I arrived this morning to this Costco to return an item. It was a rather busy Saturday morning and I wasn’t really looking forward to it. I had the pleasure of working with Darren S. He was extremely efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is difficult to find all these three qualities in an individual. I had purchased the item a while ago. He found it in no time and I was good to go. Great service with a smile.

Costco while you need to be a member the cost is reasonable. They also offer cash back on most purchases and fuel. While this location does not sell diesel fuel ( a few do) we have a motor home and when traveling at 11 MPH even the small rebates adds up. Our last trip to Fla and back was almost 6,000 miles.This location is very modern and you will see many people who own business shop there to use and resell.Over the years Costco has expanded into a good place to get fish and meat especially in larger quantities.They have many departments including eyeglasses and hearing aids and electronics. It is hard to beat their warranty and that is a big plus. Costco Bakery · Costco Food Court · Costco Gas Station · Costco hearing aid store · Costco Optical Department · Costco Pharmacy · Costco Tire Center · Dr Cecilia Kavanagh, OD who is excellent.My wife likes their fresh produce but admits at time it is just too much to eat before it might spoil so we share with neighbors.Costco is a good place to get tires and I noticed recently they have a nitrogen gas fill for tires. It is outside and appears self service. I am not sure if there is a charge because the tire shop was not open yet.While you can get fuel as early as 6 AM at a discount the store does not until Ten oclock during the week and 9:30 Sat.We have also started shopping for somethings on line and if you have a problem you can return the item to the store.The one issue at Costco and other stores they just do not have enough people to check out and it gets busy. Our last visit we waited 15 min to get to a check out and only then they opened another station. While they do have express lanes that was also filled so if you can time your shopping to early or later at night and stick to the weekdays as the week end they can get packed

This place is an absolute madhouse at all times. That being said Ive never had an issue with parking or navigating the store. Huge parking lot and the store is laid out in a way that gives you space. I love all of the organic options and bulk snacks for the kids. We save a lot of money shopping here and have found that everything except for beef (probably because Costcos is a better quality) is cheaper here than at the commissary on camp Pendleton. As a larger family this place is a must and with the premier membership we will definitely recoup our initial membership cost.The only thing I dont like about Costco is how rude the other customers are... Everyone seems to be in the absolute biggest rush and if youre near them they treat you as an inconvenience.

I love Costco. Although we came here to get a life jacket and swim gear and all they had were winter gloves and a couple swim suits. Very odd. But we were able to score a nice lunch for under $10 for 2 of us which is unheard of these days. Thanks Costco!

Our neighborhood Costco is amazing. The employees are friendly and helpful. You can always find someone to help you find what you need. The food, produce, meats, and dairy are what we get there all the time. The bread packaging odd just too much for us finish in our family of four.

A couple things to work on...1. The rotisserie chicken now comes in a bag. This reduces the juices that used to come with the hard shell containers. This dries out the chicken.2. (This is for Carlsbad only.) The foodcourt is an unorganized disaster. MGMT installed kiosks to take customer orders, and thats ok. Buuut, the communication from clerks behind the glass to the end user is abysmal. Waiting 2 hours for an order, only to be told, We just gave your order to someone else is NOT good business. My suggestion is, since its by number, to have an LED sign with a stack of #s at a particular window. (Think DMV) The customer can then keep track of which window their # is called. It would reduce people getting annoyed with waiting for a hotdog and just taking the next hotdog that is placed on the counter. Be it theirs or not.By the way, you owe me a chocolate ice cream, 1 pep pizza, 1 cheese pizza, 2 hotdogs and a chicken Cesar salad. Now, I wont go to Carlsbad warehouse. Ill go to Vista, as they seem to have their act together.Seriously, this needs fixing pronto.

The food court is terrible. They do not fulfill receipts in order. You will be sitting waiting for ten other people that came after you. Evertime we order from this food court we regret it.On top of that, they underfill the ice cream and when I asked for it filled all the way he said it was by weight and full. Picture attached. All the other Costco fill it to the top but okay.

Im truly a happy dude, and treat everyone with respect at all times. But the people at checkout at this location are super rude. Today i asked my cashier a simple quick question about my membership card and was very rudely given the answer with an eye roll. This seems to be trend with this location and wont be returning if i can help it.

This Costco is enormous and I always love coming here and looking for different deals. The staff years very nice and the gas station service is excellent. They always have new things rotating around the store and I never have a problem with getting where I need to because it doesn’t get too crowded. The samples are also on point and the workers who are giving out the samples are always kind and make my day!

