This Costco is always amazing experience. The parking lot is very easy to navigate. They even have security in the lot to help keep the peace. The gas station even have attendants that help with pumps and wipe them down. The store is very well kept and stocked..always clean. The rotisserie chicken are Plentiful. And best of all, they always have crab year around, which is my favorite part✨️😲

One time I went to Costco and had a bad experience. One of the checkers made racial slurs to me and horrible racial remarks. I reported him of course to see if they would do something about it because how dare he make racial remarks to me. Demeaning me. I was so embarrassed. Im 66 years old. He should have known better at his age to do something like that or to say those things to me. They really dont even get a star because a lot of people are complaining about the things happening there. Costco Costco you should be more careful who you hire public relations dealing with people. Those people there do not know how.

The store is great but dont purchase furniture or appliances. I purchased a sectional that one part of it seemed used I think it was the floor model I paid for delivery and set up I had to fight for them to come back and pick it up I was treated like trash by the return dept. BUY FURNITURE AT YOUR OWN RISK THEY ARE SELLING THE STORE MODELS.

Pretty much every Costco is the same, however, I have one problem with this Costco. Their layout is atrocious. The layout has very little flow to it, it makes shopping a little confusing, as well as hectic. You can actually see that this Costco has a concentration of shopping traffic centered around the dairy/frozen food. This isnt because the store has a ton of people in it, the checkouts are a good tell of that, the checkouts are relatively short. Theres just simply a congestion problem because they separated the snack foods, putting them on both sides of the frozen food and dairy, making people walk back and forth to find items they make be looking for, increasing the congestion.The fact that they direct the cars waiting for gas into the actual street, making it a dangerous traffic issue is also a problem. The management do not seem to think theres any importance to traffic flow, vehicle or foot alike.

Our Costco is always VERY BUSY so parking can be a bit of a pain even though theres a lot. Shopping however and processing through are always fast for the number served and always, at least in my experience, done with courtesy and efficiency. Clean and fairly easy to find everything. There is never a quick trip to Costco. They are always so busy and crowded. If you are planning a trip, dont have anything else planned 😅 and be patient. But otherwise the store is always clean and the employees helpful and courteous. The photos include a couple items I was looking at.

For small families or single people it can be difficult for costco to work out for you. I find especially in produce area the prices are higher than TJs or other places.But for glasses hearing aids and or other things non-edible it is great for service and savings.

I used the Optometry Department for the first time last week. The eye exam was quick, but, thorough and the staff was friendly. The vision Center had a great selection of frames to choose from that were reasonably priced. The sales rep was very thorough. I have 2 vision plans.She checked both benefits and helped us decide which would be the best one to use. When I ordered my glasses she said it would take 1 1/2 - 2 weeks to get them back. They were back yesterday (8/20/21) one day short of it being just a week. My husband and I went and picked them up today (8/21/21) . The staff was once again very friendly. Even though there was a wait they made the process as quick and easy as possible. I would definitely recommend their service to others.

I love Costco. Such a great place to shop. My favorite frozen foods, Fresh Foods, snacks etc. i come here every week. And people who work here are always nice.I recently ordered the glasses here. I had a wonderful experience with a doctor first. Then I fell in love with one of the frames. And the whole thing went pretty fast. Price was absolutely great! Thank you Costco!!

Vallejo Costco is the best. The employees are extremely helpful and polite. The employees set a positive tone for the place, I hear them singing, whistling, and joking appropriately while they work. They are attentive to customer needs all the time.Tip: order your pizza before you shop because they are swamped with pizza orders and it can take a long time to get yours if you wait til after you do your shopping.

Costco is a good place to go to get bulk items you may need for a store or even at home if there are items you wish to buy a lot of and use weekly. The staff here is always friendly and nice and willing to help if they are able to. This store does like to move stuff around a lot so finding some items may be harder than usual if they move it from a spot youre used to finding it at, and since this happens a lot sometimes the staff cant help since they think they know where it is but then its been moved. Personally I found more help asking the local shoppers where they found items over staff but I dont blame the staff for this. Everything else is great and clean and well maintained.

