The staff here are awesome and very friendly. Appreciate them when its ridiculously busy on a Sunday afternoon. We got pizzas for our team here and they were great! 18 inches for $10!

LOVE Costco staff, Tire Department and prices. HATE the new rotisserie chicken container (plastic bag). Why?1. Handle of bag had chicken juice on it. That will get on cart handles. No place to wipe my hands, means anything that I touch could become contaminated. Ugh!2. Any holes in bag that occur between the display and my car means I could easily have chicken juice on my car upholstery.3. It could easily also get on the belt st the register.4. Told all this to a supervisor. He said that it was a corporate decision. Corporate Costco, please bring back old rotisserie chicken containers! More sanitary, easier to transport, and results in a better product and customer experience!

Our closest locations freezers were down due to construction, so we ended up going to the next location. We were able to find everything but a couple of items on our lists. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Delivery to this very slow. Slowest Costco even on your appt time they will tell you to wait. Even water load 4-7 hours.7 am delivery empty 2:30 pm11 am delivery empty 4:40 pm2:30 pm delivery waiting for door at 6 pmThey have time for chit chat not for unloading. I think my only complaint about Costco is the amount of people there always is, but that’s inevitable so besides that the employees are always super nice; as long as you are to them… I mean obviously, but we all have our days lol. Great store though, love the samples!

People are friendly at this Costco. Overall, good experience and exactly what youd expect from a Costco. The only complaint is that the food court location inside of the building on the way to the exit sometimes gets backed up and causes a bit of a traffic jam in the way of actually trying to exit th building.

Honestly worst customer service EVER, not only did all the employees in front when you walk out of the big doors talk to you with such a bad attitude they would give dirty looks!! There’s especially this one lady I believe her name was Keleyne/ Kaleyne I didn’t get to see her good enough she had glasses and looked around 40-ish she was super rude to me and my parents for no reason when we walked up to her to leave!!! ( not so surprising but she was also rude to the people behind as we were walking out heard her giving them attitude) smh I expected a bit more from you guys!

So yesterday March 2nd went to Turlock, the store. Love to shop there that have good prices. We went to the food court and I observed one of them. Employees breaking a bag of Ice on the floor where everybody was stepping Hold on to put inside the ice machine. I thought it was very unsanitary to do that. Only because the ice went inside that ice machine. I observed the guy put it inside so anything that was on that bag from the outside went into the ice machine. I guess you really want to go on a deep fun. I really think when theyre breaking up that ice. They should actually do it on the table or before they bring out the ice bag and then put it in the machine. I did not get no ice from that machine. And I will never get a drink from Costcos. I hope that costcos changes this policy because it is very unsanitary T

This is a very clean place located in Turlock CA, Costco is HUGE with a gas station that is always packed full of people a pharmacy photo service an amazing selection of tvs plants outdoor stuff and camping gear! Gets very crowded with very little employees assisting with traffic and they dont have the same stock as other Costco warehouses such as Stockton. Ive noticed the Stockton warehouse is always better stocked. I appreciate the workers here though its not their fault its management. Love Costco always.

This review is for the tire center. Dont expect your tire hazard coverage to cover any tire you purchase from these fools. Wifes car got a screw imbedded in it on the way to work during a severe rainstorm. She noticed it when she arrived at work. She called me and I drove out to find the screw in the tread. Since new cars dont come with spares anymore I pulled the tire and took it to a local tire shop to have it patched, only to find that the tire had cracked due to the short distance it was driven. I called Costco and was informed that if the tire was not repairable and I had the shop repair it so we could get the car home they would void the hazard warranty. With no option I had to purchase a replacement used tire so my wife could safely drive home. I then took the unmounted unrepaired tire to the Costco where it was purchased only to be told sorry you drove on it so NOT covered. So you spend your hard earned 1000.00 dollars on a set of high end tires with road hazard coverage, get a screw in the tread and dont realize it right away and now not only is your tire screwed you are too. Advise all to think twice before buying you tires from Costco. This was the first tire purchase from Costco and will be the last. Ordered the replacement from Americas Tire next door who said the tire should have been covered because the initial damage was in fact a road hazard.

This Costco is nice and I like the fact that the food court is indoors, however... they need to be more organized in their food court area! On days like today it was a hot mess and very confusing especially when impatient guests are waiting for food and those of us who prepaid and arent waiting have to maneuver through the impatient people who crowd the front to make it look like their waiting in line but they are really not in line but waiting for pizza or yogurt ice cream which can be behind and a 45 minute wait like today... This was my first experience there... 5 Stars when you fix the food court issue; 4 stars when you tell the kids to stop using your carts and flatbed as race cars and bumper cars up and down the aisles ( where are their parents) 3 stars because you had a chili cheese hot dog sample station!!!

