I LOVE WATCHING MY 600LB LIFE, WHILE EATING COSTCO DESSERTS!!!Last night I got full lecture from my personal trainer about my consumption of the Devils Delights aka Carbs & Desserts!Today, my office had a training with lunch provided; Costco desserts were on the menu!!! I was like monkey dancing on a razor blade when I saw the Triple Chocolate Pie and Tuxedo Cakes were chosen to accompany our lunch! I took a sliver of each and have no regrets in consuming those calories!!! (“JUST MORE TO LOVE!” is what I’ll tell myself, when I look in the mirror! ) The slivers were so worth last night’s lecture and the upcoming lecture when I step on the scale! (I know how to skillfully ignore lectures. I perfected this skill during my past marriages.)The chino hills costco, has the best selection and staff! I have an Executive Club Membership (YOU’RE WELCOME COSTCO!)

The lines are too long for a busy store. Theres food to eat but no tables. I wanted to enjoy my pizza and then shop or shop and sit and enjoy my pizza. Id rather shop at Sams club. Wait in the long lines, but I can sit and enjoy the food they sell.

I need to take my son to the bathroom, he is autistic. The guy by the door making a big deal out of it, I paid for my merchandise and I have my receipt. I just need to change his pull up. Talked to a cashier and the manager about it and they told me to leave my merchandise on the side . Don’t have any compassion for the disabled.

This review is in regards to the Allstate protection plan that Costco pushes for their expensive electronics. In theory it sounds like a good investment to protect your purchase in case something goes wrong with the purchase.In my case I purchased a $3,000 LG TV from Costco. While I was outside of my 90 day return period, but within my 5 year protection plan which costs $99 extra at time of purchase, I put in a claim. My TV turns off and then turns on every 15 to 30 min. You can imagine how annoying this could be. The Wi-Fi setting doesnt not allow for the user to switch to the ON position (this was working and then stopped all of a sudden) So now the SMART TV has turned DUMB.The claims department said that those claims fall into intermittent malfunction and software malfunction. The warranty only covers Electrical and Mechanical Malfunction. All they do is attach another label to the problem and then tell you its not covered. They refer you to the manufacturer who tells you that you are out of manufacturer warranty time. The AllState Protection plan is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE, its a waste of $99 and give you a false sense of security.

Customer service sucks here, I’ve been a member for over 5 years and never have ran across this issue. The customer in front of me paid and they scanned their membership card but never asked her if the credit card she was using belonged to the guy next to her(btw they were Asian and cashier was white) so I was next she scanned my membership she card and I pulled out the credit card to pay and she proceeded to pay when she asked me if the card belong to me?… really all this time I’ve never been asked I felt she racially profiled me! Definitely never returning to that Costco in chino hills and definitely not renewing my membership with Costco. Gonna try Sam’s club maybe they know how to treat their customers right!

I have been here many times over the years and its always busy but theyve always got exactly what we need and then some. some of the prices and deals just cant be beat. i have visited the customer service desk for a temp pass when i forget my card and always receive quick and nice assistance from those behind the counter. im glad to continue to come back and shop here.

Racist lady at the exit checking receipts. This heavy set woman only counted our items and not the other customer’s carts. She just glanced at their receipts. To make matters worse, something in our cart hadn’t been scanned so we had to go back to pay for it. This is the second time that their cashiers don’t scan all the items in the cart! It was a complete waste of our time, never going back 👎

I only left my shopping cart for a few minutes to pick up the goods at the nearest checkout. Someone pushed away the shopping cart. What a stupid employee to do this! I spent two precious hours putting everything in my shopping cart! I canceled my 10 year membership today! Got $120 refunds. The worst experience! Bye COSTCO!