I have NEVER had a worse experience at a Costco food court. It is complete chaos and extremely inefficient. There is no direction or organization. It’s hard to tell when your food is ready and it makes all the customers crowd around the counter. After waiting for 20 minutes for my number to be called for my pizza, I talked to an employee that said it would be 20-30 more minutes until it’s ready. Then 10 minutes later I asked again and it was ready. No one even called my number. Costco corporate needs to come do something about this ASAP

Ordering pizza - unorganized and confusing process. On one hand, they have terminals to pay and they to stay in the line to pick it up, so looks as if things were designed to move along. But, --after-- you stay through the pick-up queue (15 mins), you are asked if you --also-- made a phone call (why? No reason explained). Then, you are told that getting your pizza will take ... an hour. And now you are staying in a corner, with the rest of the confused customers. There is no sign showing what number is served, they look overwhelmed, not enough pizzas are produced ... and yet, they keep on selling! Not to warn people, not to stop the sales until the backup is cleared, no organization in place generally. I am surprised.

Costco does not care about large delivery orders.I ordered 2 pergolas over a month ago and they keep going back and forth about how they’ve resolved my issue, but I have to call every 48 hours to remind them my order has never arrived and nobody on the phone wants to get this order completed.Costco delivery is terrible, the inside of the store is nice, but if you tell them you want something shipped, good luck, they don’t care!

We got what we wanted, there was a crowd but no long wait on line to ring up out items, the food court had a long line to pick up food after we paid on that self pay system, but it went by so quickly so it wasnt really any lengthy wait. Once we got home we realized that we didnt remove my daughters eyeglasses from the hood of the car so it must have fell off, but when we called they said no one turned it in, brand new one week old glasses, so that was a bummer.

I love Costco just pay your membership annually. If you need occasional goodies get the regular one. But if you will be going once a month get the expensive one. You will receive a check back at the end of the year which will probably pay for the next years membership if you shop enough.Know that if you see items as you shop now, you may not see it again next visit as they revolve their stock occasionally. I miss the samples but their large portions of food or items has a discount that useful for familys of more than 2 individuals..They have a decent shoe and clothing section and great bright books. They have toys and expand the toys sections in the months before Christmas like around Sep/Aug. The home accessories like blenders, electric toothbrushes, roombas and ring cameras are normally in stock. Also there is a small selection of jewelry which Ive never purchased any from there and electronics. The electronics are TVs some computers/laptops, occasionally game consoles and cell pones with a outside provider.Usually you can get tires, optometry care and use the pharmacy. The pizza and hot dogs are a nice treat after shopping then stop and get some quality gas at a reasonable price only using debit or credit. Costco is a one stop shop.

Last week I purchased a fire pit and I was so excited! I was told by 3 people that if I let the person at the door know Id like help loading the fire pit into my car, they can help me. I let the gentleman at the door know and he asked me to get my car and pull up in front of the door. There were 2 more gentlemen waiting for me and my Honda Accord. They tried every option of door and angle to get that box into my car and it just would not fit! I was told I have 2 options; 1 - go back by 7pm with a different vehicle (of the cars in my household, mine is the biggest) or 2 - I could open and unbox the fire pit right there. I went with option 2. I opened the box and the 2 gentlemen carefully and meticulously unloaded all of the parts from the box into my car. They were patient, kind and so helpful! Once you’re ready to pay, even though the cashier lines look long, they actually go pretty fast, it’s a go, go, go because they have all cashier lanes open and working fast! I like the Vallejo Costco A LOT actually. They have an EXCELLENT selection on pretty much everything, good Organic selection, good deli, sometimes its crowded, but it has its downtime too. Compared to the San Francisco Costco (where I used to shop), the Vallejo one is much less crowded and has better selection overall.

Employees who are greeters at the incoming door should speak if not smile to acknowledge the customer. It was too early in the morning for this employee not to speak. I got there at 10:30am. My whole shopping experience went downhill from there..this is why I would rather shop at Costco Cordelia/Fairfield instead of Costco in Vallejo!!!

Crowded, and messy, staff is meh, and prices to match. Food court is a nightmare. I havent renewed my membership, just going to shop Safeway again, at least there I dont have to get 3 month of the same food items...

New COVID-inspired policies have reduced the complexity of grabbing snacks at the food court (and reduced the menu options) but theres still no better place to buy a whole pandemics worth of essentials all under one giant roof...

This Costco usually has items that other Costco locations dont. If you are looking for cooked ribs, they have them. Also so many other stores nearby like Target, Ross, Best Buy, Home Depot. So many food spots and freeways going in every direction.

Love this Costco. 4 stars because of the small food court (only 3 benches) and smallish gas station. Average parking gets full for Christmas.
