. I will be definitely returning for any of my health care needs.

My wife and I had a very great experiences at the Brea branch with our agent Priscilla Pelot. Priscilla was always there for us and was so helpful. She was very imformative and willing to show us all the possible options and different coverages, so we could choose wisely. More importantly, she always helped us sort out glitches with the County offices. She is someone you can feel their concern and kindness even just over the phone.

Extremely positive experience at this location. My wife and I were in a rush and walked in without an appointment very close to closing time. Yo Han was very patient and kind with us. He took the time to help us find coverage that actually fit our needs perfectly. Yo Han saved us a huge amount of money compared to other plans that we had been looking at from other brokers. The whole process was also quick. We feel lucky that we stumbled on someone that gave us such excellent service.

The representative at this location was extremely kind, helpful, and patient in answering my questions, explaining my options and getting me signed up for Medical. It was a quick and simple process.
