Room was great, clean and comfortable.Service was mundane, didnt get the friendly hospitality vibe. They charge water for $5usd. Didnt even get a free breakfast.Outside patio was full of dirty dishes and bottles.Overall, would not stay here again. I would stay at nearby Staybridge for friendly, clean and all-inclusive hotel.

We came here for a little staycation and my children had a wonderful time. Overall, the hotel was in good condition. My only negative wasnt necessarily about the hotel but there were quite a few young guests that just were a bit rude. Poll area was nice.

Surprisingly this was a great hotel, last minute for us as we are owners with another franchise. But circumstances forced us here and it was not disappointing. Clean rooms plenty of space, friendly and helpful staff, great location with tons of food and shopping options very close, pool kinda sucks but the beach is too close to care. Price isnt most favorable but you could do so much worse then here. Its safe and clean .

The hotel was OK. Very close to airport but further out to jump on cruise. Hit traffic and took longer to get to port.The location was walkable to Starbucks, whole foods and several eating spots. It was $15 a night to park. 👎When I checked in I was given a room right behind the pool. It was also a LONG walk back to my car until I realized I could go out the back door and moved the car closer.I was only there for the night but the front desk should of considered not giving me that room. I had no interest in the pool and had to listen to families enjoying until about 10pm. I was exhausted from my trip and just wanted to rest - eventually fell 💤 😴

If there are any issues, don’t expect anything done. The hot tub was WAY overpowered with chemicals. The hot tub turned a neon pink swimsuit purple and the manager proceeded to tell me that my like new swimsuit was already faded from the pictures and that their hot tub was not the issue. I will NEVER be staying here again and I hope someone else that stayed there the same time I did had this same issue as there was a family in the pool/ hot tub at the same time I was. I am VERY devastated and the suit has to be thrown away. They don’t care and never will. Find a diff place to stay in the beautiful city of Long Beach. Don’t waste the money here!!!!

Not a good choice for a business trip. The internet was completely non-functional, and when I reported this to the front desk, they were indifferent and unhelpful. This made my stay extremely difficult, but I could not check out early due to my long-planned booking. I would not recommend this hotel to future visitors.Update on 24/06: Do not even consider this hotel. I am currently staying here for a business trip, and the service has been terrible. They treat guests who opt for the free breakfast with disrespect, as if we are not entitled to it. The hotel manager spoke rudely, stating that since the company pays for the breakfast, they wont provide even basic amenities like warm milk. Additionally, there is no proper management of the AC service; the AC did not work all night, and they refused to take any action.The reason of continuing here is only as this hotel is walkable from my office.

Got charged for an additional room during the time I was lodged there. The person that booked the room had the same last name, but obviously a very different first name. I brought it to the staffs attention. They forwarded it to the manager, who hasnt returned my call. Ive called 3 times now, left messages and got no response. Im now disputing it with my credit card. Thanks for the customer service with your mistake Marriott.

The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The service at the bar and Cafe is nice but very slow. They are easily overwhelmed. The lobby is great for people to gather. This hotel is very convenient and so close to the airport. Very close to restaurants.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and the beds are so comfortable we want to buy one for ourselves! Location to the Long Beach regional airport is very convenient and about 15 minutes from the waterfront. We had one small issue and they fixed it immediately. We plan to stay again soon!

Really bad hotel, dont stay there !! No service at all, dirty rooms. I stayed there 6 nights and my room was cleaned once. On top they simply switched the water off for a whole day, no way to shower. What a garbage place this is.

We had a family member stay overnight last night due to a very early flight out of Long beach today. We were never contacted by the front desk to tell us the room was ready even though she assured us she would call.Apparently its a party hotel as we were awaken at 1:30 am to a fight in the hallway that hotel security didnt hear until a guest called. Very disappointed with Marriot properties lately...

This Courtyard is consistent with most other courtyards, and seems to be among the better kept ones. The gym is excellent, which is very important to me. The staff are gracious. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge as its a very busy area. The rooms are clean. Its just what I expect from a Courtyard.

I wish I had listened to the airport shuttle reviews. Ride to the airport was fine. Called for the shuttle upon return, after flying all day, and after waiting 20 minutes, with no one showing up, I called back and was told he came by and we were not there?! What!? It’s not LAX. Not one van drove by at all. We were in the right spot and the van has the hotel name on the side. But, he can’t come now because he is on break?! We had to Uber back. Why not just tell us the driver is junk in the first place and save us 20+ minutes. Apparently he had a nice long break. On a positive, Lisa, the front desk person, was super nice and patient and provided us a refund for the Uber trip. I won’t use this service again, even though the hotel was solid overall.

