Dont franchise with this company. All they do is drown you and make you lose all your money i lost more then gaining with this company I was suppost to have a class to learn to measure rooms. theyll give you classes but then say they dont have time and theyll make another date for that class but theyll do it themselves and charge us for it. And our supporter they assign to us decided not to work there and not leave a week notice to let us know. They had change general management 3 times. Weve told them before we needed more offices but they havent done so for like 6 months. I lost approximately 20k on franchising coverall why you may ask cause of HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!

This place was not at all professional or welcoming to new franchise business owners. We put time and money into this establishment to only get a hassle with getting the down payment we gave back. There were so many issues and no one had a straight answer about anything. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Do not use their service, you can never get a hold of someone to ask about billing or to speak to someone. If they do they send you to another person and you get bounce around. These people do not provide good customer service!! They also make a big deal about canceling service and add up fees.
