We ended up extending our stay because we loved the facility so much. Spring break trip for my nieces, nephews, and a few of their friends (ages 8-12). There were so many stores and restaurants within walking distance, even a movie theater that we went to during our trip. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The facility was clean and well updated. Breakfast options were better than expected. We got season passes for Six Flags so we ended up visiting on three days and several of the kids got to experience SF for their first time. Everybody that worked there was so friendly. The kids said that the security guard was their new friend. We will definitely be staying here again when we utilize our season passes throughout the summer.

The rooms were pretty nice except for our shower door being missing. There was dead mouse in the pool for two days. We told the front desk and the cleaning people about it, but it was still there. We had to manually remove the mouse with our hands due to there being no pool net. The breakfast was ok. The first day they had everything restocked but the 2nd day it was bare minimum. House keeping never changed out our towels or garbage, and the dumpsters were overflowing. Overall it was a decent stay but I wouldnt stay again. I also asked if I could get 2 extra blankets and got denied.

The rooms were nice except for the outlets falling out, the shower only having one door, and having dirty pillows that looked questionable, the service was garbage as we asked for towels, saw they had extra in the back, but still denied us. There was a mouse in the pool for 2 days even after we told the front desk. Along with seeing a domestic violence situation unfold in the room next to us, and gunshots down the street whizzing past our windows. Obviously not your fault for the gunshots, but you get my point for the location. The breakfast was nice the first day, but the second day there was barely a restock, and still sausages on the floor from the day before. Housekeeping was helpful when they wanted to be, sometimes we asked and they completely ignored us. I would like to mention the fact that children had pop its on our floor, throwing them at our windows, and vigorously knocking on our door before we left. Not to mention I was the one that took the mouse out of the pool because nobody else could be responsible.

They raised their prices to like 175 for a single bed room or 197 for double bed room, and made breakfast end an hour earlier just cuz theres a festival going on. What are the chances! ;;;; The guard staff at night were cool though.

A little higher than some, but clean and pretty quiet. Visible security,pleasant staff,and a great spread for breakfast. I stay here often. 1 to 4 days at a time. Sm gym,laundry,pool. Close to shopping and food. Who wants to hurry home?!?

HORRIBLE, why can’t you contact a live person at the hotel? I’ve been trying for months. I have an unauthorized charge on my card from this hotel. My daughter booked a stay back in October 2023. She has been charged twice for this stay. I’ve called or attempted to contact the hotel and never get to speak with anyone. I get sent to a full voicemail. Cooperate can’t help. I’ve attempted to call GM Rohan Patel and was given was transferred to another full voicemail. A case has been opened with Choice hotels. They too are unable to contact anyone. I need someone to contact me immediately for a refund for the whole stay. Check your bank statements if you’ve stayed at this place!!1/25/24 Update, I’m requesting a refund. I have no plans on staying somewhere where the number on the site doesn’t connect you to a live person at the hotel. I need the manager to contact me immediately. Choice Hotels customer service has the case number and my contact. Or give me a working number to call to speak with someone!!

Good price & great location as it is just few minutes away from six flags. with nearby restaurants and grocery store. We arrived early around 1pm. Went there to check in early (as we always do in other hotels) to drop our things and change our outfit before heading to six flags, unfortunately receptionist did not allow us and accepts only early check in at 2pm, but we cannot wait till 2pm bec. six flags is only open till 7pm. I would have given 5 or more than 5 star (if there is any)-if only the receptionist let us check in early.Breakfast is free. Food is good, sausage-bacon-egg with cheese-etc. but I hope they serve it in a bigger container or kitchen staff will refill the small containers faster, as well as the bottled water bec. fridge is also small and the contents are easily gone with the number of hotel customers taking breakfast.Room is good. with small Microwave, fridge & coffee maker inside. bed is comfortable.