WORST hotel stay ever. There was FECES smeared on the toilet by the handle in my hotel room and they refused to move me to a different room. The managers solution was to send someone to clean the feces off the toilet (this person did their best and I have no issue with this staff member or cleaning crew whatsoever), but the hotel management did not arrange a a full and proper clean of the room and bathroom. If they missed a spot that obvious that it is horrifying what else they could have missed from whoever stayed there before. I couldnt comfortably go into the bathroom area during my stay as I didnt want to touch anything. They were also very rude to me with a deal with it attitude. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Great spot in Long Beach right behind the airport. It’s being renovated so look for updated rooms soon, but even with construction during our stay, the hotel was lovely. Staff is friendly and very helpful, and the best part is the Long Beach Hangar food hall right behind the hotel. Choose from a wide variety of food stalls and sit inside or outside, or go to one of the restaurants nearby— 908 was great but skip Remix where small portions were expensive and not very good and service was aloof. Overall great place to stay!

TERRIBLE stay and POOR customer service. The toilet had feces on it by the handle and the hotel refused to move me to a different room or have the room/bathroom thoroughly cleaned. They sent someone to clean the toilet and this person did their best (I have no issue with the staff member at all), but the hotel refuses to acknowledge the larger issue of how this is unacceptable and a health hazard. If they missed a spot that obvious then there could be feces in many other areas.The hotel has deleted my original review probably because I added a photo of what it looked like.

Went for a work trip. 5 stars for location in the sense that they are walking distance to every food place you could want. Theres a Starbucks for your mornings right across the steeet and a huge food hall and strip mall next door for lunch and dinner. I didnt have a car but note that they charge for parking which seems annoying since they are in an industrial part of town. But I will say that they offer a shuttle to the airport which is nice.The reason for the reduction in stars is that when I went they were doing a renovation which will be great since the interior is a bit outdated. This was apparently noted by a tiny message on the website warning of minimal noise. But when I arrived I was informed that the gym was closed and they had made no accommodations for guests to use another hotel gym or to take classes at a nearby gym (there are cycling and yoga places in the mall next door). As someone who was about to go to an all day meeting I had been looking forward to getting in a good workout and was dismayed to hear this (also it was 95 out so running was miserable). I emailed the manager who informed me that I should have known based on the website warning....So all in all, not a great experience. Plus rates were pretty high for a weeknight. But what are ya gonna do? It gets the job done for a quick work trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff mostly. The room was nice until I found some ants. Not an infestation per se and mostly in the bathroom. I’m in the midst of a two weeks stay for business and almost every 20oz soda/pop I bought or attempted to buy from the front were out of date. When I brought this up to multiple team members there didn’t seem to be a care or a sense of urgency to fix.

Unfortunately, due to mechanical issues my flight was unable to depart from JFK to LA for my one night stay at this hotel. I called to cancel my hotel reservation and spoke with Kerry who identified herself as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Kerry informed me that despite my circumstances she will be charging me for one night as a no-show fee.While I fully respect a hotels cancellation policy I have never experienced a situation where a hotel employee willingly charged a no-show fee for a cancellation caused by circumstances entirely out of the guests control.Kerry lacked empathy, understanding and, in my opinion, proper judgement. As a corporate traveler who typically stays in Marriotts she displayed a demeanor and lack of professional etiquette that is not typical of the brand. This was an unfortunate experience that I hope is not reflective of this property or its senior leadership.I have reached out to the GM in an attempt to rectify this situation and will update this review accordingly.

The rooms are definitely pristene and deliver unto your expectations. The spirit felt amongst the guests translates to this as the vast majority of patrons and guests here during my stay, I came across, were very friendly and outgoing. Great energetic vibe felt here.

Wifi is garbage. Beds are far too soft. Giant AC unit DIRECTLY in front of the bed, so you can be kept up all night with freezing air blowing into your face, or swelter in an airless room. Terrible stay.

Great hotel with super nice staff.I stayed here for one night after getting off a cruise and was able to check in at 8:30am for no extra cost despite the check in-time being at 3pm. While that obviously cannot be guaranteed, the fact that they are willing to do it when they have the room availability is a huge plus in my opinion.The beds were comfortable and the TVs had all the local channels plus streaming apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube among others.It is also super close to a lot of food options (Habit Burger, In N Out Burger, among other options). There is also a free shuttle to take you to the airport.