Disappointed that Costco would not replace my 65 television, WITH original receipt. It was technically past the electronics return window but a huge part of the reason I purchased there was the customer-centric operation. Very difficult to pull it down from the wall, carefully package in my car, and wheel it into the store. I would happily have taken store credit in a prorated amount.

I would give this Costco 10 stars if I could. Best food prices and gas prices I’ve seen in town. They listen to their customers and constantly stock new, organic products. So many healthy, high protein options as well. Employees are amazing and friendly. Return policy is fantastic. 10 stars 🙌🏻

I was a long time Costco customer, shopping and buying gas at least several dozen different locations in California and Arizona as well as other states, when traveling.This location, Palomar Road, and the store in Mission Valley are the two most ridiculously over crowded locations I know of.I went there to buy gas and had extra time. So I started waiting in a line that started with 20+ cars lined up on Palomar Road queued for access into the Costco gas station access road.There are a lot of 2 and (mostly) 3 stall pumping stations so the wait was only about 45 minutes, beginning at 11 AM on a Wednesday. But 45 minutes! Its nuts!!!

I’ve been a member here for a couple years my husband stopped by to purchase waters and sodas on self check out and 2 white Ladys didn’t offer to scan the heavy waters and sodas, so he had to pick it up himself and another costco member said out loud “thanks for the help “to these so called employees. We’re they racial profiling not sure but Costco needs to do better unacceptable to not look at what people need help with heavy objects

This location is easy to access. I used their gas station before going inside. Visiting from Illinois I like to see what unique items they have. The PB&J I have never seen before. I was excited to find again dark chocolate covered mangos. They are one of my favorites! The staff was friendly all around the store.

The tire center is ridiculous, only one person working the counter, even if you have an appointment they are NEVER on time. Some of the customers have ALOT of questions checking in or about tires ect...so EVERYONE waits WAY TOO LONG.We finally get checked in, 2 hours laterThey called to inform us our vehicle was ready, we waited AGAIN for 20 minutes until I walked to another counter to ask if someone could please just get our keys we are done, the employee told me : Oh you can just go outside....Why would they not have told us that when checking in or a Sign in that area giving instructions ???Needless to say: this is not the first time this has happened, (the last time we had a cart full of food ....Yes frozen food as well). Once we got outside we could not find our vehicle, I had to flag down someone in the bay. We were told our vehicle was somewhere in the parking lot he thinks it was the 5th row over. UNBELIEVABLE now we get to search for our vehicle with our cart of groceriesHorrible Customer service!!!NOT good Costco, NOT good

Costco has the best bulk items and prices anywhere. From shoes, pants, shirts, to lobster tails, gin and wine, its all amaaaazing. Even the pizza and hamburgers from the food court are amazing. I made 70 enchiladas all from Kirkland brand stuff almost and it was amazing. Literally the best enchiladas a lot of people have ever had.

You should answer the phone when customers call.Not everyone wants to drive ten miles to your store and walk a half mile from the parking lot to the section in the store only to find out your stock is inconsistent from week to week.Whoever manages this place needs a reality check, you suck at your job and should put someone in charge who knows what they are doing. Why cant you keep milk and eggs and butter in stock? Utter incompetence is why. There is no reason eggs and milk and butter should be a gamble when you go shopping at a giant retailer like Costco.Shame on you Costco staff for wasting everyones time with your inability to keep your shelves stocked with essential food items and shame on you for being too lazy to answer your phone. I have been a Costco member ever since it was called Price Club. Not only do I shop there, but I used to sell products there as well.I know from experience that they offer some of the best discounts to their patrons because they have such a small markup. They make their money on volume.This store, like most of the others, has great customer service. This store sells surfboards and other beach type accessories since it’s only about a mile away from the beach.If you are on vacation or a local, I highly recommend this Costco.As you can see from our pictures, our mascot Dino, the Dino, loves shopping here too.Click the LIKE button if you like our review!

The employees at this Costco are absolutely fantastic. They have to put up with not only working at a Costco, they have to work at a Costco in North County San Diego. The customer is at this. Costco are absolutely the worst type of people you want to be shopping around. Every single time I come here I run into a bunch of grumpy old white dudes who cannot be bothered to be polite in any type of social situation and will ram you with their cards, complain about everything, and just be Karen all over the place. The team members at this Costco do their best to not break down in tears when some person is complaining that the lines are too long and feel that they should yell at someone because of it. Honestly, I hate this Costco because of the people who shop here, but I love this Costco because of the people who work here.