The worst Costco Ive been to it is small and cramped. I also got a pizza at checkout and the wait was 40 minutes the cashier at the check out line did not inform me. Absolutely terrible I would never ever come here again. The Costco in Modesto is bigger, better, and more friendly. This one is about the size of the mega Walmart in Ceres. I like Costco this one is just awful and I would not recommend it to anyone. Awful awful

** 6/7/2024, I don’t know what the deal was but they were not on their game today. Called in a pizza order, came an hour later as instructed. They don’t what happened to my pizza. “25 minutes”, then 15, then 10 more, and hour later of waiting in store pizza is ready…. And it looks like the pepperoni had been sitting out for an hour?! Looks cold and not fresh. Very disappointed….Original revoewIt’s Costco man, the epitome of bulk buying. When you need to by 1,000 hotdogs for a small get together for a nickel, this is the place you go. From tires to batteries to food court, I can’t remember a negative experience that sticks out.

Costco is a nice place to shop. You get everything from Costco. We went to Turlock, but most of the time we went to Merced because it is closer. We get lots of fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables. All of our cleaning supplits almost everything from Costco. This time was no different.Theyre great with online large purchases and and you get cash back if you have the right card. We will continue to shop at Costco. The store is always clean. The people that we meet are always respectful, and it is always clean.

Regular vibe...hit and miss... with wither great manners or staff that are walking, cut you off... many different times, no hello.. or excuse me... and sometimes talking about personal stuff at cash wraps...Management told... so after so many times of this I shop in Merced or Modesto. Both have had great manners, supplies and service. All truly matter...Plus parking lot.. is horrible to park in handicap always full and need corporate to do a major surprise shop to see the problems at this location.Last time I stopped, ordered pizza over phone... pizzas were all stacked up in oven, lacking staff...in food court.. people 20 deep picking up paid orders.. customer service overstuffed.People standing around, but were super friendly talking in a group outside of cash wrap.. crazy customers service is not more important.

Come every 2 weeks to get mostly non perishable items because I wont go through a field of lettuce before it goes bad even if its a few bucks. Everytime something looks good I love it but before its gone im absolutely sick of it from the costco sized amount. Last time I walked into a place to check it out and 400 dollars later was trying to figure out what happened was the gentlemens club. Jokes aside I love costco, cheaper than shopping elsewhere if youre strategic.Had to make an edit because they added a car wash and I guess Im at the age where seeing a 7.99 car wash brought child like joy. Merced Costco has shortman syndrome blocking their exit. This little Hitler was gabbing with someone and holding up the line so I went around them. The little guy ran out after me, grabbed my arm, took my receipt, and tried to take my groceries away from me. He was screaming incoherently and evey time he stopped to take a breath I asked for a manager. When the manager showed up he kept screaming and refused to let me talk (little kids think that the loudest one is the most correct). I finally got to ask the manager if I could leave with my purchase. I could hear the poor little guy still yelling from the parking lot.

Hector from tire services was not it. I took myself and my younger brothers to get two new tires since one popped the night before and another with a giant air bubble while traveling on a bumpy road. Because I am short and my younger brothers are my height, he clearly thought I was a kid. He asked what do you need, and then looked at another customer asking if we were his kids before I could answer. Very rude. I already made an appointment earlier that day, and was trying to check in, get the tires installed and go about my day. But hector was trying to figure out why my tire popped, and came up with his own scenario on what happened. After all that, then he decided to go forward with helping me. Won’t be going back here for tires, no one deserves to be treated like that after being on the side of the road at 10pm the night before, 45 minutes out of town. All I have to say is, popped tire or not.. treat people with kindness, and think before you speak, you don’t know what others are going through.

I am very disappointed with this store. I wasnt aware my membership had expired yesterday. I have it combined with my nephew and he has paid for it every year. The supervisor couldve just let me paid for the products I already had in my shopping cart and advise me to make sure we paid for the membership. I can understand if it had expired weeks or months ago. She doesnt know how to treat a loyal customer.😬😬😬😬😬 I didnt get her name, all I know is she was short and light hair. I give this store an F this time, need to train your staff better on making decisions or the store needs to change the policy!!!

People that work there at Costco are kind and courteous as well they take care of you when you need to know something but they are very busy especially at this time of year they have enough products there to help you and to keep your family secure when you need it especially warm clothes t-shirts sweatshirts every item that I can see that people would need is there and sometimes have to buy in bulk but its better to do it now cuz after January 1st there might not be any truck drivers to help you.

Costco is Costco most of the people that work there are friendly some are not cant lie and they tend to run out of things even though you can see them in the back room especially when its like on the weekend and during closing they wont open a pallet for you or you can see it up at the top and if you see it up at the top of the row then unfortunately youre going to have to wait about 45 minutes to an hour to get that item thats just the way it is there and its not because theyre all busy it also is because five or six of them group up and talk in the aisle about Golf and other things like women just saying but Costcos Costco its always a great place to shop as far as the items go and you can eat really cheap there too they dont have a big selection pizza and hot dogs pick your favorite and thats that

All I have to say is who doesnt like Costco? Costco is diffidently on my top list of favorite places. I love how you can buy in bulk. They always have fresh produce and the meat is always top shelf. I also like how you can try the food before you buy it. Another great perk is being a member you get gas cheaper and also can get cash back at the end of the year. I would recommend Costco to any one cause its great, clean the employees are great and you can also see someone in there for your eyes and get seen by the doctor and get new prescription with frames ... Gas used to be the least expensive there. No more! They used to sell cooked, ready to eat Combination pizzas there. No more! Pepperoni only!!! They used to have really good deals on just about everything. No more! The prices of everything are about the same as other stores that DONT require membership. Its almost impossible to find a parking spot without driving through the parking lot for five or ten minutes. I dont think well be renewing our membership.

