Hello I am so grateful for supervisor Neil at Burbank Costco for exceptional service. I was in line and only had three items. I forgot my wallet in car while loading gas. The store was about to be closed when Neil went beyond line of duty and let me in along with ringing up my three item purchase. This shows me how caring, empathetic, patient, and understanding Neil was to my situation. I am a forever Burbank Costco shopper because of this nice deed. He went over and beyond to attend to my needs and I am forever grateful. Appreciation and thanks to Burbank Costco team members and Neil!

I was at optical needing assistance and I was number #47 yet the red counter display said 38 for over an hour... just sat their and no one didnt help me. Poor customer service...... Costco Burbank is a total rip off.... They charge 10.25% sales tax!!!!! Dont shop here!!! Way over an hour just to get help with optical.... What a waste of time!!!!!

Love Costco. Only problem is I want to buy too many things -- including hot dogs and soft-serve ice cream. It may SEEM pricey but everything lasts so much longer that its actually very economical. Cool beans, Costco.

Not as bad as some others, not as good as it used to be.The shopping experience at Costco in general has been going downhill. Today was another example. After waiting a heinously long time to talk to someone in the optical department, I told the person there what I specifically wanted. She told me that the glasses I picked didnt look good and that I should choose something smaller. I told her smaller was uncomfortable and I know what I needed. Again, she told me they didnt look good and said to get something else giving me the impression she wouldnt sell me the glasses I was requesting. I kindly told her that I guess Id have to buy glasses somewhere else, she agreed.Cheap gas is a plus but if I cant buy what youre selling, why am I paying a membership fee?Also, the bathrooms are filthy.

I used to have a well-oiled system for shopping at Costco. It was the go-to place for saving money, especially if you were careful with perishables and knew your way around their unbeatable produce and low-priced brands. However, my recent experiences have been disheartening and concerning on multiple fronts.Let me start with the food quality. Tyson Breaded Chicken Nuggets, which I thought was a reliable choice, turned out to be a health hazard. How could I think it was a reliable choice, given Tysons history with over 29 recalls? After consuming them, I suffered severe food poisoning that landed me in the emergency room. This incident speaks to broader issues of quality control and safety that Costco should be addressing more seriously. What’s more alarming is the lack of responsiveness when I reported this issue to Costco. My incident report seems to have been lost or disregarded entirely, which is deeply troubling.Beyond food safety, the overall shopping environment has deteriorated significantly. What was once an organized and efficient store has become chaotic. I’ve had my foot run over by careless shoppers multiple times, and the general atmosphere is stressful, with rudeness and aggression becoming far too common. Combine this with prices that have inexplicably doubled or tripled in some cases, and it’s hard not to feel let down.I understand economic factors might be at play here, but as a consumer, I expect more from a company like Costco. The variety of products has also taken a hit, often leaving me with only one option for items I used to have a selection of. For example, there’s no longer a vegetarian pizza option; instead of the regular crust, there’s only a cauliflower crust available, which limits choices for those who prefer traditional options.This trend, coupled with the apparent decline in customer care, makes me question whether Costco still values its customers as much as it once did.In conclusion, my trust in Costco has been severely shaken. It’s no longer just about finding the best deals; it’s about feeling safe and valued as a customer. I’ve saved the tainted food in case it needs to be examined further, but what’s truly needed is a reassessment of Costcos priorities and a commitment to restoring the trust and satisfaction of their loyal shoppers.

The store is big, parking lot is almost always full, you spend half an hour circling until you find a free place, huge queues inside, you just want to shop faster and leave, some goods are still better to buy in smaller stores, it is cheaper and better quality. There was an unpleasant story when we did not want to sell products because we partially paid with EBT card of another family member who was nearby, its nonsense.

I just bought a membership for the first time in over 10 years! Before December 2015 I was homeless and I had a membership back then! I would go there on the bus with 2 foldable carts and buy whatever I needed for awhile! The prices were reasonable enough for me to have what I wanted and I would most of the time have what I needed from food, to clothes to whatever! I thank God for Costco!

My husband and I love to go there especially buy a lot of water and ice are necessary in LA . Nice shopping and beef are amazing!

Is always a good experience to go to this Costco but this morning was not a such pleasant visit, We came to cashier Torrey M. and said nicely good morning, she just look at me no respond, I said good morning again and she forced herself and answer back with a very serous face, to the l customer lady behind she practically threw her receipt to her not handed it, I hope she also talk to a manager like I did, manager answer me that some of those employees have been there since 4am, but thats not a excuse to give bad customer service, they have so much business that maybe complaints like this ones dont matter to them, this review is not to say Costco is bad is to point out that all employees are for the customer service department.