Good room as expected.Had an issue with a neighbor bumping loud bass music (I guess they brought a whole sound system from home?) and called the front desk to complain as we just got done with an 800+ mile leg of a 2000 mile drive and really wanted to sleep. I dont care how loud your music is, just dont let me hear it through a shared wall at 10pm at night.They said they would send someone to check it out. After a shower, the people were still playing louder music. I called the front desk again and they said they would contact the neighboring room and take care of it.They followed through and we slept great! Thank you front desk night shift folks for taking care of it!!!

I stayed here for quite a while. Overall I’d say this is a good place to stay.Rooms:- Different layout than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Not a pro or con, just an observation- $5 per water in the room 👎🏼- AC in the bathrooms is nonexistent and the bathroom door wants to stay shut, resulting in a very hot and humid bathroom at all times. The AC in the bedroom area worked quite well.- Outlets in the lights by the bed are too loose to keep a charger in- Hotel room door deadbolt engaged every single time I opened the door. Very frustrating that I had to undo the deadbolt every time I left the room.Staff:- Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Never had any issues but I did call down to receive items housekeeping didn’t replenish- Housekeeping was also very nice. I found it odd that they noticed and replaced a blown light bulb but they failed to replenish items that I used.- Staff was pretty loud in the halls most days. I was working overnight and couldn’t sleep during the day due to the noise levelFood:- Delicious eats, but too pricey so I found myself eating elsewhere.- No free breakfast options. If you’re looking to stick with Marriott, residence inn nearby is probably a better option- Great location to many food options. A few within walking distanceFitness Center:- I was happy with the amount of gym equipment for use.- Other rude guests leave their towels and trash all over the place.Parking- Paid daily parking- Was always difficult to find a spot

If you pick this hotel because of the proximity to the Long Beach Airport and the advertised free airport shuttle… look elsewhere. While they advertise free shuttle it is misleading. When we landed we called and we were informed the shuttle is not running because they don’t have a driver but they would reimburse us for our Uber ride. No problem. When we checked in we asked if we would be reimbursed for our ride back to the airport the next day. We were told that shouldn’t be an issue because they would have a driver tomorrow. In the morning we asked about the shuttle and we were told the shuttle wouldn’t start until noon when the driver arrived and that they didn’t reimburse for rides to the airport. So you can see our frustration for picking a hotel by the airport that has a free shuttle.

The Unfriendly attitude of the front desk staff, during check-in, came as an unpleasant surprise this evening. We were refused the room, that was reserved and paid for, because we did not have a membership; therefore we did not have priority. There was no disclaimer at the time of reservation. Then, I was spoken to like I was incompetent; the staff insisted that the chair in the room was a sofa bed.Accessibility Rooms should be saved for guests who need them.Do better Marriott.

Booked a room here for a last minute trip. Choose it over Residence Inn (also another Marriott hotel) because Courtyard is located right next to all the restaurants that are less than one minute walk!My room was impeccably clean and quiet, and it also came with a fridge and a microwave, which I was able to use to warm up my leftovers.I didnt get to use the fitness center but I saw a good selection of dumbbells and machines.If theres any flaw, Id say the elevator is pretty slow. So head out a couple minutes early for your Uber ride!

This was a great value and definitely a recommend. The rooms were clean and spacious. I ordered a breakfast meal to eat and thought it was pricey but I didn’t realize how the portions they served . It was so good that I had wished that I ordered dinner for my room instead of dining out. With Covid, ordinance is outdoor dining only. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that I was told airport shuttle started at 7 when it was 830 am.

If I could give this hotel is zero star review I would. I spoke to a very kind gentleman first thing this morning before I left Arizona, and unfortunately our call got disconnected I called right back and got on the phone with a horrific representative name solely. She was extremely rude and wouldnt even apply my membership number then took my card information and disconnected the phone. When I called back she wouldnt even apologize but told me that she booked the room. So after 6 hours I finally get back here to the hotel room and then she tells me that she wasnt able to book my room yet they charged me $355. So now Im sitting here in la having to look for another hotel room because she was being fraudulent with my card information. I will be submitting fraudulent activity to my credit card, and contacting my attorney for the simple fact that I believe shes taking my information and using it elsewhere. Do not say this place if you want your information to be safe. When I asked if there was a supervisor she laughed at me and said they wont be here till Monday but they wont be able to help you anyway.

