I had an unpleasant experience at Costco in Simi Valley today. It was frustrating to wait in line for 20 minutes, especially when there was only one person in front of me, only to be ignored by the staff. Its difficult to stand there with an injury and not receive the help you need. Its unfortunate that the customer service was poor and lacked compassion, especially during a time when I needed it the most. Businesses need to prioritize the well-being of their customers and provide professional and courteous service. I was able to receive the help I needed at the Westlake Village location.

I am not sure how many Costcos I have visited on my travels, but it has been a few. This one in Simi Valley has my absolute favorite Food Court since it was outside. The ordering kiosks are outside, you pick up your food outside, and you eat outside - its beautiful! They also had a few items available at this Food Court that I had not seen elsewhere, so I had to order the $2.59 chocolate chunk cookie. It rocked; I hope they roll this out elsewhere.

A very modest and decent employee, Luke, helped me. I have never met such a professional in my field in so many years. He listened to me patiently and solved the problem very carefully and very responsibly. Luke is a great example to follow, such an employee you can be proud of

A nicely organized Costco and not many customer if you go on a typical day. The trick to Costco to avoid many customer during the busy season is to go when they just open which is what we did. This Costco is across the street from my work so I knew that it doesnt get as busy as other Costco. We came here solely to look for the Presto Heater Dish but they didnt have them in the store. We asked a employee and they said its usually in Aisle 103 or 104. So we just left after that but I saw you can call your local Costco before going to see if they have it in stock. I also took advantage of getting a hot dog and drink deal here, just know that its outside. There was no container for the sauces so you have to put them on your hot dog physically if youre not eating there.

I’ve been a member with Costco for a very long time and this was the first time that one of the door hosts named Sandy stop me and told me I’m not allowed to go in with my service animal. They should train their associates a little bit better with customer service as someone that needs a service animal. It’s a very hard to get out of the car in your parking lot and get denied entry😡

Reliable stock, good display, huge inventory and helping staff. Only minus is you need to purchase big stock to get good rates.

Got this below product body, hair, hair wash. I loved this product. Got this for $3.50+ only. I went back to get another one unfortunately they sold out.I’m looking forward to buy this products again.