My car had gone into security mode at the gas station and it was so embarrassing. However, the workers were sure to help me as much as possible and kept trying to figure out ways in order to fix the situation. One of the workers, Bobby, was able to fix the issue and was super hospitable the entire interaction. One of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had in any Costcos for sure!

I’ve been shopping at this Carlsbad, Costco for over 5 years. I have seen great employees come and go. Sadly customer service with new employees is severely lacking. Today Saturday afternoon 12:30pm I was checking out in line and our cashier (Charlie L.) was having a full blown conversation with the teller next to him, He never said hello he scanned an item that did not belong to us; never apologized, instead turned around had continued his full blown conversation with a cashier next to him and her customer; instead of acknowledgment of his mistake. We stood in this long line waiting for his chuckling to cease! While other anxious customers waiting for him to finish his dialog ; wasting our time. Then picks up the cash I had left on the counter, never once said thank you or have a nice day, zero! Acknowledgement! He was so extremely rude and careless about his job I had to point out he scanned an item that did not belong to me! I hope management reads this and corrects his behavior his careless behavior; does not belong handling cash!

Dont miss hidden gems like the coveted holiday Juniors Cheesecakes, with heart-shaped cheesecakes on Valentines Day, Egg-shaped for Easter, and Tree-shaped for Christmas. The main reason to come to this Costco was to get a quick lunch from the Costco Food Court.We waited in line as usual though only a couple of people were ahead of us.Then I noticed there was a stand with several kiosks for members to order their food. Quite handy without having to line up at the one window.The pizza was as usual, very big and still cost the same. A little too much oil for my taste. The smoothie was so so. It was just crumbs of fruits floating in juice/water instead of well blended. The twisted churro had improved where one had cinnamon sugar and was well cooked. Long ago the churros were thicker and the dough inside the twisted area was usually undercooked.Eating at Costco Food Court is good value.

Other than the awful sample ladies, everyone here is great and super helpful. However those sample ladies really put a damper on things! I often walk up with my two elementary aged boys, one child will say “Hi! May I have a sample please?” And pretty much an old lady will shout at them every time—they’ll say they’re taking too long to Grab sample, someone else was first, go get your mother (while I’m standing there!), and on and on and on! They’re very polite kids but we won’t be getting samples anymore. These woman are on a power trip and hate children and life.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Garrett at the Returns counter! He helped me recently with some returns that had been sitting in my closet for years. I had A LOT of items, some bought online, some in-store, and from two different credit cards… it was a “doozy” his coworker muttered nearby. But Garrett took his time, looking up every single item in my history, humming and smiling the whole time and never made me feel I was wasting his time. He was so kind and helpful and I know that none of the other employees behind the counter that day would’ve taken that kind of time for me. He really went above and beyond and I just needed to publicly praise him!

Harde to beat a costo for value shopping. This one is like so many others; very busy. Like all Costcos it has long checkout lines but they move quickly. Clean and well stocked. Clean restrooms and a larger outdoor food court. Parking is always a bit frustrating and you may have to walk a bit but with patience you will find a place to park.

My family and I are yearly visitors to Carlsbad and frequent this Costco during our trip. Last year, we had tire trouble with our motor home. We came to Costco tire and were helped by the most kind, generous, patient man. He helped us get the motor home backed up and in position so he could help fix the problem. Our tires were low today and we decided to head to Costco again for assistance.Our experience today was the absolute complete opposite. The attendant that we approached asking for help was unwilling to help us and suggested we go somewhere else.Costco has a self serve area so we decided to try that. We couldn’t get it to work quite right because of the position of the valve and asked if they had a device that make it easier to reach around the wheel to access the valve. When the same man came over to assist us, he informed us they didn’t have the tools to help us and tried to help for maybe a total of 60 seconds. He got up, said he wouldn’t keep trying and again, we were told we should go somewhere else. Not sure why they had the tools last year but suddenly this year they didn’t.After reviewing the posted how-to-video to figure out how to use the pump correctly, we were able to fill our tire on our own. We needed help with 1 out of our 6 tires, that’s it. This man couldn’t be bothered to help us and instead while we struggled with the pump, he went back into his work area to gossip with the other employees about how we weren’t going to be successful and how he tried to tell us to go somewhere else. He had time to mock our efforts but no time to offer assistance. It was disrespectful and I feel absolutely disgusted with the customer service we experienced today.Thankfully we were able to help ourselves and get on our way without needing to go to another shop. It would have been nice to have some assistance from the “professionals” but they decided to watch and mock instead.