As frequent customers at the Court- yard by Marriott, our experience is always relaxing in clean, quiet and nicely designed rooms with all the amenities we need. The staff is always pleasant and professional. The breakfast from the hotel cafe was delicious, served hot and in a timely manner at a reasonable price. The location was spot on with other options for dining and shopping as well as conveniently close to the 405 freeway. We will find comfort in booking a room at the Courtyard by Marriott again in the future.

I enjoyed my visit I came to see regarding toys through a ad that I saw in the paper that gets delivered to the lobby in my building. I was under the impression that it was a big exhibition where you can see toys on display from different time periods and also buy/sell/trade. I was wrong it was just the Toy Scout.I found out his name was Joel and that he was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. It was a very busy afternoon for him and his partner, I learned a lot from them and met some cool people that came to sell some toys, comics, baseball cards and I even saw and learned about a rare silver dollar. I ended up purchasing a few items myself.The hotel has a very beautifully furnished lobby that is very clean and bright, I had a great time there. Even got a gift from Joel but forgot it there with everything I had going on, maybe next time when we meet again.

I booked 5 hotel rooms for 4 nights back on February 6th for a stay in April. Two days before checkin, the hotel cancelled 3 of our rooms claiming they were oversold. More like, lets cancel the people that paid a lower nightly rate. Now we have to scramble to try to find another hotel in the area that isnt sold out. Unacceptable.

This has been our go to hotel for years. With the world shutting down for a while we missed our favorite hotel. Now that everyone is free to travel for the most part, we booked our pre-cruise and after-cruise stay. The staff has changed. It seems the training may be lacking in friendliness. Not a BIG deal, noticably not as welcoming. We LOVE the patio set up at this Courtyard. Nice fire tables, super comfortable furniture and a door that puts you close to the bar and bathroom. Sadly the cushions on the furniture were not just faded they were torn up and looked awful. That was pretty surprising as we considered this hotel a nicer than average hotel. During our pre Cruise stay we were charged $12 for parking per night. Not a big deal when we got back just one week later post Cruise. We were charged $14 a night. When I commented on it the only thing the desk person said was well the price went up. So of course we paid the $14 per night. I can tell you this hotel is in the perfect location for shopping and walkability to restaurants. There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot is this restaurant. There is also a kind of sort of Starbucks in the hotel. Youre better off walking across the parking lot to Starbucks because they will charge you $3 for a cup of coffee in the morning. And that is a plain Jane cup of coffee. No free coffee no options for breakfast in the hotel any longer. Will we stay at this hotel again? Probably so just because of its convenience. But the bar has been set really low on the quality of this hotel.

The Hotel is very clean with a modern looking aesthetic. Very helpful. I called when I flew in and a shuttle came to pick me up. The rooms are very nice not giant but plenty of space for me. We stayed here for a week while visiting family in town. Front desk staff were friendly and greeted us every time we walked by :). The hotel was nice and quiet. Disneyland was fairly quick ride and the same with LA. It was a fairly central location for most of the things we did while in town. The beds were really comfortable. Their pool is not very large, but it was big enough to have some space and relax.

Very Poor experiance. Raitings are fluffed. Not sure who is submitting these fake ratings to give such a high overall rating? No upgrades offered. Room booked was not what was provided. Live roaches were found in room. I killed a baby roach an left it on the conter for cleaning crew to notify management, but no one bothered to follow up or check if I was ok. Towel quality was poor. Beds were not comfortable. Poor quality bedsheets and mattress. The office chair was extremely worn out with synthetic leather type material which was missing patches all over. No complimentary water in room nor was it provided as a Marriott Gold member. No appreciation or welcome for being a Marriott member. The elevator felt like it was going to malfunction and operated super slow. Overall not a good experience at all. Only stayed to comply with client recommendations based on price since multiple rooms were booked and the proximity to the office was near by.