Its a good place for bulk family shopping. For the sake.of first timers be aware that most items are sold here and all Costco in bulk. If you plan to buy a little quantity,it might not be the nice place for you on majority items. For liquor, toilet papers and most food items their price is one among the best bets.But do keep in mind that you wont be having a calm, peaceful shopping. It will be crowded most of the times around the week.Most items are sold in a good margin here for the members and their ice cream, rolls and pizza outside cafeteria is a plum on the cherry.

Poor service from Andy in auto. Helped out male customer first instead after I was waiting in line for 30+ minutes with old battery. Asked to see pictures of customers car while I waited. Unnecessarily held up the line by starting a transaction for this customer on the ONLY terminal they had while knowing that the transaction could not be completed without waiting for manager authorization. Andy just shrugged at me and skipped over me in line AGAIN while I continued to wait. Will definitely not be returning to this location

I visited Costco gas station to fuel my vehicle as the gas price was the cheapest in town but hold behold I had the worst experience waiting in line. Atleast 150 cars were lined up ahead of me to fuel. OMG. I am from out of state and this was just unbelievable site for me. Not just one but 4 Costco sites I visited had exactly the same long queues. I am giving five stars for the Costco staff who used barricades and guided traffic flow like a pro.

Generally Costcos are pretty much the same. Chino Hills Costco parking can be a little tough during the busy times but overall is a good, clean Costco with friendly staff. Returns are always super simple.

PRO TIP: Park in the northwest parking lot! Theres a strip of vacant department store lots and the parking is plenty. Otherwise, youll have a nightmare getting in and out if you try parking in the lot between the gas station and store.They also just put in a self-order station at the food court, a game changer! Much quicker to get your food.Finally: use the self-checkout. Its much quicker and hardly ever a line. If there is one, it goes quickly.

Very few registers open, even the self checkout took forever. The store needs to be reorganized and made more customer friendly. It feels like there is not a good flow to the checkout area. Everyone is forced to stand in only 3 areas and it feels really disorganized. The food court only had 2 windows open during the busy lunch rush and lime the inside, the outside lines and seating do not flow and feel really crowded and disorganized. Last, there is not enough parking with a large section of parking blocked because of the gas station line.

DYK-Did You Know you can purchase alcohol (21 year age requirement) at Costco without a membership? I canceled mine 2 months ago but had a return and asked about buying alcohol only. Blu at the Customer Service desk advised I would just need an escort thru the store. Blu was so helpful and friendly with a great attitude. Trey was my escorts and he was talking to me like we were old friends! Happy guy! Carlos rung me up for my 1 bottle of liquor and promised to give them a shout out. When I was exiting, Yvonne was gathering up all the empty water bottles to recycle ♻ them! Are you kidding me! I love this place even at the end of their shift they were all smiling. When I bought a complete pizza, I didnt need to wait for a second. I got a pizza that had been prepared for a long time, and its oil had soaked the bottom of the box. This is not a qualified product that can be handed over to customers.

Costco is my go to place for when I just want to walk around and see what’s available. Sometimes I even come across things I didn’t even know I needed. I get my daughters formula here for a fraction of what I would pay at a regular retail store. I’ve always had good interactions with the staff. The only time I avoid coming is during the holidays when maneuvering inside can be difficult and finding parking is near impossible

I mean it’s Costco, you can’t go wrong. Crowds always the same but the staff is FAST here so don’t be intimidated! The food also has the kiosk available now making it easier than ever to grab that pizza, chicken bake, or smoothie on the way out. Easily accessible separate lane for fuel too that doesn’t interfere with regular shopping.

Generally This is a good place to shop however sometimes items are misplaced. I was checking out at self checkout and found the price was not as posted, a champion jogger, I asked a staff and she said it’s not the one I picked, “the item isn’t right”, she sounded like I did something wrong. I mean it’s right under the price sign where I picked it up and it is same brand and style! I know it happens all the time and I didn’t blame you, but you could just be a little bit nicer. Everything is getting pricier since the pandemic, and seems like even Costco has a rough time trying not to price gouge 😐Careful with fruits, especially strawberries and any type of berry. They can mold extremely fast if you choose incorrectly. Otherwise, better than a majority of stores when it comes to saving money.Saving money doesn’t always mean the prices are fair though.

