I love my Costco. They are about one hundred dollars cheaper for an ounce of gold! Great, quality too! Get yours too, here soon! Call ahead to be sure its in the store.Fyi...Online, its more expensive than if you just walk in. So call the admin desk at the store before you go, to see if/when they will have their stock in. It sells out pretty quick!

Who doesnt love Costco? Fun story about one of my first visits...I had given blood at a work blood drive a few hours before shopping, maybe not a great idea. I found myself fainting after I finished shopping and was grabbing a bite in the food court.Employees took care of me and called 911, I had two young children with me... they even gave my sons comfort. I ended up taking an ambulance ride as a result. Staff stored all my groceries too!I just really appreciate this Costco. I dont even know who it was that helped us, the experience was very fuzzy... but I hope they read this and hear me when I say... Thank You!!! From the bottom of my heart ❤️

Today I visited Costco and I recently had a surgery and I cannot lift heavy items. One of the guys outside pulling carts. Ivan. Helped me with all my groceries. Really nice guy. He didnt accept the tip I insisted to give him. He was really nice and polite. Really nice personnel working there, thats why I love Costco

Always clean and thats something great considering the number of customers going through there all day. Lines move quickly. I like that different sales take place daily to save us money. One thing here that I dont bother buying anywhere else is the Lactose free organic 2% milk. Ive tried it from numerous places and this one has the best flavor. Frozen chicken comes in a large bag (2 sizes) and is worth the price!! Money saver plus great quality for the chicken breast. Cara cara oranges are very sweet when in season!!

Love this place, but the laziest Costco members frequent this wonderful place. Carts are literally left in the parking slots. The parking lot is compact and one doesnt have to hike to return their carts to the cart bays. Spoke with a few workers there and theyre doing the best they can.

Really bad experience at this Costcos food court. Ordered a whole pizza, waited 20 minutes.The guy gave my pizza to another guest. I interjected just in time, in which he grabbed the pizza they already sent out and that the guest touched, to me.He also handed it to me sideways through the vertical window for some reason, which destroyed the pizza, obviously.This employee then had the gaul to ask me if I wanted to wait 20 more minutes for my pizza to be remade.What a joke. Go to any other Costco. Theres plenty all over LA.

Drove to La Habra Costco from Fountain Valley Costco, to buy something that was not available hereOnce in La Habra Costco,, I couldnt find what I was looking for, when I was told they had it here.I was able to talk to one of the Costco workers, by the name Alex, who gave me options for future purchases.I really felt this worker really went the extra mile, to help me understand the way I should proceed with special product purchases.Thanks so much Alex, you made my day!!

Any Costco you visit will have crowds and be crazy busy. I like this location because its easy to access, employees are friendlier then other locations, and lastly the customers that come here are civil and courteous which is jot the case at pther locations. Best way to access this Costco is by the rear or side entrances. TRY TO AVOID THE MAIN ENTRANCE! If you do decide ti use the main entrance to EXIT, BEWARE of the curb thats near the intersection I myself and Ive seen others clip this curb once the light turns green because you forget its there. Save yourself a flat tire and pay attention unlike me.My last comment is about the food court. Never fails that the soda fountains are either flat( no carbination)or dont have enough syrup. I get we are only paying $.69 for a drink but feels like they dont care about the quality of drinks they are selling since they are selling them dirt cheap. Big time bummer for sure.

Always crowded. Parking always difficult to find. The least expensive gas of all the Costcos Im aware of, but youll be waiting at least 12 minutes to make it to the pump unless youre there early in the morning.

What a horrible place. You can throw my account away... I was told to order pizza next time on phone. So I did .. a pizza and hot dogs. Go to the side and theres 30 people in line. No order line so I can pick up and go. No . I waited over 30 minutes to pick up food that was ordered. Got it home and cold pizza and dogs. This store is a big pice of garbage with all immigrants wandering around cutting in front and running into you. GROSSSSSS!! YUCK!!!! Like a fish market. I honestly dont see Great prices for products.

My favorite Costco in the area! Its not near any freeways but the lack of crowds is worth it. The gas is consistently cheaper than other Costcos in the area; the lines arent bad and move fast despite this being an older gas station (2 pumps per line). Staff is friendly and helpful and the checkout lines are not nearly as long as other locations.