Really expensive cafe. My room was too hot. Theres no bathtub. I asked to be next to my friend but they wouldnt move us. The plastic cups in the room had food stuck on them. Courtyard near Long Beach Airport is decent for the price. The shuttle met us at the airport just a few minutes after we called, and the driver was great. Check in was quick, and the front desk agents were courteous and professional. Let me stress that the staff members were all great. My problems were primarily with the room and the set-up of the lobby.I think the rooms are set up to resemble a home atmosphere, so the bathroom looks like what you would have at home. Thats fine for one person. However, a room with two beds should be equipped to accommodate multiple people. The toilet and sink area should be separate from the shower/tub. Also, the hair dryer was ancient and functioned more poorly than one should expect. That being said, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.The lobby was lovely, but the coffee should be placed in an easily accessible location, not behind the front desk. It was good coffee, though.Happy hour specials should be less expensive for guests. This is something I see often in hotels. When the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and bars, the hotel restaurant must do something to entice the guests to dine there rather than going out.My roommate and I checked out separately. When she left, the shuttle was not there, and the front desk staff had no idea where it was. This was an hour before the mandatory check-out time. However, the hotel paid for a cab.I did not have time to use the pool or the fitness center, but they appeared to be well-equipped.All in all, the staff solved our problems. But I expected more from a hotel that caters to business travelers.

Had a flight cancel into Long Beach and never got to stay at the property. I called the day prior to cancel and received a verbal no problem, thank you for being an ambassador over the phone with a front desk employee which I assumed to mean that I could cancel due to the circumstances and thought nothing of it. Marriott is generally very accommodating with todays travel difficulties. Unfortunately, this franchised property not only charged me a no-show fee, but also refused to communicate with me regarding the charge.Over a dozen phone calls were made to the property and I was referred to an Operations Manager, John Dominguez, who never returned a single email or voicemail or answered his phone. Its almost as if the man doesnt exist. I was also told a Patty Obert would reach out to me regarding the incident and she also never materialized.Finally I got the Ambassador desk involved and they were told by the property management that I would not receive a refund because they had an event that weekend and they would reach out (or already had) to me directly. I never received a single e-mail or phone regarding the event to this day. Its morbidly impressive to see customer service at such a terrible level for such a frontrunner in the hotel industry.Two stars issued purely for the patience and honesty of the staff answering the phone.

Business Travelers beware.Zero cell service on both my personal and work phone inside the building. After several attempts were made to connect to the WiFi (which was not working) I returned to the front desk. After explaining my situation I was asked by Lisa if I had a Verizon. Which both phones are. Lisa reacted as me having Verizon was my problem as there were No Verizon towers in this area. I asked to switch rooms to a higher floor which was denied as it wasnt their problem.I was told a call will be placed to resolve the Wi-Fi issue. After waiting about 30mins I needed signal to do my job and needed to move hotels due to lack of phone service inside the building or WiFi (Note: 1ft outside the exit door and 5G is available. I believe the issue is the building not a tower issue. But thats opinion).Apon attempting to check out I was in front of Lisa explaining I needed to work and was told a refund for the room would not be given. Manager Mya Soto was called over and did not confirm a refund would not be given and just offered 5000 points to resolve the issue for the inconvenience. I didnt except and returned my key cards. I drove to another Hotel 8mins away.When working with my companies Amex and attempting to rebook a hotel down the steet, a call was placed to the Long Beach Courtyard where Manager Mya Soto refused the refund. I drove back to the hotel with Amex on the line and met with Manager Mya in person and I was advised then even though I was not satisfied and still having issues connecting to the Wi-Fi that a refund would not be given and the same offer for 5000 points was given instead of a refund. I wasted nearly two hours of my day at this point.So, to my complaint. Forcing a customer to stay in a room that does not live up to basic expectations is not right. The hotel was clearly having issues and I needed to work. Additionally, Lisas overall customer approach borderlines on condescending which did not help the situation. Manager Mya was polite and calm, but even after the clear issues were explained again, a refund was refused and no attempt was made on finding a resolution that helped me (such as switching rooms). I missed several work calls due to this situation. I also only received 2000 points, not the 5000 promised.I have been a member with Marriott for 5+ years and have stayed with at numerous Marriott hotels and have never felt so insignificant or dismissed.I have had to advise my companies national travel department to not allow other employees stay at the Courtyard in Long Beach due to the buildings issue of blocking cell service.

The room was clean, but the bed was old. You could feel the springs through the mattress it was pretty uncomfortable. Also the location is convenient, it’s next to all this shopping, but the lights from the shopping center shine in the rooms at night and the black out curtains don’t block all the light so you have a Lotta light peering through all night. I also found it’s just be pretty loud I could hear people stomping over my head all night and people talking in the hallways- it just wasn’t very relaxing. I think if you stayed in the back of the hotel we’re on the west side of the hotel it probably was a lot better… I was looking straight at Petsmart in the mall – it sucked bad.