The security that works nights is amazing!He was so helpful he even helped carry my family and my own bags in. Would not take a tip, that man is very nice an I never leave reviews but I would stay there just for the fact that he does a magnificent job and he should get a raise that man is one who deserves one, Thank you for everything you not only have the skills to be security, but customer service skills that had me thinking he was manager, just a hard worker all around! I recently booked a stay at Country Inn & Suites and I must say that my experience was absolutely shocking and completely unacceptable.Upon arriving at the hotel with my children, we were assigned a room that will forever be etched in our memories for all the wrong reasons. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted with an utterly horrifying sight - a naked man in the room! This was an appalling and traumatic experience, especially for my children who walked in with me. The man let me know this was the second time the front desk sent someone up to his room.I immediately rushed back to the front desk to report this disturbing incident, and while the staff did let us know we can get another room, the damage had already been done. The emotional distress and discomfort we experienced during this encounter cannot be overstated.Needless to say, we decided to leave the hotel immediately and find alternative accommodation. This was meant to be a relaxing family vacation, but it turned into a nightmare that we will never forget.I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel as the lack of security, respect, and professionalism we encountered during our brief time there was utterly shocking. The fact that something like this could happen in a supposedly reputable establishment is deeply concerning.I sincerely hope that the management of takes this incident seriously and implements measures to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests in the future. Our family will not be returning, and I urge others to think twice before considering this hotel for their stay.This experience was one of the worst Ive ever had while traveling, and I wouldnt wish it upon anyone.

Avoid this place!Pros:- Presentable lobby for appearances.- Eventually provided a refund after two hours, acknowledging that other rooms werent any better.Cons:- False information about the working hot tub despite prior confirmation.- Elevator reeks of urine.- Strong marijuana odor outside.- Paid extra for a suite but had to leave due to the overwhelming cigarette smell.- Lack of soap in the bathroom and shower.- Non-functional TVs.- Disturbing bloodstains on the bathroom wall.- Dirty and seemingly urinated-in shower.- Vandalized banister with initials scraped into the paint.- Peeling paint on the walls.- Had to request a new room, which proved to be just as bad.Consider the Quality Inn half a mile away; its a much better choice.

WARNING! If you are looking for a clean, well kept hotel, go stay at a Motel 6. Because though will probably get better service and cleanliness there and that is meant in the most insulting way possible. The FULL BREAKFAST is a LIE! The breakfast is continental at best and unless you are the first one there, there will be nothing left. The staff is not helpful and the beds are uncomfortable. The rooms look nothing like advertised, it looks like there was a fresh coat of paint placed over an old, ghetto hotel. There was mold at the bottom of the doorway in the bathroom and there was a poorly placed single shower door in the shower that did nothing took keep the bathroom from becoming soaked after a shower. I do not recommend this hotel in any way. Even their hot tub was not properly working.

I had a couple of problems nothing they couldnt fix. When I arrived, I checked in and they gave me my keys. My room door would not open, so I had to walk back to the front desk. They gave me another room, and that room was not even made up, so I walked back to the front desk again. They gave me a new room and that fixed my problem. Now, in the next 2 days, my keys did not work after I got home from work. I had to go to the front desk to fix them. But I have to say the front desk ladies were really nice, both times. Other than that, I really do not have any problems. I would come back again.

Our company booked us here for 5 days while we worked in the area. Check in was awkwardly done via a kiosk and you could tell that the person on the tiny screen was nowhere near the facility especially after she informed us about their grab n go breakfast which they didnt seem to have the entire 5 days we were there.The rooms were spacious and clean, however mine was missing a shower door and exhaust fan which made showers interesting between the bubbling paint on the wall and the inevitable flood that came due to the missing door. Also, while my coworkers had a nice peaceful sleep on their side of the hotel, the side where my room was located seemed to be where all the truck drivers park and run their engines all night and it faced the back of other businesses which meant the sounds of pallets being dropped, trucks backing up, street sweepers cleaning the lots and the garbage trucks emptying those huge metal bins all before sunrise. On a positive note, the security guard was pleasant, busy and visible at all hours which made me feel safe. Oh and check out via that kiosk took a ridiculously long time considering usually check out with an actual on site person only takes 2 seconds.

Could have been better, honestly. The need a door for the shower, the TV was in a very weird, inconvenient, awkward spot, and our room happened to be in a corner away from the other rooms. I dont know if we just got the end of the stick or what, even though we booked a room a week in advance. And there was a bug in the bathroom when we first came in and someone left their food in the fridge and no one cleaned it out when we arrived.

The place still looks new, the towel you was with are dry and course, the bath towels are fluffy. And the bed sheets are super soft. The worse thing about this place is the bathrooms. They only have half the shower door, so when you shower all the water goes onto the floor. Our room we think was not supposed to rented out, the paint from the shower flaws is falling off the walls.....so yes this is a 1 - star hotel.