As much as Costco keeps shuffling their items around, this branch is fairly spacious compared to the one in Fullerton. It’s easier to navigate and I like that their food/dining area is located outside. Gas pumps can still get crowded on peak hours and parking is still a pain.

This location would not allow someone with a service dog to enter. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act, service dogs must be allowed to enter an establishment and documentation is not to be provided as that would violate HIPAA.

Hi i’ve been coming here for years, always using my moms membership because she is in and out of the hospital and can’t always come. Today I was stopped and told I can’t use it because it’s not my picture. The older ladies name was Sandra and she was extremely rude about it. The funny thing was I was here just two days ago using the same exact card and picture and I wasn’t stopped. She gave me dirty stares and was being extremely rude and didn’t at all bring up any accommodations of how we could go forward just kept saying she couldn’t sell to me. As a worker she should want to see the company succeed and have long time customers return. However she put her pride in front and was being rude and just shooed me off. Shame to have to leave and cancel the membership. Better off at sam’s club and not dealing with prideful, and overall not helpful workers. There was also an assistant manager who approached me named Joshua who was not any nicer. He kept saying this has been enforced since september which is incorrect because I was here just two days prior and didn’t have an issue. When I brought up how my mom couldn’t physically come in he just walked away. Extremely rude. There are much nicer ways to approach loyal customers.

Well Costco has disappointed me for the first time. They always say we take care of our customers blah blah no question. But they didn’t want to give me a card because I have a Costco credit ok that’s fine but what if I don’t want to take out my credit card, then I had the man and women gang up on my and mocked me saying you can use your phone. And laughed wow that’s your customer service representative and made a slick comment between each other “if I had two cards that would confuse me” how in the world that is going to confuse you if they loook completely different. I reply well maybe some people want to have a that membership card. And they just said oh well you have to wait for your lost card to get to you and use that. Great place and wonderful customer service. It’s worth every penny of the yearly membership charge. There fruits and vegetables are extra Fresh. Also the food sampling is extra while you shopping. I love ire meat department especially the USDA APPROVED cuts. And remember that they have an amazing return policy with no questions asked.

Called the customer service and they hung on me after I ask them about their extended warranty for their laptops. If I am purchasing something for $1,000.00 I just want to confirm if they will cover the item. I understand you’re working at home, but they have the audacity to said let me “log in to my computer.” That shows they’re there for the money and not customer service. Horrible customer service!I was charged twice for items purchased because the lady at the register was chatting about personal life with the other lady that was supposed to be helping. didnt even check my I.D when purchasing alcohol? Then the two ladies at the exit checking the receipts failed to check my items correctly because again having personal conversations. Went to the return line to get refunded and was charged a 3rd time for an item that was charged twice? and returned and item that was not properly priced and didnt get my money back. Horrible customer service in La Habra they need better service training and to keep personal conversations for break and lunch time so they can better focus on doing their job!!! Im paying for a membership to their job for them very disappointing.

Service has gone down here. Not sure if its cause they are hiring young people and young people have lower iqs now. Not really sure, but not that hard to help someone scan stuff. Especially, after seeing their cart and asking for their card when checking coming to check out lanes. Next time I am going to toss the water on to the scanner and not care if it breaks. Costco for the most part has some pretty good deals. Recently purchased a Columbia jacket for $60.. Waterproof boots $14.99... If something catches your eye its best to get it right there and then because odds are... If you wait too long, you wont find it anymore. When I was able to refuel after waiting for a long time, the gas machine suddenly refused to accept my Costco credit card. When I asked the service staff, he told me that it was a problem with my credit card. He did not try to help me go to other machines, but They told me directly that there was a problem with my credit card. I tried three credit cards but they couldnt be read. I left the gas station angrily and went to another Costco gas station, but the card could be used... I didnt know where the service was. where? I just asked the customer to call the bank, but asked me to leave and call the bank directly.

