I LOVE Costco Business!! Not only do I always find a parking space within minutes, it only takes me 7 minutes to get there!! The store has so many items you cannot find in regular costco (hot cups in bulk, dishsoap in even bigger bulk, waayyy more produce and dairy case selections, etc. etc) returns/exchanges are a BREEZE and the cashiers are amazing-- you barely have to unload your cart they are so good!!

Costco business center is good and so is the staff BUT….. Be careful with food court and double check your order. I brought it up to them that they shorted me a sandwich and a slice and they were rude about being wrong. I didn’t get the food I paid for just a whole lot of attitude…….

The Costco Business Center is a great place to get your items, the verity is not like the regular Costco because this is made for wholesalers but you can walk in and still buy regular items for everyday shopping like water and food and drinks. Huge parking lot and they have lot of different merchandise. Also pizza place like the regular Costcos offer they have it here too.

The best kept secret !! Clean empty easy shopping and super fast returns return can come from the regular warehouse Costco . Friendly and well stocked . Keep in mind no extras like clothes and book or a bakery . I buy all my staples there . Also the are open from 6am - 6pm great !!!

Extremely unhelpful store staff that both ignored me on the floor and then argued with me at the membership desk when I asked them to check stock for a popular item we buy in every other store. Guy wouldnt lift a finger to do a simple computer search and acted like I was far too unimportant to waste his time. I was so upset I just about left a cart full of frozen groceries on the sales floor for them to figure out. The disgusting dead goat bodies in the freezer section sealed this one star review.

There are hundreds of bulk items for business owners, but its also a great place for families to stock up their pantries. Clean warehouse. Friendly and helpful staff. The outdoor food court has the cheapest hot dogs and pizza in town. You must have a Costco membership to shop here.

Wish I could leave zero stars. First let me start off this the gentlemen and women in front of the door not helpful in no matter, they always seem to have horrible energy, negative presentation, and especially not professional in no shape or foam. I buy pineapples weekly here and for some reason they got the great idea to take the crowns off. Well now every week they have moldy pineapples. Beware of the produce here. It’s not fresh by any means. It’s sickening.For sooooome strange reason the pictures I posted were removed. So here you go again. They fixed the problem for a week but then went back to this.

Unfortunate Harassment IncidentToday, at this location in Costco Business Center, I had an unpleasant encounter with one of their security guards. As I sat behind my vehicle, seeking shade while waiting in their parking lot for an order, the security guard approached me. He claimed that management had asked him to tell me to move. However, I later discovered that he had lied about receiving instructions via his walkie-talkie.This incident constitutes pure harassment and abuse of power. It is disheartening to experience such treatment from a security guard in a place I visit regularly. I always park in legal spaces designated for Costco customers, so being confronted like this was unnecessary and uncalled for.In 2023, we should strive for better customer service and respect. Harassment of any kind cannot be tolerated. It is my hope that Costco management takes this matter seriously and ensures such incidents do not recur.

I enjoy shopping here for ease & comfort and the employees are friendly and helpful especially JOSE in membership 💥💥💥 He’s super efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and he took time to listen and answer all my questions as if I was the only customer there and he’s ssso nice!! Bought a 16lbs wagyu brisket about half was useless fat. Spoke to the store manager Luis and they did nothing about it. So thats over $100 for a brisket and half is in the trash. Thanks for nothing... a small discount and I would have just bought another brisket and problem solved...but no. Heres a pic of whats left of the brisket and thats folded on its self.

Occasionally I have cooking events for 70-80 people and this is often my go-to place for bulk items. A good variety of products are cheaper than standard Costco Warehouse. I am surprised that they still carry pretty unique seasonal items that meet my need to explore new things (e.g. Korean instant ramen + rice cake, and tempura squid snack). They still have food court section, but without the sitting area.It doesnt have some of the standard Costco sections such as furnitures, clothing, and electronics. Its really geared toward business and restaurants. But you can still find good deals if you know what you are looking for.

If you’re of color don’t go here, one of the guys that checks your receipts when leaving started counting item by item. Put us off to the side and called another to recount while other people where just getting their receipts glanced items not even counted by the guy. If you want to feel discriminated come here. Today is Labor Day 2023 and I just now drove to your location only to find the store is closed. But I Googled it before I left the house and Google said it was open. The warehouse store on Burbank correctly indicated “closed” on Google. You should pay me for the cost of the gasoline I used up ($5 per gallon at Costco Gas!). I know you can do better Costco Business Center with just a little bit of effort.

I was coming in doing an insta cart order and GAMILIA, the membership checking attendant, was very rude. I get that they have to check membership cards coming in, which I guess they’re trying to do now as they haven’t checked before, but after I had to tell her TWICE that I’m doing Instacart, her chastising me, and waiting to see the card she let me through. While she only stopped me, everyone else was walking through without her checking them and that’s what made me upset. I felt very uncomfortable as people barely flashed their cards to her but out of all the people she stopped me and it feels very racially motivated. I will be contacting corporate.