Do not stay here!!! I purchased my reservation through a third party vendor and order 2 Queen size beds. When I got there, they gave my room away and put me in a one bed. When I got into the room. The sheets was dirty and the bathroom was not clean. My family was not able to take a shower. They won’t refund me my money because they mention they gave me special accommodations. There was no accommodations done. Just spend the extra $80-$100 to be treated like a human being.

The staff is great, and the place is spotless. Just super clean. Breakfast is fine. The people who do the day to day work there are doing it all, the manager was great with helping us with a double billing issue that seems to be on hotwire, not the hotel. It is just that the place is breaking down! Problems with elevators and door keys. That kind of thing. Given the underinvestment by the owners, it is also very, very expensive for what it is. Having working keys and TVs is kind of elementary! Any hotel that does not, well, $250-$300ish is unexcusable.

They sure did try. For how much they likely make an hour I see why the service was lacking. The person at the front desk made everything work but only after a considerable amount of stress and headache. Whoever made the remodeling decisions was not a person who stays at hotels. Looked nice but worked poorly. Im sure everyone meant well. Nice and close to the park and other amenities. Cold hot tub. Good breakfast. Some rooms dont get cleaned in between guests somehow. You just have to get lucky with your service and room I guess. Theres always rood for improvement. Im sure theyll keep trying.

From trying to get information about room availability by phone to the check-in. If one chooses to stay I suggest come before 10 p.m. and maybe in-person reception is better, but doubtful. So, $500 hold in case of damages; that was read correctly, $500. Person running the virtual rooming did not have an updated list, told a guest the wrong room and then produced a key for a room that was being occupied. Told security to conduct action outside of their scope. Unacceptable. Oh! Dish HDMI cord not connected, no big deal except that did not resolve the no/weak signal problem. TV not properly mounted and appears doomed to fall. Needless to say first and last night by this business.

So I stayed at the Vallejo, ca location on march 15-16, 2023 for 1 night and extended my stay for a second night. Went to work and got off real late 12midnight so I did not return to my room until 1A.M. to find that I couldn’t find my key card for my room.Tried to get ahold of a staff member called front desk from my cell and a recording came on that said I could not leave a message. There is a video vertical computer in the lobby for after hours check ins. I rang bell for an hour. It’s says on-Line that they have 24 hour front desk service.(That’s a lie) when I couldn’t reach someone on site after ringing the bell by door and another guest tried their key card and still couldn’t get in the lobby. I called another location and someone did answer but all he did was to transfer me to the closed reservation line for radison hotels. I did eventually find my key card under my seat in the car.When I did get back in my room all my food i had in the refrigerator was gone. Both my cell phone chargers were gone, some of my paperwork was gone. Before I had left I told the maids specifically all the room needed was fresh towels and clean bed sheets. This please is very clean and had new beds but the service is terrible!!!

I was forced to stay here last minute, as I unexpectedly found out my reservations were canceled at the Doubletree. First and foremost, I cant say enough about the front desk woman. She was very kind and genuinely sincere and concerned for all customers. Even when pushed by mean customers, she still kept her composure. She even upgraded my reservation to a King Suite, as the original room reservation wasnt available. So that was nice. It was facing the pool. So I expected noise. BUT some of the negatives. There was a group of loud and disruptive people that were being loud and disruptive past 4am. I wish management had put a stop to them. There should be some type of curfew. Also, the shower only had one sliding glass door, not the usual two. So the other half of the shower was completely open. If that is a new design, ive never seen that in any hotel ive stayed at. There was no seal on the bottom either. So, the floor was completely soaked with water. Good thing I caught that or I probably would have been charged for damages. Otherwise, the room was clean and smelled new. The location is great. Lots of places to eat nearby. I would consider staying here again if the negatives were corrected.

After a drive that took most of the day. We just wanted to get our room and pass out unfortunately that didnt happen. The room we were given wasnt cleaned. Stacks of pizza boxes, trash, unmade beds. It was a frustrating experience. It was a cold and tiring walk to go from one side of the property and then having to go back with all our luggage (all the rooms and walkways are located outside). We were given another room and we made our way there. We entered to find a barely put together room. We were so tired I ended up sanitizing the room myself and we just prayed the sheets were clean. We will never go back to this establishment.UPDATING: To Reply to managements comment, since my review was not clear. Make sure to properly train housekeeping and desk staff. Housekeeping should have rooms properly cleaned after check outs and a check list completed. Desk staff should make sure that the room a customer is checking into is fully ready.