Worst foodcourt pizza service. I called to make sure they still take orders for parties. The guy told me yes and to just call an hour or so ahead. I called 8 times. No one picks up the phone. Its just not worth it. Costco needs to either hire more people or or dont take phone orders so people can plan ahead. Really poor business protocol. This is the second time this is happening. The pizza is affordable but you can get a pepperoni pizza anywhere and Costcos recipe changed so they dont taste like before either. So its not worth it. Ive been going to Costcos over three decades now.I normally visit the Yorba Linda Costco, and Fullerton Costco. I found myself in la Mirada this time. The customer service was absolutely horrible.We were returning a box spring that was obviously used, no problem I was given a Costco cash card. I tried to get someone to go get me a replacement box spring, but that person was on their lunch. I was told I would have to wait a half an hour.After an hour wait I went to find somebody to help me.The people that I asked for help were not only dismissive and rude, but did not help me.I ended up asking an associate for the manager. The manager came out and was very nice. He took the actions necessary to have the box spring arrive to the front of the store, where I could pay for it.The young gentleman who brought it out, rolled up towards us and I made sure to thank him.He rolled his eyes, turned his back on me and never said youre welcome.It was as if I were bothering him at work. This is their job!With the manager standing there I told him, that he should really work on teaching these young people about customer service skills, smiling, saying thank you and youre welcome and being polite. Nobody apologized for the wait. All of these things should be commonplace in a customer service job. I will not be visiting the la Mirada Costco again.

We prefer to make the drive to this Costco. Its usually not as crowded and the staff is very friendly. Items are usually well stocked especially for those on the saving books. The lines to pay is not long and the self checkout is usually fast and super convenient at this location since its one single line for all 6 kiosk. Makes the whole process super organized. If you live in nearby cities, I highly recommend this Costco.

Today I am deeply saddened to be writing this review. After 37+ years of being a Costco member, I have never had a bad experience until today. I went in for a return and was absolutely disrespected by a worker named Bobby, and William the manager. It started by them not acknowledging my business card, when showing ID they said it could not be the same person. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt, however my suspicions lead towards racial discrimination. I remained calm as they kept talking in a very rude and condescending tone. I feel as though my confidence as a customer and a consumer of Costco has been lost, and my trust in the brand will take a while to return after this incident. I can only hope Costco takes the correct actions to eliminate racial discrimination, and hire more appropriate members on there team.

I’ve been coming to this Costco for over 10 years and I have never experienced rude service from this store until today, my wife and I came in today to do a return for the first time on merchandise and this lady named Brigette did not acknowledge nor communicate when I walked up to return the items, throughout the transaction she just gave us the cold shoulder, was laughing with her coworkers yet not speaking to us and seemed upset at the items we were returning. I put my card in the machine because she said we were getting the certain amount back and she reaches over to click the machine a bunch of times so rudely and says it’s already done! We were waiting there for a receipt or some direction and she says it’s right there looking down at the counter. Again I never had to return an item until today and I got that experience. I understand having a bad day and sometimes bringing it to work but if you’re acting fine and having fun with your coworkers there’s no need to be disrespectful or rude to the customers.

The TIRE CENTER is horrible. I came in at 10am and was told it would take 2 hours to get a tire fixed (nail removed and patched, add air in to my tires) it’s currently 1pm and my car isn’t done! On May 27, 2023 around 11:00am PST, I entered Costco La Habra, at 101 N Beach Blvd, La Habra, CA 90631 and was denied entrance initially by employee “Randi”. I let her know that my dog was a service dog, and that she was in a carrier because she is currently recovering from ACL surgery. Randy stated that she needed to be on the floor, and I asked her where in their guidelines does it state this. I took a picture of the guidelines to find, that there is nothing there that states this. I took my service animal to the car and re-entered Costco to speak with the manager, “Lisa”. I advised the manager that there is nowhere in their guidelines that states that my service animal needs to be on the ground, but rather that they are not supposed to be in the cart, which my service animal was not. I was then asked what my medical condition was, which I stated was illegal for her to ask me. She then stated that she is allowed to ask what service the animal provides, and I showed her my service dog paperwork with medical records, stating that I have epilepsy and that my service animal is trained to alert if something happens to me. I let her know that I would be reporting this to Costco management and Americans with Disabilities Act.

