Courtney is extremely knowledgeable in Real Estate. She helped me (and my new spouse) find our first home in our 60’s. Being a single mother with very little resources, I gave up on the “American Dream” but Never say “Never” because Courtney was there to make it Happen!!!!! We were looking for an investment property and Courtney helped my husband and I through the frantic real estate market that we are all experiencing. She has a wealth of knowledge of property appraisals and is passionate about her work!! She was always available to give us a property tour on our latest find and had the comps beforehand. Im so grateful I had Courtney to guide me as a first time homebuyer! I hadnt even met her in person yet, but she found me an off market turnkey home in my budget within a week of us connecting, and my first and only offer in the Bay Area was accepted without waiving any contingencies.After struggling to feel prioritized and like my budget was workable in todays crazy market with a big agency realtor, I knew I needed to find somebody with not only an intimate knowledge of the market, but also know how to work the market and be personal to her clients. Courtney is great! She has a thirst for digging into a houses history and learning all the small details of the surrounding neighborhood. I love that she is passionate about finding your vision for a home. She frequently has ideas about what improvements could be made when were out looking. Its like she has a magnet for finding those hidden gems. Would highly recommend if youre looking for a home in the East Bay or North Bay Area.