Over all I love Costco but 1. Can you guys stop moving product around? No staffs there to ask and wasting time to find the product you usually buys. 2. Product you brought may not be there next time you visit. 3. The Chino Hills Costco is a decent, newer location. Parking here is good, store is big, service is OK, and of course theres a nice food court up front to serve you cheap hot dogs, pizzas, and ice cream.Only complaint is the Costco gas station here. Its definitely way too small for the amount of customers who come here. Expect a long wait unless you come at very, very odd hours.

Costco has always been a great place to eat, the food court is fantastic. The price cannot be beat for the amount of food you get. The hot dog combo is the best ever. Always come for the pepperoni pizza and hot dog combo. Fills you up for 4 bucks. Not sure what its like compared to Sams club.

Sometimes, with so many hits, one tends to come across a miss. Today was like nothing getting through. When it comes to the eye wear department, the lady who helped tighten my current eyeglasses was nice. However, when thinking of buying a spare pair, I have no clue why one has to buy two pairs to get deals. I have been a member for decades, and having two spares, including my current one, seems unnecessary. Additionally, Im not sure why I have to buy an additional pair of sunglasses. I have a clip for my current one, but they dont offer such. The whole exchange sounded like doing business in the old days. The customer service/return department lady seemed like she was still recovering from the long weekend or had a migraine written all over her. She wouldnt help with my credit card reward and brushed me back to the register line, but I had already checked out. What kind of customer service was this? I had received my cash reward in another stores customer service before. When it comes to a no-brainer purchase, like buying a roast chicken or a loaf of bread, it would be fine, whereas anything requires more than an autopilot, feels like pulling teeth!

The only thing I didnt like, was that the day of delivery, one received a call, from a phone number that is not related to Costco asking for the address??? Since they are delivering dont they are supposed to have the address??? We were very uneasy, now days with all of the things going on, at the end, it was legit. In the process we were receiving texts about that the delivery fail because they didnt have the address and that the items were sent back to a warehouse, it was an ordeal.

This place has the worst employee 😒. Not friendly minus the newbies. Ive been going here for over 7 years. Seems like employees are getting ruder. The older employees are not friendly nor helpful. They just stand around and gossip about other employees. You ask 3 employee and they all give you diff answers of where the products are. The cashiers are especially rude minus some younger ones. The old grandpa is so rude. Never smiles. Never says hi. I avoid him at all cost. The managers are rude as well.The one star is is for the butchers. I wish i can give them 5 stars. They will go the extra mile and see if they can help you.

To be fair, I will say this rating is to this particular single experience. I have been going to this Costco ever since it was opened in 97 or 98, I never had bad experience until now. I typically dont use self check out at Costco. I slide my membership card through the card reader, which I would think it is a typical reflective response, at beginning when prompted to scan membership card. The reader tells me to ask for assistance and so I did. I asked assistance from a female customer service representative in the self check out area. She shows no patience and just yell scan the card and without coming to my assistance, proceed walking to another person who asked assistance after I did. I replied to her and telling her I did scan my membership card. She walked to me and start to mocking me with her tone of voice saying few times calm down, this is a pin pad for payment, not scanner. I realize it was a mistake, a honest mistake. However, I was not pleased be mocked by her tone of voice. I choose to ignored her at that moment and completed the transaction. Although I choose to ignore her, however, I still like to voice it out to Costco management, who may see my post, from this location. It seems the quality of customer service has gone downhill. I recently seen few instances of similar cashier altitude issue towards customers during check out and experience it personally today. Sure, we customers make mistakes, but does not desire to receive altitude from staff whose jobs supposedly providing good customer service experiences.

