Yelp message Cory. Within an hour I had a reply for the estimate cost to fix a 2021 Dell power issue. Total professional, written estimate of $200 deposit to look Dell which is low cost. Plus I am not shipping it to some place which takes weeks to fix. Corys repair fees are very reasonable for any computer repair place. The most important thing is the turn around time is super fast. Cory took time and effort to recover data that was deemed irretrievable by another expert. He was thoughtful, careful, and attentive, communicating along the way what was happening. 5 star service and recommended most highly to anyone with computer repair needs. He also accepts donations to refurbish and provide computers to those in need. Update March 2024: it took time to confirm, because of personal reasons, but Cory found and recovered, as far as I can tell, all the files that I thought I had lost. He saved so many memories and I stayed up until 3am this morning watching old videos and seeing old pictures that I thought had been lost forever. Thanks again, Cory!!

I’m very thankful to have found Cory just randomly scrolling through Instagram. I had left my gaming computer just sitting around for nearly 2 years because it just kept shutting down on me and at some point last year I thought I could fix it with some research, long story short, I couldn’t. Cory had found the problem within an hour and took only one whole business day to fix it. Of course it would be different for everybody of what your issue is but it was really fast and convient for me! Cory is very friendly and passionate about his work. How passionate? He would send me texts throughout the process of what the issue is and how it got bad, to how he’s going to fix it and why he’s putting in a specific part in the pc and what it will do to help a certain part. He would teach me about specific things I would ask about. He’s very trustworthy, more trustworthy than I would say 90% of these businesses that “build custom PCs,” I say that because the pc I have, the original makers got lazy and had cut a wire behind my components and Cory found that and let me know. NEVER would I have found that. And he fixed it. I recommended Cory to anyone questioning who you should take your pc to. I will definitely be giving him my service for future PC problems!

We took my business computer to Staples Computer Dept. They referred us to Corys Computer Repair. He diagnosed the problem as a bad memory stick, gave me a quote, suggested that I get a solid state hard drive that was slow and starting to fail. I went ahead with the upgrade and got my computer back in a day and half!!! I powered it up and was amazed at the speed of the computer now. I am very pleased with Corys professional, clear and concise explanation of the problem and the expedient return of the machine. I finished my first ever PC build, but could not get it to display for the life of me. I called Cory on Saturday to leave a message since I know he isnt open until Monday. He called me on Sunday and made an appointment with me Tuesday, since That was the only day I was free. Well, One day later and he was already done!He said it took a little over an hour, and that he wont charge me for the second hour. Sweet! Great experience at Corys Computer Repair. He got my computer working that had software on it from a business that is no longer around. It runs a crucial piece of equipment for my business and without the computer, it would be a just be a giant expensive paperweight. In the process he was very professional and communicated on every update he felt was necessary. The power supply and motherboard were fried in a 7 year old computer and he sourced the parts and had it running within a week of dropping it off. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a computer repaired.

Sorry took a while for my review. Cory was amazing helping me upgrade my pc. The pc was purchased from best buy 5 years ago a cyberpower. After Cory troubleshooted he found some very concerning issues with my prebuilt pc. Will never go back to buying a prebuilt pc from best buy. I followed Corys suggestions on pc upgrades and spent around $2k all in all but it was well worth it. PC runs amazing, night and day from what it used to be. Cory is hands down the best computer technician I have every done business with. He is very approachable and speaks in a way that is easily understandable for the average Joe. I never felt rushed and he listened to all of my concerns. My PC was diagnosed quickly, parts recommendations were made expertly, and the repair was prompt. My laptop battery died. I left my laptop with a “big box” store and after a week they phoned and said they could not secure a battery from “their” supplier. I had contacted Cory on a Friday afternoon about repairing my 8-year-old laptop. He was available to receive it that evening after I left work and informed me about when he would be able to start working on it. He notified me about all charges for work labor and parts before he did the work, and after upgrading my hard drive and ram, and installing a newer verion of windows on said laptop he let me know it was ready, On a Sunday. I have a HP laptop that has been running extremely slow for the past two years. I stopped using it and was planning on purchasing a new one. Do yourself a MASSIVE favor-go to Cory for any computer repair problem you have. Before you drop a bunch of money on a new laptop, talk to him first. He just upgraded my old laptop for me for 1/2 the cost of a new one, and it is AMAZING how much faster it is. But more than his skill and reasonable prices, Cory actually cares about you as a person, and will talk to you about how things are going. It is a pleasant experience to work with him. I brought my computer to Cory for a battery replacement. And a good thing I did it was ready to explode.He changed the battery and called me and told me that there were a few other small problems with my computer. He asked if I would like them to be corrected while he had the computer open.He took care of all the computer needs. Ive been sick and my income has been very low. I had a gaming laptop that had a completely demolished screen and a deleted graphics card. I found Cory on my google search and thought I’d give him a try. I couldn’t get my laptop screen to pop up on my monitor so I thought it was done for. Cory was able to find a screen for my laptop and get the original back on to transfer to the monitor. All was a success. Very thankful he was able to make it happen in such a fast time. On top of that, I had a motherboard laying around and Cory was able to suggest what it needed to be a good gaming PC and once again he got to work and built me the best gaming PC I have ever owned. Corys Computer Repair is absolutely AMAZING!!! Cory immediately was able to get my laptop in to diagnose and repair. He was able to do the needed repairs right away. He had the parts in-stock to be able to repair promptly. Cory was Great on communicating to me from the initial call appointment and throughout the repair process. My Laptop works better then when it was brand new. It is very fast on startup and quick response times. The fastest I have ever seen on this computer, literally just seconds for startup. The hard drive was replaced and windows reinstalled. My problem was that it had hard drive failure. He was able to find and backup all my files and apps despite having several error codes. I was so Happy by his professionalism, the way he took care of me as a customer and his constant communication with me. There is no doubt that Ill be going back to this business for repairs and or advice in the future. This is by far the BEST experience I have had with any repairs electronically. I called to see if he would have a look at my son’s laptop that was stuck on the log in screen after an update. He was super nice and professional on the phone. We had to schedule the drop off date a couple of weeks out because I had just had the catalytic converter stolen from my car and didn’t have a means of transportation during his open hours. Instead, I had to find a day and time for my husband (who has a crazy busy schedule) to drop off the laptop. It wasn’t an ideal situation for my disabled son to go without a computer that long, but what can you do? Then, the very next day, Cory calls and offers to come pick the computer up for us!! I could not believe it! What a wonderful man to do such thing for us, for my son. Not only did he pick up the laptop from us, he brought it back cleaned up and in tip-top operating shape the very next day! I highly reccommend him!

Replace and upgrade hardrive to SSD on an HP all-in-one computer. Includes windows upgrade. 175$ labor/windows upgrade + 75$ for hardrive. Professional and fast. Not 5 stars because original hardrive quote was 45$. However, store is nice and professional inside and owner operator is polite and helpful as well as friendly.