This place is awful. We are a Touring band so made our reservations ahead of time, only to arrive after our event and the hotel said there is only 1 King bed available... Whats the point of making reservations, giving our card information, and having late check-in if the hotel doesnt even have the rooms?! Theres no way all of us, Band and Crew, could have shared 1 room. To make things worse, there wasnt an actual person at the front desk IT WAS A KIOSK WITH A PERSON ON VIDEO. We could barely hear the person. Now, I totally understand that it wasnt her fault that the hotel didnt honor our reservations, but when she discussed the issue with upper management they should have found another Radisson to send us to or some actual resolution besides, We apologize. I know this is going to sound made-up but I seriously cannot make this up: while we were talking to the kiosk a mouse ran across the lobby up into the couch! Dont stay here. Awful, awful all around.

No hot water for the 7 days the crew and I are here. Told go to the gym who has no knowledge of hotel problem. Have to get 3day pass after that your pocket. Have to check in everyday all because the key won’t work after 11am. After work workers are either taken cold showers or warming water in microwave to wash.

I wish I had read the other reviews before booking.This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a hotel. The morning manager, Ty, is rude and unprofessional. Had an argument at 530am, while trying to get coffee. Breakfast there is bad. They only had granola bars and apple juice. Because covid. Smh. The room was not clean. The bed was dirty. The sink had hair in it. There were bags of trash and dirty laundry bags in the breezeway. The pool is closed by the county health department. The automatic light in the bathroom turns on randomly throughout the night. They charge $150 on your cc for some reason, at check in. I wont be staying here again.

Decent room with room-darkening shades, comfortable bed & quiet AC. Bathroom had a motion sensor light, which was rather unpleasant in the middle of the night. Had to tape cardboard over it so bright lights wouldn’t come on & blind my “night eyes.”This establishment does NOT have breakfast. They have coffee, packaged muffins, apples, bananas & breakfast bars (that have all the nutrition and sugar of pop tarts.). The Black Bear cafe next door had great breakfasts.

Staff were inattentive. Breakfast was limited and horrible. Shower had long strands of hair on the walls and tub upon arrival. Garbage truck showed up at 5:30am outside my room. Although the hotel was not full, in the evening when I had an issue, the lobby doors were locked with a paper sign taped on it that said, Sorry, no vacancy. Among the worst stays at any hotel ever.

Do not recomend. I have to say The front office was extremely nice, but Thats the most positive I can say. Most everything negative I could have looked over. Breakfast was lacking just mini muffins, bars, and if you are there early enough coffee and juice. Pool and hot tub were closed, workout room looks like someones storage room with random stuff thrown about. Store/restaraunt closed with the exception of sunblock. We were given a room someone was still occupying. We did get another room right away. At first view, the room looks nice. The design not guest friendly, mostly due to the bathrooms. Motion sensor turns on a bright light randomly, no shower door, no matter how hard you try that floor is getting wet. Toilet not bolted down, no handle inside bathroom door. Paint was peeling off and mold was on the ceiling. No wifi, tvs didnt work for anything beyond basic channels. The reason I do not recommend both rooms were dirty, foot prints in the shower, no wash clothes, beds full of hair, trash under sink, the cleaning staff did not do their job. It was gross.

1st the good. The front desk staffs were very nice and efficient. There were a lot of people checking in that afternoon but she just kept her smiley face and made everyone welcomed. the room was probably the cleanest I have been in and very comfortable. The location was great (30 minutes away from NAPA valley)Now the bad (worst). Next morning we came down for breakfast to learn that the breakfast was not going to be served because the kitchen lady decided not to show up. No big deal, Chick-Fil-A was 2 minute drive down the road so it wasnt a big issue for us. I hope there was a signage that mentioned no breakfast so people wont be wandering around.Here is the major issue I have. After coming back home from vacation, this hotel charged me for the room that I paid in full using points. I have tried to call the phone number listed on my bill but it must have belonged to the owner of the hotel. He was reluctant to discuss anything and said someone will call me back in 5 minutes. That was 3 weeks ago. Using google, it showed a completely different phone number and area code to this hotel, so I called. The front desk lady said only the manager could help me with billing issue but she wont be in until the morning. So i called the next door. SURPRISE! no manager was there. I will let AMEX deal with it at this point.