We love checking Costco every week for new and different buys and especially the bakery section. Pumpkin pie is back! Why wait for Thanksgiving? Also- Halloween & Christmas decor is on the shelves.Costco has a new roast beef sandwich and chicken Cesar salad at the food court. You can also call ahead and order enormous pizzas.If you havent treated yourself to a Berry Sundae- you dont know what youre missing. they also have Strawberry icecream!You never know what youll find.Mind the updated holiday hours.

Liquor selection leans strongly to tequila and rum, but they usually have Hendricks gin. The vitamin aisles are chaotic... what did you expect? Its Costco.

Costco is great for families who need to buy in bulk or even just for individuals who are looking for a specific item they may need. They have it all. From food, to electronics, to gardening, to clothing, you name it they probably have it and at a great price. You can even get a hot pizza to go home with or a giant hot dog if youre on the move. And again, you cant beat the price. This Costco seems to always be busy; however, the lines move fast and they get you out in no time. Its well worth the annual fee to be a member.

A tremendous shopping experience that is probably better for you if you own shares in the company. The place is tremendously well run, and the staff does a great job in helping you to get out quickly. The only bad part is good luck to you if you are looking for something specific. But it probably is set up that way deliberately so you will cruise every aisle. Kind of a fun way to spend an hour. Or three.

I suggest placing bells on carts. Like from a bicycle. Of the two dozen or so Costcos I visited around the United States, this has got to be the most crowded Costco I have ever visited. The only relatively uncrowded time to visit is just before closing on weekdays, but even then youll likely still have to wait to find a parking space. Other than that, its a Costco, just like every other one. There is a Costco gas station here as well.

I saved so much money shopping here. Especially on gas. I no longer shop at supermarkets. I get everything I need here. My experience with Costco goes back to 1999. Ive been to many locations. All are different. I switch back and forth between stores. I would go to the store in Vista one week. The store on Carlsbad another. The ad in the app may be the same. but the stores are not. Its very enjoyable coming to Costco.

The store is always full of goodies and all the basics. They do keep the carts clean and throttle the number of people going in and out. The staff is helpful and friendly. Although I do think they could add some more staff to answer questions out in the store. Another improvement would be to provide lanes to control the cart traffic flow. Ive had safer times dodging cars on a freeway than dodging carts inside any Costco 🤓

I had the most awkwardEncounter today while checking out. I spent $300+ on groceries (only mentioning the price so you can understand my point of view) The cashier (Mark L.) didn’t even acknowledge me or say Hi, I basically just waited while he rang up my grocery’s in silence. I would say there is opportunities for improvement on the cashier end. Even the guy checking the Receipts was like “have a great day!” Other than that I would recommend this location there’s always parking, the store is pretty organized too!

This is for the WIRELESS CENTER within CostcoHorrible service, inept employees. Couldnt even order a phone any of the 3 times I came in. I was told to come back tomorrow the system may work better. Ive gone 3 days in a row and this is my fourth trip. Ive been waiting nearly 45 minutes for the employee to finish with one customer. They really need to train these people or Costco should consider getting a better phone retailer in their building.

Love this place. Unfortunately I Live half way between Morena Blvd and Palomar Airport Rd so neither is close. I prefer Palomar for parking and a better layout of the store. Great products but if you dont have a big family it helps to split up items with others. Also, freeze a lot of stuff. Did you know that you can freeze honey and it stays good for many months without crystallizing.

Love this place. got a membership for an amazing price on a TV and have never been happier we got it. The gas station is fast and line moves quick, better than the vista location. Plenty of parking. We love Costco. Absolutely love their hot pizza! I made the mistake of ordering 2 pizzas before I went shopping not knowing that if you do not show up to pick it up after 30 minutes you risk your pizza being passed to the next customer. I got carried away shopping at this lovely store and showed up an hour later. They offered to make another but I was strapped for time and had to get a refund. I bet I will have my act together next time! Lol!

Only members can buy food at the food court now. They have kiosks for ordering but it can get a bit hectic.great deals but it is quite busy on the weekends especially. Gas is usually the best price around. Great prices on meat and general supplies. People can clog the isles trying to get free samples but if you dont want any you can get thru pretty quick. They have self service kiosks to pay if you dont have alcohol.Good prices on tires and car batteries too

My complaint is more towards the Costco food court. The food was great however the only issue I had was with the new cardboard looking straws. I got a fruit smoothie and after a few minutes with that type of straw I couldnt keep drinking because of how soft it turned. Id complain about the parking, but they cant help the fact that everyone wants to be here, at the same time! This is a very nice Costco. All the staff are friendly and helpful. When its busy, the parking lot can get crowded, but weve always found the customers to be courteous and relaxed. The gas station is easy to find, right in the parking lot.Its very close to the I-5, so if youre a Costco member and on the I-5 needing gas, its almost as easy-on-easy-off as the gas stations at the I-5 ramps.