Should be a 5 because it’s Costco, but ….First with gas prices a big chunk of parking is gone for gas lines (which later slowed our exit by blocking off so people could cross)Second, carts were everywhere and when looking for one noticed several were dirty, like SERIOUSLY dirty. I don’t need Covid sanitizing, but it looked like it was outside in dust and dirt for weeks.Third, things were moved around. Sure Costco does that often but for the regular items not knowing where they were is frustrating.Other than that expect good items at bulk sizes and long lines to check out.

Remember one thing in these difficult days of shopping with limited money. If you go into Costco have a specific LIST with You! Otherwise budget will be blown! The meat prices are great as an example. You want to BBQ ribs on NFL Sunday. Ok, great prices but you will buy 2 or 3 slabs of ribs to get the great per pound price. So, I bought them, but also bought FREEZER BAGS with a Zipper lock, easy to open later. Over 2lbs of spare ribs were frozen for another weekend. Many great deals. Heres my favorite two: #1 Great big hot dog with Large drink $1.50 Before you go into store. Never shop on an empty stomach! #2 Buying a gallon of milk but you get two of Kirklands, is the same as buying one at my usual grocery store. Shop smart, enjoy your $Savings. Comments By Chip

The parking is very busy all of the time except during the opening hours and closing hours. The best times to go are during opening and closing hours. The lines are very long in the middle of the day. The gas station is extremely long. They have to continue to change the traffic pattern due to traffic. The best parking spots are on the side of the Costco. I would advise going in with a list because you will end up buying all the snacks in the store.

Rude employees. I watched a customer ask an employee where the milk is located. The employee didn’t stop working, turned and looked at thecustomer up and down annoyed, and simply said “In the dairy” and further ignored the customer. Clearly the customer has no idea where the dairy is, hence why he asked for direction. The customer was rather annoyed by the sarcastic attitude from the employee. I stepped in, apologized that the man was rude, and told the customer in 5 words or less and a point in the general direction where he can find the dairy room. If you’ve ever been to this Costco, the dairy section is at the total opposite end of the store, back by the toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Not an obvious location to an unknowing customer.Seriously, if you hate people so much, maybe you shouldn’t work in grocery retail.

Was signing up for business membership but the lady (blu) who helped had a really bad attitude. Like seriously if you hate your job go work somewhere else. I was only asking a few basic questions and she rolled her eyes and got annoyed right away, don’t expect someone to know all the “policies” of the membership right away. Your communication skills is horrible and make people feel uneasy and awkward. The lady who took over mid way of the transaction was rather helpful and have patience.

This costco is clean and did not have any problems until going to pay. Veronica B. made it so difficult to pay for no reason. I wanted to pay for my moms groceries but we only had her membership. Veronica then said I couldnt pay because the name on my debit card wasnt the name on the membership (which she had my mom take out because she wanted to check while I was entering my card to pay). We then took cash out to pay and Veronica, on her power high, said I am the supervisor so this is how it has to be. While I was handing her the cash, Veronica said I couldnt pay with the cash because it wasnt my moms. I then gave the cash to my mom and told her it is a gift and she handed Veronica the money. We were finally able to pay after all of that. The people behind us were so frustrated with how she treated us, they even complained to her. Long story short, avoid Veronica B.

Who doesnt love costco. Ive been coming here since I was 10 and have been to over 20 locations. Never has one location disappointed. They exemplify customer service and will go out of their way to ensure you feel taken care of. Yesterday when I was packing my car, I noticed one of my three decorative pillows was missing. I checked the receipt and it was purchased. The store had just closed, but I walked back to the entrance and knocked. With no questions asked, they went and got me a brand new replacement pillow.

The guy at self check out was rude and loud telling me i couldnt scan my things with the gun after he just told me to leave the big stuff in the cart and scan it. It is a great store like all other Costco stores. New products are displayed weekly which makes the visit more interesting. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Whats not to love at Costco? You can buy anything there with the confidence that the product meets certain level of quality control and almost certain at the lowest price with free extended warranty on electronics.

