I went to this location this past weekend on a girls trip. I knew we were going to be more high maintenance than usual, but I trusted Marriott to help us through the trip. This location was NOT it. The front desk were beyond helpful and went above and beyond to help us out with miscellaneous requests, but the amenities were not as described. The parking was limited even though we paid $21 a day, the bathroom was NOT cleaned upon arrival, the fridge did not work and all of our food went bad, the shower and sink were clogged beyond repair, and the snacks we purchased at the front desk were expired and not edible. Thank you for your great service ladies at the front! But I would NOT recommend this location if you’re expecting the usual Marriott experience.

Front desk was so rude to me about getting parking fees waived. Manager that called me back was nice, but her logic was hey everyone does it and we do too. I gave her a chance to waive the ridiculous fee to keep my business, explaining that its unethical AND they arent even close to a premium scarce parking downtown location. Nope! So I found a hotel closer to downtown with free parking. So I guess not everyone charges. Also, when I called to cancel I got the rude front desk person again. She condescendingly said theyd waive my cancellation fee. Her mood did not improve when I reminded her that she was not doing me a favor, I had a flexible rate, so my cancellation was part of the terms, not a favor. Also, after looking at the pics of the vagrant encampment to the north of the property, I am very glad I cancelled. And to the owner who will feel the need to respond to this: This review is not for you, I dont care about your silly canned response claiming reasonable parking fees like you commented in other negative reviews. This review is to warn others about the fees and the dangerous vagrants 6 feet from their paid parking spot.

Google maps doesnt give best directions but found it. Upsides, wings and loaded tots cooked to perfection and were delicious. Rooms are good sized, bed comfy. Showers are amazing. Never seen full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plenty of towels and clean. Downsides, a bit spendy and they charge extra to park. Otherwise, good place to stay

Really epic hotel for the price point. One of the better bistro/restaurants I’ve been to at a hotel of this smaller size. Easily the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel! The entire staff was exceptional, extended my checkout time by two hours without any charge, and were happy to answer any questions I might’ve had.The rooms weren’t excellent, nor were they bad. Everything was clean, but the amenities seemed lacking. No mugs, no water bottles(genuinely weird), no mini bar, the TV was fine but nothing stellar, no Bluetooth connected alarms, etc. Very little sound deadening, I could hear dogs all night long.8/10

After driving hours to get to Tulsa and making and online reservations. Me and my family of four were turned away because they do not accept Visa cards. We had no where to stay for the evening we were in town and all could have been avoided if the hotel would have let us know prior or accepted normal currency payments

This is a franchised courtyard by Marriott, meaning that it doesnt have everything a normal courtyard Marriott may have. The hotel will not upfront tell you the fee they charge for parking, but it is around $23 or a little over for parking overnight.For a courtyard the pool was a bit sad to say the least, it seems undermaintenced and could use up some clean up and touch up. The gym was nice to say the least though! The whole building was tiny, which also include no microwave upstairs, but at least they have one downstairs that I wish they had mentioned upon checking in so i didnt have to eat my food cold.I originally had called down to ask, however the phone was ringing nonstop and nobody picked up.The middle seating area was beautiful especially with the lighting, however I wasnt too impressed with the customer service nor the overall feeling i got from a hotel -- even if it was meant for a express. It just seemed more like a motel than a hotel.Be careful if youre super tall as the entrance to the elevator overhead is super low for some reason.The elevator also is overdue for maintenance, and shakes which kind of scares me. I wouldnt go there as my first choice, I came because of a business paid trip and they chose this hotel, otherwise id probably stay elsewhere.

They have changed this hotel a lot over the years. I hadnt stayed here in quite some time, but mostly because the location is further and out of our way when we visit. Otherwise, its a nice hotel. It was a very clean property. Friendly team members, no issues at all with our late check-in and early check out. There was plenty of parking, so no problems there either. Key access to parking and building so secure. We didnt use the pool as we were working, but it looked nice and clean. Rooms were spacious and clean, every other day housekeeping. Its close to lots of things, banks, shopping, restaurants, and markets. They also have the little market inside with beverages and snacks. Id stay here again.

Nothing but nice things to say about this hotel. Let me start off by saying the service was outstanding, some of the highlights were the pool with the extended hours and the towels, also the rooms were very clean. But what made my stay better was the staff, specially the morning waitress Edith, she was polite and very attentive even tho she was super busy. she made some recommendations for food that were awesome. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

The food at their bistro is delicious. I had breakfast and dinner. You cant go wrong trying anything; it is good. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The room and atmosphere of the hotel were enjoyable as well. I had a great time.

Nice location. On main road with easy access to all the local businesses especially with a Trader Joes across the street. You need key to enter building which feels quite safe. Parking is not free but for $18 a night its not so bad. Staff is friendly. Rooms are very clean and up to date. Beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