To whom it may concern,I have shopped weekly at the Carlsbad, California Costco since it opened. I have always been extremely athletic, but one an a half years ago I had an accident and am currently disabled, awaiting at least two surgeries. I cannot push a cart, or carry more than a few things at once. I can certainly not lift or carry anything heavy, such as Costco’s multi-packages of raw chicken. When shopping alone, I ask a Costco worker to assist me by carrying a heavy item to the cash register and then to carry it out to my car.Often Costco workers are polite, understanding and helpful. Several times I have been treated rudely at the cash register when explain my handicap and ask to have someone take my groceries through the exit and to my car. This last week I had to explain repeatedly that I needed help and cannot push a cart. The cashier and her assistant would not help me but kept saying that they would put everything in a cart for me and I could push it to the door and then someone would put it in my car. After four attempts they finally called over a manager. He told me the same thing. I was humiliated in front of all the people around wishing hearing distance. The manager eventually got the message and carried a case of bottled water towards the door. Then he put it in a cart and told a young man to push it through the line. The young man suggested that I go get my car and pull it up while he was in line to exit.When I came back with my car and walked around looking for him and my groceries, they were no where to be found. I started crying. At the member service counter I asked to speak with the manager and told him all that had happened, that I was very humiliated and upset. I don’t look disabled, but I am. The manager tracked down my groceries and had someone else load them. I told him that he should talk to his employees about being empathetic and helpful towards the disabled. He said he would and apologized.I drove home crying and a neighbor carried the heavy things in for my and put them away. Having to depend on others for simple things is incredibly depressingI shouldn’t have to beg the workers at Costco for help.

I love Costco stores, and most of my shopping is done there, but more especially groceries. Their prices are really great and they have a large variety of products. One small downside is some items are sold in bulk and may be more than I need. I love the food sampling stations a good way to try the product before you buy it.I by my gas there when I go shopping which makes it very convenient. and although the parking area is very large its nearly always full.The food court is a great idea, and gets people to to the store, and its good food at great prices. All in all its a great store and one of my favorites.

I am a long time member of Costco. Normally I would give 5 stars - I never have had a bad experience, before last week. But last week, I went to get gas and grab 3 items (on my lunch break from work). I share a membership w/ my dad and he had mailed our dues in over a week prior. When I got to the gas pump, it told me that I needed to see the membership desk. I thought that was strange - but timing could be off a bit. I was lucky and the gentleman next to me helped me and swiped his membership card. I thought for sure this was an easy fix (since I know we paid, we always renew).So I parked and got my cart and went over to the membership desk. I explained my situation and I just needed to grab a few things. The lady looked at me blankly. She took my card and said I see it just expired. I said yes, I think that our dues payment might post shortly as we sent it in a week ago. She just handed me my card and said sorry. I stood there for a moment, thinking she was kidding. I asked can I please have a guest pass for today? I got a blank stare and a big NO. I stood there another moment, thinking the Costco employee would certainly help me out this one time (I didnt want to pay again and have a double payment). And I am used to Costco ALWAYS taking care of their members.Years ago, and I mean years ago (since we have been members a very long time) I was given a guest pass before I had a membership. I was firmly told - they dont do that anymore. And a very dry -sorry with another blank stare. And then we just stood there in silence. Honestly, I get it. They dont have our membership money (yet). But in the same token, they can see our membership on file and the long history. See the years and numerous renewals + hundreds of shopping trips. To make a one-time exception due to the timing issue seems outrageous. I left that day empty handed and VERY VERY disappointed in Costco. I wasted my lunch being treated poorly, trust ill never make that mistake again.

I’m taking one star off because two days ago I got gasoline, glasses adjusted, did one sample of chicken tieki or something, did my usual 1/2 hot dog and drink for lunch. That night about midnight I was so sick I purged my whole system in about an hour. Yuck!I’m fine the next day with caution.

All the employees at this Costco warehouse make it an enjoyable place to shop. Its always crowded there and they do the best job to keep a smile on their faces from returns to the food demonstrators to the checkout cashiers. Great job!

