Loved our stay here, hotel is clean and beautiful. I had other experience where bar closes early but the Bar was open and bartender very polite. Looking forward to visiting again.

Relatively close to Sonoma, wineries and other points of interest, this new property is clean, up-to-date, and affordable. Brand new! Im thankful for their decision to put carpet in the rooms instead of the laminate flooring that so many other properties have been going with lately.EV chargers available.My only complaint is that there was no bistro service at all, the night I checked in. No restraunts within walking distance.

At first I was very impressed with the with Guest services. I booked a room for 2 days. I left my nice expensive phone charger so that I could charge my phone the following night. On the second night I noticed that my room had been cleaned and what do you know, my phone charger was missing. I notified guest services, after I explained what happened he simply stated that we do not have your charger and that he could not do anything for me. So I opted to wait till the morning. When I checked out and I notified a new guest service agent, to my surprise I received the same response. I calmy and polity asked him to have management talk to the cleaning person so that my charger could be returned. It has been 2 days and no response. Bad experience and very frustrating to deal with thieves.

It was close to our event so the location was good for that. Breakfast at the buffet was good and they had gluten friendly options. Gym was clean with decent options. Only real complaint I have is the pillows as they have ZERO support. They are the feather type that just go flat. That being said that is most hotels.

I would advise people to not come here. First off, the rooms are not in good shape in my opinion. The shower was a weird layout so that it was open the entire time bc there was no door, only a glass wall. So it was cold during the shower. The towels had stains on them and smelled weird. The phone was disconnected so I couldnt call down for anything if I needed. The TV was glitching due to poor reception. And fridge only turned on for 2 hrs, then turned off so our drinks were not cold rlly at all by the next day. Then the service was poor. I had a corporate code I wanted to enter when I reserved online but could not find a place to do so. So I booked without the code. But when I went to the desk in person and asked them to help me apply it retroactively so I could get money back, they stated the codes dont work for the weekend?? Which i highly doubt, but ok. Then later, when we went down to check out, nobody was at the front desk. We waited for 7 minutes holding heavy luggage and duffel. We even called the front desk to get it ringing so somebody would hear the phone and come. Nobody came, but around the corner we could see indicators someone was nearby like food out and whatnot. So we left the key on the front desk and walked out. I kid you not, 3 minutes after we walked out, I got an email for my final receipt of my stay. Which tells me they were likely hiding from us and didnt want to interact with us. I would not return and have advised ppl I know to not come either. At least the parking was free and there werent many homeless around like other reviews state.

Its a new building, so its still pretty clean. Rooms were nice, and the workers were pleasant. The location is sketch. There is alot of homeless walking around out near the building.

The ambiance is quite pleasant. They have great customer service. The bed was comfortable as well 💜 I would most definitely stay again if traveling through Petaluma.

Helped accommodate a last minute stay - with an early check-in and a late check-out. We were very grateful!!! Rooms were spacious and very clean.

When driving up we were a bit intimidated by the people sleeping on the sidewalks outside of the parking lot but eventually came to realize that that is just about EVERY WHERE in California. Once on the premises we noticed everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed. The room and bathroom was nice and clean and as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. The room was also pretty spacious for us being a family of 4. Shower water pressure was great. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We had access to Netflix on the TV which was great for the kids. Aside from the semi sketchy drive up, this hotel has been the best hotel weve stayed at in our travels. No musty room smell, no layer of dust on tables/bed, no stained sheets, no mildew in shower. We usually book Hilton and going forward we will always go Marriott!

This is a great hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the property has plenty of amenities. After check-in we had some food and drinks downstairs and played a few rounds of cards. The atmosphere is nice with plenty of seating. Our room was clean and had everything expected.I noticed some of the reviews complained about homeless people on the road leading to the hotel… We too saw the same thing, but to be fair, that’s no different than almost every other west coast city now. This is not the hotel’s fault by any means and I felt perfectly comfortable with the hotel’s parking lot and areas. We had zero problems.