This is a clean Costco and good location but it is very frustrating that workers do not restock water once it’s run out. I’ve never seen this at another Costco. It was our first time back, so we had to open a new membership. The process took almost 40 minutes, trying to convince us on the upgrade membership rather than regular, for their sales is what took the longest. Friendly staff, but the sales team seemed a bit sale driven rather than doing what the customer is asking for. The store was busy, and long lines but the lines moved fast. The store was clean and stocked. They had a few food sample, and the people handling the food had gloves, made me feel safe on taking the sample. We were disappointed that the food court outside was not open, so we didnt get to eat Costco famous hotdogs or pizza...but learned it will soon open, they are updating the kitchen. Parking is a nightmare most days, but its Costco.Update 4/2022: went to return something and had 2 employees having a discussion about a customer. Something about a $300 check and needing manager approval and how the customer had an attitude. I waited for a solid 20 seconds with no one in line before being acknowledged considering my hands were full. Maybe not the time or place to talk about a customer in front of a customer??!?Just a thought Costco: some customer experience training for your employees might be worth it. Just finished making a complaint to the manager about my experience here today regarding discrimination via racial profiling.Upon entry, some white customers were being allowed in without showing any form of membership. My family and I (people of color) thought we didnt have to show ours either. I only go to this Costco for my dogs medication. You don’t need a membership for Prescriptions or Alcohol. For the prescriptions, I always take the bottle that I need refilled with me. There are times that the person that’s checking in people isn’t aware how the pharmacy works outside of membership. Just be kind and wait, ask for a manager in case they deny you. Ive been going to this costco for a while now and had no issue but today was the first day that I encountered an issue that should be fixed and changed. The issue is a new rule that only allows the card holder to pay which is understandable unless it is being paid with cash, especially if the card holder is present during the payment. My encounter was as I was checking out today with my family, my husband tried to pay for the items but she refused to accept the money and said it had to be paid by the card holder. The person who was managing our station was Melanie G and her OP# is 84. Mind you it was cash we were paying with. If it was a card I would understand why it could be refused, but this was cash. My husband passed the money to me (I was standing next to her), and she still had to call the manager over to our register to check if this was allowed. The manager permitted it and she finally allowed us to pay for what we wanted to buy. However, she continued to complain that if the rule was that the card holder must pay then my husband shouldnt be allowed to pay as I was still standing within hearing range. The issues with this encounter was that I wasnt made aware of the rule until I had already been through this experience where another employee came over. I have no issue with this rule other than the fact that she complained even after getting permission from her manager, that I was standing next to my husband and he tried to pay, and that she refused to accept the money after my husband passed it to me even though I was the card holder. I hope this issue is fixed since it ruined our experience.

However people that got there after me were already waiting in a line ahead of me. I have a bad knee so I couldnt run to the counter fast enough. This place is not what Costco is all about. Customer service is unacceptable. I went to purchase a smartwatch as a gift. Went to pick it up they gave me a box that was completely smashed and opened. Ive been shopping at Costco for years and Ive never had anybody hand me something that look like that and try to pass it off as new. I passed it back to the girl and told her it was a gift and it was a no shape to give as a gift so she went in back and got me another one. This one was opened already as well but after waiting as long as I did I took it and left not looking at it. (my mistake) When I went to wrap it I noticed the whole bottom of this box was crushed and when I opened it the watch had what look like food smeared all over it and was missing the charger cord and charger. I had to drive down there and get the supervisor involved. He definitely seemed bothered by me and my concerns, reluctantly taking the other watch and about 10 minutes later returned with a new one. This should have never happened. Why was I given what was obviously two opened or used watches, one with missing parts, in the first place? I can live with them wasting my time like that but what I have a hard time with is are they blocking the restrooms from the customers? Handicap people, strollers, and people on electric carts have to try and squeeze between where customers are trying to pay for their things. You need to leave one area open for the restrooms, not doing so is just bad service. One star for you until I see some change in this.

One of the better Costcos around. Large parking lot (still gets crowded on certain days and times), good customer service, and as you know...good selection and prices on food and products. The only problem I see is that the lines inside can get frustrating with how long they can get. Even with all the registers open. They either need quicker people or add more registers. If you need to go, try to go during the week (forget the weekends if you dont need to go) and before 1:30pm. After 1:30 it starts to get busy.

Nice place. Really like to shop here. But Carolyn at returns the rudest person ever. When you are walking towards her you can tell you are in trouble, her face says a lot. Over all nice people I have been coming here for many years.