Costco is a great place to buy and save. I think it has a very nice selection of products of everyday and seasonal use.The staff at this location is always Courteous and helpful.Great pizzas and hotdogs at great prices. These hotdogs are so famous and tasty that it has become a tradition to eat before shopping. I think the only negative part of buying here sometimes are the long lines at peak hours, but besides that I love shopping here.I find always good quality items. From flat screens, computers, clothes, food, diapers and medicines. This is really a complete warehouse shopping experience .I highly recommend this place to shop.

We always leave with more than we intended to buy and with a full belly (HELLO SAMPLES!). More often than not we end up throwing one or two of the sampled items in our cart- it is a fun way to branch out from the regular dinner routines. They also have a great return policy, from gifts that need to be exchanged to the one time I bought a tray of apples and some were quite brown- they accommodate us always and we love our monthly Costco adventure!

Well it is a costco! This one has a gas pump place but you need to be patient cause the line and traffic can get hectic!Staff at the food section ate nice and If you are paying with card there is a kiosk you can pay at even if you called for your pizza!

The parking lot is always crowded. The quality and return policy is excellent. Most items are sold only in large quantities. There is a yearly membership charge that adds about $5 per visit if you shop once a month.

I keep telling google maps that I only went to the gas station and not the store, and it keeps asking for a review of the store. So I am rating the parking lot. I much rather give no review than give a one or two star review. Unfortunately there doesnt seem to be any other way to dismiss the notification (and have it stay dismissed).Traffic flow of the parking lot is poorly designed.

Its your typical Costco experience. Friendly employees all around, coupled with a large selection of goods. Food court is always bomb, and gas is super cheap. Parking is a bit of a battle, but what can you do.

I generally like Costco prices and products. This location is typical. Not so impressed with the auto buying program discounts. All the car makers now provide their phony invoice price to the dealer which doesnt represent the actual cost to the dealer! I think its suffers from the same quality control as the Kirkland brand products. Not terrible but certainly not great! Going back 3 to 4 years ago, Kirkland brand represented better quality than it does now. I dont know if they lost their Quality Control Dept at corporate??? Systemic to Costco service is their training to backup the shopping carts as much as possible so the conveyor belt may be half empty but you cant get your shopping cart even close to it! Why cant the cashiers do the shopping cart first and pull it past them??? If they want the front of the shopping cart close to them for loading they can simply turn it around!

Fabulous friendly staffs. I asked this senior gentleman cashier representative about the location of photo services. He told that the photo services are available online and order services I want and pick up finished products at the designated store. Ask them anything and Im certain they can help you, even the customer representatives at the headquarter in Washington state.

As Costcos go, this is a good one. Youll find pretty much what you need and the parking is sufficient. Convenient in and out off of Palomar Airport Road. Great meat and seafood section & a excellent wine selection. Stores well-maintained and the checkers are quick for a Costco regardless of how busy it is.

I am at this Costco almost every day of the week and it is like my second family. I mean I know the workers by name and they know me and theres just something really cool about that. Im old-fashioned, and customer service will always win me over. On the flip side, if I get burned, Im not usually one to go back. As for Costco as a whole, I Still love the fact that you can return just about anything if you have a problem. I dont have time to write reviews, but this home away from home definitely deserves each one of those five stars even with the occasional hiccup. No place is perfect! A special shout-out to Shawna, Royal, Marci, Trinity, art, Tony, and darn it I spaced it on the other names but youre all awesome! Thanks for the years of great service. Especially for this girl who hates to shop, but enjoys coming there just to see yall

Been coming here since it opened. Clean, ample parking, staff always helpful and most incredibly friendly. In fact, so many of the staff are originals from its opening - impressive. I come as a neccessity since we are a family of 6, but so many come here for the sheer entertainment value and food samples - crazy!

Stood in line for 20-minutes at the food court. The employee refused to sell food to us because we didnt have a Costco card. Costco used to sell us food before without a card. Why make people stand in line and refuse service? At least you should have a big sign notifying people. I have been a loyal customer for decades. Not any more.

We bought 9 gallons of fuel. Price at Costco $3.349 per gallon. There are eight pumps available. Fueling is self service, but there is an attendant to help those that need guidance. Costco fuel is ony available to Costco members. Visa cards are the only credit cards accepted. Fueling lines move fairly well.

I really like this Costco. The employees help you to find what you want and they are so polite. This makes shopping a much more pleasant experience. They also had great prices on a Surface Pro Computer Lap Top and a Shark Vacuum!