Harassed at the entrance the other day by Karen. Just so its clear: Costco has been a publicly traded company since 1985, therefore is not a privately owned company, nor is its location considered private property. That being said, any individual whos protected under California law 51b is welcome to shop here. Disregard anyone at the entrance that may tell you otherwise and continue to stand up for your rights. There are still many businesses operating in California that simply dont understand or have ever heard of California Civil Code 51b. As a business owner in California, you should know all the laws that protect your customers.Other than that, this location is so-so overall. Its often exceptionally crowded and as others have mentioned here, theres never enough staff on hand to efficiently handle the checkouts. Customer service always seems to be low on the priority list when coming here. Many times Ive been left waiting for an employee to come back to help me find something.The food court is pretty solid though and its the main reason I come into this location. Shopping for stuff is usually just a bonus.I encourage Costco to be proficient in the laws of the state that their locations reside.

I LOVE Costco. Not many people I know dont feel the same. They have great prices (but you do have to keep up with the prices elsewhere or you might find yourself overpaying on some item.) I pretty much like to do a one stop shop. If I pay a little higher on one item it is no big deal because I save so much on most other items. They also have great Seasonal and Gift rows. Their book section is so inspiring. I could end up with way too many at a time so I make a list when I find a super amount I want to read. This is our go to Costco since moving to Patterson. It’s always super organized the staff is great and this location as well. Costco always offer a great selection of items for a much better price then anyone else. We definitely are a Costco family and will continue to be one.The tire center is fantastic. They are super quick in service the mechanics are great. Just came in yesterday for a patch job on my tire that got a nail. Dropped off car looked around had a hot dog and bam they were done. They were great about even rotating the tires. Will definitely be going back.Food court Makes this review loose a star.The food get does get a bit crowded since I know everyone loves there pizza. The only thing I’m not too fond of is the last two times I’ve ordered pizza and have had to wait 20 mins they end up giving me a cold pizza that’s been sitting on their shelf. If I have to wait which I don’t mind I at least want one that’s hot out the oven. Just because someone hasn’t picked up theirs doesn’t mean I want the one that’s meant for them.

Had a bad experience getting a refund of the amount I just paid for a skillet see one week before the set was on sale for 20.00 less went to the service desk they said they would need the original receipt I told him I didnt have it. I love Costco but I will never come to Turlock Costco again! I have a service dog who sits in a secure stroller she cant get out nor can anyone touch her. I was walking in with her to grab a few things and was stopped at the door. The lady said she would need to get a manager because I have my dog. This post is directed towards the food court.We had ordered a whole pizza and two hot dogs at the register before getting to the food court. The girl working the register and handing the customers their orders, Alexus, was by far the rudest server. Before attending to my mother and I she was serving a gentlemen and instead of handing him his ice cream dessert she slid them towards him, one almost reaching the end of the counter. We came after him. She tried to hand me my pizza, which was not the right order. Both my mother and i repeatedly asked her if she was sure this was our order but never acknowledged us. Cussed in front of us, and didnt even apologized for the mix up or her behavior. The only people she spoke to were honestly the coworkers around her. Not once did she say thank you or was hospitable. We shortly then informed a woman over at the membership desk.

Terrible. Phoned ahead to fill a prescription for our dog’s eyes. Told them it was from a Canadian Vet. They said it was fine. Drove an hour from Chowchilla to Turlock to be told they cannot fill a Canadian prescription. I usually go on a Tuesday or Wednesday becusse it is not so busy. The lines can get pretty long on the really busy days but the deals and prices make it worth it in my opinion. Go during early afternoon and you might get samples!

Convenient, unique items, but prices are not as great as they used to be. Id you take time to do the math on quantity, weight, and price, youll find cheaper elsewhere if you just buy singles in bulk, rather than bulk family size boxes.

Omgoodness I can definitely get on board with this place its pretty stinking awesome prices are decent you just kind of got to stop by shop around some things are cheaper elsewhere but you dont worth it to get a big bowl of something so for me yeah they dont have the salami I want the smart and final does so and I cant quite afford the meat there but I can afford the money to cost less so I wouldnt win situation 🙏💜

This place is always moving with people sometimes packed there for ifyou want water,gatoreaid,orange juice or sale itemes you need to be there early before 3pm or its gone that makes it hard for people who work a 9-5 job and you cant enter unless u have a membership. Thats the bad part.

Currently requiring masks to be worn, But not requiring mass to be worn properly. Most people here including employees are wearing them in a ineffective manner. There is no point in wearing a mask unless you were properly.