This is the worst Costco Ive ever been to. Ive bought fruits from this Costco several times and it all looked fresh, only to eat it and know it was bad, not sure if there was a problem with the food cold chain.In one case, I ate the golden kiwi I bought that day and got diarrhea. The next morning I took the few remaining kiwi to return. A white man, not sure if he was the manager, had a bad attitude and only refunded the money for the remaining kiwifruit I brought back, saying I had eaten the others so no refund would be given, and said that even if the fruit was bad, I should bring it back from the trash.

I like Costco better than Sams Club. The only reason I dropped it a star is because they dont use signs to tell you where things are. They normally carry items for auto immune and Paleo diets but this particular Costco has a limited selection compared to other Costcos. The employees are helpful and though I like Sams clubs scan-and-go app Costco has the self checkout lines and the regular lines go fast. I would give it five stars if I could find what Im shopping for easier.

Very very helpful and courteous. Friendly fun and thorough. Everyone was polite and did a great job choosing the items and the best that was available. No one rushed me or tried to hurry me through. Only one issue I faced was in trying to get my printer ink cartridge filled, my wait time was to be an hour and I did not have enough oxygen in my machine to allow that much time. Ill have to go back just for that to be done. Very in covent for me. I will always be a member though

I was here to purchase large amount of water (40 bottles per case), the manager really helped me to pay first and pick up later afternoon, the only little thing can be improved is the employee who is taking break, maybe can stay a rest zone, instead of the front entrance. The front entrance is people come and go, a busy area, they stay there looking unsafe. Otherwise thank you very much!

Terrible Customer ServiceI thought Costco was supposed to have exceptional customer service!!!Not true, an item of mine was not put in my cart.I did not realize it until I was home, after I searched everywhere realizing it was never put in my cart!! I contacted the store and was toldI could go back and pick it up. Huge inconvenience, so I arrive at store and told to go to another area and wait. The person who was helping me said it was logged in there book.So I guess they keep track when items are left behind. So I was asked to wait they had to go get the item which wasn’t quick. This Costco also has a huge parking lot and the store is also huge. Really disturbed. I asked what I think was a manager (red vest) for assistance. I found all other items I needed except one. I had walked through almost all of the isles of the food section trying find it. After no success I thought I would ask. He just looked and said we had xxx amount of units without any direction except it is in the pantry isles. Thanks but that is not helpful at all!!!!! I proceeded to walk again through all the pantry isles and once again to no avail. Why the salsa wasnt with the other salsas God only knows. I feel this individual could have been a bit more helpful. This Costco is pretty much always busy, but the lines move fast. The parking lot has a terrific view of Mt. Baldy. Its a very convenient place to get some nice photos of the mountains when they are gorgeous and covered in snow. Have literally had 5 to 10 people taking pictures at the same time as me. Just came here for gas. So Im only rating the gas pump area. The price of the gas is getting higher which is unfortunate. But I also think that the location of the gas pumps is not great. It causes quite a bit of traffic at a traffic light. I wish they had more pumps as well to deal with the volume of members who come to this location. Im from the Bay Area and the South San Francisco Costco did a great job with choosing a new location and adding way more gas pumps to handle the large volume of members. The well planned parking handles the traffic well.Everytime Ive asked for assistance, they dont just point but they have taken me to the product if they have carried it. This location can we be very busy and parking is not convenient. Customer service was subpar. Was disappointed with prices. After paying a membership I would expect the prices to be better than what you would get at local grocery stores. We were able to match or beat most grocery prices after shopping around. Maybe better pricing here with higher quantity most days. But if you shop the circulars I dont feel that it is worth the price of the membership. Gas prices at the gas station or cheaper than those in the area but lines can be long. It seems like people in front of you inline are not prepared when they get to the pump and it can take 15 minutes to get fuel. Disappointing that no locations in our area offer diesel.