Please read reviews of overbooking. Confirmation email or not they will overbooked you. We arrived after s fun day ready to check in with an active confirmation email and got told they overbooked and had NO rooms for us. Nothing. I have never heard of overbooking to the point where there are no rooms. I will never be staying with country inn again no matter the location this is absurd. When you confirm a reservation you should honor that and fix your system so people arent screwed over at 11pm at night. First come first serve is absolutely unacceptable when reservations are placed.

I travel frequently and have never heard of a hotel overbooking. My uncle booked one night directly on their website and received a confirmation email with a confirmation number stating, Reservation is guaranteed. As they show up to check in, they are told their 2 Queen/Double bed room type that they booked for their family of 4 is sold out. They are instead offered a one Queen/King bed room type. That is not what they booked. I called the hotel and she said there was another person in the same situation. Stressed out -my uncle called me to assist them in finding another hotel that night for their family. Scrabbling we were able to find another nearby hotel that honors their reservations.I would stay far away from this hotel and stay elsewhere. They seem able to take reservations but not hold them - and holding reservations is the most important part. Especially for the hospitality industry.

Stayed the night of 3-10-22 as my husband was having surgery at 6:00am the next day. Woke up to leave at 5:30 am. Dead battery in car. We did not know what to do! Went to lobby and the lady got the security guard but he had no cables. I went back into the lobby and the nice girl said she had called a Lift and put it on her card and they would be there in five minutes!! Who does that?? She should be honored as being the nicest person in the world. This is the second time we have stayed there and always have had the best service, clean rooms and wonderful nights sleep. This place is in the middle of renovations and should be closed down until they are completed. But even after theyre done dont stay here.There were normal hotel woes so Ill skip those. Theyve placed the king bed RIGHT next to the bathroom. Then they placed the bathroom light on a motion detector that you cant disable for more than 30 minutes! If you make the mistake of leaving the barn door (which sticks open because it isnt hung level) ajar the mirror combined with the motion detector will light up the whole room in the middle of the night.During our stay there was a smash and grab @11pm of the construction workers rented uhaul (same guy that decided to mess with the tiles at 6am) When the person who did that saw me, they pointed a gun. Thats a first for me. The only reason I was out was because there was a barking dog in a room that the front desk wouldnt do anything about.Each night we stayed here our keys got disabled. The only way to get in to reception from the parking lot requires a functioning key.The hallways had no floors, the fence blocked off 2/3 of the parking lot for construction. The TESLA dealership across the street leaves there lights on the entire time. There is no breakfast/coffee accommodations, there is no way to access the front desk from the phone in your room. The furniture (other than the bed) was designed for someone 3 8.They never provided us an itemized receipt when requested. 0 stars.

I was so nervous about staying here because the reviews were pretty unfavorable but this is a beautiful hotel...we were able to park right in front of our room which is great after driving 5 hours and being at six flags for 7 hours. Bathroom is beautiful. Black out curtains. Brand new tv. Wonderful lighting in the bathroom. The gentleman up at the front desk was great. Interested to see what breakfast is like in the morning. I definitely suggest staying here.

I only placed one-star because the app wouldnt allow anything lower....Where to start?We were placed in the rear of the building, away from the rest of our Eastern Star crew. (We planned to come up here a lot!) There was no remote for the TV. (They did bring us one right away) One door for the Shower? The pictures tell a story but the real problem was the scalding hot water that came out of Shower. My wife and I were soaping ourselves then quickly jumping in and out of the water. The water was escaping from underneath the Shower door.When I came in to complain, the look on the receptionist face told the tale of...Not another dissatisfied customer... She seemed to hear the same complaint before especially the One door Shower. I know this is a remodel but please check all the functions before opening. Got to the hotel to check in and was told they didnt have anymore rooms. I told her I have a reservation already and she said they had a big group show up and they gave them all their rooms so they dont have one to give me for my reservation and to try the motel 6. ( just a heads up, it was actually really nice and the staff was so much nicer than the staff at the Radison. Nicer rooms, friendlier staff, better price. Do yourself a favor and check out motel 6 vallejo instead.)

