The pizza was gross today. The cheese was stale, hard, and freezing cold. The crust was stale as cardboard. Such a disappointment

Terrible service and bad attitude. Ordered two slices of pizza, salad, two drinks, one churro. Asked for a pizza box to carry the pizza, salad, and churro so I didnt have to stack everything on top of one another like a Jenga tower...he just said no, didnt give any explanation. Didnt realize Costco was so strict on boxes. If you dont like your job, dont work here.

Updated Review:Recently visited the food court again at Costco, used the kiosk self checkout option, ordered the very berry sundae. Got ripped off with how the lady filled the cup!!! See pictures, she only filled it around the sides of the cup, there was literally an *empty space* down the center. Gotta say, shes quite talented to present the cup as full when it was empty inside!!Original Review:love the kiosk self-order option (its inside Costco after checkout, pay by card at the kiosk, then bring your ticket printout to the food court kiosk window)super fast, efficient service (so much better than standing in the long order lines)delicious Costco food at super low priceswill definitely come back when craving a Costco hot dog or slice of pizzaThank you!

Workers look bothered to be at work...lots of flies flying right 8n front of order windows.Quality of food has gone down. I can taste the unhappiness of the employees on the food. I really do appreciate that Costco did keep a price still affordable like the hotdog combo the whole pizza, oh and Thank you for bringing back the chicken bake. This is why i still hope that the food will taste better the next time I go.

The prices for food are amazingly cheap. The food and portions are great. Here, you can get pizza whole or by the slice. Hot Dog and soda combo, new, roast beef sandwich. And more.

Terrible customer service today. I had an encounter with a rude staff at the Food Court named, Elena. Suggestion; if you dont like your job then maybe you should look for another one. She has a nasty attitude, and a lack of respect for customers.The wait time is ridiculous. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait and it turned into an hour.

Pizza tastes really good, the hot dog and soda combo is unbeatable! Everything else is good as well, especially the prices. Costco always required membership for the food, they just didnt enforce it. However, when they started enforcing it, it was on the news and I saw it on Facebook, it was a big deal, so dont go without it.

Customer service from girl, horrible, if you dont like your job, get another one, or leave your attitude at home, the kids of entitlement are worthless.Hot was broken when opened the bun, no onions either.Now I know why I usually go to Sams Club.

The food court is only open to Costco members now. This means that the lines are shorter. There is also the addition of kiosk ordering, which means you can order a few pizzas, do your shopping or get gas and come to pick up your order by number. I do not like that there are only two pizza topping choices (cheese and pepperoni). I hope the topping is determined by location and sales. The drink tops seem to be more flimsy; then again, maybe I just received a bad one. The frozen yogurt is gone; theres only plain ice cream left.

You certainly cant beat the price here. For about $4 you can get a hot dog, drink, and a slice of pizza. The smoothie is about $3 and is pretty tasty. A whole pizza is only $10 and its HUGE!!!They have a few healthier items to, though those are more priceyThe two things that prevent me from giving it the 5th star are:#1. The lines, if you come at a bad time then be prepared to wait a LONG time#2. The location, I really hate how the dinning area is outside. Its frustrating to try and eat here and have your napkins being blown around, and in the summer its really hot.Like I said though the prices might be worth the hassle

However popular the Costco hot-dog is (for its price), carefully look through it whenever you order it. Cause while the hot-dog would preheated before serving you, but the bun could be totally bad and youll get sick after eating it. Go for the pizza next time. Or just check the hot-dog and bun thoroughly!

Cheap food. Limited variety. Great place to grab a bite for under $2. Hot dog and a fountain drink. Fountain drink is refillable. Pizza is the next step up. Pepperoni, cheese, or combo. Meal for under $3.50 plus 55 cents for a drink. Popular eating spot so crowded most of the time. Luckily there are lots of windows so the wait is not bad. Can also get a whole XL pizza for about $10.

The food, if youve yet to try it, is consistently good. Maybe even great, if youre into the basics of pizza, hot dogs, and churros along with Costcos usual food court goodness. They just opened this Costco and brought along new acai bowls, double cheeseburgers, and al pastor salads. So far, so good.The problems kick in, in my opinion, with the administration of the introduction of the order kiosks inside the actual store. The devices themselves are touch screens and work just fine. It seems though, that too many orders are going in overall which seems to make the wait for all the lines an eternity. I tried using the kiosk once, and my order went in just fine, then went to the designated kiosk order pick-up window and still had to wait. Once I got to the front of the line I handed my receipt to the cashier and they went about getting my order ready. Other times Ive gone I stood in a regular line since Id rather not support full automation of labor just yet, but the wait had usually been long.Maybe it might be that the new items take longer to put together, or new employees are still getting the hang of things, or the times Ive been have been busy, but just be prepared to wait for your Costco food court goodies.

Bought pizza at cashier was told we needed to wait at least 20 mins, so we shop in store to kill time. When we finish it was after an hour, the guy behind the pizza window said he called me a couple times but no one answer so he threw the receipt away already. WHAT? The way he said things really traumatized me, which makes me feel he threw away my receipt and pizza so dont bother him anymore, that sucks. We did get pizza from other costco place for late not ever treated like this once.later I ask again about my pizza when exactly its ready, he said we need to just wait coz they got a lot of people waiting, thats fine, so we waited 10 15 mins for my pizza. Pizza was ok just the service make me feeling not going to this location anymore. Thats why I game 1 star.

I called Costco at about 12:30 p.m., and I ordered my pepperoni pizza. I show up, and the guy tells me they changed their policy a week ago; you need to show your Costco card now. The gal, who took my order, didn’t specify the new policy change. If she told me, then I wouldn’t have wasted my trip to Costco, especially since today’s a special day for me. Since they’re benefiting from the move from Montebello to Monterey Park (read internet articles) they might consider being more gracious to the community during Covid-19. So, I chose to go elsewhere to indulge my pizza craving! I invite anyone, especially members of the community, with similar complaints to write a review.

The food is standard good as it usually is at Costco.This is an outside food court so expect it to be miserably hot in the late spring, summer and early fall. There are flies landing on everyone (probably from the nearby nursery) while they sweat - maybe they will put up some overhead fans.The middle lane between the rows of benches allow only one shopping cart at a time, so it is usually jammed as people try to make it a two lane affair.The traffic patterns at this food court seem more clunky than most. People squeezing by eachother to get into the store, trying to leave the store, getting drinks, getting napkins, straws, dressing their hot dogs, trying to find a seat, squeezing by the shopping cart jams - and this is all at 11am!Not sure what can be done, but still, seems clunky.

Nowdays we are doing a lot of thing online but i dont think thouse companies can deliver the experience you get as a Costco member. Great customer service. High Quality items. Afordable prices. Allways on top of thing now with the New Vegan menu. Allways Clean and well organized compared to other clubs. I love costco!

This costco food court has more choices than what u see in other costco food courts… i was able 2 try the acai fruit bowl as well as the cheeseburger that appears 2 b something different… i like the acai fruit bowl but did not enjoy the cheeseburger 2 much, but i would say costco is very generous with the 2 beef patties 4 the cheeseburger…mayb i went on the opening wkend… so it was so crowded… i was not able 2 find a seat thats not sunny… n i didnt feel comfortable having ppl standing around me hoping 2 b next @ my seat… hopefully, the hype will die down soon…