This is our main go to Costco location. The lines for gas can get so long that it causes traffic at one of the entrances. I visited at 2:30 p.m. There wasnt a line to enter the warehouse.I pretty much zipped around the store to get the few items that I needed. The meat department had slim pickings. There was very little bread. There was no toilet paper. There were people standing in the aisles chatting. Perhaps the store employees can encourage shoppers to get what they want and move along. I love Costco, i and my family has been shopping there since it was called Price Club. I go to two different locations because of the unique area in which I live. But my husband and I were recently racially profiled at the Chino Hills location by an employee working at the door. He was rudely and aggressively asking everyone for there membership cards or denying them entry. Just like he was the doorman of a highly prestigious night club asking if you were on the list. My husband dropped me off at the door while he parked. I showed my membership card and was ushered through by the door employee. However the same employee denied my husband entry when my husband arrived at the door to go in. The employee would not let my husband in because he said my husband was not a member and couldnt show him a membership card. My husband did not have his membership card on him, so he couldnt show it but he told the employee numerous of times that his wife was inside Costco. My husband even called me and had me on speaker phone as proof to show the man that I was inside. The employee still would not let him in. Now my husband and I are both young African Americans. My husband watched as this same employee let all the caucasians through with or without there membership cards so we knew from the start what was wrong with this employee and his real reason as to why he would not let my husband in. My husband and I reported the employee to two floor supervisors and he finally let my husband in. The supervisors then removed him from the door and apologized to my husband and I. But the damage had already been done. Ive never experienced this at Costco or anywhere else but we will not be back at this Costco after our recent visit. But racial profiling is real and if youve experienced what we did youll understand how we felt. My husband and I our respectable, well mannered, law abiding, Christian citizens. The employee treated my husband like he was a criminal. For no reason. The employee abused his non- existent, self proclaimed power he thought he had due to his job and skin color. I was glad to see him removed from his post. Hopefully they placed him somewhere far back in the store so he cant treat anyone else that way.

Shopping While Black at Costco:Today (3/29/20) I went to Costco with my mother (2 black women) at the Chino Hills location. During the check out process, I was racially profiled twice by two separate employees within a span of 10 minutes. The first employee randomly asked me and my mother if we were Instacart shoppers. We are not; we each earn six figures. I brushed that off and proceeded to the exit to have our receipt checked. The receipt checker at the door spent upwards of 5 minutes (usually a 5 second process) to count and RECOUNT every item in our cart and proceeded to tell us that there are 14 items in our cart, but only 13 items on the receipt, so she “needed to find the item in our cart that we didn’t pay for.” I was appalled and obviously annoyed, as I watched tens of parties pass through the exit without having the number of items in their carts counted. I noticed that we were one of three black families inside the Costco warehouse that morning, but the lack of diversity is not new to me, after living in Chino Hills for the past 15 or so years.Finally the receipt checker, Jeanette, realized that she made a mistake in her counting exercise, and she let us go. She did not apologize or admit to being wrong. Even though in the beginning I told her that I was running late to an appointment, she did not release us from detainment. At one point my mother and I asked her to give us the receipt back so that we could take a look and count ourselves, but she refused to give me the receipt and would not let go of it until she found the missing item.I spoke to her manager, Jeremy, about the incident, and I was informed that Jeanette was just doing her job. I support employees doing their jobs, but I do not support blatant racial profiling and unequal treatment.I have a video of the incident, and I would like to avoid posting it. I will first wait to see action from Costco management before posting the video. Additionally, I have consulted my attorney and am aware that I have grounds for a civil rights discrimination case.My suggestions for action:- A personal apology from Jeannette and Jeremy for my shopping experience- Jeannette should be removed from her post until she has undergone extensive customer service and unconscious bias training.- Store management should be trained to better handle racial discrimination incidents in their store, as I am aware that my incident is not the first.