Lauren, the Lobby reservations person at Vallejo California, is the most awesome, patient, wonderful customer service oriented person Ive ever dealt with at a motel or hotel. I had issues getting my deposit backby 3 business days per their policy. I had to resolve with myBank and needed a receipt with a zero balance which she attempted to email me but it was not coming fast enough so she snapped a picture for me and send it to my cell phone and I was immediately able to resolve with my bank. Hotel is nearing the end of a major renovation, and it will be really nice when everything is done. For now, some services are limited or unavailable (e.g. breakfast and pool), and staffing is reduced as a result of less room availability and fewer guests. Unfortunately, I had some unruly guests in the room next to mine, but as soon as I reported this to the front desk, security was quickly on the scene to get the situation under control. I really appreciate that the entire industry is struggling through a challenging time now. But when the pandemic becomes a thing of the past, I think this place is going to be in a good position to prosper. And the hotel manager, Shay, is truly good people!

We came for a family funeral, by midnight we still had other family members in our room because they didn’t have rooms ready. Check in is 3pm, multiple family members got no sleep the night before laying our family member to rest due to the complete lack of running the hotel properly. One of my cousins was even given an occupied room so they walked in on someone else when they finally thought they would get some rest. We have called multiple days, multiple times to speak with management and every single time are told the manager isn’t in. Call again, employee says they’ll be there on a certain day at a certain time, when we call we’re told they’re not there. I was a supervisor for Radisson in the Bay Area and worked for them for 3 years, so I know for a fact management is avoiding dealing with the complaints and having their employees lie. This is why they get so many chargebacks, and now they’ll get a bunch more. It’s also cute to see management responding to positive reviews in the time frame they’ve been avoiding us and not returning calls. But they’re not in or available right? Oh and I almost forgot the biker gang that was partying all night both nights, revving their motorcycles, blasting music and running all over the hotel. So even on the second night when we finally had rooms, there was no actual rest.

I booked two rooms through Hotels.com as a graduation gift for my kids, along with a trip to Six Flags. When they arrived to check in, they were rudely turned away at the desk and treated horribly. They claim that their policy is that nobody under 21 can check in, however nothing on their site or on my booking through Hotels.com mentioned this policy. Thankfully, I was able to find them a better hotel, closer to the park and Hotels.com refunded my booking, however, this was a huge headache to deal with and I feel like this policy should be stated clearly prior to booking if this is the case.

We were supposed to stay the night of March 19 but ended up leaving and going to another hotel. There were a group of bikers staying at the hotel and they were everywhere riding their bikes around, blasting loud music, smoking and openly drinking around the premise, and just making all types of noise. Someone started banging on our door at 9pm and we just got up and left. Came back the next to to try and get a refund and the worker said there manager wasnt there so they would call us back but they never did. Oh and there was a park in the parking lot with what looked like their windows had been bricked. Overall a horrible experience and would never stay again.

The 2nd star is due to the friendliness of the front desk people, they were awesome. Otherwise this would be 1 star. Our car had its tank siphoned by someone overnight, so safety is a concern. No pool, no shower door, bathroom light stays on. Breakfast is absolute garbage. Shower was still dirty from the previous guest as was the rest of the bathroom.

My stay at this hotel was totally sporadic. I live near by and needed a place to bring my mother to because it was my weekend to care for her. First of all, you can’t go wrong at the front desk with associates named Shai and Sade! I almost went into a 90’s r&b medley when I found out what their names were. They both made my stay a very pleasant one with just their positive attitudes. I’ve never spent a night alone with my mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia before and was very nervous. As corny as it sounds their smiles and presence made me feel like I wasn’t alone. Anyway, the room was very nice and clean. I’m sure the breakfast was good too if I’d only woken up early enough to try it. Lol. I will definitely be staying here again when my turn in the family rotation comes back around. My family and I arrived on memorial day weekend. The staff was amazing from the housekeepers to the GM. Truly Amazing Location. The options for, food, shopping and activities is endless. The hotel however was not in a position to be open for operation. SHAME ON Vallejo Hospitality LLC for allowing this property to be opened. The rooms were not ready the water was either only cold or only hot. they were severely understaffed, Though they did the best they could. None of the amenities besides grab and go breakfast, free parking and free wifi were available. The lobby marketplace was being drilled in when i arrived the counter tops for the breakfast area were non existent. there was only one restroom on the lobby floor which was not stocked with toiletries.Visible construction tools, furniture, debris from construction. the stairs are unleveled i almost tripped walking up the stairs since the elevator does not work and we had small children. It was a difficult week, the contractors, plumbers and owners did a horrendous job they dont realize that the gm, front desk and housekeeping get the heat for their faults. The GM and said employees did the best to clean up the mess that the owners left for them. The fact the poor GM had to clean rooms at 1 am was the most ridiculous thing i have ever seen in a workplace not because of her doing it but the sad fact she had to. This hotel should not be open currently. I wish and hope all these issues get fixed or at least close down until 99 percent complete. Plumbing was a major issue i had to take a cold shower on the day of check out the day i checked in the water was boiling hot. Aside from my complaints. The service from the individuals i met in person were amazing. They are a great team. I Especially want to thank Eduvina And Shy you both deserve 5 stars. Thank you for your understanding, time, patience and Hospitality. Thank you for going above and beyond for your guests. We have been here for 4x now the 1st one we had a great stay bit the succeeding ones was a disaster...just want to tell you that your workers are not doing efficient in their jobs...the sheets in where we stayed at has dried blood stain w/c we think they didnt changed for us. The next one was the towel that my husband use has hair strands before he was able to used it....the ref has liquor bottle w/c they forgot to empty....then the most devastating was our last check in the receptionist who assist us was so rude that I was just asking her with a smiling face she answered me with a sarcastic rude tone while the fact that she didnt even inform us that they would not be serving breakfast for that day..so disappointed for a regular costumer like us to be treated that way...we deserved to be treated nice...were paying our stay it isnt a free stay....just saying!