While the room was clean the fact that none of the rooms offered beds other 2 queens was disappointing. Also, the bathrooms only have showers with all glass doors and zero privacy glass. There are several mirrors (one above the sink as usual, a vertical mirror on the inside of the bathroom door and another vertical mirror just outside the bathroom on the wall) makes for very little privacy if someone even opens the bathroom door, even for a second 😱😳. Not a huge deal but inconvenient. Fridge but no microwave was definitely a bummer. And paying for parking was extremely frustrating when all of the busy restaurants nearby share a parking lot with no dedicated spaces for the hotels guests who paid 😡. The spaces are also very small we have a small suv and getting kids in and out was a struggle. The mattresses were also very firm and the hotel was overall extremely loud. We had a room on the third floor and literally all night could hear stomping and doors slamming shut. Not the greatest experience especially for the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to another young family hoping to visit the area and experience the aquarium and knotts and other attractions nearby.

Booked a suite for 2 nights. The location seemed a little busy but was still relatively quiet. Location is great as it is close to Starbucks, food (several choices of different types), and airport. Would give 5 starts if not for two things: parking and no early check-in. The parking lot is tiny and spots are taken by people trying to eat nearby. If youre lucky you might find a spot way in the back - not convenient unless youre already checked in and your room is in the back. Early check-in should be offered by all hotels in my opinion. My 3 travel companions and I had to basically sit around in a packed rental car, on a hot day, for a little over 4 hours while we waited for our room to be available. I have friends who work in the hotel industry so I know it doesnt take that long to make something available. They should have done something to help make things a little easier for us.... Sadly, you cant expect that type of guest appreciation and quality service anymore nowadays and its rare if you do find it. But overall it was a pleasant stay and I will probably book here again in the future.

AVOID THIS HOTEL if you don’t want to be treated dismissively. When I called for an airport shuttle Shanice at the front desk lied and said that there was no airport shuttle at all because it was out for maintenance. My family (including young children) and I waited outside in the cold for over an hour!!!! When I suggested we take a 24 minute walk to the hotel to Shanice at 9pm at night with 14 pieces of luggage she nonchalantly said thats our decision. While on the phone and when I arrived she didnt apologize or show any empathy. I did my due diligence and called the hotel 5 hours in advance to see how much time I needed to arrange a shuttle and the gentleman I spoke with said call us when you land. I only ever got a shuttle because of MY persistence and 4 phone calls back to her demanding it!!! This transaction was unprofessional and unacceptable! To make things worse the next day I requested to speak with a manager and was told that they were all in a meeting until 11am and I would be contacted directly afterwards. I didn’t leave the hotel until 1:50pm and no one came to or called our room. Lastly, I called the front desk for a 1:30pm shuttle to the airport at 10am that morning and as I just mentioned we didn’t leave until 1:50pm. We waited outside for 20 minutes. I was contacted via email by the “Operations Manager” and offered 2000 points. It’s laughable. I will never stay here again!!!Not mention the elevator needs work, the towels were stale and smelly, and the bathroom smelled like sewage.

I have attended several professional events being hosted at the Courtyard by Marriott Long Beach Airport and will admit that each time was always a very pleasant experience. I only stayed here because my flight from LGB got canceled. Its very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle that takes like 5 minutes so the location is excellent for travelers. When you have to go outside and make phone calls on the Verizon network just to get 2-3 bars, something clearly amok.The lobby computers we updated to Windows 10 but none connected to Internet for 3 days we were here. Very disappointed with this locations amenities.I love Marriott but staying here only served to constantly remind us of how important tech and connecting are to our daily lives. I spent two days in business meetings at the hotel and it was one of the nicest Courtyards Ive been to. The location is fantastic for overnight guests with shipping and food next door. I would definitely stay here in the future.

This place is right across the street from Long Beach airport. Its a brand new hotel, we had an amazing stay, nothing bad to say about this hotel when its brand new. The staff was very friendly and the check-in process was smooth. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice little Euro style Doner kebab shoppe. Tasty shave crispy chicken and beef verticals spit kebab. Lots of cool condiments but oddly no tahini sauce. Very fresh, lots of different pickles and sauces to flavor up your meal.

Came in for business meeting. Its super clean, friendly staff and amazing lobby with nice seating area. They also have coffee shop in the lobby and great outdoor seating area to enjoy a drink or a conversation.