My family and I asked for separate receipts for a big table we bought and the groceries, since the table was to be paid with a business credit card. However she wouldnt let the same person pay twice despite swiping both membership for the two transactions. You really need to watch prices here, a lot of times you can get a better deal at a normal supermarket. They do have some cool stuff you cant find anywhere else but decided not to renew my membership. It is not worth paying a price for the priviledge to shop there anymore IMO. Just shop around and you might come to the same conclusion. I think the concept of paying to shop somewhere is outdated. Costco needs to stop the yearly membership program or dramatically reduce there prices.

My experience at this particular location today was not very pleasant, in fact I felt like I was being rushed out of the door, like as if I were taking everything we bought for free. The customer service team was a bit rude and dismissive towards us. I will be reconsidering on whether or not to come here again, most likely not!

Awful service . After standing on a long line for food, I was turned away because I didnt have my Costco card with me. I was exhausted after a 12 hour shift at the hospital and I didnt want to go eat elsewhere with my dirty scrubs. I felt humiliated but thats their policy. Turning healthcare workers away from your food court is sure a good look for costco.

We have our costco membership. We like the food of this store. They have an important variety of organic food. Now they have a delivery service to the house with a purchase over 35 dollars, I love this option I do not want to go to the store when the week arrives, I want to rest and be with family. Do not go to Costco Wireless for any of your mobile needs. They constantly tried to upsell me using fear mongering tactics. I told them that I did not want a screen protector or case for my iPhone as I liked how it looked by itself and had already ordered those items. In response, they proceed to tell likely false stories of customers who had broken their phones in the parking lot. In addition to that, I was suggested to buy a Samsung wireless charging dock, which had a charging capacity beyond that of what my iPhone supported, making it far more expensive than a dock made for my iPhone. (I later purchased one on clearance for $5.99, when the dock they were showing me was at least $25.) Additionally I simply wanted to purchase the phone and set it up myself, as it was a large purchase for me. I had told the lady as such, and yet she persisted in trying to set up the phone that I, the consumer, was buying. I explained to the woman that I knew I would have to activate it myself and that it would take up more time. And yet she insisted on me opening the phone there. The woman was very rude to my children, and said that they did not know how to handle or use an iPhone, when to a couple of Gen X kids, technology is all they have ever known.

Alright so Costco is one of my favorite stores ever and this location is one of my favorites for at least a couple of reasons. First, the tax in Chino Hills is lower than in other LA counties and second, the service here has always been better than most other locations I have been too. I also feel like the selection at this Costco is sometimes a little better than in other Costcos. I have on various occasions found that certain items at the Chino HillsCostco is no where to be found at other Costco’s in my area. All of this to say that I love this Costco location. Keep up the good work Chino Hills Costco!

Have been going to Costco for 30 years. Today, they moved to a different location the item I was looking for, also the price wasnt shown, so asked for assistance. One other trouble some item are the Kirkland kitchen garbage bags. For decades they were thicker, strong, excellent. Now these kitchen bags are thin (less mil thickness), and can tear, and make holes in the new plastic bag easily. Have now switched to the super strong kitchen bags at Home Depot.

I went to get the card, however, bridgett at the customer service at the beginning she was nice just after I did not want to get the $120 var and apply to the visa card, then she become rude I was with my brother talking in spanish she had the audacity to call someone that speaks Spanish so she could get us to apply to what she want it. I ended up getting what I want it however she did not give my brother his membership because he forgot the ID. Costo need to train better their staff .