Under renovation. There was tile all over the place. They serve bag breakfast with granola bars and frozen breakfast burritos. The pool is under construction. AVOID!!!!We booked weeks in advance for a stay June 4- June 10 for a total of $879.60. Upon arrive at newly 10pm at night (a Saturday) we were told that they did not have staff to clean rooms (that were empty) so we were turned away and told to find elsewhere last minute. Having to find elsewhere on a Saturday night after traveling/flying for 11+ hours and then pay over $400 for one night elsewhere at the last second is so upsetting. When budgeting for nearly $900 for 5 nights turns into $400+ for 1 night because of their negligence and incompetence is infuriating. The GM offered for us to return at a 10% discount. This would still put us hundreds of dollars over what we were planning and agreed to pay.DO NOT BOOK HERE! Mj was the epitome of “HOSPITALITY”. I say this as one raised in the industry by a mother who was a housekeeper who became a regional manager with Accor. The property is very clean upon arrival, the music very relaxing, and Mj was very welcoming, ready to steward the services I was kin need of. She thoroughly explained the availability, amenities, and local attractions. She explained the policies of the property, even assuring me of the surveillance system and that my vehicle would be seen on camera, understanding of course the property is not responsible, it put me at ease. She informed me of all Covid related inconveniences and made sure I was happy with what’s offered here. I’m from the area, I must say this location is optimum. Anyone looking for lodging in the Bay Area as a whole should come see for themselves the excellent services offered here. I stay here multiple times a month going back and forth as a liaison for a state law enforcement Assoc. Representing specific agencies of law enforcement officers in and around the Bay area.On almost every visit I’ve seen a sleeping security officer at some point and time.Being a retired law enforcement officer myself I’m very aware of my surroundings at all times.So as I usually do I took a short stroll before bed and once again a slumped sleeping “security guard” in his black Escalade.I’ve seen this security guard one other time doing the same and notified the front desk but obviously it went on deaf ears.So I’m writing this review to let people who stay here know it’s a clean convenient place to stay close to shopping and food.But please be careful the area can be deceiving and without proper security patrol your vehicles and valuables could be in jeapordy.These owners will learn the hard way how this can affect their buisness.

Hotel under renovation. Spacious, clean room and comfortable bedding. Some problems during check-in because we had to change rooms twice (once there was only one bed instead of two and the second time the electronic door opening system did not work). The staff is very helpful and kind. All the restaurants and shops are close to the hotel, it’s great!!! The breakfast area was also under renovation but sufficient. We had the possibility to bring our lunch and take advantage of the hotel kitchen for lunch. I dont know if its because of sanitary reasons but they didnt clean once out of the three nights we stayed. I recommend this hotel, it is magnificent and close to restaurants and shops.

I never thought I would have such an unpleasant and terrible experience in a Radisson chain hotel.It is very unfortunate that the front desk on December 27, 2022, in the morning shift that works around 1 pm, yells, discriminates, harasses and runs away from the guests of such a prestigious hotel.Because of what I already mentioned, I made the decision to leave the hotel after she said that she was not interested in whether I stayed or left. Unfortunately I do not have the name of this lady since she did not want to give it to me.I hope that the hotel takes action on the matter and therefore I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all.