Went to buy glasses at Costco Optical... ended up with bi-focals. Great prices, good selection of frames, and Alana (behind the counter)was so very helpful! Terrific service... Great experience... will do it again!!

The tire center at this location is a joke compared to Fullerton. I priced tires there in person and was told they could transfer the ones for my vehicle from another location. When I went back to pay for them I was told that, they cant and wont do that by another tire center associate and the assistant manager for the location. On top of that, in order to make an appointment for my tires, I needed to pay for the tires in advance, then take them home with me and bring them back for my appointment????Called Fullerton and they hold tires for the customer until the appointment upon payment.District Management needs to get all locations in the same page.

Mostly love it. Its Costco. Parking is always packed. I just wish they set up a system during the holidays for picking up ticket items. I had to wait because another guy, who got there after I did, was offered help first. And I was only picking up Sees gift cards. Then the power went out. The guy got a couple PS4s. The employee attempted to blame it on the power outage. But its like, no. Had she asked who was there first I wouldnt have had to wait around while she helped the rude guy who gladly took her help because she didnt try to help people in the order that they were there.

Great prices for bulk. Great quality. Good large selection, clothes, audio video, phones, computers, fresh meats and vegetables, and bakery. You can special order a cake and have it decorated. What is there to say about Costco? The store is huge! The food selection is wonderful and most days they have stations set up for taste testing. Costco is Costco!!!

I understand the concept of buying in bulk. But Costco does not realize that there are single people in their store, who would love to see some things that arent so huge, or so many things wrapped up together. But I suppose thats the way they keep costs down. I do, however, love to get gasoline there: cheaper than just about every place, so its worth the yearly fee, especially if youre looking for pricey electronics.

Most favorite Costco in this area. Even I live in Fullerton, I prefer this Costco than in Fullerton. Spacious parking lot, less traffic and more items. Best things I like is chicken bake and hot dog. They are more delicious than others. Dont forget to take very most left lane when you fill up your car. That lane is fastest!!!

Love Costco and especially this location. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Tons of awesome deals. Thankful for the healthcare workers speed entry (though most of the time, its such a well-run machine, its hardly ever needed).

Costco is Costco. You know what youre getting. What you dont know is the layout. From parking to inside layout, this is the best Costco is the area (by far). The gas isnt awkwardly far away, the food court is covered and maintained, there is room to navigate inside. Its always organized and clean. Ive been to several other Costco locations, and this is just the best one.

I have enjoyed going to Costco since I first became a member in 1980. Im no longer a member but I still go and eat at their Outdoor CafeI absolutely love their polish dogs and have been known to drive all the way across town to my local location just to get a couple of those awesome polish dogs.I was very disappointed when I went to a location in Commerce California and after asking I found that they no longer sold these fantastic items that I love so much.Unfortunately I dont even know if they sell them inside or if Im even able to purchase them because Im not a member. I would gladly pay more for them.

Gas station review. I was glad to find a Costco gas station to fill up close to where I was going for work. I 99% of the time fill up at Costco for their excellent gas prices and excellent gas. I was told once its the same as Chevron. No matter how long the lines, they move quickly, the hose reaches even if you drive thru the wrong side where you gas door is at. I have a small hybrid so Im in and out fast, their machines pump gas so fast . When Im not close to fill up at a Costco I only get enough gas to get where Im going to and to the next Costco gas.

Nice friendly workers and very helpful. The people in other hand were very disrespectful, judging people by there cover instead of knowing a persons medical conditions. Me and my Sister drove around in the medical carts and had to hear lots of different comments, and were recovering from knee and hip surgery. We put up with it, but none would ask our handicaps ...

The best Costco around! Its clean for one thing inside and outside. Their inventory of the items they offer are always well stocked plus they always offer a great selection of choices. The inside traffic of people pushing their loaded shopping carts is easy to maneuver around. So far this Costco has not been ruined or overruned with rude customers.

This Costco is great but the gas lines have gotten out of hand. It seems like they tried to fix it but they didnt really do much after all was said and done. If you go here do NOT park on the side of the gas station. Park on the opposite side or you might end up boxed in by a line of cars.

Now they have added the new strawberry flavor yogurt at the foodcourt with the new kiosks for ordering in advance. One window is still open for those who want to pay to the cashier, sometimes the line is much shorter than the line for kiosk order pickup.
