I came across Counsel for Creators because I had to find a new IP Lawyer to help with creating an image licensing agreement for a client. My previous IP lawyer(who will remain nameless in this review) decided to not return any of my inquiries after using them in the past for some contract work and ultimately I am glad they did not return my inquiries because I had a vastly superior experience with Counsel for Creators. Their focus on creative businesses is what originally attracted me to them during my search.Counsel for Creators is a learning experience. I signed up for their membership as well as have them help me form an LLC and draft an image licensing agreement for a client. The membership fee includes an online course to help bone up basic legal knowledge (which I had none) concerning various aspects of Intellectual Property as well as includes phone calls and emails with their law team to review documents and ask questions, etc. The price of membership was more than fair and well worth it.I worked with Jonathan and Spencer, both of whom were very knowledgeable and provided great clarity to my questions, concerns and situations.