An important fact to note is that this is a Business Costco, not a regular one. Moving on I would like to say that this Costco seems to get many unfair reviews when there are no problems. The staff is very friendly, the lines are usually very short, it is very convenient for me because it is an easy in and out. This area does not have many business Costcos and product wise they are expanding their inventory. I gave this place one star. when I was exiting out of this beautiful Costcos building. I gave the young lady the receipt for three items and she held me up and asked for a receipt for a empty box that was not covered and cut out this is all on camera and was asked for a receipt for a empty box and upon me looking at the lady she did not ask no Hispanic Mexican Latino for any additional receipt for a empty box she said oh I thought you had another receipt for a empty box. I went to Costco on December 30. She said good morning to the gentleman in front of me, and when it was my turn she didnt say a word, I ignored it. And after the transaction was done I said thank you and she did not say a word. But she did say good morning to the gentleman behind me, and it was Steph Y. I was polite I wasnt rude at all. I felt that she was upset because I was female.I had another incident I can November the line was getting long, so the lady told me that she can help me. Another cashier was surprised to see her being cashier and she said it loud and clear and very sarcastic, that basically she did not want to be cashier.

As time has gone by, theyve added more products and staple items such as bread, toilet paper, etc. My husband and I come here for both our business needs and personal/household needs. Very odd/rude experience with the (what I can assume was the manager) Henry, I was attempting to make a return that was somewhat old but did not fall under the 90 policy. Henry got involved with my transaction and proceeded to tell me I need an active costco membership (which is not true, I called their corporate office) in order to make the return and wouldnt work with me on a solution and just proceeded to talk over me and smirk while doing so. On top of that he was very dismissive of my return and refused to help. This is a firdt for me at a Costco ad they are usually very friendly and helpful

This is the great place to shop if you prefer buying items in bulk for the savings and sake of keeping things well stocked at home. It is well organized providing the things we need for our homes from cleaning supplies to produce and meat. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Im just glad they open at 7am so you dont have to deal with hordes of shoppers at later times. Has many items similar to regular Costco, but offers more products in bulk intended for resale, as well as various commercial grade appliances and equipment. A viable option if you want to shop at Costco and avoid the madding crowd decimating the chips and salsa samples come 11am.

Costco Business Center at Sherman Wy and Tujunga is the best place to buy all your bulk items. It does get crowded at times but the checkers are fantastic. They get you through the check out line quite fast. An extremely large inventory and not just one brand you can even find a large number of organic items. A better assortment than some large markets. Plenty of paved parking.

Went here at 730 am and it wasn’t crowded. Totally unlike a normal Costco experience as most of the time I was the only person in the aisle.1- Love that it isn’t crowded.2- Opens early3- Plenty of parking4- Lots if supplies that isn’t at regular Costco like nitrile gloves which are hard to find since COVIDStrangely the same stuff isn’t on sale at reg Costco and missing a lot of fun cool items at reg Costco. I like to buy at this Costco! But today I had a bad experience, they were out of medium eggs and large eggs on the shelf. (They had more on the top of all the shelfs)I asked for help to Oscar and he told me they will have to bring someone with the forklift. I waited patiently for thirty minutes! After that I asked again thinking maybe they forgot this time I asked Hector because Oscar wasn’t there anymore, Hector told me they have to tell the manager “Cristal” because she had to come with the guy with the forklift I ended up waiting for an hour until I went and asked to speak personally with the manager “Cristal” and she told me that nobody had told her. She lied I heard them when they asked her to come. I told her that and she said it was because she was helping someone else. She took an hour to help someone???

It’s not a bad place to go to. I been here plenty of times and most of the time it is very calm and quiet unlike other Costco’s I have been to. It’s not that crowded which is a plus because the lines are always very short. So if you are in a hurry and need something as simple as waters or a snack and don’t have time to wait. Coming here would be a great option.

Very clean place and is jot as crowded as a regular Costco (including multiple spaces with no crazy people parking lot and also inside, plenty of space where you can walk, window shopping and actually read the box of a product without being hit, pushed aside or asked to move). Cashiers were fairly nice, you know they dont have much time to socialize.

Wanted to visit the new business center, stopped by on 8/15. Liked that they have coats hanging to use if you walk into the huge refrigeration area! Paid for my items, time on my receipt was 16:59. Decided to stop and get something to eat. 3 out of 5 windows were open, waited a looooong time. When I paid for my food the time on my receipt indicated 17:27.... Almost 30 minutes for 1 hot dog and 2 slices of pizza that were cooked!I realize this place is new but one should not have to wait 30 minutes for a hot dog and pizza!

Love how the food court is on the outside not the inside its more convenient when just wanting to get a bite to eat. The wait in the lines are very short and fast. The surrounding on your way there isnt the most appealing but we are not here for that, we are here for Costco and its lack of crowd.If you are one of us who desire a shopping experience of humans or carts not bumping into you, enough space to breathe a little, and get those steps in as you admire the temptation of chocolate, as you get more than you went in for, this is the place to be.Better than the regular Costco with the exception of clothing and shoes.Dont forget to add a chocolate Croissant on your way out.One more thing, they tend to have specials that are different from the local Costco.