Great store, very good price for all items. But it is allowed for members only. Other outsider cannot go without member and also if you go with member then member will only pay from his pocket outsider cannot pay. This is disadvantage but it may be their policy. Had a poor experience w the cashier Mark G. My husband presented his membership card, he scanned the items, and gave us the total. When I entered my debit he made a dramatic gesture telling me that I cannot pay because I am not the member. I have never had that happen at any Costco asking who was paying or telling me I cant pay. I told him I have a membership card but I left it at home. 3 times he threatened me are you sure? Im going to check. 3 times. I told him he can go check, I have membership but after the third time he slapped his hand as if he is disciplining a child and said okay this time I will do it for you BUT next time.. Im checking. WHAT NEXT TIME? Next time Illl go to a different Costco rather than deal with you. He said the policy has changed and he gets audited the next day. First dont insult my intelligence. Its a debit card. Regardless of the form of payment, how is it possible? And where was the disclaimer posted when they let you in for showing your membership card THAT THE PERSONS NAME ON THE CARD MUST MATCH THE PAYMENT? and secondly, come on. Focus on that line Mark. The lines are all backed up and you want be to Costco FBI right now? If the policy did change, they should inform members and he could have asked in a better manner. And they did just a few minutes ago. Asst Mgr Vince gave me a courtesy call telling me he is sorry for the bad experience. Our conversation lasted 1 minute with only him speaking quickly like he is in a hurry. I didnt get a word in. When people have a poor experience they just want to be heard, thats it. The store is great but the customers are idiots. Costco should open a driving school here. Customers stopping everywhere they shouldnt except for other customers in the crosswalks. Customers take their car driving skills, or un-skills, into the store and walk the aisles the same as they drive. Stopping in the middle, crossing in your path without looking, bumping into your cart. Rudeness and bad driving is at home here. This place is an idiot magnet. I guess me too if I go back, ha ha.

I love Costco the Company, this location is poorly managed. The merchandise and end caps are in the walkways making it difficult to get around. The parking lot is rarely swept for shopping carts. For some reason they store empty boxes in the entrance to the walk-in refrigerator.

Normally Im a fan if Costco but recently theres been 2 things Im not pleased with at all.1. My wife gets constantly harassed by an employee who works in the clothing section. She says that anytime she goes during the week this employee always finds a way to follow her around the store and even to the checkout line. She has said she is married but she insists that this guy just doesnt stop and its making her very uncomfortable.2. I ordered a pizza for the first time from Costco today and when I asked the worker who took my order if they had ready-made pizzas available because I had my 3 year old, 1 year old, and wife waiting in the car she rather rudely told me, yeahhhhh its going to be 25 minutes.Later, I came by to see if my order was ready and another worker at the pick up window told me they had no record of me even placing an order. I showed her my receipt and she said that there was nothing saying I actually placed an order that she could see because normally a ticket would be there for her to see etc. She gave me a pizza belonging to an order yet to be picked up and sent me on my way and normally I wouldnt think anything of it. However, due to the rudeness of the employee who first served me Im wife and I are left wondering if she decided to try and big time me and just not place my order whee someone could actually fulfill it because she didnt like my question about ready made pizzas and maybe she thought I was trying to cut people in line or something?Im.not sure maybe its a stretch but definitely not pleased with Costco right now and I will be contacting management regarding my wife not being able to shop in peace.

5 stars for their vision center here. Nice pairs of glasses. Quick service. Glasses for my daughters out of pocket costs $90 for one, and $175 for the other who got transitional lenses. They also accept VSP plans here.But for the gas station and the warehouse itself...3 stars ....always sooooo crowded, no matter what time of the day it is!

Costco’s Publicize is A Lie!! Costco was happiness place my family to go. 1/19/20 5:10pm. I check out and go to exit door without the receive( lost on the way) . And young lady ask me receive, I was looking for and she looks mad on me. And I said I lost. She said impatiently that you had to go back and get it. I go take it and ask her why have to need receive. She say“we have to make sure you paid it” . I say it’s true. She checked very carefully and check Check out-Timing and watch her watch very carefully. Lol, She behaves disgustingly with tone of speaking. Costco Publicize shows check revive is helping customer check make sure get everything. Ok, fine. It looks same. But I feel very no happy with her.