I love this place! It is empty and so clean. All the staff are polite and happy. I almost dont want to write a review for fear more people will see this and come here! It is a business center but they have MOST of the same things. The quantity is bigger here, which for Costco is saying a lot. They do not have a photo center, cakes/cooked chicken, fresh produce. It is mostly for restaurants to shop at. However, they have soup in a bag! They even offer jackets to wear in the produce/dairy room which is GREAT because its so cold in there.

This is a hidden gem. They have every food item you can imagine. Don’t let the Business Center title scare you away. It’s the same as the other Costcos, but they don’t have some of the home items like TV or furniture. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Parking was easy and they OPEN at 7AM!!!I love this Costco :)

It is more business oriented, but has most of the stuff I usually buy when I go to a Costco.I like that even with a crowded parking lot, the inside doesnt feel crowded at all and checkout is very fast. For those not familiar with a Costco Business Center heres a little of what you need to know... Its not your typical Costco. There is pretty much no clothes at all and is mostly bulk food items and business related stuff. There is a food stand but no gasoline. This Costco was not crowded at all and only needed 3 cashiers at mid day to handle check outs. Clean brand new facility.

This Costco is set up more for businesses, restaurants, convenience stores and etc. You wont find clothes or alcohol and other knick knacks you find at other Costcos. But I can still find my necessities as water and toilet paper and various of different items with 50 percent less crowds.

Phenemonal shopping experience clean has all of the daily necessities in a one stop shop. Staff are extremely friendly. As this is a business Costco they have a different selections of goods as a normal Costco which is good, but no bakery on site so no normal baked goods. Today is the 3rd time that I left without doing shopping for my business. The line was very long in front of the business center which was now open to the public. I asked to talk to the manager about the idea to make the business line separate from the public line. He said in a rude way, “Go talk to the Mayor”. I told him that it’s common sense, we’re here shopping for business and don’t have all day to be waiting in line. He didn’t even bother to listen to what I was saying, and finally he said “Don’t come back!” I proceeded to tell him that it’s not is store and I will come back when I want to. If the manager is being this rude, and I assume the rest of the workers their to be the same. He was being extremely disrespectful.

They are a bit more food-centric (geared more towards convenience stores, restaurants, and caterers) and there are a lot of products available here that are not in the regular warehouses (stuff that they dont sell elsewhere, plus larger sizes/different packaging, flavors, etc), plus they have professional cooking equipment and supplies and great cleaning and some office supplies. But even for a household, the snack varieties are great and if you are throwing a large party, they have plates, food containers, etc. Just go - your mind will be blown by how much great stuff is here.

Today at the grand opening we had a marvellous experience. Lots of venders giving away amazing products. All the staff was extraordinary. Corporate staff were extremely helpful they would go over and beyond in every way possible to make your experience phenomenal. The even went as far as going to go look for a cart for me (well a few carts) plus they would go find a product and bring it back to me. What extraordinary service. Pay attention California food handlers. The in store restaurant, here, is by far the most piece of mind I have ever had from looking into the inside operation. I noticed how both men and women wearing proper mouth guards and hair nets, as needed, to cover themselves from contaminating the food. The kitchen itself was a work of art as there was no obvious signs of chemical slips, hazards, cross contamination, or employee disputes. Lastly, my food was exactly what I payed for. No real signs of overcooked or under-cooked dangers. Moreover, the eating area was not bad at all as it provides great shelter and clean tables.

This is a Business Center version of Costco, The differences between the Business Center version and the others are: the Business Centers have more choices of the items that Costcos business customers need. For example they have a whole aisle of energy drinks like Monster and Red Bull. They also stock some models of commercial grade restaurant equipment. Another example of differces is that Business Centers dont stock any clothing items.This location has a huge indoor area for their food court, its located outside of the entrance gate. This is great because we can always benefit from filling up with a slice of pizza and a cup of lemonade before lifting all those massive items in bulk.

This was my first visit to the new Costco Business Center store in North Hollywood. First, it is amazingly spacious; unfortunately that will undoubtedly change as they add more product, but it was great being able to browse without maneuvering around other stalled carts.The product mix is similar to the Business center in Las Vegas. Lots of commercially packaged snack items, 55 gallon drums of virgin olive oil and enough kitchen equipment to solve any emergency FEMA could encounter.Along with that there are cash registers, document shredders, computer printers, laminators and paper for them all, illuminated menu boards, pallets of engine oil and coolant... pretty much anything you might need to fully stock and operate a diner, convenience store, or other small business.My fave as always wes the commercial kitchen equipment, I fantasize about throwing out my wifes 70 year old vintage chrome OKeef & Merritt range and replacing it with a beautiful Stainless Steel, 60,000 BTU/burner unit with a 24 char-grill at its side — not in my lifetime. :-(Go check it out, you wont go home unhappy or empty handed.
